Subscriber Id [protected].AM using DTH TATA SKY and having yearly subscription. Since 3rd April 2015 the system is not working As per their inf I am informing on phone [protected] and response is somone will attend.Only messages about 18 are received but no action .No of people are not having the facility.I expect you will take some action.       Please note that from 15th January 2015 onwards I had so many request with the BSNL office for port of my mobile no. [protected] but i regret to note that every time the bsnl had rejected my request, I had so many times talk on telephone also but all in vain. This time again I have generated UPC No. BP386956 and give to my new subscriber and now again I am in receipt of message Request for Port in via 01-[protected] has been rejected by Donor. Pleaes look into the matter and arrange to sort out my problem.

        Today I get number of marketing calls on my new uninor sim no [protected], from number like +91140...I reject every call, mistakenly one call received by me...after hearing 2-3 words I close call by pressing end key. But after that I got message from uninor that i make them request for activating of 'Mantras' and after some second get another message that 'mantras' are activated and Rs. 20 is debited from account. I trying to contact uninor customer care number. 121 and 198 but their they just move me to[protected] and never get contact to physical operator. What is the CHEATING..Can TRAI do something against this.?? or TRAI is also mix with this operator to LOOT general peoples like me...please take action.. Vijay Kadtan MO. [protected]

          Inspite of making excess Online Payment of Rs.1, 700.00 towards my last Vodafone Bill No. [protected] dtd. 06-03-15 for Rs.852.55 on Due date 24-03-15, M/s Vodafone does not seem to be releasing my Mob. No. to M/s AIRTEL for Porting. Also, they have suddenly disconnected my Connection from 31st March, 2015 till date, resulting in loss of Business exceeding Rs.25, 000.00.

            respected sir/madam 'aircel' deducted balance from my account, and when i called them to report this they abused me and they didn't have any reasonable cause why they did this, and now they are not attending my calls. please take a action against them. thank you.

              Sir/Madam, I have been using MTS datacard service since Dec 2014, After 2 months of service, during Feb 26th, I had a problem with the service, and I lodged a complaint with MTS customer care for which, I didnt get a proper response. Hence, I approached the appelate authority of MTS, and that was still worse. They never bothered to reply on time which was actually agreed on, as per their SLA. I had no service for 12 days inspite of repeated calls to the customer care and appealate authority. But, I am charged for the whole month. I have also had loss of pay as I am using the data card for office purposes during travel. Request your appropriate action.

                dear sir/mam iam nisha tyagi recently bought your MTS data card with post paid connection no [protected]. at the time of purchasing your MTS data card your dealer told me that you will get 10 Gb data in 550 Rs monthly on 3G speed. After 20 days of 1st month when i am using my net it is responding very slow. when i asked to your custmor care no. Mr Aditya your custmor executive told me that you can use only 5 Gb in night and 5 Gb in day. Your days data 5Gb is over so you are facing problem of slow speed in day.. so you should use your data in night after 12 am. NOW my question is that why your executive hide that terms when i was buying your data card. please send me your reply as soon as possible other wise i"ll complaint for this in TRAI and sue your company for that type of cheating. A/C No: 1040470, Complain No:[protected] dtd: 24th Feb'15. From past one & half month our internet connection is not working. After repeated complaints to customer care center & Customer Service Executive & Appellate Officer, we did not get any satisfactory answer & solution as well. I am not able to connect to the internet from 5th Feb’15, complaining about the same twice in a day on calls or by email or by personal visit, the only answers getting from their side is the problem would be solved in 24 hrs or by today evening or within a day or two. They are not rectifying this problem & every time commits a fake commitment. Every time they give me stupid & lame reasons why I don’t they solve the problem from two months. Different people give me new & different excuses. The problem has not been solved till date. Further to this from the day of my installation nearly every week I get message from You broadband that “we are sorry to inform that our service in your area is temporarily unavailable due to some reason. Inconvenience regretted” & every week there is a breakdown of 2 or 3 days approx. Kindly go through above complain seriously. I greatly appreciate your help.

                    Sir, I am DesRaj who has applied for PORTING my BSNL number to Vodafone two times.first one was in the month of December 2014 and second one was in the month of February 2015, again today i have applied for 3rd time and my PUC no is BI733336. and my Mob no is [protected].i have talked to the authorities of both BSNL and Vodafone regarding the portability and there is no any reply from both side. Therefore i am seeking your help in this regard. looking forward to hear from you.

                        My no. [protected]. I have registered multiple complaints with vodafone regarding unfair download charges. They waived off the amount in the month of January. And again in this month bill they charged me Rs.297 unfairly on downloads. I have seen lot of complaints on this issue. One person cannot fight on the same issue repeatedly. I request you to take stringent action against Vodafone.

                              Dear sir recently i purcased tata docomo sim card & recharged amount of 250 for 2g/3g 1 Gb Data & i got data and talk time amount ... and now to day[protected] they deduct 100+ amount in my balance . when i contact to customer care they said ur useing excess data but right now 1 or 2 mb is there ...tatadocomo is cheated me with techncial words..plz dont cheat the people ...if cant able to do or give proper service close ur service ...my no [protected] my name rajashekar.k

                                Sir, Yesterday I have lodge a complain that my nokia branded mobile is lost on 31.01.2015( Saturday) with two sims bearing no. [protected] and [protected]. Now today find out the mobile from below the sofa set in which it was attached. I lodged the complain to restrict the mis-use the sims. Now I have no complains. Thanking you.

I have been a customer of Vodafone from last 5 yearsand using vodafone postpaid number from last few months vodafone was unable to serve the purpose for what it is known for i.e. Happy to Help You. My complaint is that Vodafone Charged unnecessary charges regarding Downloading i.e. Rs.425 and Change my talktime plan i.e. 249 to 149 without my consent. No interaction have been made by them to me in any manner and without my Consent vodafone change my Plan due to this my bill amount is raised from usual. when i came to know about this change and unnecessary charges added in my account i made a call to Vodafone customer care on 198 on 11th Janurary at 12:41pm I interact with Mr. Akram the interaction number is[protected]. Mr. Akram commits me that he will deduct the unnecessary charges of Rs. 425/- he clearly commits me that you just pay the remaining bill amount and i will deduct the remaining unnecessary charges. Afterwards when i recieved the next bill the charges are not deducted. in between my call have recieved by Vodafone care from number [protected].Every time new executive listen my issue and commit me that this amount and other unnecessary charges be waved off and no one give any kind of reason for changing my Talk plan. Again in the present month i got a bill again downloading charges have been added. kindly check my all interaction with vodafone including incoming calls and outgoing calls to 198. every time executive made wrong commit to me that your issues will be sought out but till today all in vain. my outgoing calls have been stopped due to non payment. please take a strict action against Vodafone Network provider for wrong commitment.                                     Dear Sir, This is the fourth time I am Lodging the complaint. My Mobile No : [protected]. The above said Mobile Connection I am using nearly one and half years. But, now It is not in a usable condition. Because in a day I am getting nearly 20 unavoidable company calls. Secondly when I am recharging Rs.30/- deducted by the mobile operator for the value added packs. So many times I have called 198 and complaint about that. When I am calling they will deactivate that pack, but the value will not be refunded. 15 days ago I have made a complaint and deactivated a value added service. After three days they have activated another value added service. My complaint made in your website was also disposed off. So, I Kindly request you to enquire the mobile operator and I expect an action against the mobile operator. Because I am not able to recharge the mobile and use it. One moment you think in a day how many value added packs activating by the mobile operators to the mobiles and how many illitrate peoples are loosing laks of money. Why TRAI is not making rules for the Value added service activated by the mobile operators.

                                      I have received a marketing call from +[protected] on 21st Jan 2015 at 14:37 pm. When I replied that I am not interested in marketing calls the person called said some bad words in Tamil Language and asked me to shut up. I received the call to my phone no.[protected]. i will be obliged is some action can be taken on the caller company so that other public are not affected in a similar way.
