There was transition from cdma to gsm during march 2018. I was informed that the connection will be permanently disconnected from 19.03.2018. I informed them that i do not want to continue with the membership from 19.03.2018. I have cleared the dues up to 31.03.2018. Now the service provider is insisting me that i should pay the bill for april 2018. They are sending regular mails and sms messages threatening that they will initiate legal action. Kindly instruct the concerned to see that the issue is settled.

      Did a recharge to a airtel number on 26th night after landing from abroad. The number worked that night but got disconnected the following day. On enquiry with the customer care it was said that the sim was deactivated. I spoke to the customer care representative explaining about what had happened. The airtel customer care told that he would refund the money but didn't do it. On further enquiry after waiting period of 3weeks as provided by the customer care representative it was said the refund cannot be done. I don't know why even after giving a word that the refund will be processed they didn't do it. On further enquiry the representative replied telling he can't give the refund.

        Sir I ssenior citizen bed ridden alone my idea phone suddenly blocked without any reason I am not doing any business only three four call to my daughter and mostly got calls from my contacts.
        I went to Idea show room they told me that your phone is blocked by TRI for calling to some VIP so I assured it is wrong I never phone to any Unknown person. Please let me know the reason.

          I had booked Jio mobile through Jio.com on 25 August 2017 by paying Rs 500/- but the same was not made available till date. Though several messages received on my mobile no.[protected] through which it was booked but after visiting many times the nearest JIO store it was found out of stock. In March 2018 I mailed my complaint to JIO care to refund my amount without further delay but they are reluctant to refund the same and again insisting to collect it from nearest store. Now I am fed up with the harrassement and want my money back but they are not relying to my mails.
          Please look in to the matter and get me my money back urgently.

              Dear sir/ madam,
              My name is Dhilip prasath, working with L and T financial service as chennai head, my personal number is [protected], this number got suspended on[protected], with regards to a complaint raised by a DND customer on[protected], stating that i have made a telemarketing cal to that customer.

              This is my personal number and im using this number for about 5years, all my account details and every thing was linked with this number only, i want my number back.

              i request to withdraw my suspension, and if at all any calls went, i wont do the same again in my life.

              my number got suspended abruptly by TRAI with out any investigation or notification either from TRAI side or from my service provider,

              i am not a telemarketer. i want some clarity towards the complaint made towards my number, i want to know who has given the complaint and his contact number, and when did i cal him for telemarketing purpose? kindly get back to me on this as soon as possible.

                    Hi today 19/07/18 i got an sms from jionet saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional calls.
                    But i have been using my number as my personal number for years.

                    My number has been shutdown and i have contacted jio for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.

I am not able get any updates till now since I have raised the complaint more than 10 times till now I din't get any response from the service provider please make me suggestions as soon as possible Thank you

                      I writing this mail because I facing A lot of issue for calling & Internet speed since last 3-4 monts

                      My major Problem is Calling Quality & Call Drop, I facing Too May Call Drop In Several Minutes, When I try to redial again after 2-3 attempt call was connected

                      I mostly In travelling, In travelling Mood I Busy in call, that time call Quality is too bad,

                      In Calling Mood Voice Suddenly goes silent

                      I am not going to talk about internet speed, Because of I am using 4G service Even I cant open google page on traveling, and some texting Email,

                          Myself Ramchandra an IDEA PREPAID customer with having mobile no[protected]. But before porting to IDEA iIhave cleared my all dues to VODAFONE as suggested by CCE after telephonic conversation.And after clearing my dues no one infrom me that I have also few due amount to VODAFONE.I didn't get any message, mail or phone call from vodafone or from TRAI ALSO and u can check the record through VODAFONE i[censored] want. Suddenly after three months incoming-outgoing stopped, I have contact Idea customer care they have told me that your previous operator (Vodafone) bill Rs. 103/- is due. After 3 to 4 days I have paid RS. 103/- dated on 15/06/2018 to Vodafone store. But after payment till date my above no not started. During above period several times I have contact to Vodafone & Idea customer care, no one given positive answer. Idea told me we are unable start your no. In this situation what I can do please advice me.

                            Dear Trai,

                            I am facing issue related to services that I am using. I have already made the payment for my number that I am using. When I try to Port my no they simply reject the request. They are harrasing me. I don't want to continue with them still they are forcing me. When I try to contact CSE they don't even revert on the same. So I request you to kindly draw the attention into Authority. As I am already facing a lot of issue. They keep on calling adding unnecessary charges without any Intimation. I am hopeless since they don't provide the Services that I am supposed to get. In return they provide false promises.

                                My number has been blocked saying it has been used for telemarketing calls. Yes I had used it for calling customers. While purchasing the sim I informed the sales person that I'm going to use it for company calls.

                                Now, all of sudden without any prior information about the issue my number has got deactivated. Since i had invested lot of money in promoting my number I need the same number back.

                                Retailer says that Jio Company doesn't give authority to port out from there company to other.

                                  I am a Vodafone User. Today i see that in Vodafone app an offer On Amazon prime membership. So i paid for that membership . After that i see that the offer could not work. I call in vodafone care. They told me to buy a handset which worth RS. 40000 . To enable that offer. Otherwise it cannot be work. But there is no mention about this thing. Please do something about Vodafone. They cheated their Customer. I lost my 500 rs. Which i paid for Amazon prime membership through Vodafone app but they cheated me right now theu show a message that if i didn't activate this offer it was cancel. I didn't claim my money. I am stuck in this major problem. Vodafone cheated
                                  their Customer. They didn't mention about those terms which was they said me right now. The most idiot type Company.

                                      I bought a new airtel sim just a month ago at Chennai. This was the time when I returned back to India from USA after my PhD. Within couple of weeks, I shifted to Bengaluru for my new job. Over the last couple of weeks, I find that airtel network is very very bad in the area I reside in Bengaluru. I literally receive maximum speed of 500 - 800 kbps on 4G network of airtel. I am wanting to shift to Jio. But Airtel said they cannot provide me port out code as I haven't completed 90 days. Cant we have some provision for people who relocate to different place ? Should I continue with such a poor airtel connection for another 60 days ?

                                      I hope you will understand my request and provide me with proper solution.

                                      Even though the tariffs have come down with Telecom war, the kind of service provided by this service providers needs to be double checked. We can't expect such pathetic speeds and service with 3G & 4G network.
                                      My mobile Number is [protected].I already register in NDNC Registry.But even now also advertisement calls frequently coming to from the number [protected]. I am fully upset of this calls.So black these unwanted incoming calls

                                        I have applied e d for port out from IDEA bearing mobile no#[protected] but the same has been rejected by the SP for reason in between 90 days I changed from post paid to prepaid.
                                        Kindly confirm if TRAI permits telecom operation to choose change in plan as new connection and mnp can be accepted only after 90 days in the same plan.

                                        Most of the telecom operators are misusing this clause by attracting customer to change plan so that they can discourage or reduce option for MNP.
                                        Please look into the same misuse and policy may be clearly defined for more transparency.
