I came to idea on portability from tata docomo, i cleared my all the dues in tata docommo than after they allowed my number for portability and my last payment due was rs.159 which i paid through e payments and also the same was confirmed me over the mail

I am completely harassed in such manner request you to provide me the justice

    I am customer of aircel network services, but before 5days the aircel authority stopped to provide services without information, i'm facing a serious problem as it was my permanent number, even they couldn't provide the porting code before discontinuing their services, please take some action, so that we could get at lst the porting code to port the sim

      Respect trai
      I suffer from airtel network issues last 15days, not only me total tamilnadu also.
      Why i raise complaint below
      1. I given my phone number in sbi
      2. Adhaar details
      3. My college and friends
      Forever all important place i used my aircel number.

      My conclusion becomes if suppose not provide network means please change my number some other networks.

      This not only my request all over tamil nadu people not having possibilities to change their networks because not working towers all areas.

      If suppose towers are working they are easy to raise mnp and changed.

      So please help us to change our network quickly.

        Hi,
        My Aircel mobile number: [protected] which suddenly stopped working about a week ago.
        I tried to port out but
        Aircel is not sending me upc code.
        This number is very important to me and registered everywhere.
        So I need to port this out anyhow.
        Aircel is not sending me upc code, without which I cannot port the number to any other number.
        I am not even able to call Aircel customer care number .
        What Aircel is doing with customers is very inhumane and stupid.
        Doesn't matter if it's bankrupt now, it should have done some disaster planning to provide at least this support so that customers can port out.
        At the end of the day, only customers suffer.
        Please help me out.

          Why do you force close telecom operators on your wish? The telecom operators must be more customer centric you know what? I always keep a 2g keypad phone along with a 4g smartphone. Those 2g feature phone are extremely good, they help to keep the earth greener, uses less electricity while providing more battery life. So what you are trying to do is to increase the rate of consumption of energy? You'll cant take proper descisions, i am sure that just after you all execute you master plan to eradicate 2g, there will be some operator coming up new in the market especially for those feature phones and many will happily pay as their secondary phone. You guys are forgetting that old is gold, every new thing has its disadvantages. I have never ever thought that you guys will be upto this evil master plan!!!

            Rejecticting due to 90 days completion.And the aircel network is rejecting to go to airtel network.

              Hi sir, Already you know the current scenario about Aircel Network. I sent Message to 1900 regarding UPC Port number (unique port code:) generation. It crossed 150 hours but till I didn't get the upc code number.
              Please tell me What is the procedure to change other network without knowing port (upc code) number.

              I linked this number to government proofs like pan card, aadhar card, bank account, voter card, driving licence and etc.

              Since 10 days i can't do anything without working this number.

                I want to port my aircel number to other network due to lack of network. But despite my sending of the port message several times, aircel is not providing me the upc code. I have contacted the customer care center of aircel through phone and through mail too but still they are not providing the upc code. Even after trai has asked them to do so they are not providing the upc code. No response is given by the customer care and even the aircel store is not helping me with this. I want to port this number soon owing to the pathetic services. They say they will resolve my problem in 48 hours but it is not happening. Please provide me my upc code.

                  Hi got an sms from idea saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional sms
                  But i have been using my number as my personal number for 8 years.
                  My number has been shutdown and i have contacted idea for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.

                  I do not know whom to contact now.
                  This i horrible, my family members cannot contact me nor i can call anyone.

                  Mobile no.[protected] through this mobile neither any game nor any other service from bsnl has been availed but on 19/02/2018 Rs35/- has been deducted without my notice.this is not only my problem, so many others also experienced the same. Kindly look into it to reimburse the amount.

                    My name is karim, from last 9 months i am using jio sim but i am unable to use internet and SMS services which are provided by jio network becouse of poor signles in my area so many times raised SR on these issues but not recived any resolution from jio team. Jio team was given a commitment to me after 30 days signals were covered in your area work is under process.I was raised SR around 10 times on these issue. My mobile no is [protected] .

                        I am the distributor of aircel services in gopalganj district (Bihar). I am facing alot of problem regarding aircel services in gopalganj. There are too much network problem here. I have approx 1.5lakh in stock but i am not able to sell this all in market. I almost stuck down here.. Also not able to contact with any company head or member.. They escape from here... They switch off their mobile... They can' t in touch with us... They don't give any solution about this... What to do!

                          I'm using jio. I'm in virudhachalam. I did not recieve proper signal. So i complained jio nearly 5times. There is no solution for my complaints they closed my complaints without solving it. They (Jio) said that you have to ignore it. Im receiving only one point signal and also its my main number. I'm missing lot of important calls. Jio does not take care about complaints.

                            Sir l was received a sim from bsnl office tuticorin on 17 the feb through mnp. But till date above sim not activated. Hence i was personally contact bsnl office tuticorin on 28 the feb. And they are issue another sim. But the above sim also till date not activated. My aircel sim validity being closed on 05/03/18. Please take action for early activation.

                                Sir i was changed my phone no.[protected] through mnp from aircel to bsnl. On 17/02/18. But till date my sim not activated.in this regard self contact bsnl office on 28th feb and they are issue another sim. But the above sim also not activated till date. My aircel sim validity being closed on 5th march. Please take early action for activation.

                                  I port my above no from airtel to vodafone in dec 2017 my above no services has been barred from last 15 days due to my previous company airtel false dues of rs 640 and because of this vodafone interrupted my services. Many time i ask them to check their accounts as i paid all dues but none from these company listen me and harassing me to pay 640 to airtel to activate my services, i again here i declare that i am ready to pay if any dues on me but i want this in written and outstanding of my accounts.

                                  Request you to look after my complaint and provide solution and from last 15 days both company are harassing me and its mentally torture.

                                    I sent the port sms in the correct format. [protected] is my permanent prepaid number facing lot of network issue from month... I called customers care couple of days back they told they will resolve issue in 7days but issue not yet resolved even after a month... All aircel users in thane, maharashtra are facing issue so i want to port out from aircel... Not able to connect to customer care please do needful. Could you please help me to get my upc code from aircel.

                                      My vodafone number is [protected] it's blocked to send and receive sms from my contacts since month of january 2018, for reason of bulk sms send by me, in future am don't want to send like bulk sms, please unblock my number and make possible to send and receive sms to others, am very affected for this inconvenience

                                      Sorry for inconvenience, as my Mobile number [protected] is disconnected due to complain on the mobile number [protected].

                                      Request you to suggest the process, how to restore services on the number [protected]. as this number is used at my home.

                                      Since customer care of airtel and Airtel Store did not help me out.

                                      Kindly resume the services on the number [protected]

                                        i tried to port yesterday(21/02/2018) but port number not able to generate UAN number
                                        my aader no, pan and bank transaction are in same network
