Sir I am vikas kumar singh s/o aamr. umrao singh. my BSNL landline no[protected] is not working more than 10 days . i am also user of BSNL broadband with plan of rs 675. Even I register Daily complaint About net connectivity but till date problem not resolved. my last complaint no is [protected]. We face problen like this continously but the BSNL not Resolve problem parmently. And our area's linemen using un-parliamentary language. Due to their behaviour my many nebihors got disconnected their BSNL LANDLINE BROADBAND connection JTO BSNL Malviya nagar jaipur is also not properly responding regarding my complaint BSNL is unble to provide Satisfaction services I Hope you may kindly be consider my request and asked to BSNL to provide satisfactory services Thank u Name : Vikas kumar Address: A-30 Anand . vihar Railway colony jagatpura jaipur 302025

Sirs...i am JOY KP from Kerala... And i had a BSNL connection for landline[protected] and WiFi for over 10 years... But for the last 4 months... The connection of WiFi and telephone had been disrupted... Even on repeated complaints(8 times through phone and 2 times directly to the bank exchange and once a written complaint to the exchange) they have not taken any action... Moreover... They charged us for the 4 months just for nothing... i this will be taken care of... Thank you

    I have two airtel gsm commection numbered [protected], [protected]. From the last ten days the condition of the service is very very poor. Most of the time there is no network. Why should we be paying for this kind of service. The provider should be made to provide rebate and penalty for this poor service of the company. Or their licence should be cancelled for this poor service. I am from Siliguri in West Bengal.

        In my area, there were already two towers of different company in the periphery of 5m. One of the owner of the house has got permission to install another tower. Nearby population was already prone to high radiation level, this would lead to further increase and may impact health of surrounding people. This should be taken of with immediate effect.

        3 G data Services were taken from Airtel.. Validaty and data uses not consumed fully, but services stopped for last 5 days. Replies mail that services are active but in fact no serve available till date.

            On my Airtel mobile no. [protected] I take net pack of 500 MB/ ₹60. In april I used excess data of 238 MB. For this company has charged ₹ 2380 i.e.₹10 / 1 MB which is highly rated.There should be a suitable action to stop the robbery by the companies.

              Dear Sir, I was going to Japan. I wanted to be in touch with my family thru Aitel. My Airtel No: [protected] was activated by Airtel website by collecting Rs 997 thru website on 6 May 2015. On arrival to Japan, i could learn that the Airtel didn't have any understanding with the Japan cellular services. Japan uses the CDMA technology. So, on corrosponding with Airtel Customercare, Nodal Officer and appelleate authority, it didn't resolve the problem, besides they are writing to change the phone and etc... It is a fraud by Airtel by collecting the money for international roaming for Japan, besides which the hardship experienced was toomuch. Pl advice the Airtel to resolve this issue amicably or i will drag them to the court. Best Regards, TUJ R...li

                on 27/04/2015 i got a call from ROHAN from vasant vihar who was an employee of idea asking me to change my current reliance prepaid number into idea postpaid . when i agreed and and submitted my documents on 28/04/2015 for the sim card i was provided a wrong sim card that was not which i required . when i called them to replace my sim they keep on ignoring my request . they were always telling me that that they will replace it sortly but never did so . i called him so many times . on 14/05/2015 he told me to go to the nearest idea store and get my sim . i went to the store next day on 15/05/2015 and collected my sim . i was told there that your number had been activated 15 days before i.e on 30/04/2015 and asked to pay the rental from that day . i didnt had the proper sim card, i had not even a postpaid sim of idea before 15/05 . i got the post paid card on 15/05/2015 and they were asking me to pay the rental from 30/04. this is completely illogical and an act of fraud . they have generated my bill on 20/05/2015 and asking me pay the bill.

                  My name is Ashad Ahmad and my number is [protected] I was using this for last three months after MNP from idea to Vodafone. The time when I got it port there was no as such pendency reported to me from my old operator and after three months suddenly it has been blocked from Vodafone saying that you have a pending amount on your old operator. I have not given any docket number from Vodafone store where I visited in Agra so that i could share with you. Kindly do the needful as this is my very important number.

                      I bring to your attention that I have this number [protected] from more than an year now. I only use it on my tablet for data use. In past my usage has never exceeded even 1GB though I have a plan of 1.5 GB data on 2G speed. My billing cycle ends on 7th May and on the 14th May I started getting messages that I have already used 1.5 GB of data which is not possible. When I called up 121 they tell me that they cant do anything about it even when I barely used this number and I know my usage cannot go so high in just 7 days (Reference No [protected]). I requested them for a daily usage they couldn’t provide then why are they even there if they cannot help us. I hereby request complete details of data usage on my number, including the application names and the websites I visited which consumed this data, failing which I won’t be able to pay any bills. I am feeling harassed here since I know for a fact I have barely used data on this number. Request intervention from TRAI since Airtel cannot just charge me for anything that I have not used.                         Respected Sir, My mobile no. is [protected] company name vodafone . I had recharge with Rs. 247 of vodafone 2G internet pack & as details given in the pack data speed is 368 kbps. But It is giving only 20-40 kbps speed. I have complaint regarding this to vodafone care. But i was told your problem will be solved upto 15 May. But it is still not solved. As of now, I tried to call customer care, they are not responding to my call just telling advertisement about vodafone I tried for 5-10 minutes but not responding.

                        In every retail stores...blindly asking extra one rupee for 10, 20, 30, topup cards. TRAI koww that? Can print MRP is 11, 21, 31. Thanks AllWyn Amala Prasanna.
                        My broadband connection is very slow it is only about 200 to 260 k/s. I raised complains in BSNL office many times
                        My Vodafone 4g is giving me only 1 to 3 mpps only.

                          Sir/ Mam, My Aircel Mobile number is [protected]. I had Aircel Pocket Internet pack. In October I moved from Rs. 149 monthly charges to Rs. 249 monthly charges as there were more free calls and call rates were less. for the month of October and November 2014 I was charged for Internet usage. I made many complaints even by emails but of no use. I was not refunded my money. I had been trying to port my mobile no. but Aircel is not letting me to port. Last three to four times they are sending me the message as, 'Request rejected by donor as the porting code does not match the donor allocated porting code. The latest unique porting code sent to me is DD337891 validity[protected]. Aircel is to refund me Rs. 1050.33 for the bill dated 02/11/2014, Rs. 573.93 for the bill dated 02/12/2014. And due to poor services provided by Aircel and total harassment at there hands, I want to Port my mobile number to another service provider. I request TRAI to look into this matter and oblige.                             Dear Sir/ Madam, Pls note that I purchased MTS Datacard # [protected] on Aug 09, 14 under Super unlimited Plan 40 GB. Now, I have got a message from service provider that my plan has been revised to Rs.999 unlimited 15 GB day and 15 GB night plan. MTS has not bothered to call me & take my consent to do all this. This new plan is 15 GB plan only which is 60% less than the plan we purchased. No company can cheat the customers like this. Why 40 GB plan was started???? Where has it gone now??? Was it just a marketing tool to attract customers & then cheat them??? I am not happy with their one sided decision so I request you to look into the matter & force the service provider to switch back to same plan which I & so many others have agreed & purchased from them.                               My subscriber ID is [protected]. i m not seeing any channel from more than a week, lot of time i was called Toll free of Tatasky customer service. The toll free number is just a show. But some commitment given for attending with in 24 hours is still not come in the last 7 days. My subscription amount has gone waste with out seeing anything. I have already registered 3 to 4 same complaint with an expectation that this will be resolved at least now. But I have not seen such a poor irresponsive customer service from any others. plz start portability in DTH service also. I can be contacted at [protected].

                                Hi, I am vodafone subscriber and using there 3G service and paying for that, but i am not getting 3 G network at Rohini, New Delhi. when i filed complaint twice there technical team called and enquired sitting in there offices, i asked them to visit my place and check for your self, subsequently i wrote to their grivence cell and i got a reply that due to technical reasons they are helpless. I need my answers, am i living in jungle, , , where technical problems can not be resolved, if they can not provide 3G services then why are they charging from me... is this case not fit for lack of services and i should file case in consumer court against them.                                   With reference, to the above, neither I nor my husband (Mr.B.Shanmuganathan ) have confirmed the BSNL-HUNGAMA SERVICES. The contention of BSNL that this services was confirmed by LL Phone, SMS & subsequently mailed is wrong, as my mail id in BSNL records is wrong. My mail-id is : [protected]@yahoo.co.in, whereas BSNL has mailed / confirmed to : [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                                  Your Sales Team have committed some error or forcing customers by dubious methods, I have no other option other than to go for remedy with TRAI / Legal Action / Consumer Court alongwith the Mental Strain / Agony & expenses.

                                  In fact as my husband stated there was ' NO NEED FOR US TO CONFIRM, AS WE DON'T SEE MOVIES AT ALL ( last time we saw a movie was in Oct / Nov 1995 ) & ALSO WE WERE VERY BUSY WITH OUR DOMESTIC WORKS ( as my mother-in-law was bedridden since Oct 2014, hospitalised in Jan / Feb 2015 & subsequently expired on 23.02.2015 ). HENCE, THERE WAS NO TIME FOR US EITHER TO CONFIRM YOUR SERVICES or TO WATCH MOVIES.

                                  I strongly disapprove the way & manner you service providers call / disturb us by offering services & orally get our confirmation ( you record the conversation ), Which

                                  If this is your service, I have to surrender my Landline[protected] & mobile phones[protected];'[protected] & tell all my friends / relatives about the facts.

                                        I wanted to port [protected] from BSNL to IDEA and their galary in Ulhasnagar-421003 in Thane dist said I have to take post paid portability for atleast three months and afterwards it will be made prepaid. The same was also told to me by Airtel gallary, situated opposite them. They are having post paid sim for portability and for prepaid, if I donot go for post paid portability, I will have to wait minimum for one month till prepaid sims are available with them for portability.
