Dear Respected Sir, SATYA MEV JAYATE My Prepaid Number [protected] Got activated 08/01/2015 by 3.21 PM.This is the 3rd time Activated with same number, Same Network, Same Name and Address from 15/12/2014 to 08/01/2015 On 15/12/2014 my number got activated from post paid to prepaid, During 16/12/2014 To 23/12/2014 my number got suspended both incoming & outgoing...(8 DAYS) Again My number got Activated 0n 23/12/2014... Then During 28/12/2014 to 08/01/2015 Again my number got terminated... on 08/01/2015 at 3 pm my number got activated Last 25 days for my issue Incoming and Outgoing not working to my mobile number [protected], I am doing Business as a agent with Industrial Supplier, My Industrial Customers knows my Mobile Number [protected] All over India, Due to this issue My Business got badly affected, My big Orders gone to some other vendors during this period... Keep on following up with emails to customer care and RCOM Appellete Authority TN, Talking with Customercare 198, *333, Live Chat with Reliance, Visitting Main Reliance office alternate days continuosly for my issue..(From My Place to Reliance Main Office 20 KM). Wasted my Valuable time, Money, Business Loss and Energy, Mentally Disturbed during this issue with continuosly follow up with my issue with Reliance Communications Ltd.. Please Guide me how to claim for all above mention problems faced by me during this last 25 Days... Pls Help..Pls Help

    Dear Sir, Satya Mev Jayate With reference to Reliance Customercare reply email 'Reliance=[protected]' Wrong Commitment By Reliance Customercare Chennai... Aginst my complaint for My Reliance CDMA Prepaid Number got activated [protected] dated 08/01/2015, 03.00 pm (3rd time Activated Last 25 Days.!st Activated on 15/12/2014 & second Activate on 23/12/2014). But I did Reliance Prepaid CDMA recharge for Rs. 46/- Rate Cutter (SMS From 52811 Date 15/12/2014 Time 19:41:51) for 60 Days & Rs. 50/- talktime (SMS From 52811 on dated 15/12/2014 time 19:43:03).It shows nill balance on dated 08/01/2015. I got reply Email From Reliance Customercare reply email 'Reliance=[protected]' Wrong Commitment By Reliance Customercare Chennai... Dear Mr. Kumar, This is with reference to your e-mail dated January 10, 2015 for your Reliance Number [protected]. We regret the inconvenience. We understand the concern and have made a note of your feedback and forwarded the same to the concern department. We assure that necessary action will be taken against this feedback. As per the details checked and verified in our records, the balance has been deducted by dialing USSD code or replaying to flash SMS through your handset. Kindly note the the balance deduction takes place on reply form your end, hence, we are unable to process the request for the waiver. If you don't wish to receive these SMS in future then we request you to deactivate flash SMS service and keep your handset in lock mode when not in use to avoid dialing o[censored]SSD codes which results in USSD service activation. To deactivate the Flash SMS service, kindly perform the procedure in your handset as given below: Go to R Menu>> R Live>> Activation>> Deactivate>> OK Assuring you of our best services always.     One more Issue with poor service by your customercare Chennai Office (Wrong Commitment)…Refer below topic……

    I went to Reliance Main Office, Nungambakkam Branch Chennai.And met Ms. Banu - (Mobile No-[protected]) customercare executive to cancel my Number [protected].This number given by her 06/01/2015, Saying that I will not get My Number [protected] in Prepaid (Wrong Commitment By Ms. Banu).


    So she called forced me, Confused me to take My Number [protected] in Postpaid only.Finally I did that procedure & she gave me one alternate number [protected] and said after 5 days i will get my number in postpaid [protected].Dated 06/01/2015

    But actully I need my number in [protected] in prepaid only.

    Once I got activated My prepaid mobile number [protected] on 08/12/2015, I went to Reliance Main Office Nungambakkam Branch Chennai & met Ms. Banu Customercare (Mobile No-[protected]) to cancel the procedure to do postpaid The cancel alternate number [protected].She gave me one service number[protected]Jan-2015 19:05:40 & Said She sent the procedure for cancelling the postpaid procedure & the cancel alternate number [protected].


    On Dated 10/01/2015. Keep on calling Ms. Banu she is not attending my calls(Last 2 days).Then I did Reliance Live Chat morning.& asked regarding about the Service Number[protected].In that I came to know that Ms. Banu Taken Given this service number[protected] for prepaid to postpaid Request.Actually Not for procedure for cancelling the postpaid procedure & the cancel the alternate number [protected].

    Finally In Live Chat They taken the cancel the procedure for postpaid & cancel the Alternate Number [protected] this morning.Service number[protected] Dated 10/01/2015


    Request you to don’t do any postpaid procedure for my mobile number [protected].I am happy with Prepaid only.


    Take action on wrong statement given by your customercare Ms. Banu..
    Cancel My alternate number [protected].as soon as possiable...

    On 17.1.2015 @ 3.22pm your staff informed me from phone no.[protected] that you have introduced a new rate cutter for Rs.125/- from Pongal Onwards and it will charge R to R at 0.10 and other net work at 0.30, valid for 90 days. I am having 3 reliance sims [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Today for [protected] I have paid Rs.125 to avail the rate cutter. But it is seen that usual charges only made and the rate cutter is not applied. So I have again contacted[protected]. They have simply replied that the rate cutter is in force and informed to contact 198. The attempts made were not fruitful. Pl. inform me what is the problem with you in allowing the rate cutter to me.

      Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a dedicated customer of Airtel mobile networks wide my mobile number: [protected] along with six other mobile connections. I shifted my residence from 160-C Pocket-1, Mayur Vihar, Phase-1 to C-89, Upkar Apartments, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Extension, Delhi-110091 on 3rd October 2014. Eversince the day I shifted I had problems with the signals of Airtel Networks which I brought into their notice instantly, I have made complaints to them on mail as well on their mobile numbers too. I wish to inform your goodself that post my initial complaint to them, their network technical team member Rafique visited my residence to check the signals. He found the signals to very bleak and weak which was confirmed to me by him instantly and also mail received from their customer care. I was promised that a Repeater will be installed at my residence which will not only enhance the signals but also the other services like Internet, etc will be hassle free. Post that there was not communication from their side. I again pursued with them and yet again a Technical team of two member visited to confirm the loss of signals of Airtel Networks. I was subsequently given a mark down on my mobile bill for Rs.1000/- ( one thousand only) with an assurance the within the next 45-60 days a tower will be in place which will take care of the loss of signals. Since the assurance was from National Appellate team's senior member ( Satish Pathak), I did not check back for a month. I wrote a mail to Satish/ Shikha/ Ranjana of national appellate team on 3rd January 2015 wishing them New Year and also wanted to know of the development of the tower. I was not only disappointed by what Satish wrote back but also looked in no mood to resolve my grievance who is one of their dedicated customer.In the mail, I have been cited all technical confirmation and obligation to TRAI. I am herewith pasting below the immediate dates mail along with the trail mail of promises and assurance for your perusal. I wish to put this on records that I want the Airtel signals at my residence and also to resolve all issues because of which I am unable to make or receive calls and also make use of Internet services for which I am paying them without fail every month. Kindly look into the matter on top priority and get my issue resolved. Looking forward to hear from you. At the very outset we would like to state that it is our continuous endeavor to provide the high quality service to the satisfaction of all our customers. It may happen in few instances that despite our best efforts we may not be able to provide adequate coverage in some of the areas or places due to the inherent limitations of wireless communication networks as the RF signals get attenuated while traveling and more due the other topographical factors like building material used in construction of the building, thick walls, foliage, thick vegetation, street orientation, geography of the area etc. It is noteworthy to mention that the licensor, Department of Telecommunication (DoT) has set the roll out obligation to cover 90% of the city/ metro for the service providers after due consideration of all the facts. We have already met the roll out obligations and are providing the quality service to our customers. The quality of service is being monitored against the specified benchmarks by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on regular basis and results are published on its website as well.         On 22nd of Dec I forwarded the request for port out from Idea to Airtel and i submit all the documents to Airtel regarding same and Airtel is doing there job perfectly but the Idea didn't do there job perfectly and request is been rejected thrice.I clear all the documents and our total outstanding amt and Idea reject my request and tell Airtel that our request is been rejected due to mismatch of our UPC Code.But our UPC Code is same which Idea, Airtel and we have.Please help me to solve me this problem and i really oblige for this.

          On Dated 10/01/2014. Keep on calling Ms. Banu she is not attending my calls(Last 2 days).Then i did Live Chat with reliance morning.&amp; asked about the Cancelling Service Number[protected].In that I came to know that Ms. Banu Taken Given this service number[protected] for prepaid to postpaid Request.Actually Not for procedure for cancelling the postpaid procedure &amp; the cancel the alternate number [protected].
          Finally In Live Chat They taken the cancel the procedure for postpaid &amp; cancel the Alternate Number [protected] this morning.Service number[protected]

                        We are all know that TRAI has control on all mobile network companies and also it has the control on the call rates etc.Let you know the one thing, I have been using Internet from 2008, observed data prices.

                        You may surprise that One of the Mobile company provider were at 2008, Rs.98 gives 5GB(5120MB) of 2g data for 1month. Now Rs.98 gives 500MB data for 14 days.It is almost decrease 10 times.Now a days smart phones are increasing in number every smart phone user uses Internet. There is no control on the Internet prices, all the companies hikes their prices unevenly.

                        So this is serious issue, if we don't pressure on the TRAI, in future mobile companies will give 50MB to Rs.98. So please put pressure on TRAI and fight with TRAI against this issue.

                          sir...i have a [[protected]] uninor sim since 4 to 5 years...it is my main number.i have a problblem with that for sending SMS.because that in 6 months back, i recived a company msg..["i[censored] want to check ur details of your VOTER ID then send your voter id number to this number..."]..as following that msg i send my voter id number to that number...After 1 day onwards i got a pblem to send sms...SO SIR ...FOR THIS IAM NOT SATISFID...SO KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM...THANKING YOU...MY NUMBER IS ...[protected]...

                            It has been brought to the notice of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India that some companies / agencies/individuals are asking people to deposit amounts of money in their personal / companies account as Government Tax under Telecom Act 1972 or for clearing of the advanced payment etc. in lieu of leasing the premises of individuals for installation of Mobile tower. After collecting the money these companies/agencies/individuals become unreachable. These companies are issuing fake ‘No Objection Certification’ permission for the Installation of Tower issued by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The Public at large is hereby informed that TRAI is not directly or indirectly involved in levying any tax/ fees on leasing the premises for installation of a mobile tower or for issuing any ‘No Objection Certification’ for the purpose. A Mobile tower may be installed by either Telecom service provider or Infrastructure service provider (IP-I) as per their licensing/registration conditions. List of the Telecom service providers and IP-I service providers is available on Department of Telecommunications (DoT) website i.e.www.dot.gov.in. Any person or entity found fraudulently involved in such activity using TRAI name / logo / recommendations or national emblem is liable to be prosecuted under applicable law. Anyone dealing with such companies/agencies/individuals will be doing so at his/her own risk and TRAI cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages suffered directly or indirectly.

                              My mobile telephone [protected] suddenly became non functional when I was away on a visit to Bangalore. The NOKIO service centre confirmed that there is no fault in the equipment and desired I should refer to service provided AIRTEL. Their service centre at Koramangala, Bangalore confirmed that the SIM card is not working and they cannot replace it and I have to report this only at Chennai where the connection was given ( despite the fact that AIRTEL is an all India company, operating at nook and corner of India). On my return today from Bangalore I reported at AIRTEL, Santhome who also confirmed that the SIM card, issued to me in 2008 has worn out and they will replace it with a new one, continuing with the same number. To get this new SIM card, they compelled me to produce my identity card ( Driving Licence and the PAN Card and also taken a photo of mine with their mobile phone. They have also charged me Rs 25/ for the new SIM card issued to me. My complaint is: as an old customer from 2008, why should I be subjected for proving my identity. Why I should be charged Rs 25 for issue of new SIM card as I have not caused any fault in the old SIM which has worn out on its own. I would appeal to you to kindly take up this matter with AIRTEL and address my grievence.

                                To whom so ever it may concern [protected][protected]------- Sub: Regarding the current Fair Usage Policy of Mobile Internet Respected Sir, Here I would like to draw your attention on few points regarding the ongoing Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in Mobile Internet domain. Point1: With the growth of Javascript libraries like JQuery for more UI features, more images, the expected size of web pages are to exceed 2300 KB by the end of the 2014, which is a 44% growth compared to 2013 i.e about 1650KB. Some statistics on the growth of average page size 965 kilobytes 2012 census, 2011 average of 702KB. Starting from 14KB in 1995, 93KB by 2003, and 300KB in 2008 and so on. Please mind it that all data are in BYTES and NOT in bits. Now with current FUP of 256 Kilo BITS (NOT Bytes) per second speed, how much time do we need to load an average page? Its (2300x8)/256 = 72 seconds approx...i.e OVER ONE MINUTE ON AN AVERAGE. Forget about the "Heavy" web surfing, like watching educational video lectures on NPTEL! This calculation is ignoring the FACT that speed is NEVER 256kbps but rather is actually @125kbps on avg. And with that speed, it actually would take OVER TWO MINUTES PER PAGE to load, ON AVG ... Point 2: Suppose one spends his hard earned money of Rs. 650 to get (a popular "unlimited plan") with 3GB limit of FUP and validity of 1 month.Now before the FUP limit, net speed would be of around 1.6Mbps = 1600kbps, on an average (even though its told to be of 7.2Mbps speed). How much time does the service provider wants him to use net without FUP?Its (3x1024x1024x8)/1600 = 15729 sec approx. = 4.37 hrs in all, in a WHOLE MONTH!!! And Thats it!! We have 30x24=720 hrs in a month... and how much they want him to be online with descent connection speed? a mere 0.61% of the duration ... Above two points shake my belief in the fairness of the "Fair Usage Policy". I request you to look into the points and resolve the issue. Please clarify if my perception is incomplete in any respect.                                   This Number called secs after submitting a complaint on consumer forum about ebay and tried to acquire all the debit card details including the atm pin, 3D secure pin etc from me.I immediately disconnected the call as I had suspicion already.Please don't leak and publish the important details of customers to public. Kindly get this caller blocked so that he can't call anyone else.

                                    Dear Sir, A very costly plan was given to me against my needs, however for a long time I wish to discontinue the plan and skip to a prepaid plan but all the time it is said that they will do it after this month but after the completion of the month another bill is send to me for the payment.Now for a couple of months i have almost stopped using the phone, neither i m interested in using net on mobile but still my bill is being send as per old plan and they are not disconnecting my connection despite repeated request.Again I am going today to their office to request the same.Plz.help

                                      I am using 3G network since 2 months.But today suddenly my netpack stopped working.Now it has started but with 2g connection.My 3G netowk is valid till 30th May.I called your Customer care no.He said will get reactivated in 1/2n hr i.e at 7.18 pm.But still I am getting 2G speed.This is not a good customer service as this is effecting your brand and also on valued customers. No's (including postpaid and prepaid) and due to Sr. Executive Mr. Akhilesh and Akshya and Executive Mr Om misbehaviour of Reliance company I want to switch my all Rel. services, I had an issue my bal deduction 3 days before using GPRS service on my No [protected], 3 days back I got a msz from your 3600 No that I have left 46 Rs and 14 Mb to use so I immediately went for Gprs recharge pack worth Rs 156 for 1 Gb and when I got confirmation msz from your side I saw My net bal is 1021 Mb but my main bal was nil whereas it should have been 46 Rs, for this when I complained to customer care they took my request and told me my request will be resolved in 2 days, my request no was[protected] but I didn't get any bal till date, when I talked at customer care they told me for waiting 24 hours but didn't get, When I again called then they told me for waiting 12 hours but bot get, so I again talked at customer care they they transferred my call to Sr executive Mr. Akhilesh and Akshay but they didn't listen to me and threated for disconnecting line and said your request is completed 3 days so you can't get your bal back and disconnecting the line by saying if You can go to Reliance outlet then put your complain there, 2-3 time they did same, customer care is made to help their customers not to disconnect the line while talking but I faced this problem, I have your 6 connections and want to discontinue 5 among them due to your Executives misbehave, I will go to your senior officer regarding this mail and will say to him for close all connection named on me.
