As I have already mentioned in the previous complaint that I have bought a smartwatch APlus with sim card slot which was detecting mobile networks and was working fine for one or two days and then it was unable to detect the mobile networks although occasionally it worked. As I enquired about it through some friends working in telecom sector, they informed me that the device with the imei no:[protected] is blacklisted. I am requesting to help me resolve the problem by releasing and enabling again my blacklisted or blocked device with imei no :[protected]. Thanking you.

    TRAI which is corrupt and a puppet in the hands of telecom sector companies has announced they are planning to allow telecom companies will take money from content providers and then give data "free" to consumer.

    What it means?
    Lets say amazon.in pays airtel to provide free content so when you surf amazon.in you get fast speed but when you try to surf flipkart.com it may not even open or they will reduce its speed. (it still happens today the speed for microsoft.com is faster than many Indian companies website). So as a consumer my freedom is taken away from me. and I have to rely on greedy ISP and you can only see what they want to show you and rest will be cut or slowed so much that you will not be able to enjoy content as you do today.

    Another thing, lets say you have a website/blog, then your content will only be visible to those people whose ISP will allow your content to be shown.

    TRAI is corrupt, so please write to ministry of communication and express your desire to keep the spirit of internet free and maintain COMPLETE and UNBIASED net neturality and not to allow ISP to disturb this freedom.

      1-my complaint no. Was may/879, which was regenerated as may/996 without my consent/any reesion.
      2-nobody came at my givin address to attend or rremove difficulty in my above data card connection. I have waited
      4-5 days for your representative.
      3-in this period many phones came for wasting his or my time from your end, repeating to grasp my complaint not to
      Olve the problem.
      Finally ihave received two sms simultaneously at 2.56 pm as follows-

      But unable to reach you.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I recently bought a smartwatch with imei no.[protected] from aliexpress.com which was working with local sims for a while and then starting having problem in detecting local mobile networks. I contacted the seller and afterwards with its advice being followed the device was detecting the local mobile networks. But after few days it stops working. The problem of not being able to detect local mobile networks happens even in between when it is working. I am requesting to help me by resolving the problem.

          I am subscriber of reliance dongle netconnect with no:[protected]. I am using it since 2007. Now i requested for termination of the service & i have paid all dues. I am trying since past 10 days on their toll free no:[protected] every time i am repeating my complaint to different persons & no body is registering my complaint & i am asked to pay the balance every time by new person whom ever i am talking with. Every day i am made to waste my valuable time of nearly 1hr talking to them but in vain. They are harassing me to continue the number & they are not showing any interest in taking up the issue.
          I request you sir to kindly resolve my issue & help me in termination of no.

But my bill generated Rs. 609 and again in next month Rs. 3044. When I visited the Store all the person even owner Sonu Chourasia also pull their and saying my plan was changed without any information Even I visited more than 10 times But they Are ignoring my issue and disconnected my connection and no one is picking my call. I got wrongly charged bill so i want the solution.

              [protected] : I had been complaining to Airtel through various means (121 / There website) since months about very poor and no signal in my area of residence and very frequent call drops.
              I switched to 3G because they had alliance with other operators and i use to get Vodafone signal on my phone in my area of residence. Airtel had discontinued this alliance without information to customers and now there is no connectivity.
              Airtel is charging full to customers without providing the service for which they are charging. This should be stopped and I must be compensated with the reversal of charges.
              Airtel's attitude towards customer complaint redressal is completely MONOPOLISTIC against MRTPC act. They on their own decides that complaint is resolved with discussion with customer.

                Hello i have received two from suspicious numbers [protected], [protected]. Asking about i am credit card user...And refused to reveal and disconnected the call from the first number mentioned above. Then i receive a call from.The second number and disconnect. Then i receive a third call from the second from number again and the caller abuses me asking why i am disconnecting the call. These numbers are fradusters troubling customers and duping innocent customers .

So we can not do this at any cost he request me to get this from any other place in india but i told him that pls. Do not talk me on this matter otherwise i will complain to appropriate authority of health dept.; i told him that i can give discount in ivf or in any other hospital service but no pgd.
                  I want tell you that i am not a telemarketer who send promotional sms to others i am a medical professional person and using above mob. Since 2007 but no body has complain regarding my no. [protected]
                  This is very important no. For me and for human being as this no. Is listed in all tpas/ health insurance companies, irda, whatclinic, just dial, google, this no is with more than 20, 000 plus people in india and abroad. People call me when they require any medical assistance eg. Services are suspended ; i have approach to vodafone but they are saying that trai has instructed them to stop my mobile no but yesterday when i visit to your trai office at old minto road in new delhi your staff told me that trai has not given any as such instruction to vodafone to stop my mobile services
                  Finally i am getting mentally harass by vodafone and by trai so i here by declare that in case if any person get expire due to not getting connected on my emergency no. [protected] or in case if i get expire due to this tension then honorable chairman of trai and chairman of vodafone will be responsible for the same..
                  I am also shock that in honorablemodi govt. No body is listening, no body is reacting, no body is understanding, no body is solving this issue..

                        Dear sir, I have tried to active 3G internet pack for my vodafone number [protected] for Rs.254. Since the activation not done due to technical failure I have called to customer care representative to activate the same. After the call, the 3G pack activated. But after 1hr my account was debited again for activating the same pack. When I reported the matter customer care representative replied that cannot be refunded.                             This issue in regard of my number: [protected]. I have used Vodafone for around 8 years. Since last few months, I am facing difficulty that I am receiving calls from unknown numbers and they are telling that they have received miss call from my number and I am not using my phone at that time or from last so many hours. I have made several calls to Customer Service and visited Vodafone store Dwarka Sector -11 regarding the same issue but nothing was done. One random lady picked up call from my number and that call was related to Vodafone services. I have told the same thing to people in Vodafone store but they told me that can’t be happen. When I told them I will port my number to other operator. They told me to do whatever you want. At the end when nothing was done. I have ported my number to Airtel but problem didn’t resolve. Still I am receiving calls after porting from unknown people that they have received miss call from my number and again it is call of Vodafone services. Payment is due for my number ([protected]) and other number ([protected]). I am not making payments till the time this issue will be resolved. Other possibility is that someone can make legal complaint against me as they are receiving calls from my number. I would like to bring this issue in your attention as nothing has been done regarding the same and payment is due from my end. I would appreciate if something can be done on a urgent basis, so I can go ahead and make payments, which are due from my end. I will also not face any legal challenges due to this issues. As per discussion with Vodafone they are saying nothing can be done from their end. Please review the matter.                                   These days I am posted in Patna and operating number [protected] in the name of Ms Renu Bhatia. I recharged in Patna Rs 306/- which included full talktime and free incoming roaming charges. To my surpirse the balance was bought down to NIL on 05/12/2015. This is surprising that the balance goes down without calling, as in no other operator.

                                      In spite of repeated plea and request made, we are helpless, we beg for the mistake innocently happened and kindly request to retrive our contact number,

                                      I k.Devendran had been using Vodafone number [protected] for past years, I had taken an 3000 SMS facility by paying Rs.125/- to Vodafone, in continuation I had used the SMS facility, I am not aware of the regulations of your department nor it was not informed by Vodafone. Now as I am innocent not knowing the commercial usage thinking I am using the Vodafone SMS facility, I had used my number.

                                      Now my number is blocked, I kindly request you to release my blocked number, I herewith to say that I will no more use my SMS as I had used before.

                                      With Gentle and humble request to release my number with warning, and mistakes happened innocently will not be repeated.
