I switched to Vodafone from Airtel in June .I received message from Vodafone that 220 amount is due for Airtel and 12th July being the last date of payment. I made payment on this date at 5:30, however, still my outgoing services were stopped
.I tried to contact at customer care of Vodafone to tell them that I have emailed bill receipt through registered email id, however they are repeatedly saying that they have not received any email.Below are my payment details.

    We have visit your Vodafone care center golmarket near jiwan nagar chok Ludhiana & we have take new duplicate sim your officer verified my adhar no.& my adhar no.is verified but you officer ask me your adhar not verified we have take sim against [protected] prepaid sim but he ask me if you take post paid sim then I give you sim other wise we have not give sim & one another person sit on OPOSIT & this is same problem

      Hello,

      I am currently staying in Dubai, on 20th June, 2018 I lost my mobile and also the Vodafone SIM in it.

      Vodafone guys told me that my brother can collect the Replacement SIM card from nearest Vodafone store and asked to send my scan documents i.e. identity proof and NOC letter for third part, so I gave the said documents.

      Vodafone guys wrote the below statement:

      I would request you to kindly follow below third party sim-ex request in order to active your number [protected] at Bandra Vodafone store and meet Mr Rahul Bhagwat

      For Third Party Requests, below docs to be collected from the customer’s rep,

      •Customer’s Authorization Letter from First Party

      •Self-attested POI Copy (of the customer)

      •Representative’s Proof of Identity Copy

      •Representative’s original Proof of Identity Copy I (only for reference)

      Now Here Representative means my brother Right! A person who represents on someone behalf is called representative i guess. So, he's proof of Identity copy and original were required that’s what I understand form the above statement.

      First of all Mr Rahul Bhagwat was not present there, instead of him there was some other arrogant person Akbar Shaikh.

      Now, my brother when he went to Vodafone store at Bandra west Hill road branch, a guy named Akbar Shaikh he was asking my brother for my presence and my original documents which are with me.

      Akbar was asking for Original NOC and not scan, any idiot can also understand that a person who is staying in Dubai, how will be provide the original NOC, I can sent NOC scan copy only.

      If my presence is required then what is the use of NOC.

      That guy Akbar so called manger of your store does not even know the meaning of NOC.

      I called my brother from my Dubai number so that I could have talked to Akbar, but he was like I will not talk, for talking on phone we have customer service centre..! This is the stupid response given to my brother.

      If Vodafone want my Presence for SIM then why they said that we just require NOC letter and self-attested documents?

      Very Pathetic service from Vodafone and your Vodafone manger Akbar Shaikh is very arrogant and idiot person, he feels proud saying "JAO MERA NAAM BATA DO, KAFI HAI MERA NAAM HI...”as if he is the Don of Vodafone & Mumbai, I feel pity on Vodafone that it has hired such goons and disgusting staff at such responsible position. He is Defaming Vodafone's name and goodwill.

      Now you guys only tell me how I can be present over there for SIM replacement and provide original documents which I carried with me while I was leaving to Dubai.

          Dear TRAI,

          This is to bring in your attention that network provider Bharti Airtel, has not been satisfactorily providing services to its consumers on regular basis. It advertises & publicize malicious content about being the fastest internet provider. Its been over a year, I have been constantly issuing such concern. Its been more than 40 days now, where me issue has not been resolved by Airtel inspite of constant follow up.

          My SRN are as follows : 85648934, 85699194 & 85867206.
          Although my request no. raised are more than mentioned times BUT none of them has been resolved at customer care till now.

          Request you to kindly take severe action against such company defaulting & advertising fake claims on being fastest network service provider.

              We applied for TATA Broadband for our office 1521/4, Bhagirath Palace, Delhi-110006 around four months back.
              Wiring was done very promptly but no one came for installation of modem, no activation was done, in spite of regular follow up we received no result, then we ignored TATA and got DEN broadband installed.
              Now we are receiving bills from tata on regular basis. Telecallers are calling daily for pending bills, for which we have never used their services.
              Please see what can be done.
              We dont want to pay for the services which we have never availed.

                I am Chandra Kant Mundra working in Nigeria. I have Airtel no [protected] active here in Nigeria on International roaming. My balance was Rs 421 till few days back and when I checked it today it is showing me 322. I neither avail any of your services nor messaged nor called nor received call. Rental are deductible only if I avail any service, which I did not.

                I need my money back. This is your habit of doing all the time. Last year Nov you have deducted Rs 300 for nothing. Get me my money back else I will make a complain to TRAI.

                    Hi, As m using Tata docomo no [protected] from past many years, and still I continued after hearing rumours that network is shutting down as they asks us to continue service its only rumour, I cleared all my bill sincerely . my billing date is every month 27th, but all of the sudden they barred my connection, saying i have unbilled amount of 1449.00 need to be cleared, and this they charged me for 7days where as m in 199 plan, and if I tried to contact the customer care they say pay the unmilled we release and there is no store or people available to help other then 10am to 4pm call centre, finally I feel this there plan to cheat or harass the customer to make money out of it becoz as they are closed everywhere needn't worry about anything ...this very unfair with people who resect in our law Kindly help me and other who is trapped and going to trapped by the network..

                      Under different VAS, the company deducted balance amount of Rs. 38. After complaint i get money back, but again it is deducted. I didnot prescribe any VAS, the company representative promise to delete all offers from my number, still the same is going on endlessly. we are aware of this, so we complain but think about them who are not aware. Pl help

                        Dear Sir,

                        On 26th April, 2018, while paying the cheque for my postpaid connection at the Vodafone Store in Kurian Towers, Bannerji Road, Cochin. It was informed to the Customer Care Executive at this Vodafone store to deactivate the international roaming facility from my postpaid connection with Vodafone. The Vodafone Customer Care executive assured that the international roaming facility will be deactivated immediately.

                        In the belief that the Vodafone Customer care executive had discharged his duty, I had while travelling to China on 21st May, 2018, bought a China sim from the departure lounge of the Cochin International airport, for my use while travelling to China. The copy of the bill for the China sim purchased from the airport is attached for your review. To my utter shock and disbelief while I was waiting for my connecting flight to China at the Colombo airport, I received a call on my phone. It was at this time, I realised, the Vodafone Customer Care executive had not deactivated the International roaming facility from my monthly plan with Vodafone and the Vodafone Customer Care executive had failed to discharge in duty as promised by him, while accepting my payment on 26th April 2018.

                        Having realised, the international roaming facility had not been deactivated by the Vodafone Customer care executive, On 22nd May 2018, early in the morning, I emailed the Vodafone Store to deactivate the international roaming facility from my plan and this facility was deactivated on 22nd May 2018.

                        Due to the failure of the Vodafone Customer Care executive to discharge his duty in a timely manner, I have been billed excessive charges for Mobile Internet, when I had already purchased a China Sim with basic Mobile internet already included in the China sim. I request your goodself to consider my plea favorably and instruct Vodafone Mobile Services Limited to waive the excessive Mobile internet charges from my bill. All copies of the communication with Vodafone and copy of the bill paid on 26th April with seal and stamp of the Vodafone Store at Kurian Towers is attached alongwith this complaint.

                        I humbly and sincerely hope you will consider my plea favorably and you will request Vodafone to reverse these mobile internet charges from my bill, especially because, it was a failure by the Vodafone Customer care executive in discharging his duties. Thank you.

                          I'm Subrat Swarup Panigrahi using Prepaid mob no [protected] from service provider Airtel. They took Rs. 70.00 on 21/5/2018 for Mobistore and again Rs. 30.00 today for GAMEPIND Value Added Services.
                          But I have never asked for these services.
                          I requested them to stop the practice and revert the amount already realised through emails to [protected]@in.airtel.com.
                          They have not responded to the mail either. So please proceed on priority to stop this nuisances and corrupt unfair practice and realisation of my hard earned money.

                            Hi TRAI,

                            The AIRTEL is cheating customers for giving proper service and bill payments. So i need your intervention to take action on them and to restrict their advertisement as fastest network in india. As per TRAI speed test app Jio is the best speed and giving all area as VoLTE support including villages.

                            Note: The customers are cheating by Airtel who are using auto pay bills through credit and debit cards due to excess bills are generated by Airtel.

                            I am calling and sending mails to Airtel more than 3 months but we are not receiving any resolution from them and they are keep telling that we will resolve the issues and you can compliant TRAI as well.

                              I am receiving numerous bulk sms from CESC Limited (an RP Sanjeev Goenka Group company) showing the swnder name as "IM-CESCLM" regarding meter reading and bill payment on both my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] since last 3 years, as if I am their customer. Whereas I have never ever applied for any of their services and I am not connected to them in any way.

                              I have lodged complaint with the CESC ltd. Offices in Kolkata by phone email and whatsapp, but they have taken no steps to stop the menace on my phone. It is highly disturbing and a big harrassment I am facing.

                              Please help!

                                I recharge my no [protected] with 448 rupees from airtel app but offer benefit is i[censored] recharge with 448 rupees through aort1 app you will get 100% cashback.But I don't rec my cash back till now.I want 100% cash bach which is committed by airtel.Airtel customer service is very worst.I cannot connect his customer care.When I want to connect to his customer care it is saying your no is incorrect.

I am ot a GOD..THEN HOW MAY I KNOW THAT VODAFOE AGAIN GEERATE A BILL AFTER PORTIG MY NUMBER TO IDEA. from very few days “TRAI” has CLOSED my connection without provide any information to me and without checking any record ???? HOW CAN TRAI OR VODAFONE DO THAT??????????????? AGAIN I PAID MY ALL DUES TO VODAFONE...                                         I have registered my number [protected] under DND despite which the caller has all my contact details.

                                        I have received call from [protected] on 6th July 2018 at 01:09 pm from Citibank Credit card marketing department.

                                        I have not shared this number for any marketing despite which I receive endless marketing calls.

                                        Pls do the needful to prevent further disturbance.

                                        There are enumerous people disturbing by calls and SMS. Pls do the needful.
