I have been using MTS datacard service since Dec 2014, After 2 months of service, during Feb 26th, I had a problem with the service, and I lodged a complaint with MTS customer care for which, I didnt get a proper response. Hence, I approached the appelate authority of MTS, and that was still worse. They never bothered to reply on time which was actually agreed on, as per their SLA.
I had no service for 12 days inspite of repeated calls to the customer care and appealate authority. But, I am charged for the whole month. I have also had loss of pay as I am using the data card for office purposes during travel.
