I'm from kanyakumari 23/5/2018 to 25/5/2018 three district here internet connection barred i am asking vodafone this two days my account carry forward or not they said no sir that loss of you who asking them close network here that money we earned not free of cost so i need that two days extension immidiatly i am waiting for your reply

    Recently i lost one of my phone and as a result lost the sim card along with it. I went to the nearest tata dacomo service out let near my house in rajajinagar for the issue of duplicate sim which i had lost.

    Sim phone number being [protected].

    I was asked to cough up rs500 for the issue of a duplicate sim card at the rajajinagar (Rajkumar road branch). I immediately called the customer care no 198 from my other docomo number and raised the complaint. The customer care call attendant who was ever worse to communicate to. Said the charge was rs49. I was glad to hear him however i had left the shop floor at that point in time and asked him to provide me an alternate no to talk to him so that i could go back to her shap and make her (The mam who asked for rs500/- for the issue of a duplicate sim) talk to the customer service center. He provided me 155223 as the number. When i reached the shop again and called that number to my shaock it was the number of vas. I was left red faced.

    Now i know that the time wasted by me for this struggle cannot be explained by me or got back from you people. All i request is help me in getting my duplicate sim

        I have a jio no.[protected]. Jio company is privided a jio app, which any body can be download. But in this app also a account summary (Cdr-call details record) facility is also, which is very confidential. Before some years, this cdr can get authorise agencies i. E. Cbi, police etc.
        Now this facility anybody is doing misuse bcz anybody can get sms through mobile in good faith and can take cdrs of 6 months

        I talked with jio care to block this service but they are saying g we have no facility to close or block such services. We can't do this.

        Sir i request this is cleary obstruct of human rights bcz if mobile 2nd person will be use in good faith any personnel call details record be broadcast.

        Sir please recommend to close or block cdr call details record from jio app.

          Both the major telecom operators have discontinued the service in subject tag. We want your intervention to resume the service at the earliest as we cannot transfer funds or know the status of aadhar linking on these platforms in gross mockery of honourable pm's mission for digital india. This problem is being faced by me for several months. Even new entrant jio is not providing this service which is absent since its inception. Please do the needful.

            I made a recharge through paytm on a wrong idea number. I realized my mistake at the moment and complained about this to the company but they are not helping with the matter, i checked and found out that it was possible to get a reimbursement but they are not obliging. I contacted the company through email and live chat but they are showing helplessness even when it's possible fir them to help.

            I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel. I am getting 20 calls per day to come back to Vodafone. After repeated intimation to not call me, they are harassing me again and again. Please suggest. My number is [protected]. I have even blocked the number still they are calling me from new number.

              Sir,

              My name was s. Kabil my mobile no.[protected]. I was post paid customer in vodafone for past 3 months in sellam telecom, trichy road, namakkal. Since 23.02.2018. I was not willing to continue with the network due to network issue. From the time first billing i was saying the network issue. But, till now no step was taken by them and i asked for portability they saying that minimum of 120 days required. But, before they told minimum 90 days enough for portability. So, kindly do the needful for portability from vodafone.

                This is to inform you that i had lost my sim bearing number [protected]. I went to vodafone store and submitted relevant document for duplicate sim
                Even after 15 days my sim was not activate nor i had been informed the reason.
                My sim is also not deactivated inspire of informing that my sim then s lost.
                I end up paying for someone using my sim.
                Kindly do the needful and take strict action against the vodafone wasting my valuable time and money.

                  I would like to complain against the jio authority and the airtel services. Jio has not provided internet services as per asked while taking the sim. And airtel has not given any value to the customer's. They are making us fool and giving false connectivity ratings on every locality as per asked by a customer. They are selling sim cards fooling around with us. Even they dont respond to your words. Please sue them so that they understand.

                    I am having the following numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] and i am having very serious issue with signals i am getting from airtel & vodafone. There was no proper net work coverage at my location 560049 of bangalore and frequently i am facing major call drops and voice break in between all my calls at only from home location. Given compliant many times and not seeing any improvements nearly 5 months. Kindly please take proper action even though using 2g, 3g, 4g and volte also no use of it...                       Last week i porting my sim from airtel to bsnl. 19.05.2018 the airtel sim network closed. And bsnl sim network not activated.

                        I had personally walk in to vodafone gallery twice once at sunder nagar malad branch and once at goregaon east stn branch on 18-april-2018 and complaint against the charges added the officer told had raised and will be reversed in few days but still the charges are not reversed completely and on that they have changed my plan and no proper response on phone.

                        So kindly consider and do the needful.

                          My videocon dth service has been interrupted on[protected]. I lodge a complaint dated[protected] but till date and time no any technician attend my complain.in these 4 days i lodged everyday complaint. The contact name & number of nodal officer which is provided by videocon supervisor that is y. Choudhary tel. No.[protected] is not working. Its a wrong number. Another nodal officer s. Vaish no.[protected] ringing but no one is picking the phone. Worst experience in d2h services till now. I am feeling completely helpless as i am deprived of the bebefits which i have already paid.

                            Vodafone company has blocked without informed to me when i asked them about barring my number they said your number is barred due to donor payment is pending and they asked me to pay donor payment and share us payment receipt then we will activate your number

                            After gets information to vodafone i had paid donor payment and i mailed payment confirmation receipt to vodafone cc team but they did not activate my number and not given any replies to me.

                              I filed a complaint yesterday morning (18th may) of signal not coming, however the complaint remains un-attended. I am not able to watch any channls because of the signal not coming.

                              I also called again in the morning today (19th may ~10am), and got it escalated - however again no one has attended.
                              There's no call even of the plan to attend it.

                              Kindly get my problem attended to, so that i can watch the channels

                              Very surprising. I have received NO CALL. Can you provide the date and time at which I was called and from which number? I have also received No SMS which i get from Airtel in case my phone is not reachable. Further, I have received NO reply on email messege done (from [protected]@yahoo.com) to your customer support address on May 19th. If you don't get my number, can you send me an SMS - when you don't get me. OK, call me at 10AM tomorrow(May 24). BTW, I have alraedy given two numbers during call registration on 18th May.
                              Its disgusting experience I am having with Videocon DTH.

                              1. I received no call at 10AM today after I gave time as asked in comments below.
                              2. I called Videocon D2H Customer Support p-p they say there is no ticket open in my name.
                              3. I gain wrote an email to the said email address - there also NO REPLY.

                              VERY SHOCKING !!! Videocon continues to deduct my money I prepaid - HOWVER is showing NO interest in providing me reception of tv channels...

                              TRAI -> PLS INITITATE ACTION AGAINST VIDEOCOn D2H

                              If this does not get resolved by tomorrow,
                              I am planning to initiate FIR against Videocon D2H CEO/CMD for this FRAUD of non-providal of services !!

                                There is alot of call drop problem in vodafone sims from last 10 - 15 days. Which is very irritating. I called them so many times but they are unable to talk with me due to call drop and even they don't call back to me. So kindly take strict action against them. As i think this is the new idea by vodafone to earn money.

                                  हम एयरटेल से जुडे हैं... उनकी.. बहेतर सर्विस और 4जी स्पीड की ओफर के साथ...

                                  मगर उनकी.. इतनी घटिया सर्विस और बहोत कम 4जी स्पीट जो 2जी से भी कम है... और उनके अधिकारी ये स्वीकार भी कर रहें है.. फिर वो क्यूँ ग्राहक को भ्रामक ओफरदेकर खेंचती हैं फिर. सर्विस नहीं देतें है...

                                  ओर फिर पोर्टेबिलिटी कराकर 3 महिना तक दूसरे नेटवर्क में जाने भी नहीं देके...

                                    Sir,

                                    I have booked a new Reliance BIG TV DTH connection on 01st March 2018 on below link. My booking ID number is 12511324.

                                    I have paid Rs.499 advance for the Connection on 01 March 2018.

                                    In the offer ( https://www.reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html ) it is clearly mentioned that the connection will be installed within 30 to 45 days, but until now no action has been taken from Reliance side. It has been now 77 days after I availed this offer.

                                    The link which shows the offer is still active.

                                    So, lakhs of people might have got cheated like me in the same way.

                                    I tried calling on given customer care number, but every time, I receive same answer to wait for 30-45 days.
                                    I have emailed to customer care also, but did not receive any response.

                                    Hope you will take necessary action to solve this issue.

                                      IAM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST TRANSACTION ID: DLH[protected] FOR THE FOLLOWING AMOUNT OF 199 AGAINST VODAFONE WHICH OFFERED UNLIMITED LOC/STD/ROAM CALLS AND NET + 1.4GB/DAY @199 FOR 28 DAYS BUT THEY STOPPED MY SERVICES AFTER 5 DAYS (22-27).
                                      I PERSONALLY MAILED VODAFONE REGARDING THIS AND TALKED TO ITS CÚSTOMER CARE BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AGAINST MY COMPLAINT.
                                      INSTEAD ON 17/05/2018 THEY MESSAGED REGARDING MY PACKAGE EXPIRE DATE AS I HAVE BEEN BARRED FROM USING MY SERVICE FOR RS 199, I HAVE NOT USED IT AFTER 27/04/2018; THUS FORCING ME TO TAKE THIS NECESSARY STEP ON MY MOBILE NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER (VODAFONE).

                                      KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY STEPS REGARDING THIS PROBLEM/QUERY OF MINE AS A CONSUMER.
                                      I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU.

                                        On may 8, 2018, at noida sector 18 airtel office, i have applied for the number portable request to change the circle of my prepaid number [protected] but from may 11, 2018, my personal above-mentioned number was deactivated by the ind airtel company and i have contacted us so many times to the ind airtel but they are resolving my problem every time said to wait for 24 hours your number will be activated by us. But actually they are doing nothing except the false promising to me. Due to all these #, i can't be able to any important work likes - bank transaction, contacting the family and friends, emergency contact.
                                        I want some strict against the ind airtel company. And want to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
