I had made isd call to australia, airtel has billed an amount of rs4680/- for 26 minutes o[censored]sage, which works out rs180/min as per their bill amount, and they are not willing to furnish the isd call rate per minute in the bill. When enquired they r giving all irrelevant answers, actual isd rate is rs 12 per minute, as informed by their customer care officer,
Lot of communication has happened by mails from me and little staff, but still they say it is correct and you have to pay the bill amount,
I want to appeal against this and file a cheating case against airtel telephone service provider,

    This is to inform you that i used idea post paid number which [protected] abhijeet dutta, last 2 month to til 7th augt i cant pay bill of 524 rs beacouse i was job less that time but when i visit to store regarding payment submit and hand over my number they said come on 23 rd of augst then we will submit and closed your number after that i call to customer care [protected] and share all the detail, but idea customer care not under stand my requiest and call to thirdperson means realition, and got all this number from my secure bill detail, frequiently call and haras to my relatives from this number.[protected].
    So its requiest to y plz stoped them to call third person, i will pay full amount 23rd augst.

    उनको प्रतिबंधक करना कोई गरीब आदमी का काम नही है!
    इसके बारे मे बहोत सारे सबुत मेरे पास है/ मुझे लगबग 2 लाख को फसाया है!

      One of my friend send me an whatsapp message of indipendence day saying that to open this message I have to give my right thumb impression.It was my fault that I opened it with my thumb impression.But today I got some message from my friend not to open such nessage, they will get all my bank and aadhar details.I am scared, please do the needful.

      In Feb3rd I went to Aircel Office in spencers plaza as i was leaving for US. i have two Mobile nos. I was asked to pay Rs.6000 towards deposit and i paid them. But to my shock in March i found Aircel had closed down its operations . Now i request TRAI to help us to get back the Deposit money.

        This the complaint against Mobile tower installation in residency area. All neighbour are saying to owner of house no. 24 Mr umed singh yadav please don't install tower as house build on only 37 Gaj .But he is not agree person is saying he is taking the permission from MCF. Tower installation work on 3rd manjil which is harmful for all the neighbour s.
        Request you to take the action at your end or cancel the permission for mobile tower installation.

            we would like to tell you details and we are suffering from last week, reason for it is our number which is in coportate plan with telecom company vodafone, has gone in DND and in temporty disconnted due to reason showing it is a telemaketing number as on that we share team vodafone all th process from which we get the lead and by through how we corinated with the client

            Team vodafone need a justification answer for that as on now has kept all the forward mail to you and our procees in it,
            we would like to tel you firstly we are a Recuriement services provider we provide care taker, Elder care, patient care maids Etc
            On this basis we get the contact through our website we dont do any ramdom call so we are not a telemaketing number
            on which we have provide a justification answer with all screenshot we have done and given a answer to which we need our number to be release
            please let us know the procees how can we release our number because our services provide vodafone is a task of suffering we are suffering from last week and now this would be our last track we are contacting you as it would a very big loss and finically dispute to company

            The customer need to fill all his requirement that he needs from the maids
            As he fill and submit the details the contact number and all his address with is requriement will be generated throught our website and lead get geneted
            After the contact is done we will contact the client and discuss the requriement and recruitment is done and deal is close

            Note: We are services provide and we provide caretaker paitent cre and maids so our no is emergency number as for any paitent client need to contact us he or she will be stuct due do no contact and it will be loss for life too

            On this basis there is no ramdom call done if any client have and need of maids at his place and and he contact us then only we do call him for furture and future deals

            and as our company steps are written how we work, by saying we dont have such client who will need to do our number in DND we think it our compititor who has done this for loss of our bussiness

            From our side if you need to check our call log and in you can indinfire and get check what we have conversation with clients

            By the way we have done the such calling on DND we are really apoloziging for that and requrest you to release the number as soon as

            possible as it is our running bussiness number we are facing such a loss of time and bussiness due to it

              I am a. Harshavardhana reddy. I raised a so many complaints on network issue for last 10 days. But they didn't update the any improvement on my complaint whatever i raised. Every time they sent one reply for every what ever i got. Even customer support & higher officals are also unfit to solve the issue. This is the common reply for every mail whatever i sent.

                Respected sir, my vodafone network service has been discontinued from vodafone. I have paid vodafone's bill for all months. After porting my number to airtel to vodafone, the service has been discontinued for the remaining bill. I had asked for details about airtel. But they threatened to stop numbering me. Similarly, vodafone has discontinued my service from the airtel company's request. I am looking forward to justice for you. So, please reconnect to my service again.

                  This is dr. Yogesh ramani from rajkot (Gujarat). I had jio mobile no. [protected] for last many years. I got a message from trai on 6 august 2018 regarding disconnection on account of ndnc ucc violations. This no has been disconnect on the same day at evening.

                  I would like to request you if i am at any fault kindly pardon me. I have not sent any violent or abusive messages from my phone no. I visited jio regional office and inquire about the same. I understood that if somebody has complaint about me, trai can disconnect the service. I request you to check out my record i have never sent such kind of messages from the phone. I may have sent limited educational messages only. I understood by referring trai website that one should not sent same message maximally.

                  If i am at any fault i am ready to reimbursement its charge. Please note i am trustee of gyan education and charitable trust rajkot. We run free courses for poor people and working woman. I beg before you, many people have saved my contact no and want to learn free spoken english and self-banking training course under our trust. For them if this no. Is disconnected how they will reach to me and to get this benefit. These people are of saurashtra region and living around rajkot city.

                    My Customer id of Videocon dth is[protected] and I have been continuously troubled by Videocon dth, they earlier had reduced my subscription end date without any reason and again they have done that for which I am making a complain, The subscription end date was 30 August 2018 after the recharge done on 26 July 2018, then it was 3 September 2018 . All supporting documents attached .
                    As per buyer protection rule of Videocon dth subscription end date can not be changed, that too when I have not subscribe any new package or channel .Videocon dth is neither reinstating the earlier subscription date of 3 Sep'18 nor is replying on my complain.
                    They also have removed all music channels, pogo channel which was under paid pack for which I had made the complain as well . But at Videocon dth nobody is bother to reply on my complaint .

                      I received a call from Airtel DTH offers team that I can get free 1 month subscription to English movie channels. I said okay. But they charged 60Rs from my Airtel account. Later when I called their customer care number, they refunded the amount but their explanation is not satisfactory. Please investigate into why extra amount was charged and how many people are being duped this way.

                        I want to transfer my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid by the name of dhirajkumar surendra sethiya and submitted all required documents with full and final paymentrs.752/- each for my both number to your vodafone store, shop no.3& 4, tapsya plaza, chichwad on 31st july 2018.
                        While submission of documents & payment vodafone person at store assure me that this will take 48 hours and also he giving prepaid cards to us.

                        Am waiting for 64 hours but nothing can happen so i called customer care for complaint that time he tells that there is no any type of request submitted by vodafone stored so it wouldn't happen yet. Complaint number is

                        Now please let me know as a corporate customer don't you have value o[censored]s. Despite of several complaint nothing can happen. This type o[censored]seless service is not expecting from a reputed company vodafone.

                        In this regards please take required action on vodafone, chinchwad store and solve my problem.
                        Am also sending copy of this mail to trai also.

                        My brother Nd Sister-in-law are in Zurich. They had done a recharge of 3997 on their Number [protected] on 31/07/2018.
                        It had 500 outgoing calls unlimited incoming and 5 gb Internet.
                        But they are unable to make any outgoing Calls. I called the customer care but they are not doing anything.
                        My Number [protected](Vodafon) It's My Number Permanent Number So please This Number I Use My Bank Account Also So Please I Request My Number Reactivate It's Very Required And Do Not Again I Call Commercial Use.

                          Since last 4-5 months I am facing network related issue in my area. Yesterday night when I called in customer care they just deny to take my complain. And said the issue will be resolved end of October. Their portal didn't allow them to take complain for Data services. They are seating to misguide the customer. It's simply harassing and most worse network. Need urgent support.

                            I have registered my complaint about network issue to airtel postpaid customer care last 6 months. I think my first complain is in feb month regarding network issue. And till of the day no resolved my complain today is 03 aug.2018. When i am calling to customer care they told me that there is system issue i cannot create your complain. His area network employee never solve the complaint. I am irritated like this services. His network employee missed call me and say costumer not pickup the phone and closed the complain. Total waste my money.

                            Please reply me if you can do like this cheap services. And fraud airtel telecom

                              Despite several complaints to the below mentioned mail ids and revert mails / call assurance from Bajaj Finance complaint cell of my number being tagged as DND, i have been getting calls incessantly from various Bajaj Finance.

                              My no is registered for NDNC, however Bajaj finance call centres have been calling me day and night for loans have called me 13 times in one day from various different mobile numbers. This is taking...

                              Hi,

                              My mobile no is : [protected] (Tata indicom cdma)

                              Since last two week onwards my tata indicom cdma mobile is showing the signal but i was not able to connect the call or sms to any numbers. Immediately i have contacted to tata indicom customer care. They are saying tata indicom cdma service was closed.

                              I was shocked when they had said service was closed. I was maintaining tata indicom mobile number [protected] more than 10 years. I didn't get any communication either by call or sms. There is no media publicity also regarding closing of tata indicom cdma services.

                              I was deeply regret-ed with there services to customer's given by tata. My mobile number is also linked with aadhar. Now it is very difficult to manage the transaction with aadhar as it is reqquired otp to complete the transaction.

                              My tata indicom number is not a port number. Since, beginning onward's i was with tata indicom with trust.

                              I have mail (Or) contacted to customer care. Simply they are saying we had called or sent a message to customer regarding this. But, i did not get any call or sms that service was going to close.

                              While promoting a ads they will promote in media. But when they are closing they will not promote and making problems to customers.
                              If service is going to close they should keep on calling or sending sms atleast 1 year before from the date of closing the service... But these was not happened.. The tata indicom support representative is saying we had given 60 days or prior to close the service.. During these short span how can customer knows that particular mobile service is going to stop.

                              Trai should take an severe action on these type of mobile network operators
                              There are lot of people who are facing similar issue.

                              I believe consumer complaint should take serious action on tata cdma network operators by informing to trai and please resolve these issue. It will help most of the people who are facing similar issue.
                              Please take a sever action on tata mobile services and i request i want port should be happen at-least to my mobile number :[protected]

                              I heard they are going to close tata docomo by end of the year. Still, these news also don't know most of the people

                                HI,

                                I had visited singapore from 13th June till 3rd July 2018. During my stay I had initiated international roaming pack and a 10 day service pack. But I have been charged rupees 2000 for a customer call made on 1st of July 2018 to deactivate my 10 day service pack.
                                When contacted Airtel customer Care they say the call made was not a toll free number and that I need to make twice the value of the service pack(2 x 1199) with a good will waiver of 500 which amounts to my total bill amount of rupees 2800.

                                Please address the issue with the Airtel service.

                                There were also wrong billed amounts for the same time period during my international stay which I had to call and get them waived.

                                  People are cheated by india's telecom company.
                                  India's major telecom companies are cheating in the name of 4g.
                                  Indias 4g speed is very low compared to all the other countries.

                                  Please provide the proper speed.
                                  People are being cheated by telecom companies by not providing the right speed.
                                  If you complaint to the customer care about the speed issue they will tell "you might feel the speed issue in peak hours".
                                  Even the company is agreeing in it.

                                  So my point is,
                                  1. Doesn't the company know how many customers will be recharging from which location?.
                                  If yes. Why can't they just manage the problems in peak hours.

                                  So on behalf of all the indian citizen, i request to all the telecom companies not cheat people and provide the right speed at all the time.

                                  Note: seriously i dont want to use 2g internet in the name of 4g

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am tata docomo custome who was using postpaid services and we were paying our bills honestly from last few years at their brand store located at mangalore.
                                    Now i am not able to pay my postpaid bill offline anywhere in mangalore and hence they have stopped all the service on my mobile number.

                                    Its really difficult because we have 5 phone number connected to one connection.

                                    As you know how important it is to have a mobile in business.

                                    Now these people have closed their office and their customer care is worst in the industry..

                                    We request you to help us get same mobile number even if it is in other network.

                                    Please help us

                                      Hi,

                                      The vodafone post-paid service billed more with false commitment plan activated and they changed my plan 3 to 4 times by waiving the bill of 100inr.
                                      So i refused the plan in the month of april 2018 but number was not deactivated from the plan and they billed high means more. I don't know my number still activated in the vodafone plan and i was ported to jio network.
                                      Now they requested to stop service fro jio by tai. That is injustice with me and they are cheating with me. So kindly request you to get resolved this issue and i wish to continue with jio network.
