    Dear sir/madam,

    I am really very sorry to say that i am using airtel services in which i lodge complaints against my problem but till today i am unable to use my services correctly or smoothly, i am unable to use my internet and voice call.

    Previously in september 2018 i also lodge a complaint for same but they closed my complaints without my prior information.
    Same problem it has started but they are not giving me proper reply only telling me within 3 days ur problem will be solved but from july 2020.
    It is very annoying that after so many complaints they are not responding.

    Sir this is my humble request please do the needful as early as possible. Waiting for favourable response from your side. I will be thankful to you.

      Videocon d2h not providing services last 5 days ...I call Videocon customer care they are also not answer of my problem...He take of monthly full payment then they are not working.
      They mentally harresed me.

        Good morning sir/madam, i have been facing problem issue with vodafone and airtel, today i have recharged with 10 through paytm wallet, but calls didn't connect, again i have recharged 36 through paytm, same didn't connect, finally call to vodafone customer service, they have told me if you are recharge with 49, you will get calls, what happened sir, it's totally wrong, last 3 month's facing the problem with same. They have been cheating with public. Kindly do the action to those company's sir. Thank you.

              I am using videocon d2h services at my home for years and it was going good till about 6 months back. I am using 2 connections under one id[protected]
              Around 6 months back, one of the set top box had some fault and i registered a complaint at d2h customer care. They sent some executive who said the set top box is faulty and needs to be changed. He changed it and i paid for it.
              After few months, to my surprise when i talked to customer care, i came to know that there are 3 connections running in my id. When i enquired, the customer care executive told me that the old connection, whose set top box was faulty and changed, that also is running in my id and i have to pay for its recharge also.
              From the past 4 months, i have contacted their customer service several times but they are not providing any solution. Every time they make excuses of covid -19. Customer care executives on their number [protected] say that you put an email at [protected]@d2h.com. I wrote emails to them also but they also not doing anything. They just reply and mention to call customer care or do visit their website. Their website also not providing any solution. Even when i try to change channels in my pack, it shows technical error. I am really fed up and dis appointed with videocon d2h services.
              Pls help to provide permanent solution

                  Dear trai,

                  I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 80287302. I recharged on 24th july 2020 but the services were not active ; talked with customer care they did some refresh at theri end those are just meaningless, later book a complaint a technician visit with rs 200 visit charge don't know what he did except talk to his senior and ensured to resume the service in evening.

                  Still the issue pertaining!

                  Yesterday (27th july) technician visit with the charge of visit rs. 200 and ensured to resolve the issue upto evening but still the issue pertaining.

                  Talked with the area incharge also; suggested to change dish box (Which was changed nearly 2/3 years ago in past) with the cost of rs. 250 and i am agreed for the suggested, after 20 mins an executive (Girl) called and the charges increased from rs.250 to rs.450.

                  Matter is not of just rs.200 additional but this criteria is just nonsense nothing else.

                  There is not clarity over anything; this pattern of any service provider is pathetic.

                  As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h.

                  I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                    I raised a complaint against my refund and offer amount balance.. Since april 27 i am trying to get it. But every time they are not responding in the name of covid. I attached the screenshot of mail i already send to the customer care and other details. Please look up the matter urgently and give a solution.

                      Our preferred network is dishtv. So every month we need to recharge dishtv. But the amount of recharge is so high that monthly we are paying more than last month. Ncf charges are so heavy such that out of 300/- rupees ncf charges apply more than 150/- rupees.
                      Please take an immediate action regarding the dish tv.

                        Sir, kindly refer my videocon custmor id[protected]. i talk to videocon customer care agent for upgread my existing box. She ask me you have to be recharge the box with in 24 hrs. For rs 2499. I ask her in my account balance rs 93000 in advance. She told me you dont rechage with in 24 hrs. She cut my call. Then i write the email this time they ask me this servise temporary not available in your city. In my city so many friends use xtream box which is not available in my city. They block my email.so i request you kindly take action against videocon d2h please.

                              Hi team,
                              I have user of Videocon D2h and My customer Id is 88733335
                              We taken multiconnection from Videocon D2h at that time they charged me two times after several followups I dont recived any responce from Videocon.
                              Now this time we found at the time of multiconnection the Videocon representative doing the fraud he not replace Dual LNB instead he fit the second connection on another dish which someone left at apartment.
                              We ask him now to fix the orignal LNB but he is not accepting his mistake.
                              Also Videocon Customer care is also not responding.

                                    This cable operator are not given power to consumers to select channel his forcefully apply his own created pack due to this packages was very high rate and unwanted channel showing also his online apps not working condition so we need to taking always help from his operator so due to this our fundamental right was not protected i request to take immediately action to against this operators prevent consumers right

                                      Yesterday I apply change Mobile provider company idea to Jio. today I have recd call from mo no [protected] and he says we are calling from jio your request has been accepted for port and you message Cancel Mobile No on 1900 when your idea sevices will be finished and i done same when we done recd the message from 1901 Your MNP request cancel .

                                        Hello,

                                        I have gtpl broadband at my home. I have 40mbps plan but i am not even getting 1mbps. I have filed many complaints through gtpl portal, called customer, email and have also visited twice their office but they every time they say that the issue will be taken care by tomorrow but tomorrow happened for gtpl. It's been about a month now and my and my brother work is getting hampered due to poor internet.
