Before i port my number i call to vodafone & confirm my number is eligible for the port they tell me you r eligible then i send request after 7 days i call 4 to 5 for confirmation this time every representative give me fauls commitment they tell me today before 12.00pm your mobile is port
Current cenario they not ready for port request
Due to 90 days if you share with me proper information i don't goes for & i don't invest money & time.
Please take action.

    Hi team,

    My name is mr. Prasad raghunath jamdade. I am currently using my mobile number [protected]. Just i got one message saying that "more than 9 connection are working... Therefore service on [protected]" your number will be suspended by 30th april..."

    This is my official number and i want to continue with this number. Can you please what i need to do for continuation of this number?

    Also please share all the numbers register against my name, as i really dont have any information for same? So that i can close all the remaining connections.

      I wanted to port my mother's number from idea to airtel. As said, i logged porting request. But idea initially delayed for 15 days and then cancelled on account that i have expenses due. Though i made complete payments and no dues were on me. I wrote mail to ceo and even shared screenshots of bills and account statement. But he also didn't paid heed to it. Even idea executives are so rude and they try to force things on customers.

        Vodafone has sent me a message that my number [protected] will be blocked as i have sent promotional messages from my phone. Please note as a student i have sent less than 5 personal messages a day to my frnds and this cannot be highlighted as a promotional message. This is wrong and i request my number [protected] to be reinstated and i should be informed so that vodafone can give me back the number as i have been using this number for 3 years now.

        Kindly contact me over [protected]@gmail.com to let me know how i can get back this number from vodafone as it has been blocked by ugc code violation. I am currently using the number [protected]

Because of this the company is taking 1.50 rs from his balance on a daily basis.inspite of lot of complaints the company still continues to do it.pls do the needful

                Sir/madam,

                Myself ramesh sundarraj d, i had purchased an idea poatpaid bearing the no. [protected] and when i was using the no i was prompt in making payment every month promptly and i had surrender the sim before 2 yrs by making call to the customer care of idea for closure amount and as said by the telecaller i had paid the balance amount for closure. At the same time i had enquired about the caution deposit which i have given at the time of availing the sim. The customer care executive said tat i will get a dd in 15 working days. But still now i didn't receive the dd and they are torturing me tat i have to make payment of 335 rs. I asked them to adjust that 335 rs.in 500 rs. Which they have to reimburse me from idea. But they are not saying anything about the caution deposit. And today i spoke with a lady (Contact no.[protected] and she said that she is from delhi high court if i didn't pay the balance amount they will file a case but she refused to speak about the caution deposit and when i asked about her name she didn't say. I request you to look at this issue and solve it asap.

                  My Jio Mobile no. [protected] and other eight mobile /Jiofi no. is having slow speed problem since Sep, 2016 getting less than 10kbps speed most of the time. In response to my 1st complaint, 30 days time was asked by JIOCARE on 10th Oct, 2016 since then I am continously complaining to Jiocare/ Nodal officer/ Appellate and even Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer Of M/S Jioinfocomm Limited, but of no avail and 20 times 30 day time was asked but the problem remained unresolved. Of late three mini cells are installed near my location fwew months back, OFC was connected but system/ server integration is pending since last few months. The same was informed to Jiocare/Appellate, and even Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer Of M/S Jioinfocomm Limited, but still the reply is 30 days time. and the problem remained unresolved.

                  Today I recieved a wattsapp call from an American Number bearing +[protected]. call was in Hindi and mentioned about an offer that my number has won some price from "Kaun Banega Crorepathi" the famous Hindi show . I doubts the authenticity of this call and I disconnected the line immediately.

                    Hii sir, this is saravanan from chennai.5 month before i get vodafone postpaid. The executive told the plan ₹199 2000loc calls. But company providing only 800 lov call's. So i got a bill excess amount.
                    First problem is wrong commitment. The next one is i buying one sim only but he (Sales executive) is activated 2 sim cards activated in my name. More times raising the complaint to vodafone customer service but no response. Now they are sent legal notice for two number's. But i am buying only one number ([protected]). I am really disappointed because he is give the wrong commitment and he is activated one more sim in my name, with out my knowledge.

                        On 18th of april 2018 our 5 airtel phone number got blocked. When i contacted airtel customer care, they gave me the reason that someone made a isd call to a dnd number.

                        I would like you to inform you that we are manpower firm and we get list of job seeking candidate from job portals like monster. We only contact those candidate who have put up their resume on these jobs portals. Many times our indian candidates who are working in abroad regularly update their resume with their respective country phone number.

                        In our case one of our new employee without knowing or may be by mistake dialled a isd number of a candidate which he had found on the job portal. We don't exactly know the number on which our employee has dialled isd call. To make my point i have enclosed few screen short of few job seeking candidates who have updated their resume with international phone number. Please find the enclosed attachment in jpg format.

                        When we enquired with airtel customer care about the same, they just told us that we had dialled a isd call to a dnd number from this number ([protected]).
                        Our other four numbers which has been stopped are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                        We have been informed by airtel to contact you to reactivate our number again. We kindly request you to please reactivate our number: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I ensure that onward we will never going to make any call to dnd or isd number again. Please activate our phone number at the earliest. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to the issue.

I was subscriber of airtel & port to idea on 5 march but due to false commitment I like to port immediately without waiting 3 month so please tell me how it possible & what help you provide me the reason was that they have provide me plan and advice to connect my all 6 nos.so bill will be only single of rs 240 for all mobiles & I confirm with him so many times that I have to pay only total 240+18%gst for all mbl they said ok then I be agree with them& also told my friend to convert with this subscriber so send for idea executive on his showroom & complete the formalities but they have made wrong commitment it was we know when first bill generated after that we have deposited the amount I said I will made all the 13 mbl in 99 monthly plan but yet today he can't do the same so we are firsted and donor like to continue when we do not like any dispute and continue with that but like to port with other subscriber as prepaid so please help us immediately for not loosing our business so you are requested to please help us & make arrangements for that at the earliest waiting for your prompt response. jehanand singhani & prakash chand kumawat.                                       Some one calling me & said, "you have any plot for installing airtel mobile tower". Then i said yes, i have a plot. Then frauds are talking about ploting document send through emails. Then i sent him. Then frauds are charging for noc for rs 11, 000 & trade lisence charge for rs 21, 300. So i deposit such amount in sbi karnajora branch. I check website abt installation tower procedure. Then i see there is huge difference. No comanies will taken charges for installing mobile tower. Then i shocked. Plz plz help me. I am totally trap in between mobile tower scam. Plz help me plz help me

                                        Dear trai team,

                                        This is to inform you that i am using one docomo number which is [protected] which is on my mom name anjali dalai yesterday i send one message regarding portability of my number but i didn't got the upc code yesterday and today i call to docomo customer care and i spoke with one lady regarding this she told me that withing 3 hours i will get the upc code already time have been crossed and at evening i call to customer care and they told me that none of request taken for this when i ask the advisor to tell the name of that lady he have disconnected the call from his side without giving me any information and again when i call for the same again and i wanted to spoke with the supervisor again the next advisor is informing me that to call again because supervisor are not available but i inform him that i am ready to wait on call again he is also done same he also disconnected my call i don't know that i have done something wrong with docomo i am paying every month for recharge but not getting service.

                                        Please check with the team and try to get the resolution i know very well that this people are doing same thing with many peoples.
