Hi there

I recently ported in to jio network and facing network issues call drops and even 2g net speed is coming for 4g network.
When i connected thier customer care they said they have weak coverage in my area and asking me to wait for 180days to rectify my issue

This is very reckelss.. We are paying money and they are telling to wait for that time. I want no other user should facing issue as me

They again asking me to wait for 180days .. that is the use of raising concern here.
I don't know what is the meaning of customer satisfaction here they are just saying 180 days for resolving issue hell with Jio I want to port out with in 90days it will be useful if trai give me exception
I am using Vodafone postpaid plan mobile number [protected] thear is call drop issue within time 10 to 15 SEC auto cut . This issue come in 1 week.
This is the 4g speed I'm getting

      Mai pichle 2 saal se jio 4g ko use kr rha hu lekin speed bilkul bhi ni aati hai.. Na to google pr kuch search ho pata hai or na hi koi bhi chez download ho pati hai.. Maine na jane kitni baar complain bhi ki issue raise bhi kiya hai bt koi bhi solution ni mil pa rha hai.. Bs complaint no. Generate kr dete hai or bolte hai aapke area mai hm tower plant kr rhe hai.. Mujhe to dikhai ni deta tower kha lga rhe hai.. Or mai ye baat pichle 2 saal se sun rha hu.. Aap plz problem ko solve kijiye... Aapse ji ummed hai.. Kyuki mera paisa ya public ka paisa faltu ni h... Plz solve our problem.. Ye problem hai up k pilkhuwa mai jo hapur mai lgta hai.. Pin-245304 problem hai jawahar bazar pilhuwa mai.. Or baki sb jagah..

        I had last 7 month problem are facing and atleast 5 & 6 complaint raise of internet problem but still problem same. And give feedback your side has december 17 tell 90day our area are new tower has updates.

        Please check my details and solve problem.

        Kindly take responsible persone solve query. Either not had problem solve last 7 month and more.

        And 2 other sim card jio has use and there is problem are same.

          I recharged my other jio number [protected] from my jio app [protected] for 790 but they took 1598 by calling customer care all i got was avoiding my query putting my call on hold and disconnecting. 798 may not be big amount but it's taken by fooling me pls help it's hard earned money. The people like parthiban ganesh they treat troubled customers without any concern and avoiding calls that is what more disturbing thinking they can get away with anything

            Hi team,

            My name is nikhil mukhi and i am using a idea postpaid no. I made the payment of rs 508 today however my bill was for 458 rs. I sent a request for porting to another service provider so when i tried to talk to customer care that why unnecessary 133 rs has been charged on my bill they were like sir it's a usage charges but my no was temporary disconnected from the last 3 months because they were not even providing any resolution to my query. The customer care executive sanjay kumar and bilal from the management team started abusive language on the call. I want to port my no so i request you to kindly help me on this matter and i will also file a police complaint for fraudulent charges that were put on my bill.

              I have Idea postpaid connection number[protected] at Chandigarh. I want to port that number to Airtel . I tried thrice with Airtel Vendors. My Thumb impression registered with Addhar Card was taken by Two Vendors Respectively in this month but Idea Post paid refuse to do despite my payment of advance bill. Thereafter i also approached Idea showroom at Sector 28, Chanidgarh to change it even on the Idea Prepaid. I personally went there with my Adhar Card but they refused to do so and told me to come after 4 Days as it is company policy. The official noted my request for port but refused to port it on the idea showroom despite my Physical Presence. I am suffering . My Son also requested them month ago to do the Port of my number from Sector 28, Chandigarh Idea outlet . AT That time the officials told him to come with his father and they would do the needful but when I Went to same idea showroom they again told me to come after four days. I also shoot down their version in my Phone. For me the company is on fault and required to be punished for undue trade practice.

                  27-july-2018 evening 5.04pm one game service related 35rs deducted from my number [protected].after the same time i will called the customer care call attended executive MAYA.she very carelessly handled for my call...and i want to trancefer call to senior executive.but MAYA very late after trancefered call to senior desk and after senior executive call connected...his name not confirmed...i thought his name RANJITH...he was a senior executive...but he also handled the call very badly...i want waiver for that amount 35 rs.am not used the game.mistakenly pressed the key...please kindly check my complaint seriously...

Their website and customer service portal www.ideacellular.com has disabled all web links to their contacts sections, compliance section, appellate authority, terms & conditions, terms of services, help & support etc thus disallowing its consumers an opportunity to raise complaints and grievances.

                        Am a customer of icici i made a withdrawal of 500rs in the month of may 15th date or16th 2018 from karud vysya atm machine amount as been deducted from my account but i didn't received the money from atm machine regarding this issue i had made number of times call to icici customer care and dropped the mail for them but they are not responding they are saying its success full transaction if it is a successful transactions i asked them to give me cc vedio photos from lasttwo months they are saying we are looking for vedios and photos but aquarius bank karur vysya bank is not giving vedios and photos they are giving this answer i need u to take action on icici and karur vysya banks

                          Why can't we port sim before 90 days?
                          I have recently ported to jio but i don't get signals at my location.
                          I complained but they did not resolve the issue. They are just saying this will take time as we don't have coverage in that area.
                          I am unable to receive calls or use the internet. Cannot even make bank transactions as don't get otp because of no signals.
                          I want to port to another operator but in have not completed 90days in the current network.
                          What can i do i am not getting network i cannot change my number as it is there in all my bank accounts. I cannot port because they won't let me port.
                          Either they should provide network or let me port.

                            I ported my sim from airtel to jio. There was an outstanding amnt wid my previous operator which i cleard once the Jio reminded me but even after clearing the outstanding amnt. The operator has barred my sim from past two days without giving any notice due to which i had to face many problems since i was using only one sim. And when i am talking with customer care they are saying that ur sim will be barred for 2 more days. Please help me with this!!

                              This has reference to my airtel digital tv id [protected]. I have 2 set top box connections for the single dish that i am using. We had some technical issues with the 2nd connection.
                              When the technician visited our house on 14th may, he had replaced the faulty set and connected a new set.

                              Recently i came to know that there were 3 set top box connections showing on my account and the faulty set top box was still available. I had called the airtel customer service number and spoke to one of the level 2 representatives. She assured me that the faulty set top box would be removed. I also spoke to a senior official who had visited our house with the technician, whose name was mr. Sarad das. I was getting billed for the extra connection. He assured me that the money would be waived.

                              I have one more serious issue. I had paid rs. 946/- as the monthly charges for my 2 connections on 18th july. Although i had made a payment and the transaction was done successfully, the services on one of my connection has been suspended yesterday, due to inadequate balance. I fail to understand that when i have already recharged for the main account, why would one of the connections be suspended.

                              I need your help to restore the services and compensation for the incorrect billing for an extra set top box connection, which i never had. I also need compensation for suspension of services although i had sufficient balance in my tv account

                                Sir, i am using jio services since october 2016. For more than a year and half there were occasional issue of slow data services. But since march 18 the data speed got deteriorated continuously. I escalated the issue with jio care vide case # 16050465 and sr00000g9l3e. But each time complaint was overlooked as a non serious matter.

                                    I had taken the airtel broadband connection on march-2018 for 6 months and i paid full amount around 6000/-. I had used it for two months (March & april) and because of some address change, i couldn't continue the connection. So i requested for cancellation on may-2018. They committed to refund my balance amount 4001/- rupees with 15 days of my cancellation request. But till now they were not refunded that amount.

                                      I have purchased vodafone connection, with no [protected] but when somebody is dialing my number it is connecting to some other person who is also having the same no. [protected] from last two year. Even when i dial my number it connected to that person. When i tried many times to contact the customer care they are rigidly not accepting the problem. Due to all this, i missed my official calls. Which consequences may be very serious career wise and financially. I am going through a lots of mental stress.

                                      I am attaching service message which showing balance have been deducted for talking to self number.

                                      I got a call on 30 August from nodal officer Divya Garg ([protected]) and promised me to do solution within 48 hour.
                                      But instead of solution my number has been discontinued. There is no network connection for my number.and above no. Of nodal representative is not connecting.
                                      Feeling annoyed and helpless. 😡😡

                                        Madipakkam center of Airtel has csold 1599 family pack with a promise that airtel prime, airtel secure are free but when we claim now they tell this cell is not eligibile and before getting that it has to be registered. they charging [protected] on full chargees annd familu memberrs on individual charges. Let us not cheat people and sell when airtel is already losing market. because of this now i am going chnage my 5 family number. 45 employees numbers and 15 office numbers to other vendor
