On 04/04/17, I received a message on my phone No.[protected](Vodafone) that I had subscribed for some value added service for which Rs.60 has been deducted from my balance.In this context I wish to inform you that ever since i have recharged for Rs.354, I had to get such services deactivated twice and now for the third time they have done so and now i am not allowed to talk to their customer care executive. Please get the services deactivated and my money refunded.I don't need such services in future. Kindly direct them not to activate such services.It is a shear loot and if they do not stop such cheap ideas they are going to lose their customers.

    I, T Srinivasu from Visakhapatnam AP holding the Mobile number[protected] with Reliance recharged with Rs 152 through online.Amount was deducted immediately but not recharge was not done. Yesterday, I tried to locate nearest Reliance store in Visakhapatnam to enquire about and the sore is un opened.I feel it is sheer cheating .My next level of complaint goes to directly to the President of India.Why big companies (As they claim) only deceive public easily and visible action is not seen ?

    The recharge is done on 26th March.When I tried to get last recharge details from calling 30333333, it is giving the details as recharge done and will be activated soon.Soon after giving the complaint at around 8.10pm now, I received a call from[protected] saying that amount will be paid back immediately to the Debit card account and asked the details of the card.I rejected to disclose the details of card and asked to recharge only.He said it is not possible and the complaint will be rejected.

    Sir this is the 2nd time with in a week the Vodafone deducted my amount from my account without my consent.sir I request you please help me to get my money from my Vodafone.

        I am a prepaid subscriber for tata docomo cell phone number[protected] in bangalore. My outgoing calls and sms facility was cut off by the service provider from the morning of 24th february 2017 till date. Upon enquiry i found out that the line was blocked due to my alleged telemarketing on the phone on 23rd february without proper registration. Docomo did not give me an opportunity to explain before the line was cut off.
        My call history shows only five calls on 23rd feb. I have with me a snapshot of call history. I do not know how docomo people decided about my telemarketing. It is obvious therefore that an irresponsible employee blocked my phone without proper verification. My monthly recharge amount does not exceed rs. 250/-
        I have tried with the docomo online complaint facility and their bangalore local service centre, online complaint centre and lastly appellate authority. I was told that my case has been taken up on top priority basis. Beyond this i did not get any reply. My connection has not been restored. I had to cancel my tour because of the blocking of the line. I do not get any reply from their e-complaint except the automated receipt.
        Can you please help me to restore my connection forthwith?

          Phishing attempts made from mobile number [protected], used by people claiming to be from MaxLife insurance. Abusive and rude and clearly trying to extract information about insurance policies from unsuspecting citizens. The use of the tata DoCoMo connection to commit these crimes should be grounds for investigation and disconnection of said line. These calls are regular despite my phone number having ben registered on National Do Not Disturb database.

            Sir, i have recharged my telenor mobile no amount of 300 on 18/02/2017 by the telenor app two times. But the trasiction was failed. And the amount of 255 deducted by my bank account twice. And neither i had recieve any talk time nor my balance. And i had made call so many times at telenor customer care and they were unable to understand my problem and they were unable to help me. So what should i do ? So please help me sir. I want to refund my 255+255=510 amount by the telenor. Reply me fast sir.

              My idea mob no [protected], i been charged huge bill of sms due to improper service and anadquate info from idea service provider, i got bill of huge sms in 27 dec -27 jan cycle as blackout day sms as we have not been intimeted 2) i have taken sms pack of rs 99 which is stoped without intimating me that cause me huge charges

                But i have been using my number as my personal number for years.
                My number has been shutdown and i have contacted vodafone for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.

                      Sir, I am getting excess amount bill from last 3 Months on my Air Tel Mobile NO. [protected] then I did complaint their 121 Help line NO. and after that they send ed me corrected bill and I paid always before time but in present bill I got More Excess Amount Bill of Rs.1213.62 rather then previous all bill when I contacted Air Tel executive they totally refuse to correct the Bill & also fail to explain why imposed all charges upon me & what is the sources and validation of such CHARGES also.
                      However I want to do their Complaint to appellate authority but their r no link I found on NET and that's why I'm enclosing my problem before YOU SIR, please Authority should intervene in this matter and instruct to Air Tel that they must correct my Current my Mob. Bill and ensure to do not raise this type of Err / Wrong amount Bill in FUTURE also.

                        J have got disconnected broadband services during end Aug 2016 BSNL KOTA have deposited security amount Of inr 675/- to for providing broadband services & since services were disconnected aug end BSNL is not adjusting refundable security amount so far .to my account

                        I have deposited my bill amount 1027/- after adjustment of security amount Rs 675 before on due date Rs 352 for the
                        month of DEC 2016.KOTA BSNL threatening every day by
                        SMS for barring landline service while no payment of BSNL

                          I have reliance data card 4g wi-pod lte post paid no [protected]. Reliance operator used to activate value added service frequently without the consent of subscriber. Several times i have made a request to customer service but they did not consider my request.in bill of oct 2016, vas has been added rs 960.21+144.03 sc tax. Further on contact from reliance customer care they have informed that vas for rs 725.02 to be waived in nov.16 bill and balance rs.379+100 delay charge to be paid by me. I had contact the customer care and request to waive entire amount because i don't give any request for vas and mistake is their side forgetting to lock the vas service. But today i got a message from reliance they are barred my data card outgoing. You are requested to get reversed the vas charges levied on my bill for oct. 2016 and this will appear in jan.17 bill. As well as i request to active my data card immediately.

                          I am your privilege customer past 7 years based on that I had raised the request through customer care but they are not give proper response then only I forced to move complaint in Trai.

                          Anyway My complaint was properly responded by your team and resolve it.

                          Moreover I request to reduce my credit limit from Rs.2000/- to 700/- (Scheme Rent)which is the main problem you had allow to use the data up to limit and raise the bill.

                              I had tried Customer Care Centre & discussed my issue related to excessive internet charges and after discussing the issue for almost 5 minutes & then he asked me to hold and then again conversion started & he was not able to resolve my query so he chose to again put me on hold & then he disconnected the line. This has happened several times. Now again u have to call & explain the same things to another CC executive. Is it possible? Why should not they call back if it was a call drop as confirmed by their head, as told to me.

                                I recharge my mobile with roaming pack for 14 days of Rs. 14/- on 04/10/2016 which should be completed on 17/10/2016, but company deducted roaming charges only after 10 days. When I enquire about the same through their customer care they simply stated that your recharge is only for ten days. They even not informed me about the same through any call or sms.

                                    I was using Reliance Data card no -[protected] for past several years
                                    My Laptop got repaired, so I could not use the data card.
                                    I wanted to disconnect the Reliance Data card service.

                                    On 24.07.2016 I called Reliance customer care service and spoke to Ms. Jayapradha and requested for data card service disconnection. She registered the request and informed that the service will be disconnected
                                    within 24 Hrs.
                                    Again I called Reliance customer care on 30.07.2016 and spoke to Mr Vanniyadass.
                                    I was assured that the connection will be disconnected within 24 Hrs.
                                    In addition to the above on the same day 30.07.2016 I wrote a mail to customer care service to disconnect my data card service

                                    For my shock I am getting bills for the service which actually I have not availed.
                                    I sent one more mail dated 07.09.2016 requesting to reverse the excess billing and send revised correct bill.
                                    But I am not getting any response for my mails and enquiries.
                                    Some automatic mails and SMS are coming to my mobile numbers threatening for legal actions and civil proceedings against me

                                    Further to above I have received a phone call and mail dated 05.10.2016. I explained the issues in details (Disconnection of service and reversal of excess billing). I was assured that the same will be done at the earliest. I awaiting for the revised billing to close the issue. However for my surprise I am not getting any call from the reliance customer care to resolving the issue. Instead I am getting SMS saying
                                    " Appropriate legal & Civil proceedings initiated due to non payment of rs 1671.94 for the reliance number 9380394253" and asking to contact their Advocate - 8428981482/8124275834

                                    I trying to close the issue once I receive the correct billing. I am following all the available avenues for last 3 months.
                                    I am not getting any solution. I am getting threatening SMS from Reliance for legal action for non payment of said wrong/Excess billing. Due to this I am getting mental agronomy.

                                    Request your kind intervention to close the issue at the earliest.

                                    we complaint 1-10-16 telenor office, express road kanpur then i daily go to telenor office but no response
                                    dublicate sim card issue by company is not active today[protected] and miss behave by office persons and no response.
                                    please activate sim as far as possible.
                                    Having Airtel DTH service with ID [protected]-271 at Noida. Despite of regular monthly payment and request, Airtel is not providing any bill or receipt. We are not aware if Airtel is paying any tax to GOI on sale of set of box and monthly subscription..please take up the matter or clarify s.

                                      The company is doing marketing calls from private nos. like [protected] which is voilation of rules .Please take punitive actions against them. They are habituated to call in the day time, when people are taking rest on week end days. Time and again they were warned and informed to delete the no. but they are not taking any action. Rather they have started calling at odd hours in night also. Pl. impose huge penalty for peace of public.
                                      TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Bajaj fin is doing marketing calls from private nos. like [protected] though iam registered user in trai's DND LIST, which is voilation of rules .Please take punitive actions against them.

                                        Hi today 14-9-16 I got an sms from Vodfone saying that TRAI is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional calls.
                                        But i have been using my number as my personal number for years.
                                        My number has been shutdown and i have contacted vodafone for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.
                                        my number is : [protected]
                                        I do not know whom to contact now.
                                        This i horrible, My family members cannot contact me nor i can call anyone.
                                        TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
