Dear Team,
I am holding IndusindBank Corpoate numbers [protected] & [protected] wtih Airtel service provider. In my billing third number [protected] has been added without my confirmation or concern. There is no information about this and started simply billing form last May 2018 month. How can they cheat customers like this. I had put several mails to remove said number from billig, but there is no proper response.Kindly intervene to deactivate mobile number [protected] and revise my billingwih immediate effect. Last month amount refund it as i had paid alrady in last month billing. I was shoked seeing my bill amount 1522.00.

    We are continuously facing internet speed issue since last 02 months in broadband connection, sometimes dsl also not available but no engr visit done from bsnl. Every time received call from technician but visit not done. Even engr told for discoonect the connection but deny for visit, also told to come bsnl office with modem.

    Plz resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      myself AZIZ MALITYA an IDEA PREPAID customer with having mobile no [protected]. before few months i returned back from vodafone for continus Billing issue that time no one was there like TRAI or Anything else.But before porting to IDEA i have cleared my all dues to VODAFONE as suggested by CCE after telephonic conversation.And after clearing my dues no one infrom me that i have also few due amount to VODAFONE.I didn't get any message, mail or phone call from vodafone or from TRAI ALSO and u can check the record through VODAFONE i[censored] want.And i[censored] can present any proof which was informed by VODAFONE to me regarding MY PENDING this then tell me when and how VODAFONE infrom me for my dues. I am ot a GOD..THEN HOW MAY I KNOW THAT VODAFOE AGAIN GEERATE A BILL AFTER PORTIG MY NUMBER TO IDEA. from very few days TRAI has CLOSED my connection without provide any information to me and without checking any record ???? HOW CAN U DO THAT???????????????           On daily basis i had a talk with tata hotline no - 121
          Since last 4 to 5 days also talk with higher authority on same hotline nos for almost 20 min in morning and evening but only assurance they r giving
          So kilndly look in the matter urgently

            This regarding my vodafone postpaid connection #[protected].

            Last month i requested to migrate from vodafone post to pre at vodafone store south ext.

            I received call from vodafone retention team to know the reason for migration and i confirm the rep that prepaid user have more benefits than postpaid users in vodafone and i am unnecessary paying for postpaid plan @399 monthly rental. She offered me same plan with monthly rental ₹170 and after completing conversation i agreed to continue with ₹170 rental plan with same benefits however my plan never changed an it's still showing me the old rental plan.

            Today i called at vodafone care 198 to complaint regarding this and spoke with neha (Ref #[protected] and she denied that there is no such plan with vodafone and that never shared with me such plan. I asked for the recorded call that retention team member called me one month back however she denied to provide.

            This is completely case of fraud up-selling to customers just to retain your postpaid users. If you need call recording of your representatives neha whom i spoke today, i can provide that.

            I need resolution on this and want you to activate same plan that was pitched to me just to retain or i will escalate this issue to higer board members and to trai and social media to make sure it impact vodafone india business as this is clearly a case of fraud in this telecom revolution period.

            Above mail sent to vodafone nodal and appellate authority regarding fraud commitment. After cross check they acknowledge that their respective representative committed fraud to me. No resolution received on this... Please help

              I have ported from vodafone to idea 3-4 months back. 10 days before idea customer care informed me about my outstanding amount of rs. 292. I have visited vodafone gallery & check due. They told me that i have rs 76 rs. Due that i payed to them and receipt mail to idea. I have also made direct verbal communication between both customer care executive. Still idea stooped my outgoing services. On 30th i written to vodafone & asked to give email confirmation about my dues. They have sent me e-mail about no outstanding are with the vodafone. I have forward same mail to idea. Still idea demanding the receipt of rs 292 otherwise they will not star my service. I am also ready to pay but vodafone say why they charge extra to me. Because of stopping my outgoing i have incurring huge financial as well as mental stress.

                My name is Ramesh Balar.

                Upto 30th May, 2018, I have sim card from

                Vodafone. At that time I received all incoming

                calls from all Service providers including idea.

                From 1st June, I change my service provider

                from Vodafone to Jio.

                From that day I am unable to receive all calls

                from idea sim card number .

                I had contact Jio customer care, they replied

                me that, this is not our problem. You contact

                idea customer care.

                I contact idea customer care, they said that

                you are not our customer, so we can not

                register your complaint.

                At the other end Jio customer care said that

                incoming calls from other then idea i.e. Jio,

                Vodafone, Airtel, BSNL, etc. had no problem

                to connect with you, means this is not our

                problem.

                Now please guide me what to do to solve my

                problem?

                  First mail: since yesterday signal is not coming in my jio sim. I have changed the phone also but the problem is same. I am not understand why signal is not coming in my phone. I called your customer care but they did not give me proper reason. And today i replaced the sim also but the problem is same. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible so that i am able to continue my jio services. I am facing so much difficulty in that.

                  I am writing this today to you because today is 28/june/2018 and still i have the same problem i am facing. This means you are not working on my issue. I dont know what is the issue in my sim. Your customer care executive called me on 26 june and told me it take another 2 days more and today 2 days are over but i am facing same issue. And her behavior was very rude with me.
                  Please give me email address of your support manager so that i talk to him and ask what actual in my sim. From around 4 days my sim was totally in service and this cause lots of problem to me because i gave that number to all of my friends.
                  Please tell me the exact time when it will resolve unless i will go to some higher place.

                    My existing Tata Docomo sim has been lost and i hav already Lodge a FIR. now i want to get my new tata docomo sim with same old number. but in my town( Daltonganj, Jharkhand PIN CODE- 822101) there r no tata docomo store and no retailer has tata docomo sim .so i am very helpless to get back my tata docomo sim.

                      I recharged with rs. 25 for 34 talktime and 250 mb. But immediately they deducted the total amount for chulbuli_chat that i didnot subscribe. On my complaint, i got back rs. 34 but today again they fraudulently deducted 33 for "music slate 45". I have not activated for any service and have asked the company to delit all the services still the same.

                        I am getting continuous spam calls from a trading company in indore
                        They use abusive languages on calls and if i block the no then they contact from different nos and by different people

                        I am receiving continuous calls from a trading company based out of Indore, these are harrasment calls rather
                        These people call and misbehave, speak abusive language . Everyday they are calling from different no’s . I have tried blocking all their no’s but still they don’t stop

                        This is unfortunate that Vodafone and TRAI are not taking any action against this company .

                            I paid the reamining bill, 1450rs.
                            But still it is 6 hours now, they have not started my phone number.
                            They promised to start within half hour.
                            I called different customer care numbers 7-8 times.
                            And now they have started giving Rude Answers.
                            I said to them, that i will complaint to TRAI, they were do watever you want.
                            Like we are not at fault, but still we are at loss...!
                            Please look into the matter.

                              Spected sir/madam,
                              I am pritam sarkar, s/o-lt. Umesh ch sarkar, residing in kolkata, using a jio no [protected] over 2 years. Hence plenty of service proeblem, i use this mobile service bec i use another two service provider without any proeblem. But now a days jio offer coustomer that they give a plan which was previous 399 by rs 299 with data benifit 1.5gb daily with additionak 1.5gb extra daily basic. Inshort that means 299rs for 3gb/day data. But while i recharge 50rs deduct via voucher, another 50rs got on phone pay wallet which is fully untransfarable to bank. But could not got additional data benifit for this plan hence the company gave me this benifit for four days only with my previous plan. When i called coustomer care, they told me that when i recharge for rs 399 with a discount rs 100, but eventunaly i got the additional data benifit (1.5gb/day) added with my previous plan due to voucher redemtion, hence this redemtion or any else could not be written in short or any special character in their advertisement. I think they want to make fool coustomer in this way. As a example, if i got the offer in proper time i use the data (1.5*84 days) but i got only (1.5*4) days. However, over 10yrs of mobile service using i can not hear any offer like this, that if anyone recgarge for offer, the offer he got for previous recharge pack.
                              I request you i[censored] kindly take necessary action in persue of public interest.

                                  I am the user of airtel postpaid sim, earlier i was using vodafone sim. Than i port my number in airtel on 16th june 2018.

                                  Then vodafone executive convinced me with better tariff plans for staying with vodafone. So, i agreed to cancel my port out request into airtel.

                                  But on 21st of june, my number was ported into airtel itself even after giving my consent to cancel the port out request.

                                  And now i am facing great network issues like no tower, no network and no internet etc.

                                  I have to wait for the signal to make any call, i want to port my number in vodafone again but i have to stay in airtel atleast 90 days.

                                  Why i have to continue in airtel?
                                  Its not my fault, its operator fault and please let me allow to port my number again into vodafone before 90 days of probation period.

                                    I'm trying to change network from airtel to other network because of high rental plan and network issue, Airtel People offer rental discount on my plan. They change the plan and without information they deleted my data in my account.

                                    With this action I lost 200+ GB data backup in my current plan. Without information they deleted data and when I reached the customer care they will not answer properly and hold the call around 40 min.

                                    It is very serious issue not only for me. They provide unusual information to customers to commit continue their network and after that they playing the tricks with customers.

                                      This is GB Brahma is the holder of[protected], Tata Docomo CDMA number since 2006, they discontinued CDMA without being intimate. My number got deactivated in April 2017 and I thought that it would be activated at any time and I went to them in the November 2017 and they said they will be activated the number but they didn't have CDMA sims, as soon as they come we will activate and when I went in January 2018 they said same thing and in the month April 2018 when I went to them they said CDMA numbers are discontinued/disconnected and we can activate them again we are so sorry for that.

                                      This was the number I have been using since 2006 I have lots of links with that number in the respective authorities. With this type of disconnection I lost all my identities I contacted with them and I also emailed them but they didn't respond. please resolve this query by looking into this, not only me there are lots of people who are like this please give some special regulation regarding this toTata Docomo.
