I had deactivated the local cable tv service on account of relocation after settling all dues. Now when i called them for an noc for using the same set top box they refused citing they provide only when i visit their office in person. I live in a different city & its not possible for me to visit now. A scanned image of the letter or an email will suffice. They just bluntly refused to do so. Moreover, they refused to return my deposit for set top box citing its non-refundable. Had i knew an noc was required i would have done so before my relocation.

      Im porting my sim from bsnl to airtel, but it show very poor network coverage in my home area. Indoor having no coverage and outdoor has lower coverage. So i reported many times, but they are not responding them. Always talking the same excuse. I can't attend call, and not connect incoming and outgoing calls. So i lost many things in my life. I'm not satisfy in airtel connection. So i kindly requestd to getting a solution.

        I lost a phone, vivo v11 pro on 4 oct'19. Its starry night black in colour. It had mere scratch on the edge of the screen. Its imei number is [protected] and model number is vivo1804, also it was around 7.00pm that those two men snatched it away when i was just holding it while being a an e-rickshaw. They were on a bike and i failed to catch their bike number. Also, had dusky skin tone.
        Help me find my phone. I can't track it also my sim has been blocked. Find me a way to get it back?

          Dear sir, i have videocon d2h setup box id no 87546950 which is hanging from last month, i have given complaint on 9 sept to customer care, complaint no[protected] on which engineer are closed without visiting and solving complaint, i again give complain on 27 september 2019, compain no[protected] on which they deduct 200 rs service charge and nobody has visited and closed the compaint, again on 4 oct they have reopen the complaint no[protected]
          From last one month they are doing false commitment and engineer are falsely closed all complaint, required your action on the above complaint number

            Sir i am from andhra pradesh nellore. I have taken up act digital tv. I have been paying 350 rs monthly for my connection. After paying 350 rs also act management nellore is not providing my required channel 99%tv telugu news channel. When called to the customer care they asked for 20 rs extra for this channel where it is free to air channel. When i asked why i should pay they told that this channel is not in trai list. When asked the cable operator no answer.

              Dear Sirs,

              We have been the customers of Videocon d2h from 1 March 2019. Customer number[protected].

              They disconnect the channels we had selected in March 2019 and have been watching, in an haphazard manner. They show channels which we don’t want and have not subscribed to in March. We called their customer care on [protected] many times. They don’t answer our queries at all. Instead they keep on fooling us by asking counter questions which have no correlation to our complaints. They also transfer the calls to someone else and put us on hold for long duration, say 30 to 45 minutes. Then they disconnect the calls rudely. Then we have to call again and the process starts all over again, with another customer care employee. If we are lucky to get an employee who is helpful, they say that all the disconnections have been done by their system or we have never been watching the said channels. They tell us to activate the channels once again.

              Videocon d2h is actually making a mockery of the system.

                Cable operator name details are as following:

                Main chauraha, Station Road, Suroth

                Hindaun City, (Karauli) - 322251”

                This operator has taken advance from us from date 31.03.2019 to 30.04.2020. Attached is receipt for the same.

                Complaint : This has been more than 5 days and no channel is coming in our connection. We have tried calling given numbers but no one is responding and sometimes they say that recharge will be done in some time.

                This connection for retired couple and it is very difficult for them to call these numbers and getting the issue resolved. No one is entertaining them in this issue.

                This is harassment of mental peace and violation of consumer rights. Please take necessary action on this and provide your escalation matrix as well.

                    I have visited Vodafone egmore showroom Last 6 Aug 2019 I had port network change in my three Mobile number from Airtel to Vodafone network same time I called to Airtel customer care and confirm subject Mobile closing amount same amount I had paid thought bill desk and provide bill paid proof and my KYC documents. Some issue from Vodafone I raised complain than only activated number.
                    Now the issue is I get massage from Vodafone for [protected] your bill of Rs 430.6 is due with your previous Mobile Operator. Please submit payment receipt at Vodafone Store by 05-Oct-2019 12:00:00 AM to enjoy uninterrupted services. Kindly ignore this message if you have already done the needful or please call 199 / [protected] in case of any queries.
                    Note: Iam customer Airtel Network as of now still nothing mails or massage sent to me for pending bill payment..
                    So this is for finally I had paid thought bill desk that issue amount for my three Mobile number. Kindly revert in future I get any issue I filed case to Legal.

                              I am facing issue of activation of caller tune without my confirmation.I had called vodafone customer care no 198 on 2nd sep 2019 regarding deactivation of caller tune. That excutive told me this service was enbled with my confirmation but i didnt called and messaged for the same as i placed one more complaint as i am receiving fraud messages regarding otp from no 17863 as per below from 23rd aug 2019. SR no[protected] for this complaint but still not received any call from your side. Still i am receiving Call tune activation messages.

                              Now once again i received message from you caller tune activation messaged from last on 24th Aug 2019 without my confirnation. Excutive told me that i placed request via internet i didnt the same. He is given SR No 004-[protected].

                              From last one month i received multipal activation for callertune and still my caller tune service active. They Also Charged me for the same and dined to Reverse my bill payment. Customer care not providing their personal details for file complaint.

                              I was mailed to Nodal Officer and Customer care but no one interested.

                                I hereby inform you that, from last 8 years i am user of airtel postpaid connection. But from last 2 years i have problem with network coverage and internet issue only at my home place, and this same is happening with other airtel numbers of my family members. But when we are using other network service provider (Like - jio bsnl idea) there is no issue with network and internet.

                                For mentioned issue i am continuously taking follow-up and talking with customer care executive since 2 years but there is no proper response to my query. I had received just one reply "site updation" and nothing else happen. And query not resolved.

                                Once your senior cc executive (Female) very badly misbehave with us on telecalling in sept. 2019.

                                One more thing your executives continually calling me and requesting to not to leave service. Now i am finally asking you that what should i do. Because now it's a limit i am decided to switch the service and not going to paid the balance bill because of bad service which i was not used it just a rental charges.

                                I am just waiting for your reply for a week. If you will solve my issue will continue with service else will switch the service. It my kind request to you, look into my issue and resolved it. I am very much time waits for resolving issue. But now it's beyond the limit

                                      From 14/09/2019 regularly i am calling the customer care no [protected] for resolution of my d2h problem. Except home channel, no channel is coming with msg. Insert smart card properly. As per customer care suggestion i had requested them for an engineer visit to fix the issue.
                                      Time and again they are giving series of complaint no on different dates like[protected],[protected], [protected] and latest one is[protected].

                                      After a series of call their engineer called me on 27th sept. Only and didn't visited the site. Althoug i had emai to customer care, no positive outcome came till date. Each and everytime they are assuring, that it will be resolved by another 24hours.

                                      Without providing any service they are also deducting daily₹10/- b? From my recharge amount which is unethical.

                                        I have recharged my bsnl sim ([protected]) with rs. 319 (Special recharge for 84 days) through bhim pay on 14th sept. 2019 and my validity exdended to 7th dec 2019. After 10 days i have been received massege that "your plan validity will be ended today," after end of every calls. This type of massage i have never seen before. I tried to contact with bsnl costumer service but due to continious inturrupted/ bad service network i could not able to discuss with any costumer care executive and i have recharged another 319 plan on 28th sep 2019 to avoid the loss of balance data, which was a mistake done by me. Now bsnl ostumer care executives telling that the amout might have reverted back if recharge was done at any bsnl recharge outlet. As the recharge was done through bhim pay this not possible.
                                        Despite of many problems in voice and data sector in bsnl i have never think to change the bsnl sim because i was a blind supporter of bsnl. But my patience break yesterday and i request all my brothers and sisters to think twice before purchasing a sim from bsnl. Now without any hesitation i am going to change the service provider to airtel.

                                        I registered request for re installation of D2H as I transferred from Rajasthan to Chennai

                                        Request was registered on 21.09.2019 at 8am but so far no installation is not done

                                        On the other hand Vediocon has debited Rs/- 400 from Account with out work done
