TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) RESTRICTED US TO 100 SMSES PER DAY!! WE WANT BACK OUR PRIVACY!! WHO ARE THEY TO INTERFERE WITH OUR PRIVATE LIVES!?!?!?!?!?!?WE WANT BACK WHAT WE HAD!!!! ARE THEY DOING GOOD OR BAD?????

the new TRAI rule has false basis and when a user sends 30-40 sms a day, then why they need to impose the new rule? Even I used to communicate with my friends with the help of SMS, This rule is not only going to disturb our relationship with our friends but also will cause misunderstanding among us. Moreover it may be TRAI's new funda to help the SPs, as it had limited 100SMS, users will go for buying new SIM cards... But at the end of the discussion, We are not satisfied and happy with this Rule.....
What the hell do u guys think about yourself imposing such kind of stupid law i strictly demand to limit this only for the commercial business and not for the personal users as its 2 damn for the people who only contact through SMS.
Who r u to decide this ??
India is a free country people have there right to choose how they contact with there buddies or families.
Its creating a lot of problems sir pls remove this barrier.. Pls

    Dear TRAI,
    If you have any issues with telemarketers or Bulk SMS Marketers, better take out your anger on them. Make rules to stop them, not us. We pay our service providers for calls and sms, and its our right to make it as much as we want. You cant bring up some rules and control the limit of messages which i send to my friends and family. 100 messages per day is not at all sufficient for us and i send more than 200 messages per day. Not just regular messages for friends and family, also group messages for my staff to keep them updated with projects and schedules.
    During last two years, call charges has been hiked and unlimited call offers aren't available now. Two years back, my call charge for calling to same network was 10ps and other network was 30ps. Now its 30ps for same network and 50ps or 60ps for other networks. So we all found refuge in sms offers and kept in touch by sending messages each other, Now here come this law, truly barbaric and ultimate stupidity.
    The main reason for passing this law is to stop tele marketers, and we already have DND option for that. But DND service will only stop Bulk SMS which are being sent via internet using a center id (without sender number), and still we can complain if anyone sends any marketing sms via any normal mobile number. If we get a marketing call or sms after the activation of DND, we can sue them... Its our right.
    That means it can also be stopped, so why we need a rule like this? It shows the spineless act of TRAI against the telemarketers, cutting down the whole tree without chopping down the infected branch. They doesnt want to sweat themselves or spend more time on making rules to stop them
    Or, are they trying to help Mobile Service Providers to gain more income via SMS ??

      As per trai regulations now a number can send only 100 sms a day,then from main balance amount ll go sometimes not..in case of emergency how to communicate? now all network providers moving to 3g,now what problem in networks???? y restricting sms per day? not reducing call cost.reduced recharge amount.. then what use in using mobile without any features??? TRAI's regulations is highly rediculous. Making all mobile prepaid and postpaid users in sad and anger.....Please do remedy to make unlimited sms per day,reduce call cost and increase recharge amount...student,middle class people suffering lot..........

        As the TRAI has put a restriction on sending SMS as PDPS(Per Day Per SIM) to 100/day, which almost like restricting the our fundamental right of FREEDOM, so please lodge a complaint against this new rule and take a quick and solid action on its with drawl.

        you really think putting out a statement here that you are not happy with TRAI's new rule will make TRAI revert the rule??
        this new rule of trai regardin the restrictions on sms per day is really horrible. how cud dey evn think of this rule india is nt a communis country dat dey tink of ne rule n jz execute it n we follow.n i tink dis rule shud b scrapped as soon as possible.
        i do not these kind of nasty rules...fed up with 100 sms daily...which almost like restricting the our fundamental right of FREEDOM..otherwise needed special offer against this...FED UP WITH TRAI
        I dont agree with this rule, it is forbidding us from making emergency conversation also, totally fed up with TRAI i think this rule should be captured back, not even me everyone is fed up with this rule, TRAI should atleast extend the limit, 100sms per day is not sufficient for us, please do needful for us, its embarrassing us very much to know that we have been kept in cage like animals, in our country animals are also having their rights then it is impossible to understand this rule...
        sms cap is a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad action by TRAI.plz change this rule.

          TRAI s new regulation for 100 sms per day is Human Rights Violation in all aspects. If its a worry about telemarketing sms then there should be a way around by monitoring those numbers which send more sms . As Govt has legally allowed people to have more than one SIM someone who needs to Tele Market is bound to take more SIMs and this restriction is imposing on normal people. Now everyone would look for more than one SIM and they have to recharge both SIM potentially more money for operators. 2G has already given them more now this GOVT is potentially handing them a life time of money.

          I m totally against the T.R.A.I, as they have made a limit of 100 messages per day it cant be useful for the people and for the companies also. due to this the companies will reduce their revenue.. and for regaining it they will increase the call rates. And by taking such kind of decision by the CONGRESS GOVT. next year they will not be able to win the election as they are not able to do any thing then why we vote them???? we choose them for making our life easy but here every thing is opposite. Govt is not able to control the rates of any thing the price of every thing keeps on increasing and now the SMS rates also... Whaoo what a great work by the INDIAN CONGRESS GOVERNMENT. Congrats for STEALING INDIAN MONEY and THANK YOU for making our life like HELL.

          hello sir,

          This TRAI rules are really against human rights...... this reducing of messages to 100 per day is really frustrating lot of people............ the reason said by TRAI was foolish......... now the tele communication networks are not even changed their sms plans.... they are high but with less limited message(100).....

          how can it be acceptable??????? change the rules of TRAI.......... we are having great services DND and NDNC for those who are feeling disturbed through marketing messages........... else it is their matter to activate it or not.............

          so plz plz plz..... dont impose rules against the human rights........ its hurting lot of people........... try to change this to normal once.........

          its all our WHOLE INDIA request
          this is realy not fair only 100 sms per day not enough for us...

          change the rule and give us at least 250 sms per day.

            The ban on messaging more than 100sms/day has created a mess. It has created chaos among students. Nowadays many of them prefer messaging rather than calling, since this rule has curbed the freedom of many. Please do help us out by cancelling the ban on limited messaging.

              TRAI. You people are in very dignified positions. You must have the idea of what impact your new rule will have on the mobile users. You all came from Rural areas?? Your sons and daughters are working in agriculture lands?? Come On. Rural people use only 29 SMS per day. That doesn't mean Urban people also should use only a few more. SMS is the only way of communication we feel easier, cheaper and comfortable. Youngsters and Students will really be bothered by your new rule. Please withdraw the rule as soon as possible. A kind request. Please.

              It seems like restricting the very first FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT of citizens INDIA as per INDIAN CONSTITUTION, it could become a legal issue, if not withdrawn in earliest possible time. We, Indians the citizens of independent country since last 64 years, and since the time our constitution built on late 1949. Apart from emergency, there are no such regulation allowed to restrict any fundamental rights, specially one of the three pillars of constitutions, The Judiciary System has act to maintain these rights. So, before it would become a legal issue and move to court for its with drawl, better it should withdrawn earlier.

                It is very annoying that TRAI has been posing restrictions on the SMS regulations.
                It is very inconvenience for the student community as they entirely depend upon the SMS communication.
                I'm against the TRAI regulations on the SMS.
                One more thing that it also posed restrictions on the Online SMS providers.
                I ask the TRAI to go off the the regulations.

                My money, my choice! Who is TRAI to put a block? Tomorrow they will block the minutes of calling also on some pretext. Now does the government decide how much we communicate with each other?
                as i'm a student i have no more mani to spend for calling my frnds.. so i'm using sms service.. but its too bad to restricting the number of sms per day to 100... its against the freedom of communicating... its not fare in a republic nation like India...

                TRAI — Take off sms regulations

                I doubt, we are living in a democratic country or not. We dont have right to send more than 100 messages. I am against this regulation.
                I live outside India, the time difference for me more than 5 hours so putting this restriction is
                unacceptable as a customer service improvement. My family has no problems receiving sms before 9am or after 9pm. It's a home and not office which works 9-9. Customer satisfaction is prior in all
                business. Restrictions are brought in business sector or office.
                I would like the authorities to reconsider on the regulations and brings plans for the benefit of
                customer. It's a humble request. People abroad spend millions calling home atleast give some relief via sms which can be accessed free and give them something back if possible. There are many other ways things could be resolved rather than this kind of restrictions and penelise everyone.

                I have been transferred from Jabalpur to Bangalore. On shifting to Bangalore I purchase a Reliance Mobile CDMA SIM vide mobile No. [protected] from M/s Phone World, Kormangala, Bangalore (Their Telephone No.[protected]) during first week of December 2011 duly submitting their application form, my photograph and a copy of my driving licence, banks I Card, quarter allotment letter issued by my employer. The mobile was working for 3-4 days and suddenly services was discontinued. On enquiry with the above dealer, he has asked me to submit again the same documents. Again I submitted the same and the services was restored.
                For last 5-6 days my mobile services are again terminated by the Reliance Mobile, on enquiry from the dealer, he has informed me to visit Reliance Mobile corporate office at Forum Mall, Kormangala, Bangalore. To day I have visited to their office, they informed me that they are not having my mobile application form and other required documents. Hence, again they are demanding the same documents for restoring the services. In this regard, I wish to submit, if I have not submitted my application and other documents to the dealer at the time of purchase of SIM in December 2011, how my mobile was working for the last 2 months.

                In this regard, I wish to mention that I am working as Manager in a nationalised Bank i.e. Canara Bank, Rural Circle Office, 86 MG Road, Bangalore. Due to frequent suspension of mobile services without assigning any valid reason and without prior notice is badly distrubing my mental balance & banks business apart from the wastage of time.

                Kindly take suitable action in this regard, and restore my services duly ensuring that such incident should not recure in future.

                  I activated DND Service on my mobile. Still I am getting commercial SMSs on my Idea Mobile No. They are coming from different different mobile numbers. In case if i call back, they dont pick up the phone. Once try to contact from other no, that person picked up the phone, and he started saying "Number of customers coming to my shop. They drop their contact details on the drop box, to which we send a SMS". When I said i never visited your shop, he said "Sorry, I cant help it".

                  When i contact, idea customer care, they registered my complaints, but says, "this no has been noted. Action will be taken on that no". After 2 days same. Again SMS from other new numbers.

                  I got fed-up and i dont know whom to compliant.

                    I am willing to launch a complain that there was a call by a Lady saying that she is calling from Central Govt TRAI on behalf of TATA indicom to verify my address and other personal details from [protected] . She was asking details of my other family members and their personal details , like income , where they work and what is the income. I was confused if TRAI is calling for verification what is the need of my family members details . So I refused to give any information . She gave me offer that if I confirm these details she I will get a gift coupon of Rs.1000/-. Still I refused to give my personal information so she started threatening me that if I don't confirm it then they will disconnect the service of my phone and other mobile phone used by my family. I want to know who is this lady and why she was calling to ge my family details . Is it a TRAI number or she was a fake caller ?

                    Hi,
                    Today 7th July 2011, I received a call on my mobile from a number [protected] at 10:36 AM saying that I am calling from Punjab Airtel and my number is selected for a Lucky Draw and I have won Rs. 5 Lacs. And that person said to me that first switch off your mobile and take out your SIM card and note down your SIM number and note down your luck draw number and then call me back at this number so I will provide you further information that how to claim this amount Rs. 5 Lacs. I refused to do it and I said I will call AIRTEL-DELHI to confirm about it then he disconnected the phone. After that I corss checked it on google and found that these are FAKE calls from PAKISTAN and try to avoid it. My mobile number is a post paid number and I am wondering how AIRTEL Delhi has shared my number to others. TRAI should take some initiatives and please do the needful soon.- Ajay

                        As usual those people in the committee were not even able to make out the difference between 29 and 290 . . they should perhaps test their eye first before enforcing some regulation. Govt. should give a free eye check up for all those idiotic creatures

                          Dear Sir, As per the government order we cant send more than 100 sms per day. This is too horrible to be without messaging our friends and relatives.Sms is the best way to communicate with other for students especially. Please provide some remedy for this. This ban should be lifted so soon. It mainly affect the students community only.

                            The Recent TRAI Regulations to LIMIT 100 SMS per day has really been a torture. As much as it can be helpful for the people who are suffering from the SCAM SMS and advertisements from the telemarketers, TRAI FORGOT THE ENTIRE FRATERNITY OF STUDENTS AND PEOPLE WHO USE POINT TO POINT SMS SERVICES. It has come down as a huge problem and now this has led to the companies raking in huge huge profits from the already existing booster packs that are now invalid and now after the 100 sms limit charging a rate of Re 1 per sms which is OUTRAGEOUS. This has to stop and the system has to be restored back to normal. The government already has let go a huge sum of money in the 2G SCAM related issues and now this way they are getting in back . WHY THE HELL DO WE HAVE TO SUFFER FOR THE CORRUPT POLITICIANS AND THEIR WAY OF MAKING MONEY. THIS IS NOT DEMOCRACY. WE WANT OUR SERVICES RESTORED BACK TO NORMAL.

                            INDIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE COMPANIES SHOULD STOP STEALING MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE IN THIS WAY. PENALISE THE PEOPLE WHO REALLY COMMIT THE CRIME. NOT EVERY INNOCENT PERSON IN COUNTRY.

                            sms is one of the easiest and most convenient way of communicating for us.
                            government should take a necessary action on this issue before things start getting out of hands.
                            we want the old schemes to be back in operation as soon as possible!
                            As students rely on message communications, it had become worse that they are restricted to work on with a message limit. TRAI should consider this and make a new regulation to improve the limit atleast to 200 or not more than of 150. This would help the students who are in communication with messages. I hope it would consider my request and make certain changes. I would like to ask that why should the TRAI restrict the promo sms from the industries or companies and provide exemption to student community???

                              The TRAI ( Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has brought in a regulation cap that only 100 sms can be sent per day on the grounds to curb the Telemarketing people operating in India . But this is highly unfair that it exploits the consumers.

                              At first, the sms booster packs were priced at 28 for 6000 msgs (nearly 200 per day) in airtel. . but the same today costs nearly 60 rupees and the benefit i derive is only 3000 msgs ( 100 per day). This is a high exploitation of consumer rights. . atleast extent the cap to 6000 msgs or fix the price of the sms booster pack in a standardised manner that v don get exploited. .

                                TRAI has implemented a new regulation, which allows the mobile users to send only 100 sms/day...

                                100sms/day is not at all enough...atleast 300 or 500 sms/day will be reasonable.....

                                we pay for our sms boosters but limiting sms like this hurts us badly...

                                please ask them to withdraw the rule which was implemented for limiting the messages ..

                                The new rule released by TRAI is so absurd. The money lost in the 2G scam due to the bloody corrupt politicians is being taken from us. Why should we suffer for the wrong doings of some bloody politicians who are greedy? This was disguised as for checking the amount of scam sms but, listen you TRAI, "First you give them license to send so many sms and then restrict the mass of india?" This is unfare.

                                We call india a democracy where the power belongs to the citizens of th country, but i ask all the people reading this message, do we have any power other than voting? After they get voted all they do is earn money for themselves!

                                Truly speaking, we shouldn't even be charged for an SMS, it just travels like Electromagnetic waves in the spectrum. To rub salt in the wounds, each SMS is priced at Re.1!

                                We want justice, we want our right back, we want TRAI to take back their regulations! This is so not fare!

                                I would like to inform TRAI that the decision to limit messages to 100 per day is doing more harm than good to people. People like me are finding it difficult to communicate with friends, relatives, colleagues, etc. It's not possible to call and speak with each & everyone, that's were SMS comes in handy.

                                If they want to ban unnecessary messages from telemarketers then make some arrangement to ban such messages and please don't create such rules of limiting even personal messages.                                     you have asked the telecommunication companies to start the new rule of restricting the use of cheap or low rates text messages by 100 per day.. Firstly not everyone was informed about this new rule.. Secondly why companies are still providing with the offers that provides you more that 100 messages a day and even unlimited messages for a month.. And finaaly why are you imposng such kind of rules, when people are paying for the low charged or free sms abd when the cost of sending a single sms comes out to be a fraction of rupee......

                                    This is a another scam where the big brands have approached TRAI to send the blackberry and other devices, to activate GPRS in the mobile so that company can earn more.Govt officials know that they have few yrs under congreess rule as this govt will never be reelected..so they want to earn more and more by this rule as much s they can..they know that people have to buy expensive mobiles, GPRS. you wil see that in next few days there will be price hike in call, mobiles, sims and GPRS...Just file a case against TRAI over restricting the freedom of common man in this democratic country...!!!

                                      i took a mts data card paying rs 1900 through one of their distributors who had set up a stall on the way to itpl. he told me you pay the money and he could activate the card in fifteen minutes .he said he would come near me office the next day and collect my documents . next day he didn't come .he requested me to email the scanned copies of the photo, id & address proof.by the weekend he i had sent him the documents . he responded by the next Monday saying the the scanned doc were not clear as he could see the face clearly . he started asking me to send a color scan of my pan card . i was not comfortable about this . so he got my connection cutoff around 18th oct siting non submission of documents .later i forwarded a pdf copy of my voter id card . he again said this was not clear .around 27th of oct i send them a colour scan of my pan card & voter id . it was reinstated on 26th after a lot of complaining . again on 28th it was again cutoff stating that office was yet to receive documents . The connection is still down .i am fedup with mts . i dont know how to get a refund from Mts . data card can be very slow and many times it tend to give message that sites are not accessible they are taking any signatures from customers

                                      Sim was activated on 28.11.2010 but after 2-3 days i recieved message regarding non reciept of documents from company,
                                      I intimated the dealer twice by phone.
                                      the sim was deactivated and the outgoing and incomming calls are barred by the company.
                                      SINCE THE PURCHASE I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ID AND PHOTOGRAPHS THREE TIMES TO THE DEALER BUT THE SIM IS NOT YET ACTIVE FOR NON RECIEPT OF DOCUMENTS.
                                      CUSTOMER CARE RESPONDS FOR NON RECIEPT OF DOCUMENTS AND SAYS ONCE THE DOCUMENTS ARE RECIEVED THE SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED FOR THAT CUSTOMER HAS TO GO TO DEALER AGAIN AND AGAIN TO LET HIM SEND THE DOCUMENTAS TO THE COMPANY, COMPANY HELD NO LIABILITY FOR HIS DEALER NETWORK.
                                      DEALERS ARE FREE TO DO AS THEY LIKE COMAPNY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.

                                      I am Shubha Brota Raha from Bangalore. I bought an MTS blaze data card and have suffered invariably since then. I Had submitted my DL xerox as id proof on the day of the purchase of MTS Blaze (mdn no: [protected]). I recd. a call after few days intimidating that the photo was not clear in the xerox and that I needed to submit some other identity proof. No executive from MTS came to my place and instead, blatantly sent one gmail id for me to send the id proof. How do I trust that the guy calling was genuinely from MTS (the email id sent was a gmail id and not an MTS official e-mail id) ?
                                      So I didn't send across my passport xerox.
                                      In the mean time the connection was barred without any prior info and then nobody cared to call to provide post-disconnect info/assistance also. Its me, who found out from the call center that the connection was barred.
                                      On the eve of 16th Feb '11, I recd another call asking me to submit an id proof and I was told that if I do submit by the end of day, then connection would be restored by the morning of 17th Feb. I submitted the passport xerox on 16th Feb at 10pm. As of now, half of 21st Feb has already passed away and connection is still not restored.
                                      Is this how the customer care division of Shyam telecom operates? I wish to escalate this issue to TRAI authorities and await their intervention to offer me justice.

                                      All,

                                      I wanted to draw your attention towards a complaint which really needs your intervention. I am a postpaid mobile user under the numbers 9811XXXX53 and 9971XXXX07 from about a month now and the services which are been provided are really pathetic. To start from:



                                      1. Both the two numbers are owned by me and i gave the same documents intially before activation of the numbers but the name of mine is different on both the numbers.



                                      2. The current month bills which are generated for both the numbers are imaginary. Both the numbers are charged for CUG useage which is free as per the plan deal, also calls to all india toll free numbers are been charged and the discounts which i was supposed to get are not given, and i have been charged for the usage of GPRS services which i never used.



                                      3. No one is there to help, everyone seems to run away from there responsibilities. I have called up customer service several times and most of the times calls are being disconnected by the agent, else they put the calls on hold for as long as 20-30 mins during which any customer will disconnect the call out of frustration. Even, no one is able to help us with the general queries and direct me to the Regional manager of mine for anything or everything.



                                      4. Due to problem discussed in point 2 i called up customer care on May 08, 2011 and spoke to Nitesh Chaudhary in retention team as i didn't wanted to keep the numbers but he ensured me that he will escalate the problem and i will get a call back within 72 hrs. Till today on May 12, 2011 i haven't got any call from vodafone, nethier phone was switched off nor was out of coverage for a second during this 72 hrs. Today when i called up customer service i spoke to Ajay who put me on hold again for more than 25 mins in a call of total 28 mins and forcefully i dropped the call and called up again when Kapil Dev picked up the call, again i told him to transfer the call to retention department, again he put me on hold and returned back to told me that no one is ready to take my call in the retention department and again i will get a call back in 24 hrs. Out of helplessness i wanted to speak to the floor supervisor again i was ut on hold for another 20 mins and Himanshu the floor supervisor spoke to me and told me to contact my RM or mark a mail to corporatre mail id.



                                      5. I am useing same plan in both numbers, the billing dates and billing cycles are also the same but the way bills are prepared are different.



                                      The due date of my bills are May 16th 2011 and i will not pay even a single penny untill these bills are corrected, nethier will i pay any late fees on any of those.



                                      I regret to say that the customer service department of the the company is really worth nothing and the agents and supervisors never tries to resolve the problem but yes always adds to the frustration of the customer. The services are below standards. No policies and proccedures are followed on calls and it seems that members of the quality department have been given a long leave and there is no one to keep a watch on the techniques and measures used by the agents and supervisors on the call.



                                      I really feel like i have done a crime by taking one new number and getting one number ported into vodafone. I am just waiting for my 90 days to complete so that i can port out of vodafone.



                                      Its my sincere request to you to kindly look into the above mentioned concerns ASAP and please help me a way out of this vicious circle.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Until recently there was no limit to which a person could download using an Internet Connection labeled as an Unlimited Plan or a UL plan, but recently TRAI has approved the ISP's to put a cap on the usage o[censored]nlimited download users, this is called Fair Usage Policy (hence forth abbreviated as FUP) on unlimited plans.

                                        I believe the users are at a loss as only the heavy users are opting for the unlimited plans and the Internet Service Providers (ISP) are charging accordingly but are not delivering as they have FUP as an excuse.

                                        I have 2 points.

                                        1.If the user the user is paying for the unlimited plan then why can he not have the liberty of the unlimited download? this is clearly cheating on the ISP's part as they cannot decide how much download is enough for a user ! and the FUP are fairly low for most of the ISPs. The users must have the entire right to download as much they want when they are paying for the unlimited plans.

                                        2.If there is a surge in the usage o[censored]nlimited plans which resulted in the ISP's capability to deliver the product they promised hence resorted to Fair Usage Policy, then why are the ISPs not improving their infrastructure to handle the extra load or change the tarrif plans so that users are in the control of how much they want . FUP is essentially making the word unlimited download a lie and this policy must be abolished.

                                        I sincerely hope that the consumer forum will take action action against this treacherous policy.

                                        I had not asked to renew Caller Tune services. You had given me it for 90 days. So why you renewed it and charged me. As per TRAI guidelines you can not provide any VAS services without my explicit consent.

                                        Also, giving Caller Tune on pressing # while talking is also highly unethical. Pls. stop this, as in this case also there is not explicit consent of the customer.

After making the connection the employee of your company said your connection will get started I within 48 hours & instead of that he took 500 Rs. from me as a security & ID proof. But the connection is still not activated. I went to the Kamla nager Aircel office, they ask me to submit a receipt photo copy & I have submitted. They made me assure that they will themselves consult with the department for this problem. After this there is no response from AIRCEL. Then I made a complaint Via E-mail, in between that time I had a talk with customer care (he said they don’t have data regarding this problem) that means my complaint is still not posted. (then I received a call ), he said he’s going to sort out my problem within 48 hours and gave his number .After 2 days I called him & told him about the same, “that person replied I only handle the prepaid connection”. Now today is 13th Feb. It’s been ten days long, and you are not replying for the complaints. What the Bluddy treatment you guys are giving to your customers.
                                        As a telecom company, a new brand in INDIA don’t knows how to do their work and provide customer satisfaction, ” then you are going to lead in this field???” I suggest you stop doing all your work, forget your targets .

When I called to Customer Care of Airtel about Unlimited plan he said me Recharge with Rs. 275 then call 0n *567*31#. Your unlimited Internet plan will activate and u will charge monthly Rs. 98/- and u get free download upto 2GB. I do and when I use Internet connection on 25/02/2010. When I surprised my Internet connection Stopped and charged Rs 268 only for 2 hrs. Then I called to Customer Care they told me U want to do another recharge of Rs 98. This deduction is done by us is correctly and could not give u back credit. Could TRI will solve this problem.

                                        Since few months we are finding that Idea is charging the bill between the calls of our own CUG members and we have already files complaint for two times. We have been notified through SMS that our problem will be resolved up to 6 march 2010, but neither the problem is solved nor it is escalated. If we try to contact Idea top officials, the helpdesk people do not provide their contact details. From this scenario it feels that this is an idea of "Idea" to loot the clients.

                                        We hope TRAI will look forward in these type of matters and pressurize service providers to keep the commitments given through plans while marketing in sweet words.

                                        I called your customer care officer last week and asked regarding the messages forwareded to my no. about IPL cricket updation and requested him to check the status from his system. I requested him to to check -

                                        1. Wheather it is a paid service or not.
                                        2. As my presonal no. is registered with national DND service why you are sending me all those messages to my no.
                                        3. If anything wrong please do the needful and deactivate all those unnecessary thing and refund me back my money to my account.


                                        Unfortunately nothing happened. Moreover today I received a SMS from your 57000 no. which is showing "received" at (your system Date & time) - "08:18:16 p.m." on "08.04.2010". for free subscribe with Aircel Friend Zone for 10(ten) days. And to deactivate dial 570001. Immediately I called to the given no. 570001 to deactivate but there is no such option to deactivate.

                                        Then I called to log a complain against that, and as per your "IVRS" I got a lady who introduced herself as Ms. Tanushree. I had a conversation with her for more than 10 (ten) minutes. But she was totally helpless to solve my problems and taking permission from me, forwarded my call to her higher authority. I was on the line for exactly 20(twenty) minutes but there was no reply from you. Now I am intimating the details what I got from her.

                                        1. My DND service is deactivated from October 2008. And it was activated for 90 (ninety) days only.
                                        2. For IPL cricket updating you have charged Rs. 3/ SMS from me.
                                        3. You do not have any record or detail to reply your customer instantly.
                                        4. To have all the detail I need to call you up again after 6 Hr.

                                        I called you at 11.02 a.m. again after getting on line for 20 min.(mentioned before). Repeating the same I got Mr. Mithun. I have to repeat all the detail what I told to Ms. Tanushree. At the same way he forwarded my call to his higher authority. When he was forwarding my call I asked for the time duration for getting his higher official. And requested him "to do the same within 5(five) min. as I have already wested more than 20 min for the same. Otherwise I requested to solve it by his own". It is not possible for me to provide more time, as I provide consultancy to a Ltd. Company Hospital. This was very disgusting getting no reply after holding my call for 20(twenty) min.

                                        Now my question is -
                                        1. How could you activate my DND without having any prior notice ( SMS/ Mail/ Ph. Call) from my side?
                                        2. How could you deduct money from my account without giving me any prior intimation.
                                        3. Why you like service provider intentionally forward SMS to your valued customers in such a complex manner so that, you can take easy chance to earn money in a improper way?
                                        4. Whenever my no. is DND registered, why you are disturbing me repeatedly?
                                        5. If I take the conversation with Ms. Tanushree is a truth, isn't it a dangerous scenario for the customer and so also for the "nation" that, you like service provider forwarding your service to your valued customer without having any detail in your "system" instantly.
                                        6. Is it a good example of customer care service that, activate any value added service to any customer without giving any proper notice or is it authentic?
                                        7. If I take the occurrence as just a mistake from your side, do you have really the right/ rights to harass your customer?
                                        8. As this problem is from your side, how will you compensate me (monitory/ time) for the harassment?

                                        I was waiting for their reply till date. As I counted Saturday and Sunday might be their non working day. But till now they did not realise that much of importance to the issue. Moreover when I called to there customer care cell today's morning there supervisor Md. Irshad told that my cell no. was not DND activated for anytime. That means he was just denying the word of Ms. Tanushree what she told me on Friday. Moreover he was just pressurising me to forward me a SMS to a particular no. for deactivating the cricket adation SMS service. When I become able to convince him that the request for DND deactivation request had never been forwarded to you by my side, then he considered my case and register my no. for deactivating DND and forwarded me the registration no. Again when I crossed him for deactivation the IPL cricket updation he registered a request no. and gave it to me. When I asked about my account status, the answer was as usual - call after 6 Hr. There is a problem with our system. And we are updating our system. But unfortunately I am getting the useless SMS till now. Again I called customer care. The reply from them we cannot deactivate it. You have to deactivate it from you.

                                        Then my question is how this type of service provider is providing service to there customer in such a poor manner? What is the utility of the request no given to me by Mr. Irshad? I have names of some other persons also who are also facing same type of problems from Aircel. Is there really no such way out to get rid off these problems created by these MNCs? Why the system will be so complex and the procedures will be so time taken? Why those companies will be so much desperate with the rights of their customers? Why they will not be liable for these type of harassment?

                                        Airtel DTH TV at my resident at Indore.
                                        I received e mail from Sharad dixit (<sharad.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com>)
                                        giving details of offer as well cost etc.on 20.5.2010. I received
                                        phone call from Mr Sharad Dixit of Airtel ( cell No. [protected]) on
                                        20.5.2010 asking me when I can take DTH ? I said that I have guest and
                                        I can take right now. He asked me to pay money and as per his
                                        instruction I made transfer of Rs 1700/- through corporation Bank
                                        internet transfer on 20.5.2010 at 11.30 AM . After getting amount Mr
                                        Sharad Dixit said that Airtel Engineer will be in touch with you and
                                        that before noon on 20.5.2010 they will install DTH at my residence.

                                        Till 4.30 PM no Airtel Engineer has come to install DTH at my
                                        residence on 20.5.2010 so I called Mr Sharad Dixit on his cell No
                                        [protected] but he did not attend my call (my e mail atteched herewith
                                        No. 1). I made several attemps but he did not attend my call. Than I
                                        called him from another cell than he picked-up that call. I said to
                                        him that as per your assurance no Airtel Engineer has come to install
                                        DTH till 6.30 hrs on 20.5.2010, in reply he says that it will be done
                                        on 21.5.2010.

                                        On 21.5.2010 I received e mail from Airtel giving me kit details etc
                                        but no one has come to install the DTH. Copy of Airtel e mail is
                                        atteched herewith (No.2)

                                        On 21.5.2010 I called Airtel toll free No. [protected] for activation
                                        of the kit as per their instruction on e mail (No.2) and got reference
                                        No. for the activation and the Airtel executive (on toll free No.)
                                        said that kit has been activated and that Airtel Engineer will come to
                                        install DTH 0n 22.5.2010 at 11 AM.

                                        I called Airtel toll free No at 11 AM on 22.5.2010 and wish to know
                                        about the installation but the Airtel Toll free No. executive said
                                        that kit is not yet activated and I shoud give once more kit details
                                        so that he could activate kit in order to install DTH.
                                        I gave him kit details as per Air tel e mail No. 2. The executive said
                                        that DTH will be install at 13 hrs on 22.5.2010. But no one has come
                                        to install DTH.

                                        On 22.5.2010 I called Airtel executive again at 14 hrs and up dated
                                        him that no one has come to install DTH and now I am fed up with your
                                        assurance so please cancell my order for DTH. He made a request with
                                        their system and gave me request No. 2777740 for cancellation of DTH.

                                        Since 22.5.2010 I am writing e mails and making call to Airtel for
                                        return of my money amounting to Rs 1700/- but no one is hearing and
                                        not replying to my e mails.

                                        Kindly look in to the matter and direct Airtel to return my deposit money alongwith interest.

Of late, for the last two months, they are started deducting various amounts from the prepaid charges on accoun of some non-sense service called Tadkalive. I tried to stop the same by messaging to the airtel message centre several times to stop the same but to no avail. Every now and then they deduct some money for th services whih were never asked for, which is causing financial loss to me. I even wrote an email to the airtel authorities to stop this service but they do not seem to bother. Please advice whom to approach since an email sent to TRAi also failed to stop this service or the deduction of chargs from my prepaid connection.

Address verifcation ppls called me fro mreliance that they will come to my house to collect address proof and ID proof but they came on 2nd evening. In morning on 23rd i noticed that my outgoing is barred without informing me ant reason. I tryed to chase customer care and they told that untill i do submit my address and ID proofs again to the same place i got this number, my outgoings will not be unbarred. I have submited my docs again today @ Reliance Stores 109 Sahni Tower Rajender Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad at 9:45 AM. Agent told me that he hass already forworded my info to head office but he cannot commit about how much time it may take to re activate my outgoings.

                                        Its fine if you make FUP rule on Indian Consumers, but better remove word UNLIMITED from every website, Plans and Advertisements and ISP providers marketing techniques who are fooling around.

                                        You can rename plans are Limited Plans with Fair Usage rather than Unlimited Plans, old consumers should be given prior notice and tenure so they can look for any other providers or plans rather than getting scammed.

                                        Top of it India is developing country now I even doubt that, I can feel India is even way to below than even called as developing country, its degrading day by day rather than progressing. When it comes to internet speed. India has standard DSL of 128Kbps where as rest of the world has 512Kbps on an average. India has so much demands but you are only ripping money of the pockets of common earning individual. The employment rate is low, wages are low and now you setting limits when customer is paying for "unlimited". You guys are just filling up your pockets with money, rather than utilizing that money on upgrades. Setting up limits is not a solution when you say developing. Do you think your setting limits is that what you call FAIR. I strongly agree with the complain about Fair Usage Policy. It should be discarded its unacceptable when it comes to freedom. Did India got independence on 1947, I highly doubt even living in 2010 after over 60years? No Freedom as such only British left and now been ruled by Politicians and playing around with people and making money that's all I want to say, FUP is money ripping and fooling around policy.

                                        I have a mobile prepaid connection NO:[protected] from RCOM. RCOM is activating various packages on its own and deducting money from my prepaid account. On complain they are also not ready to refund the money which they have suo-moto deducted by themselves. I want to ask why prepaid customers are being cheated this way by Reliance Communication. also Rs.60+ 30 has been deducted from my account which I had not asked for. Can somebody stop RCOM from this highhandedness.

                                        There are so many complaints against the telecom service providers. Unreported complaints are innumerable as people seldom have the time or patience to lodge a complaint and follow it up as generally the money involved is small (at a time) and there doesn't seem to be a quick redressal system. The service providers are taking advantage of the situation and amassing huge revenues through nefarious means. They have become totally unaccountable. Only exemplary punishment such as big penalties or imprisonment can stop such loot. However, the action taken by TRAI or anybody else on any complaint is not shown in this forum. If there is no hope of redressal, what is the point in complaining ?

                                        I was a happy customer of Airtel... I am really unhappy with Airtel... now...'cause of their FUP plan... 1 mbps...25GB... It will finish in 10 days...rest of the days... I gotta be with 512 Kbps..Are they gonna reduce the money for it... No... I need to pay entire amount...I would have been taken their 4 Mbps plan... but their is no use... after the FUP limit it will be 256 Kbps... Are we living in 20th Century... 25 GB & 50 GB and 256 Kbps are not enough for this 21st Century...
                                        The world is moving on to the cloud... The OS, the Apps, The training the delivery is all done online now... if you start putting caps on internet u might as well turn the lights off and drift back to stone ages...
                                        I go to a restaurant where there is an ala carte menu and all you can eat buffet... i pay more for the buffet cause i am hungry... as soon as i gobble down a few spoon fulls... the manager of the restaurant comes down to me snatches my cutlery and hands me a toothpick and forces me to it with it...

                                        Airtel <you could put your ISP name Here> has recently implemented Fair Usage Policy (FUP). The policy is focused on advanced Internet users. People who operate on the cloud. Prefer to use the internet to communicate share and other activities. The policy is a con job. If the same principle of FUP is applied to any other service you would be infuriated.
                                        Suppose you rent a car from a place that says "unlimited kilometers - one fixed rate"
                                        So u rent the car... drive it around a lot couple of days and the car rental company comes to u after 2 days and says, hey wait we said unlimited kilometers but now for the next 28 days u got to push the car everywhere not drive it....
                                        Does that sound like you being ripped off????
                                        Everybody knows there is nothing like unlimited - We have limitations of time on everything.
                                        So i would assume when Airtel offer unlimited plan they do calculate.... Hmm worst case scenario this user will use internet for 30 day 24hrs a day... is it feasable???
                                        A generous limit would be 30daysx24 hrs (always on).... It would acceptable to have 30 days x18hrs or even 30 days x 12 hrs...
                                        The current limit is more like 30 days x 50 minutes or 30days x 1 hr.

                                        I have been availing Idea Cellular services since 2006 and my number is [protected]. I have been having signal problems at my residence and other places ever since I have taken the connection in 2006. I have complained umpteen number of times, but never did they ever make any effort to to rectify the problem. Thanks to the the Ministry of Communication for launching MOBILE PORTABILITY. The day it was launched, I approached Airtel to get me transfered to their network. Accordingly my request was forwarded by Airtel to Idea Cellular for their consent. Twice it was rejected by idea cellular saying that that the porting code does not match. This is being done deliberately by Idea Cellular. After putting lots of pressure on them, they have sent me an email stating that I could be ported out to Airtel if I pay them Rs.5, 000/-. because I am holding a premium number. Whatever premium had to be paid was paid in the year 2006 itself for the number. This is gross injustice and unfair. I have hope over you. Please direct the Idea Cellular Authorities to port e out without creating any litigation. Thanking you,

                                        My connection was in name of my company and I ask the same for the bill. But on
                                        verification of my address the person who came for this assured me the name of the
                                        company will be there.

                                        But sorry to say on bill there no mention of my company name. due to which my
                                        company will not pay the bill. As per rule the bill should be in my company name
                                        because they are paying my bill.

                                        The scheme which was told at the time of getting connection by your salesman were not up to mark on using it, the call rate for local and std, sms charge, and all free call and sms was not give in it.

                                        On inquiring the same in your Idea customer care the response was not satisfactory. My all call has been stop by your company without of my knowledge .

                                        This is with reference to my Airtel broadband connection under account no. XXXXXXX. On 7th April 2011, I received a SMS from Airtel side stating “Dear Customer, you have reached 80% of your high speed data limit. After 100%, your speed will be revised as per your plan till the end of this bill cycle.”

                                        This was the first time when I received such communication and since I have mobile as well of Airtel with GPRS connectivity, I tried to figure out that this SMS is related to my broadband connection.

                                        I called up at Airtel customer service yesterday and enquired about the same as how come, without customer concurrence and knowledge, my speed has been downgraded (because I was feeling the slowness of speed for couple of days), the response from Airtel was that this has been done due to my over usage and they do it when the customer crosses the usage limit.

                                        Now, my question is, “Without any concurrence, information or knowledge to customer, how can Airtel downgrade the speed under an unlimited usage plan for which I am paying a hefty monthly charges also.”

                                        This is simply very bad malpractice and cheating by Airtel with its customers. Upon further enquiring, their response was that each and every broadband ISP is doing this practice to which I was further shocked.

                                        As the nodal authority and supreme body for telecom complaints, I seek your kind intervention in stopping such practices in the markets.

                                        I am really surprised and astonished to find the legal notice sent by Shiva And Rawley stating that the notice has been sent due to non payment of airtel landline bill.
                                        I do pity on them as they do not know the full ramayan which has happened behind this non payment of bill.
                                        I have taken this airtel broadband connection on 04 January 2011 within a weeks time my problem relating to internet connectivity started.
                                        I have lodged various complaints throguh telephone and also i have also sent several e-mails on April 17, 18 May 2, 5, 8 addressed to nodal officer as well as the appallate authority but no propoer resolution has been given till date.

                                        As i was totally disappointed and frustrated about your pathetic service i decided not to pay your bills as you have not delivered the service you have promised me at the time of taking this connection.


                                        one of the complain numbers is 17402000 which was resolved even without sending any person to solve the problem.

                                        i also received complain numbers 19 April 2011 with the reference number:45384746 promised to get back on 20 April 2011 but no response or resolution till date and on 11 May 2011 for which the complaint number:46250414 for which you guys promised to get back to me on 12 May 2011 but no reply or resolution again till date.

                                        On top of this worst and pathetic customer service you are sending me legal notice for non payment of bill when u have not fulfilled your obligation as a service by providing good and proper service for the past four months.

                                        As your clie nt has failed in providing the proper service which they agreed at the time of taking the connection and instead have sent me a legal notice
                                        i have no other choice rahter than to file a suit in consumer court for deficency of service if the outstanding amountis not reversed as a compensation for deficiency of service and also my landline connection has to be cancelled taking this mail as a confirmation from my side.

                                        If both these things does not happen with tomorrow evening i would be filing a case in consumer court against airtel and take it forward from there as i have all the proof for not serving me or delivering proper service as committed.

                                        At 13.52.38 I got a SMS from 5500030 (MTNL) u have been successfully subscribed for music station Rs-30/- has been charged to your account, than I called to customer care number 1503 to know about this deduction, customer care officer she asked me you should not picked up the call from number 55000 for this you have been charged Rs 30/-


                                        Please tell me without pick up the call how could I know who was calling me ? though I just disconnected the call without done any function, why deducted my balance ? I think it is cheating with customer

Today also my dnd got deregistered and i at no point of time till today have i ever sent a request to deactivate my dnd. Now my simple question is how has it happened and who is responsible for this?
                                        In this same issue last year also i had registered a complaint with the help line and i was assured of an answer which has failed to come till today. Three years earlier also the same issue happened and i am still to get an answer for the same.in both the cases i had to get my dnd registry reactivate waiting and bearing with the irritating promotional calls and sms for 45 days. The irony here is even airtel is a party to these promotional sms.
                                        I spoke to the nodal officer mr. Meenakshi bora on phone:[protected] and there was no satisfactory answer from his side but to inform me the complaint has been registered and i have to wait for 72 hours. Though i very clearly explained to him that i have not called to register for dnd but to seek an answer for my deactivation and to leave the status of my dnd in its current deactivated status.
                                        After a mew minutes i get a sms confirming my dnd registration number. As i had not requested for dnd who has authorized the registration. I have tried calling the nodal officer at least 10 times and my call went unanswered or went on hold for very long periods.
                                        I finally called the phone:[protected] the appellate officer mr. Anil kumar who took a complaint and said will look into the matter. But failed to explain how my dnd activation request was done when i never opted for it at all.
                                        I as a consumer have the right to know how can anybody from airtel without my consent activate and deactivate my dnd at their whim and fancy. Is not airtel under the norms and obligation of the trai. As a consumer i demand the answer from airtel at the earliest. I also reserve the right to initiate legal action against airtel under the consumer laws as well aswith the trai.

                                        I am facing problem in billing from Vodafone. I am using G- 229 CUG plan ([protected]) since May 2011 and every month I am getting wrong renewal reminders. In my first billing the actual unpaid bill is 416 however i was getting reminders of 1169 so I made my first payment with an amount of Rs. 1200.00. Later on I came to know that my actual unpaid billing amount is only 416.00. After knowing the fact and error of service provider i called on vodafone care to discuss the same thing, they just deny to refund my access amount and told me that it will be adjucted in next billing. My second bill was generated for an amount of Rs. 794.00 due on July 15, 2011 which was already paid in advance as I was made an access payment of Rs. 784 in my first billing. Today morning when i trid to call on of my friend than i came to know that my outgoing call barred from service provider. As per them my credit limit exceeded hence the stop my outgoing calls. I know my usages and it is not possible that I called or used 1825 in 8 days. From July 16, 2011 to July 23, 2011, my unpaid billing amount is 1825. please find my mail body attached for your reference which was marded to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com CCed to 'sanjays.[protected]@vodafone.com' by today. there is also unsatisfactory response from Sarabjeet and Gaurav in helpline @ vodafone customer care. Sarabjeet has put me on hold and later on cut my call without intimating me.

                                        It would be appriciated if my raised concern resolved by TRAI as I am not able to resolve the issue with service provider.

                                        Can someone give me clarification or make me understand that why my outgoing calls barred. My last billing amount has already paid in advance and now again I am getting reminders to pay Rs.1825. This is not possible that I use such a huge amount in between 15 to 23 July 2011. Please recheck your accounts and confirm me back with clear details and provide my current month usages bifurcation with all numbers.

                                        Your early action will be highly appreciated.

                                        I am voda customer last many years. I have easy recharged Rs.100 on dt. 27 jul 2011 (8 pm) &
                                        get credit Rs 87 in the account. But suddenly, on dt 1st Aug,
                                        2011 my a/c was showing zero amount in my a/c. I was unable to make call. Accordingly, I did call on 1st Aug, 2011 to customer care executive who assured the amount will be credited after
                                        48 hours, time limit has been passed despite this amount has not been credited in my a/c. Consequently I
                                        am unable to make call. Moreover, today I did call to CCE remain on dt 3rd Aug, 2011 & response was same. Even I did complaint to voda customer care & Nodal officer Sushma Khanna despite this no one is taking care of customer even display mobile nos are not picking up phones.

                                        i am using a reliance number [protected] and i am fed by their horrible service .Every time they deduct the balance from my prepaid account from RS10 to RS60 without my permission and gives the useless reasons for deduting the money or starts a new service by themselves only and moreover they didnt listen the complaints. I think they get the profit of the company by doing this only. Reliance is a "chor company".
                                        Now i applied for MNP service and they are not giving my UPC code and gives silly excuses insted of giving the code.. SIR PLEASE TAKE A ACTION AGAINST THEM I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO U..

                                        with reference to my broad band number [protected] provide by Reliance net connect.i would like to inform you that i am trying to pay my bill online throgh credit card on 13 of august.when i am filling all the detail and submit it was showing your transection hasbeen failure.then again i am trying and again same result.then without waste of time i do a call to reliance customer care and told my problem that i am trying to pay my bill but it was not happend so kindly do not chagrge me the late payment fine coz problem is not from my side the excutive says ok sir and give me the reference number [protected].my current bill is aprox 750 and i am trying to pay 850 already 100 rupees extra.but that was not happend and showing your transection has been failure .but in the morning of 14th august when i see the message from my bank they (Reliance)already deducte two time of 850 payment it means 1700 .
                                        this totaly frod with his customer question is how can it is possible when they showing your transection hasbeen failed.and why 2 times.again i do a call in customer care executive his name is Mithilesh and tell him to refund my payment to my bank that is wrogly and froudly charge.he said refund is not possible it hasbeen adjust in my next bill.my broad band plan is 500 3gb plan and the wrongly and froudly deducted amount is 1700 question is why i am giving extra amount and why iam waiting for my next bill ? when the problem is not from my side .why is it my problem that i am the user of reliance broad band ? kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have an Airtel prepaid connection No.[protected] in kerala state. The mentioned connection is using my father and mother also my home contact number. My parent's are senior citizens.
                                        your companies promotional calls and messages are always disturbing my parent's retired life. So I registred under do not disturb facility through my mob but the promotional call and messages are continuously coming without any limit.
                                        So we several times contacted to your customer care and I have not received a positive reply. So I registred a complint through website.(I have proof for all this). Later I got a call from a officer requesting to re register for DND. As per their request we re-register for DND. I got the number [protected] as proof for registering under DND.

                                        So please consider this as notice and If you have any any objection regarding the same Please contact through the below mentioned Mobile number or please take an immediate action to stop sending your promotional calls and messages else we are force to take an action against the issue.

                                        I have internet connection BSNL [protected] and paid one year charges in advance. Only additional usage is charged. I did not receive the extra bill and the recentbill is due on 23/8/2011. But they have disconnected my internet connection on 18/8/2011 . I paid sthe bill on 19/8/2011 at 10AM but till now they have not reconnected the internet connection. I have takenup the matter to the notice of the customer service centre but of no use.

                                        With a grave feeling I would like to ventilate the same to you, the concern is related to the basic customer delivery of your company who is always considered as a pioneer in Indian Telecom Industry.
                                        The story begins when I decided to port out from Docomo to Airtel in the month of April. Al the process was adhered accordingly and on 25th Apr probably I have been ported into Airtel as a happy customer. But on the third day I observed that neither am able to send any sms nor able to use Internet. I sent a mail to your 121 mail help desk but astonishingly each time I have got a revert stating that my number does not belong to Airtel. I can send you all those mails as per your requirement. Then being fed up I wrote a mail to you and then I got a proper response. If a general customer has to escalate to this extent to get a service from his TSP then its really out of reach from the lame customers.
                                        But after that I found the service again go the same extent, each mail I have sent to the id [protected]@in.airtel.com got the same revert stating that

                                        “Dear Customer,

                                        This is to inform you that your concern has been noted and our team is working on a resolution. At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience faced by you. We will get in touch with you for further details of your concern as the need arises.“
                                        It is not only for any complain but also for any normal queries like 3g tariff or port out method.

                                        However, suddenly I came to know of a very good postpaid plan in which I wanted to migrate so duly submitted all the relevant documents to Mr Rashidul Shaikh ([protected]) on the second week of july but till time I have not been communicated why I cant migrate from pre to post. Marketing people are not sure and they are asking to visit ASC for which I have no time.

                                        So at last I decided to port out from Airtel as I felt mysel[censored]nwanted in your company so I sent a mail asking for Port out method, after more than two days, got a call in which I have been asked..do you like to port out? What do you want now? I said I want to port out, he said ok, am sending you the method…it is a MNP retention call..tone and manner was awesome.

                                        Sir, I have affirmed myself to port out but would like to let you know of this heavenly aspect of your highly paid employees for whom one customer who is generating a revenue of more than 500Rs in a month have no value, I believe still you do care for your business and you will. However, if it is possible, look into this issue by managing few minutes from your busy schedule, am really sorry as I need to knock on your door to get this petty resolution.

                                        Sir i was just playing as usual and there was no downloading option and no extra downloaded game in my cell phone.whatever information provided by aircel customer care that is totally illegal.
                                        sir I am now a dissatisfied customer because my point of view is that the facility which i didnt use then why should i pay.
                                        so i firmly request you that you will take proper action in such a way that i will get my balance rs 99.Then i will be greatful to u.I hope that I would get a good reply from consumer forum.

                                        With reference to my mobile no [protected] i want to inform you that my balance from the service provider ie. idea cellular(maharashtra) is being deducted every month for services without my knowledge. Every month i have to call back and request them to remove the service. this is happening frequently. so i want relief and justice for this.

                                        Recently i got a sms regarding renewal of service(10/- p.m) but i didn't subscribed any such service. other then that sms also consisted information regarding unsubscription and when i tried to unsubscribe it, the reply from idea cellular was that the key is wrong. in addition to this they has deducted 3/- from my balance for that sms.

                                        when we called up to customer care, they are skipping it by saying that it has been activated by you when we called up on to your mobile. But i never received such kind of calls.

                                        It's not matter of 3/- but it is matter that how long such malpractices will be continued and why we have to suffer. Moreover if such practices are continued how a laymen can react to it.

                                        Please try to understand and help not only me but everyone who faces such a problem

                                        i am manish and my no is [protected]. i am unhappy with vodafone services i am using vodafone service since 5 years but on 24 sep and 25 sep my balance is worongly deducted. i was using mobile internet on my phone and i have using data card in my moblie ( it is 2GB pack) according to them my validity for above mentioned plan was expire on 24 sep on 5pm. but i was using internet at 3 o'clock i just received msg from them that your validity is expired now i suddenly responded and close all my accssed web pages which are google home page ( 23 kb size ) facebook home page (which is 15 kb) i close them all.then i check my balance than my balance is 13 rs and after 5 min i was -35 rs.
                                        same thing happen to me on 25 sep i recharge my mobile with 100rs and again gain mobile internet pack for 95 rs ( 2GB pack) my mobile was updated with a msg that now u can subscrib 2 GB mobile internet for 30 days. after seeing that msg i just open google and gmail and facebook my agile service provider reworded me with the -150 rs i was amused the way they cheated, looted robbed, there own Constance costumers.
                                        i were more then happy if i use the worthy data( 200rs) but i didnt so please it is a humble request of mine on behalf of many similar costumers who suffered or will suffer in near future.

                                        please respond on this issue it is not about my 200 odd rupees. kindly solve my problem.

                                        i am Suresh Sancheti.I had a connection of Reliance having no [protected].Before one and half month I had requested for MNP to Tata which was successfully done.There was no issues then but it is approx ten days that my line is out of service.I have complained in Tata Mobile network they told me reason that my reliance bill is not yet paid that’s why line is disconnected, I have paid the payment after that on 26/9/2011 . relience said line will be start upto 2 to three days. . but still my line not coonected. . and also outgoing line disconnected. . I again get back to Tata Network, then they said the line discunnect from reliance . nothing to do in there hand., but till date the problem remains the same. Neither Reliance nor Tata is taking grant to short out these.What should I do?
