I have paid full subscription amt of 2 years of reliance big TV and since last 2 months i am facing broadcasting issue of all channels of Star and Colors. Every time I am getting same reply from customer center that it will resume within 3-4 days but whole 2 months gone and nothing solved and still all channels of Star and Colors are not available. i am fed-up and mentally harassed from customer center and also its services

Further since last 3 days there is signal issue and not able to see any single channel.On contact with customer center they told me that it will resolve in 12 hrs but this is 3rd day and still not solved.

Even today 17.04.2018, after so many attempt got connected with customer center and still they are saying further 72 hrs will take to resume services

Even its website has blocked all features of contacts like customer feedback, Service request and contact us. and customer care center is highly unreachable. it is wasting my time and energy and most thing my hard earned Money

I am really tired and harassed with thier services. I want refund my full subscription money

    Hello,

    A Mobile Tower has been put up in Residential Area.(House No-442 'O' Block Saurabh Vihar Badarpur-110044)

    Here there are buildings and the area is populated. As you already know the disastrous effects of mobile radiation I hereby request to take necessary steps.

    We are deeply and heavily concerned on the health and environmental issues may arise from radioactive emission from the mobile tower. As per the information gathered from the print and electronic media, a mobile tower in a residential area may cause various health problems to the people in the vicinity. The impact on small children and pregnant women may be more severe. We also would like to bring to your kind attention that there is school less than 100 metres away from the said site and a hospital. All this shall go to endanger the mankind and other living beings and put the life and limb into peril

    Mobile tower is a well known radiation generating equipment.This is very dangerous for health as well as this may be a cause of major accident in storm.

    You are kindly requested to take a necessary action.

      I had ported my vodafone number to idea network from 16/03/2018, my billcycle wasin vodafone every month 10th, so normaly ihave to pay the rent in prorata base from 11th march to 15th march, and i amready to pay, my plan was 349 red business unlimited with vodafone. But april 10th the vodafone generated and charged rent from 11th march to 21st march, instead of 15th march, ie six days rent they charged from me in additional. The same time i got the idea first bill i got it. They also charged me the rent from 16th march onwards, but they have the right to charge the same because i was used that network from 16th march onwards. The vodafone charged me an amount for isd call and it was made on 16th evening, it absolutly wrong because 16th morning i was ported to idea and i am using idea sim at that time. The funny thing in the call details of vodafone is showing up to 21st iwas used their network and made lot of calls. This way they are cheating the customers

        Telephone no [protected], bsnl, chelad exchange, ernakulam ssa, kerala circle. I have a broadband connection in this phone number. According to this plan i am eligible for a speed of 8 mbps. But i am getting a maximum of 1.7 mbps. Some time it will reduce to.14 mbps. As i am paying for 8 mbps i am getting much lower speed. There is ffth line very near to my place and i applauded for the same. But they are not ready to give a connection. I request you to do necessary steps to get the prescribed speed or give a connection in ffth

        Because of this call drop problem I have lost my Rs 29 lack tender of road.I always request him but problem was not satisfied.

          I would like to say that i am abhay saxena my jio no-[protected] today i have recharge own jio number @149/- from your link but automatically 3 another numbers selected. When i recharge through my debit card si i have received deduction amount 596/- so i need to my extra deduction amount in my bank account or my plan to be extend in further plan.

            Hello,

            I have just ported my number from airtel to vodafone due to unavailability of network and also ignorant attitude of airtel customer service.

            I was in pondicherry, madras for one week and was not able to make calls at all. Hence after coming back to mumbai (Home) i complaint to airtel to which they did not bother to reply. After which i made a decision to move to vodafone. However, my previous bill of rs.296 is pending with airtel which i asked them to resolve my complaint and then i will pay. However, trai supported airtel in such matters and barred my calls. Now, i have to pay even though airtel was not able to provide services to me.

            Why should i pay if i could not use my phone 1 whole week?

              I have ported from airtel (Pune) to vodafone (Pune). Before porting, i asked customer executive about volte service on mi note 5/moto g s plus handset. They said yes. I ported duccessfully on april 9. But along with the issue mentioned, leave about 4g. I'm getting 2g or sometime no network. Data speed is very worst. Not able to download or update apps in google play and even taking lot of time to download simple images from whatsapp msg. I complained it seriously.. They are just saying we will get back you since 5-6 days but not addressing properly. Even lot of call drops because of 2g to 3g fluctuating signals. Hardly get 4g. I'm really frustrated about this. I want to switch back to airtel. I have all supporting images which vodafone executives replied before porting till now.

              I want to port back to airtel. Please tell me what and how can i do now?

                Call drop, network issue, call not connecting reported on sep 2017, to vodafone complaint center, till now there is no action taken on the complaint.

                Call connecting after 5 mins, making multiple attemps.

                I haf checked with other two collegue of mine and have heared the same from them. Even after mutiple followups, vodafone havenot started investigating or have not have taken any stepnto migitate the issue so far..

                  I am feeling pain and sorrow with the way airtel is now treating their
                  customer. Around four months back (28/11/2017) I had requested Airtel to convert my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid number. I was asked to drop NOC as well as ID proof along with request to nearest airtel showroom. I did the same and went to chakripuram airtel showroom to drop all required documents. Airtel showroom made me run for 3 days for simple work. First there excuse was Sir as your number is disconnected so right now we can not take request, first pay total amount and then once your number get activated then we will take request. I paid total due amount, number got activated and then again I went to showroom...again got excuse..Sir today server is down come next day. After 2 days again I went and submitted my total documents but then also my number
                  was not converted to prepaid. Then in Dec, 2017 I had to go to Kolkatta as my mother was hospitalized in Apollo kolkatta. I was in Kolkatta for 3 months, from there also I requested but...at airtel there is nobody to listen.

                  My weakness is only one...that [protected] is my very old number..I want to retain it and for this Airtel is giving me punishment. They are forcing me to be in postpaid with high rental. When one can use mobile just in Rs. 398/- for 70-84 days then why should I pay Rs. 499/- + tax per month.

                  Again and again I requested Airtel to waive this amount i.e. in four month it is coming to Rs. 2490/- and convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Airtel has not converted to prepaid so why should I pay them without using it. In last 4 month hardly I must have made calls worth Rs. 100-140/-

                  Today again I sent them email regarding this but they are not giving solution...just forcing again to pay total 2490/-. As this is my 12-13 years old number and is registered to all banks/insurance and my business related institutions I am facing problem. Once to force me to pay Airtel deactivated the number and I faced heavy loss in my business.

                  I request to look into the matter and do justice with me.

                    Hathway broadband is cheating customers in broad daylight. The subscriber bandwidth is 50 mbps but mostly it is less than 10 mbps. Frequently connections are down. Their customer service app, which is supposed to receive customer complain is not functional. Customer care number is down most of he time. Please give a call to the nodal authority and you will se nobody is responding. No response to the mail as well.

                    Please ban this fraud company.

                        Airtel customer service 12141 in this options 5 for deactivating friends and family is not in working condition. I am unable to close my friend and family no. They deducted daily 50 paise from my account. Even though i register my complaints through customer care voice portal in 10 days before they didn't solve my problems. Kindly resolve my problems

                            My name is prashant vasani and i work for asian business exhibition and conferences pvt. Ltd. I received a message from jio on saturday 7th of april at 4:47pm stating that on account of ndnc/ucc violations, the number is being disconnected. I would like to bring in light that the event of calling only took place after the client initiated a calling request through the company @10times. I called him just once as per “client’s” request. Post his dnd request, no call was patched through to him. On just “one” call made, the client lodged a complaint with trai. On speaking to the client personally, he agreed that he had requested a call from me and yet lodged a complaint due to his “bad mood”. I am in utter shock and disappointment that trai decided to discontinue my number without investigation on an extremely fraudulent complaint lodged by a random individual who was in an apparently “bad mood”. Even more shocking is trai’s absolute “no response” to my calls, emails and complaints. I have been using this number from past 11 years and the number holds high relevance in my day to day functionality.

                            I would consider this as consumer harassment since i stand at no fault whatsoever.

                            Even I contacted about this to Idea. They gave a useless answer and they didn't show any interest.

                            I got a call from one number.

                            They were asking my Bank Details (Debit / Credit).

                            Please taken action on this.
                            I'm receiving stock trading related spam sms regularly from HP-KARVYB. I've not subscribed for these sms as I don't do stock trading. The sms doesn't mention how to unsubscribe.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am Mr.Shashank karke, having aircel postpaid card ([protected]) from last 9 years, and this number of aircel is given every where means banks, addhar, office, relatives etc. I have been facing no service issue of aircel network from last march 2018. There is no aircel outlet working and no customer care, now tell me how can I port my aircel number.

                              How can they close down without any prior information?

                                As I am facing a lot of difficulties due to the sudden shutdown of the Aircel network because of which I am facing a lot of inconvenience. I tried calling the IVR numbers and I emailed the Aircel customer care to provide me a porting number but didn't receive any response. So I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  My service provider for the mobile phone is airtel.

                                  The less said the better about their billing.
                                  Almost every month i get inflated bills.
                                  Although i do not have the facility for isd, i am billed for it.
                                  Although i have not travelled out of station, i have been billed for raoming charges.
                                  Every month i bring this to their notice
                                  And then they correct it.

                                  On april 2nd i had cleared my bill.
                                  Today the services have been cut off.
                                  When i enquired for the reason,
                                  They said that some bill in 2016 or 2017 had not been paid.

                                  Every month i have asked for the outstanding amount and paid accordingly.
                                  Now this is a new game plan to cheat the consumers..
                                  Can you please help?

                                    Today i got sms and call from vodafone that i have used my number ([protected]) for unauthorized promotional calls and smses where as i have been using this number for years only for personal calls and to talk to my family. Vodafone is saying that they cannot help me on this as the order has come from trai to block my number and that i should contact trai directly. I am helpless right now as trai head office is not picking up my call or responding to my mail. I am a single lady staying all alone by myself in a city far away from my home. Please help considering the urgency.

                                      There should band and punished to airtel for auto service activation.

                                        Pls note there is no signal on both the India's best network Vodafone and Airtel, have complained many time even have posted in Facebook they only say we will improve but there is noting happening for almost 2 years we are facing this prob, Pls intervene and advice them to fix a booster at our flat ( Netaji st PUZHUTHIWAKKAM Chennai 91 )

                                        This offer is right or a fraud help me.
                                        It's seems a fraud because no channel list providing by reliance big tv
                                        I have given Reliance Mobile Number [protected] in Airtel and Vodafone for porting with porting code.but not port out yet. As per operator no. Rejected in porting.
                                        Kindly provide appropriate solution for port out the no. My alternate no.-[protected]
