    Respected officer on 5th april2018 i have done portability from airtel to vodafone at that time made full payment of 320 rs. More than my bill. My phone working since ok now after two month airtel has raise query for pending bill. Bill amount may be 520 rs. There no any pending but mobile stopped. What to do? Please resolve my problem. I am working with gnfc ltd, bharuch & due to our management decision we all portability. Airtel has raise more than 500 such query for harassment to gnfc employee so please do necessary.

    Against my above number i have been charged Rs.9 for calling toll free number of Tata sky [protected], in my unlimited pack it was mention that all local and STD call are free even air tel is charging on there helpline number 121, Kindly look into the matter and refund my money.

      I’m anand vaghela my mobile no is [protected]. I am port from airtel to vodafone already before 2 months. But still airtel company generates my bill. It is very samefull for company and user experience because without using your service you are generating my bill. It is very degrading for your value.
      For your information just 1 week before i’ve paid ₹417/- for recurring my pending bill, on that time airtel complain this issue in trai and without intimations my outgoing and incoming service was stopped, on that time without any argument i was paid all pending bill at your gandhinagar airtel showroom.
      But now this month once again airtel generate my new bill without using service...

        Recpsected sir/madam,

        This is to inform you that i am using airtel number [protected] and the performance of airtel 4g data is so poor that we can not compare from 3g as well. Poor voice quality and connecting calls are the other issues.

        I am hereby attaching a snap that how worst performance is of airtel in upw meerut region.

        Pls help us in geeting a solution because this is not my issue but a common issie of many.

          Probably one of the most unprofessional service personnel airtel has for their dth section. I have 2 connection (Primary and secondary) of airtel dth. Primary was nont working more than weeks. After complaining on friday two days passed and no fix for my primary connection. Whereas after airtel's technician visit i lost pictures in my secondary connection (Hd box). Follow up after follow up... Failed commitments by the other service persons to show up. Seems even their area manager or escalation department has no control over fields technician. They are failing airtel every now and then. I have been a old customer of airtel dth service around 8-9 years long now almost forced to decide leaving the umbrella of airtel dth. But before that i like to register my complain with trai for such poor service.

            I have done two transaction on 16.03.2018 of inr 399 and inr 20 for vodafone number but both transaction failed. I have mail to vodafone regarding the same on 16.03.2018 21:10. Vodafone revert me back on 17.03.2018 on phone and confirmed that transaction done but amount was not credited and the same send on mail 11:53. After confirmation from vodafone i have done another transaction of inr 399 on 17.03.2018 for 70 days plan ending on 25.05.2018. But after expiry of my plan no credit transfer to my account as promised by than on telcon of 17.03.2018. Even after repetitive mail correspondence with them and give the details require by them, they are still reluctant to proceed further positively and asking give some more details. What are they for as they don't have any details for the transaction. But give all details to marketing companies for their business. Asking trai to intervene in this matter.

              Dear sir,

              I belong to a small village raipur, gharbara, aligarh, uttar pradesh, all the villagers are facing a major problem of network issue, there is no network tower of a single company such as voda, idea, jio etc.in the village.
              This is a big issue to every villager because they are not using the mobile facility properly, no one can make a single call due to this network prblm.
              There is a humble request please make necessary steps to resolve this issue.

                Hello i am having big issue upon vodafone company. Before 3 month i taking a post paid card from vodafone the plan is 349 and after one month i paid the bill and i'm taking a new plan for 99 rs in one month and vodafone customer care gave me that plan and they told me that they activated that plan but after 1 month i received 420 rs bill and i called customer care office for the help on this and told that there were no 99 rs plan in my mobile and they also can't help me and they also rudely talking with me and not give me any answer and now there are two months went but they give no response and also they block my number so plz help me it is very urgent...

                  I have a jio prepaid connection. Bought this one year back. There is no connectivity at home. We were told to use jiofi for internet. Even after paying 1000 rs for device and several renewals on both numbers issue is unresolved. We made several complaints to local person also on the portal. Jio team in last conversation agreed there is a genuine technical problem near my residential area in nashik maharashtra. Last. Complaint number sr00000lasoz. The person spoken didn't commit any time frame. Issue remains unresolved for data as well as voice calls. Requesting this to be considered as consumer complaint for resolving issues.

                    I my self one of the partner of my company m/s kedarnath electricals near mumbai maharashtra. We are doing business of electrical panel manufacturing. We have taken idea post paid connections in maharashtra circle. We have got 7 nos. Of mobile connections on company name. These connection are operating since from almost 4 years. As prepaid rates of idea service provider are very less now. We want to port our connections in prepaid manner. For this migration we are ready to submit all necessary documents. Just now we are having latest electricity bill from our local electricity service provider torrent power & gst certificate issued by government of india indirect tax department as address proof. My adahar card, pan card & company pan card. One application on name of idea mobile for switching over.
                    Even having all necessary documents now idea cellular is bind to take either reg. Partnership deed or any nationalized bank statement only, or adhar udyog certificate.
                    They are instructed to aspect only above said details no other document is valid as address proof. Why gst certificate is not valid as address proof. Can any one say on this? Please help me regarding the same.

                      Sub: my sim has been blo cked and problems in its re-activation - reg

                      I am mrs. Nidhya, living at no 18, pugazhendhi street, anandha nagar, kathirkamam, puducherry – 605008. I was using the mobile no - [protected] (Airtel) for the last two years without any problem. However, on 28.04.2918, my sim card was blocked for apparently no reason at all. I contacted the local customer officer and he told me that the sim card is registered on some other name. I was shocked by this reply and told him that i have been regularly using this number for the last two years and there was no problem.

                      I have since then been trying to get the error rectified and and get the sim card changed to my name or get another sim card but with the same mobile number but to no avail. I am regulary talking to the airtel officers to give me a suitable solution as this number is linked to my adhar and accounts of government and other agencies. But, till now i am only getting promises and no real steps have been taken to solve my problem. Hence, i bring this issue to your kind attention and request you to do the needful at the earliest so that i can continue to use the same mobile number. My alternative contach number is [protected].

                          Iam using airtel sim, moble no. [protected], from hyderabad telangana. My service provider is not giving proper service in voice calls. There. Is network fluctuation, voice cracking, call drop. Whole city is suffering with this issue. When contacted to customer care, we will get only one reply that our team is working. We are facing this problem from more than 5to6 month. I humbly request trai to look into the matter and pls solve our issue. Thank you.

                          Iam using Airtel mobile no. [protected].we are facing lot of issues with Airtel. Voice cracking, no proper connectivity, whole city (Hyderabad, TELANGANA) is suffering, when we raising complaint we get only one reply our team is working. We are facing this problem from more than 5to6months, one of the major issue is CALL DROP. I HUMBLY REQUEST TRAI TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PLS SOLVE OUR ISSUE. THANK YOU.

                              In kumaraswamy layout, bangalore, there is only one internet service provider i. E rvr fibernet and i also heard that they are not letting any other player to enter the market.
                              I have a connection from rvr, although the service is pathetic i was using the service as i had no choice. Recently i changed my house and rvr is asking rs 2000 for re-connection. This is too much and i wasn't informed about this.

                                We are the subscribers of vsnl's web mail services registered as [protected]@vsnl.com with our account number as[protected] for the 15 years or more.

                                During the course we paid rs.979-00 or so for 100 hours or 1 year as the mail box hire charges. This charges reduced to 650-00 approx for 100 hours in the last year.

                                Our account with vsnl showed that we had a credit balance of rs.[protected] years back) in excess as we did not utilise the 100 hours in full.

                                Presently, we are getting sms and calls from docomo asking us to pay rs.1179-00 for the period[protected] to[protected].

                                We get to know that docomo is shut down almost 6 or 10 months before.

                                We hereby seek your advice and confirmation whether
                                1. The docomo company exists,
                                2. Are they the authorised to hire vsnl's webmail services
                                3. If authorised, can we pay rs.1179-00 as the hire for this
                                Financial year 2018-19.
                                4. Is the hire charges they claim is the trai recommended.
                                5. If we need to pay, where is their office in bangalore north.
                                Please help us with their contact nos..

                                  First - i asked idea to cancel my port request but they didn't
                                  Second - i didn't get the plan as committed - 249
                                  Third - network issue - 10-11 hours with no network coverage (Prime location)
                                  Fourth - all above have been raised but closed without any resolution
                                  Fifth - mentally tortured, need to go out of 9th floor to get an otp, or to call
                                  Sixth - no one is listening - even escalated to appellate idea but no one responding with resolution

                                    This is prajeet, i have airtel sim, no.[protected], from last 10 day i am facing more problem. And it increase more in last 2 days. Out of 10 calls only connecting 1-2 calls and many numbers are not connecting at all after trying 100-120 times also... From last 2 hrs... I am trying to connect customer care on 121 and 198 but its not connecting at all...
                                    Many people also complaining that your mobile is not connecting.. Its say out of coverage area...
                                    I restarted my mobile many times... But m facing same problem.

                                    Then what is the use of paying money without getting service.???
                                    Please look in this matter..

                                      Both the major operators have discontinued the service for past several months and are regretting for the inconvenience. This is a strategy to frustrate common people so that they couldn't see aadhaar linking status without visiting uidai portal. It is not understood what type of digitisation this is. Please do the needful. Also forwarding this complaint to pmo as we are very aggrieved with these operators.
