This has reference to my airtel digital tv id [protected]. I have 2 set top box connections for the single dish that i am using. We had some technical issues with the 2nd connection.
When the technician visited our house on 14th may, he had replaced the faulty set and connected a new set.
Recently i came to know that there were 3 set top box connections showing on my account and the faulty set top box was still available. I had called the airtel customer service number and spoke to one of the level 2 representatives. She assured me that the faulty set top box would be removed. I also spoke to a senior official who had visited our house with the technician, whose name was mr. Sarad das. I was getting billed for the extra connection. He assured me that the money would be waived.
I have one more serious issue. I had paid rs. 946/- as the monthly charges for my 2 connections on 18th july. Although i had made a payment and the transaction was done successfully, the services on one of my connection has been suspended yesterday, due to inadequate balance. I fail to understand that when i have already recharged for the main account, why would one of the connections be suspended.
I need your help to restore the services and compensation for the incorrect billing for an extra set top box connection, which i never had. I also need compensation for suspension of services although i had sufficient balance in my tv account
