Dear Sir/Madam, My self Kamal Gupta living in Jaipur, I have taken 6 Rel. No's (including postpaid and prepaid) and due to Sr. Executive Mr. Akhilesh and Akshya and Executive Mr Om misbehaviour of Reliance company I want to switch my all Rel. services, I had an issue my bal deduction 3 days before using GPRS service on my No [protected], 3 days back I got a msz from your 3600 No that I have left 46 Rs and 14 Mb to use so I immediately went for Gprs recharge pack worth Rs 156 for 1 Gb and when I got confirmation msz from your side I saw My net bal is 1021 Mb but my main bal was nil whereas it should have been 46 Rs, for this when I complained to customer care they took my request and told me my request will be resolved in 2 days, my request no was[protected] but I didn't get any bal till date, when I talked at customer care they told me for waiting 24 hours but didn't get, When I again called then they told me for waiting 12 hours but bot get, so I again talked at customer care they they transferred my call to Sr executive Mr. Akhilesh and Akshay but they didn't listen to me and threated for disconnecting line and said your request is completed 3 days so you can't get your bal back and disconnecting the line by saying if You can go to Reliance outlet then put your complain there, 2-3 time they did same, customer care is made to help their customers not to disconnect the line while talking but I faced this problem, I have your 6 connections and want to discontinue 5 among them due to your Executives misbehave, I will go to your senior officer regarding this mail and will say to him for close all connection named on me.     This is to bring to your knowledge and record that my phone no[protected] was availing your telephone services for more than a year. During this time, thrice the internet service was started on it without my knowledge and any request from my side. This was complaint to at your customer care and was fought hard to get the reversal of charges levied on it.In spite of my constant requests to your customer care not to start the internet services on this No. at any cost, and in writing given to your office at sec22 Chandigarh at the time of purchase of this No., no heed seems to have been taken on the matter. As approximately every three to four months it gets started automatically and we are asked to pay a hefty amount.Even technically the person can not be aware of internet services are on his phone if he is using wifi . Moreover when the services are categorically stopped by a customer and no request for the same to start has been given, how is a customer liable to pay for it .If your company has any proof of any type for the request to start the services given by me please show it to us.This has been a perpetual nuisance since I got this no. a year back .Similar problem was faced by me on my other no[protected] . I being your happy customer for more than 8 years started facing the similar problem for last one and half year. So finally disappointed after many bouts of fights with your customer care, I had to port this no to some other service provider. The similar situation has cropped up with this no also.This situation is like a person gone to shop to buy a shirt and has made payment for the shirt but is forcefully handed over a pant also by the shopkeeper which he doesn’t want and is forced to pay for the pant also. If he doesn’t pay for his pant, the shirt will also be retained by the shopkeeper even though he had made the payment for the shirt.This is absolute bullying.Why should a customer pay for the thing which he has not asked for?I want to retain my no but do not want to pay for the unjustified billing as this is not ethical.Your customer care has been harsh in handling the case as you can verify from the last conversation recorded with your customer care executive.I have suffered huge losses due to the disconnection of the phone. Airtel is fully responsible for these losses. Kindly help and save from this unnecessary harassment caused due to no fault of mine.

      I am exiting customer of Airtel wit CUG plan. Due to requirement of micro sim for my new mobile have visited Airtel outlet Alkapuri branch-Vadodara- Gujarat with proof of RIL Employee card/AADHAR card/Driving license smart card, but branch manager and customer care has rigid and force to give me the photograph although I have submitted KYC docs with photograph's two times previously.diff experienced Vodafone has give me the sim within 10 min with driving lic proof original/Xerox verify.Also note that No due pending on my connection. Please guide whether it is TRI rule or It is Airtel own rule ? Please guide me for the customer rights fro the same Thanks and regards, Paresh Purohit M-[protected]

                i had used tata docomo next 6 months but it,s getting problem with me every time.they charged me data uses everytime.i have mobile which never used internate but they charged me evry month.now they sent me bill Data Usage Charges 667.45,Value Added Service Charges 136.20. i had complain of this matter too much time.not only this month every month i had called costumer care of Tata Docomo but there is no body help less,.they charged un expected bill.if not paid and going to argue they stop the service(out going call) it,s totally terrible situation for me.pls help me out.

I had been approached by an executive of Tata DoCoMo Broad band services and offered me broad band service on the devise No.[protected] and A/c No.[protected]. I had submitted all the required documents to the office located at Dwarakanagar Outlet of Tata DoCoMo and cleared all the dues as per the requested by Mr. Trinada Reddy Officer for postpaid to Prepaid migration division. I had received the SMS stating that my Tata DoCoMo Photon device got migrated from postpaid to prepay. As of such I am using it sparingly whenever I am in need of it. Today Morning I received a SMS stating that due to verification pending for the [protected] number has been disconnected. I was flabbergasted by seeing the SMS. I immediately approached the Dwarakanagar Branch of Visakhapatnam to ascertain the information regarding the issue and met Mr. Thrinadh Reddy officer Postpaid division, he said he is helpless and he cannot do anything at this point of issue. It all shows deficit of services in giving proper guidance to the customer who approach the office for details in getting the postpaid to prepaid migration services.On top of it you had send ma a ebill to pay 217 which was not been used by me in the broadband internet service.                     Dear Sir, I would like to ask that I have a postpaid connection of Vodafone, I have faced very much problems from the day 1 (One). Now I want to disconnet this number and asked to refund of security deposit, but the reply is as below: - "We would like to inform you that the security deposit of Rs. 250 is refundable in case you retain your Vodafone account for six months in postpaid platform. However in case if the services on your Vodafone account will deactivate prior to 180 days of the commencement of services, we regret to state that we would not be able to refund the security deposit. We request you kindly confirm us, if you still wish to deactivate the services of your Vodafone account, so that we can assist you in the best possible manner." Is this right?                       I am an active customer of Bharti Airtel ltd. and a postpaid user of mob no. [protected], I am trying to port my services to other operator but my current operator is preteding that they are working but it's not true. I have made a lot of requests and talks with different executives and they are promising me day by day to help me till 24-july 2013 but no one is working and trying to irritate me that i would not change them. I am highly dissatisfied from airtel but they are only acting to help me, not performing necessary steps and after 14 days result is 0. my problem is same.... Please help .

                        While going through your new channel, I came to know that with your immense efforts TRAI has brought new regulation for the consumers who do not want to be disturbed by unwanted calls. And TRAI Chairman has announced some new guidelines in this regard 24.5.13 which will be effective from 1.6.13.

                        And what a joke on the same evening I got a call from HDFC Life, from[protected], on 24.5.13, at 5.10 PM to buy some Insurance Product.

                        I am writing against this co. since last 1½ year everywhere from the HDFC to TRAI Grievance cell, to TRAI Nodal Officer to PS of Telecom Minister and at last to Telecom Minister 2 times but no one listened to me.

                        I would like to bring to your kind notice that Mr Kapil Sibbal, Minister of Telecom has announced a fine of Rs. 2,50,000 on such telemarketing Co. but when he himself is not honoring his own words and a commitment to Nation on 27.9.11 in all the News Channel, who will care for the words and guidelines of TRAI Chairman.

                        If you like I am ready to give you all the call details and the letter and communication made at all levels. If your channel is really working hard I am ready to help you out with all the correspondence and efforts I took.

                          From 20th November I can send only 100 SMS/day above this I am charged.
                          Isn't it unfair? I pay for my SMS pack activation and still I am charged if i send above 100 sms a day. I am not getting full advantage of my sms pack activation.
                          So i request a responsible person to look in this matter and do something as soon as possible...
                          THANK YOU!!!

                          RE:- MTS Complaint no:-C1351512983 and false generated bill.

                          3 month unlimited DATA Plan with tax paid 2400 clearly mentioned. after that each and every month receive bill and taxable amount. I am having all bill and details.

                            TRAI has put an regulation of 5 SMS per day, for the 15 days

                            This is ridiculous. Only 5 SMS per day is extremely restrictive. Every time calling is not possible, where SMS comes to the rescue. The regulation should have been put on bulk SMS, or offensive SMS. This is clearly a restriction on the rights of a mobile user.

                            Also, the SMS pack for this month is completely wasted. Will TRAI arrange for reimbursement of 15 day rental of the SMS pack or extend the validity for another 15 days? No. Then why put this regulation???

                              respected sir/mam,
                              it is my request to you that sms limit should be raised to at least 500 as it is the cheapest source of communication. Sometimes it can also be happened that balance and sms limit is exhausted and we face any problem then we cannot connect anyone. It also not looks likes DEMOCRACY. TRAI receiveing comlaints all over the country but not increasing the limit, why ? Limit should be increased as soon as possible.

                              TRAI — sms restriction should be taken off

                              the regulation u ppl hav issued fo sms restrictions .i.e, 100 sms/day shud be taken off or lifted n it shud get back to old usual system . as it is troubling all people in d country , especially v students . so m requesting u to plzz take off the restriction soon as possible

                                  Good Evening Sir/Madam, I Vishal, my mobile number is [protected], I applied for Mobile Number Portability on 29th of september 2011... But it was rejected for some baseless reason , then again on instructions given by Reliance, my network provider , I applied for portability on 15th of october and it was to get ported within 7 days but still it didnt get ported out. When I called at call centre they said that it will take 20 days more .. I dont understand what is the problem going on.. I request you to please help me out as soon as possible.                                     We are using the same data as using in 2G, but in 3G those are charging more data. They are charging more than 25 times. this is toooo hectic for internet users.For Example if we buy 3GB data in 3G it will be completed in just 2 days, at the same time we r getting 15 day where in 2G. by paying Rs-100 only, where in 3G we are paying Rs-500. Amount is not the criteria. We are ready to pay How much they want.

                                        sir, actually we are in democratic country and we are paying tax for any simple things, but now TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has imposed a regulation that only 100 sms per day per sim though they pay taxable payment for the boosters, they are taking up our fundamental rights and they are planning to get more income by getting more talktime recharges charges for single call. NOWADAYS ONE LOCAL CALL HOLDS 1PAISE PER SECOND , but if we use sms for the same thing we will just pay 26 rupees per month for 6000 sms per month. THEY ARE PLANNING TO GET MORE MONEY BY CANCELING SMS SERVICES. AND THEY ARE IMPOSING US TO MAKE MORE CALLS, so please make us a immediate resolution on this thing

                                        I have already registered myself for not receiving advertising/tele marketing calls, marketing sms and still I am inundated with unwarranted sms and calls.
