On 25.08.2016 i took the risk of re-charging my phone no.[protected] via WWW.AIRTEL.IN for rs 45 for 250 mb 3g data. Actually i take thisrisk of recharging via ww. Airtel.in every 7 days. On 5.08.16.07.08.16.13.08.16.1.08.16 & finally on 25.08.16. Before recharging it is told 250 mb 3g data for 7 days. But after recharging only 180 mb or 170 mb is credited in my prepaid no. But on 25.06.16 only 150 mb has been credited. After contacting the gentlemen like you the rest is credited. But on 25 after recharging & getting 150 mb i tried to lodge complain but the officer heard the matter during conversation the lcall dropped out then he contacted from his mobile no.[protected] & assured that the problem will be solved within 29.08.16 within 3 pm. And he also frightened me that within this period not to contact with the customer care executive & if i contact with the customer care executives the data 100mb will be forfeited. On 30.08.16 at 8.34 pm when contacted with 198 the boy could not satisfy me rather he blocked my no [protected] for further communication.
The person having the no [protected] now not receiving the call.
Now i want to know the following...
1) the customer executive can block any no for communicating?
2) the customer executive will not tell his name?
3) if i want to lodge any complain they will provide me the complaint no or not?
4) why am i to contact with the customer care executive for my data receivable from airtel after paying the cost of the data?
Now to day i. E 30.08.16 airtel has refunded rs. 23 as talk time but i don’t use airtel service as voice call.

    In data plan we get message when it is expire. for extension of the data plan we have to recharge at least one day before. if we do so the balance amount of data and one day (recharging day) will be deleted and fresh account will be started from that day. Remaining data should be added while recharge. we paid for that.
    please take necessary steps to avoid cheating the public.

    i am using BSNL and Aircel prepaid sim, both operators are doing the same.

He online purchase from my batchmate account rs 2500/-and 9900/- by otp. Please verify take action. He called and take otp from my friend. He is very upset. Closed fraud no and take leagal action

        Subject: reliance dongle no: [protected] (Pre paid).

        Dear sirs,

        The above data card is registered in my name. As i have visited your reliance outlet at thoppumpady, cochin-682005 it is informed that the said connection was not active in my name and the same is registered with another persons name. I was surprised to note that, how a registered data card in my name is being misused by another while i own and possess the data card. Though i have not used the same for a while and now that i have contacted your outlet for updating the dongle to your newly introduced 4g services. They have not even issued me the zim card.

        I request you to look into the matter and clarify the matter at the earliest.

          We applied for internet connection in gm. Telecom district sonipat haryanathrough our application no. A[protected] and according to their demand note we deposited rs. 713507/- (Rs. Seven lacs thirteen thousand five hundred seven only) through our cheque no. 956326 and it was credited on 11/03/2016 in bsnl account. Bsnl promised us to provide services. But we are approaching everyday to their office but they are not hearing us. Please instruct to service provider to return our money with interest. We lost too much business due to not getting services.

            My broadband speed is very slow literally unworkable from past 60 days.in this connection, we have made several complain at bsnl office and call center.

              I am writing this letter on behalf of Bluebell India Traders Irinjalakuda, Thrissur. We took group connection for our salesman and to our office from Vodafone. But due to range problem we are not able to communicate with our sales man other important persons and with our clients. We have made complaints at Vodafone store at Irinjalakuda. But they didn't take any action to correct the same. Moreover they are considering this as silly matter. Due to this problem more of our salesman using their personal numbers for doing their work. Please consider this as request and do the necessary to correct the same

                I requested airtel to customise my digital tv plan as i need only 15 channels. I have seen through ads that we need to pay only for those interested channels but providers are chasing us for lacarte plans.
                I many times emailed them but the responded only with sms their lacarte plan.
                I request to clarify me whether i can use customise plan or not. If yes please advise airtel suitably.

                  I dialed a no. To contact someone during the ring a voice knocked my concentration "aasan sawal ka sabab deker jiten rs.100/= ka enam dail kare 53111 nishulk". As i dailed the said no. Just after welcome, question was raised i replied correctly. Another question raised i replied the process continued endlessly till the balance last. It was rs 158/= in my mobile at 2:42 pm on august 1, 2016. The entire sum sucked, the voice came due to some technical reason you can not proceed further. You earned 750 points and still away 200 points to win. When the call was over a number messages received for deductions. When i make a complaint on customer care, he simply suggested not to participate again, but sum deducted so for can not be refunded to deter the practice of cheating, may please arrange to refund the the sum of rs 158/= in my mobile balance back. Thanking you.

                    I am using airtel prepaid number. They have special offer for my number like after paying extra ₹18 charge my call rate to any local mobile number will be 25 p/second. But even after paying this extra money for a period of one month, most of the time they will charge more. Even after complaining to consumer care centre no effect on the charges. Kindly look in the matter. They must be earning crores of rupees by lull in peoples in this special offer & still charging more.

                      One girl name riya and aliya calling me from [protected]. harassing me from 2 week to port my nu from airtel to vodafone. i refuse to do so then she started yelling and abusing me that you have to type port and your contact nu to 1900. i told her that i don't want to port my nu so she said that i have to type that msg after that only she can cancel my request or else airtel also disconnect my nu. here i m complaining because by such way these people are fooling customers to port. i told her that i will complain trai about you she told me that you can do what you want to do. i told her that give your floor manager call she told that there so no floor manager here.

                        Since last 2 and half month i an complaining that i am not getting network in billing address... Every time vodafone executive call me asked same question gat problem you are facing.. After that they saying they will register the complaint.

                        Even i register the complaint in vodafone store on 3rd jun there they said complaint will resolved by 9jun. I didn't git any responce from vodafone till 1st july. Again vodafone executive told they will register my complaint and by 3 working days vodafone service person will visit the location. But still no one has visited and still facing same issue.


                        Please help in this issue... I faced big loss because of network issue.

                          Reliance had stopped the prepaid data card (3g internet) service and skip to 4g without any notification etc. but un knowingly when i had get recharged the old one, online the payment is made and accepted. when after 2 days the dongel didnot responded we contacted csc on toll free no. and was surprised to note that they had simply refused to pay back and said that we had closed the old one and for new we had to pay 2600.00, then only the internet will start working.

                          This is very true as it happened in my case too. After promising 10 gb free data on first month of 4g upgradation they send me a huge bill for 3-4 days usage saying limit crossed. Its a bluff they are giving about 10 gb free data.

                            I got a call from [protected] at 13.32 hours from a saving plan of State Bank of India. I told the caller that mine was a DND number after which he was unduly rude .

                                I recharged my den boomband, dated - 16-jun-2016 about 8:32 pm of plan sur_fup_15_md_599 & validity 30 days, package amount - rs. 689.
                                But on url (Given by you) http://120.89.72.23/, where i check my usage details and plan details, this is showing only 7 days validy with plan name rf_5mb_5gb_7d, then where is my recharged plan of rs. 689.

                                It is the mistake of the company and i hope u will take action against it.

                                  My humble submission that I have been holding mobile no [protected] for the last number of years. This number actually pertains to Airtel company and initially I had taken post paid connection. But due to higher billing I had got it shifted to prepaid connection. I was happily continuing this number under prepaid connection. But six months back Tata DoCoMo representative approached and assured that my bill will never increase more than rupees 200/- with post paid plan of Rs 167/- . According to him the bill never increased more than 300/- till lady moth. But now suddenly stopped my outgoing services and send message that you have crossed the limit of 1200/- pay 2073- for continuing services and today another message received pay 3178/- for continuing services. This is clear cut cheating when my usage never increased in six months Ho this increased suddenly is a matter of concern .So this is clear cut cheating with me. Keeping in view of my above said facts Pl lodge FIR against TATA DoCoMo company so that they could not cheat others.

                                    I am holding a reliance cdma phone for the past six years recently i had to purchase a new cdma set as there were certain issues with the old phone i had to pay rs 2500/- for this set now suddenly reliance has stopped suddenly cdma phones and they are refusing to compensate for the set and asking for 2000/- more for gsm new set kindly take note of this problem and take a needful action to stop this arrogance on their part

                                      My mob no [protected] was port in Vodafone in postpaid plan and activt but after sometime Vodafone reactive my no and Vodafone store issue me pre paid sim on 6/6/2016 but this no is not active. I called 3 time 198 but they cant satisfied me and told me you may go Vodafone store for active and I went Vodafone store darya ganj Delhi but result is zero.please activate my no thanks

                                        We Sumadhura constructions, we have Idea corporate connections and already activated DND service for all mobile number but we are getting regularly DND call from some tele calling departments, on monday 30th may 2016 at 11:23am i got cal from below mention mobile number.
