Hi,

I have attempted to close Airtel broadband connection in Dec 7 2020 and had to fight and wait for close to 60 days for them to finally close the account. My refund amount was adjusted for their ineffective working and i had no go other than to accept it after lot many discussions. I was told direct deposit would be done due to the delay in closure process, but close to 4 months no such action made.

    Sir,

    Using a prepaid Vodaphone Mobile No. [protected] recharged for a yearly package 1499 truly unlimited on last year. Still Validity shows as 04/09/2021. But it was not working from 26/02/2021 onwards both mobile calls and net. But still it was working to sent sms messages.

    Lot of complaints booked from 27/02/2021 onwards, still no solution. They told me there was a recharge of 149 done on February, but I can't aware that. I can't need that recharge, because already recharged 1499 truly unlimited for one year.

    Please help me for the issue sorting and warn them for this type of cheating customers.

        On 23.03.21 at 10-11 am dish tv executive call me, I ask about multiconnection in my dish . As I have previously dish tv connection and I have one more connection of tata sky . So I asked him if I take multiconnection in my existing pack (rs 352), how much I have to pay extra. That executive told me that u have to pay extra 59 rupees and watch all existing pack on another tv, you have to pay 1399 more amount for new setup box . Installation also free with this setup box . As currently I am paying 250 rs for my tata sky connection monthly so it would be beneficial for me in long term . I agree for this dish tv technician came at my home he took 1399 for setup box 240 rupees for installation and some other cable and connector charges total 2019 rupees . When I checked my new dish tv connection they don't give me my previous po ack on my another tv, so again I talk to dish tv executive and he told me that in 59 rs you will get only free channels on other tv. I told him that in morning ur executive told me that in 352+ 59 rs you can watch same channel on your another tv . I told him please take call recording as he committed .
        As due to wrong commitment I have to invest for new setup box and pay some extra amount for installation and etc.
        Kindly adjust that 2000 rupees in my current pack

              I am using am airtel mobile no. [protected] on the name of Rohit sharma. Now i want to change the network provider from airtel to other one. I will sent the porting code request 30 times in last 20 days but porting code still not received. Airtel customer care also not provide any reason for the same.
              So please help to resolve this issue on priority basis.

                GTPL cable operator hyderabad not broadcasting SVBC telugu channel in hyderabad at Haripuri Colony Road No. 9/3 since last 20 days. on this I try to complaint with GTPL customer Care people but they are not registering the customer complaint as there is no such facility at their end and telling that you contact your local operator and we are unable to resolve your complaint. The GTPL Hyderabad local operator is telling that the SVBC telugu channel was stoppled by their Head Office and we are unable to resolve my problem. Actually the SVBC telugu channel is free to air . Since last 20 days I am regularly contacting GTPL customer care people and GTPL Hyderabad local operator. every time they are telling the same replies and not broadcasting the channel.                   I am constantly getting calls from Airtel customer care, inspite of giving warnings.
                  I do have meetings calls regarding my profession.But I get 20-25 calls each day just for a reminder of my outstanding payment. I request them my payment is failed due to technical reasons give me just one day to check status of payment. I got assurity from Airtel's senior executive that I will not get reminder call again..But I am still getting non stop call from them. It is so annoying that constantly getting calls for just 430₹ while I made a payment 2397₹ already. After this when I denied I am not going to pay this amount until you people will not stop constantly calling.
                  I got reply from them- "Mam pay this bill, you will not get call.. We cannot force collection department to call you again again..they will"
                  I having a list of call number from which I am getting calls.I have shared my complaint against customer care on Airtel.My request is still open.
                  Now I decided to close my broadband connection forever and will shifted to some other networks..

                    I am residing at 28/445, Godhamedu Slum Clearance Board Quarters, Saidapet, Chennai - 600015 . I am Belonging to the AdiDravida community. I started the printing center on 20.01.2021 at the shop at No. 54/67, 2nd Street, Salavaiyalar Colony, Saidapet, Chennai – 600015. I registered for Airtel Broadband and Landline internet connection at Airtel Data Center, Airtel Area Office, Aranganathan Subway, 70ft Road, Saidapet, Chennai on 18.01.2021 and paid the registration fee of Rs. 1768 from my son's account on the same day. Airtel XStream Fiber ID: [protected] with Transaction ID[protected]. The next day on 19.01.2021 an Airtel technician visited the shop area and left back. On 22.01.2021 I received a message from Airtel on my cell phone. In it “We are sorry to share that your request for new Airtel XStream fiber connection (Request No [protected] could not be processed due to feasibility constraint in your locality, The refund of the paid amount will be processed soon”. I went to the Data Center and inquired about it and its supervisor told me to inquire about his senior superiors, and then in a message came to me on 24.01.2021 saying “Refund has been initiated by online payment” and on that day my son's account was refunded. Next day another new technician contacted me. "You have registered for the new connection. I know the connection has not been given yet, can you give the connection?" He did not know that the connection had been refused. However, I told him to come in person and try to arrange something and give the connection. He also came in person. I told him that my deposit had been given back to me. He also looked at the area and left saying "they didn't give the line because it's a slum area". This information shocked me. Airtel is the only company that has decided to ignore the Gothamedu slum area after inquiring at shops and houses in the neighborhood. The landline network of BSNL and VODOFONE all have a lot connections in the Gothamedu area. But the fact that Airtel alone has ignored this Gothamedu area is aimed at looking at it with only caste motive. This is only Airtel motive that poor downtrodden slum people should not be advance in digital technology. Such an action of theirs is to bury the thoughts of wanting to progress in life like us. Ignoring an area with such a casteist view involves hard cruelty. I humbly request you to file a case under the “Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989” and Rules 1995 against the CEO of Airtel India and its responsible officers who have rejected the Godhamedu slum area of Saidapet, Chennai.

                        I received a call on my Mobile Number yesterday, introducing them as from Paytm. They were quite off on their information delivery, which i found very suspicious of. She said she's got my info from the research team that I'm facing issues with Paytm and hence the call. While, the number were the call landed was not registered with Paytm. I checked the Truecaller and found the caller to be one Swati Kashyap (+[protected]. While enquiring with Paytm, they claimed no such activity took place and evaded the issue at hand. Am attaching the conversation with Paytm on twitter and the identity of the caller searched from truecaller.
                        Request to do an enquiry on the number and take action so that someone else doesn't get trapped by such calls.

                              I am living in Ganesh Nagar C Block New Delhi Delhi-110092 since one and half year.Here Internet speed is very very poor and I have contacted jio consumer care more than ten times but they did resolve the issue.

                                  From today morning 22 Jan, airtel network is not working properly on my mobile. I'm not able to make or receive calls, as there is no network. When I try to call customer care using another no, response was not properly given.

                                  Using this network for last 12 years and now it has degraded.

                                    I had recharged to D2H (Id[protected] of Rs 566 & Rs 200 on 30th Dec 20 and 31th Dec 20 respectively but my account has not recharged till the date nor my money returned. I have made several complaint againt my account but there is no progress till the date.

                                      Myself Jayesh Sanghvi, citizen of a recidential area of Adeshwar Park, near (Sahjanand park, Mandavraiji society, Neminath society), near Gyansetu vidhyalay (Shikhar vidhyalay trust), Old and new Darshan school(children), Taluka - Ratanpar, District - Surendranagar, State - Gujarat. I hereby want to inform you that just beside my house, the installation of JIO Mobile Tower is started from today's morning. The residentials are having so many problems due to mobile tower. The mobile tower's radiations includes a lot of problems for the resedentials like the health of children and people is affected, the birds are affected, and many painful diseases are spread due to it.
                                      And also many issues are created due to installment of mobile tower.

                                      Herewith I request you stop the installation of mobile tower as early as possible.
