I hereby inform you that, from last 8 years i am user of airtel postpaid connection. But from last 2 years i have problem with network coverage and internet issue only at my home place, and this same is happening with other airtel numbers of my family members. But when we are using other network service provider (Like - jio bsnl idea) there is no issue with network and internet.
For mentioned issue i am continuously taking follow-up and talking with customer care executive since 2 years but there is no proper response to my query. I had received just one reply "site updation" and nothing else happen. And query not resolved.
Once your senior cc executive (Female) very badly misbehave with us on telecalling in sept. 2019.
One more thing your executives continually calling me and requesting to not to leave service. Now i am finally asking you that what should i do. Because now it's a limit i am decided to switch the service and not going to paid the balance bill because of bad service which i was not used it just a rental charges.
I am just waiting for your reply for a week. If you will solve my issue will continue with service else will switch the service. It my kind request to you, look into my issue and resolved it. I am very much time waits for resolving issue. But now it's beyond the limit
I am looking for positive response from your side. And hopes for best result.

Thanks for your valuable reply to my issue.
But i hereby inform you that, as per your mail you told me to solve the issue in 72 hours. But now more than 100 hrs gone but there is no solution rather issues was increased more.
Now there is no network on my device also call dropping problem also increased.
So kindly look into my issue as soon as possible and help me out.
Waiting for your response.
Provided this is last chance for service provider to solve issue other wise i need to change the service provider and i m not going to pay the bill remaining.
