We had techinician visit on 22nd aug, 2019... For which they charged us 200 rs claiming that if you experience same issue again within a month... You will get free service... Again on 5th sep, 2019 we had same issue... For which they sent technician and again charged us 209rs... Now we are out of d2h balance... And they are not returning our amount... Or switching on our tv

    Dear sir/mam,
    I am mallepu kashanna holding postpaid connection with idea its [protected]
    As i am using basic postpaid plan 99 rs p. M, at that time they said that not activated internet on my number and also called in aug month asked about either internet is active? Or not active?
    Then customer care people told me that its not in active status.
    Even when i visited idea showroom reg bill payment in aug, there also they confirmed that its not in active mode.
    Now how its activated without my permission and i have been charged 503 rs for internet, as per their confirmation its not active, why this kind of cheating.
    Today i made call to customer care then they are telling that charges 503 for internet. And suggesting me to call on 1925 then press to 2 for deactivation,
    Why they did not tell me before, who will beare charges503, his executive only has to beare charges for wrong confirmation.

    I am using his network and paying rental every month, but why are giving wrong info and cheating us to make money

    Requesting you look into this and remove charges and also take my complaint against them to that should not repeat in the future.

      Sir i am one of the customer d2h cust i'd[protected] sir in last friday 30 08 2019 i raised one complaint to visit a technsian about no channel found error no one visit my home next day i again. Call to your call center they tell your complaint will close and reopen again and next day i call again they tell the same process almost 8 days i calling your customercare and they are tell your complaint is closed and two days ago one of the supervisor priyanka and bhavani and talk to each other they your complain is escalator no one close your complaint and still now no one is responding to my complaint almost 11 days other dish services solve problem in one hour the process took 11 days techinisian is not visit my home still now the wait is still continue 12 th day no responding from your side other wise the d2h dish i disconnect change to other provider and file a legal case to company the provider not satisfies the customer

        I am the user of Videocon d2h for more than 2 years. Recently I visited the website of videocon d2h (http://www.d2h.com) and created my own package by adding 19 channels of my choice. In the website, it has shown the total amount is RS 171/- for 19 - channels and some default channels. So I recharged for RS 175/- and my service got activated. I thought the recharge is for 30 days. But my service got disconnected within 15 days. For same set of channels the charges varying every month differently and it is not displayed in website properly or informed to the subscribers. There is no transparency in the charges while recharging through the web site. Also if we raise this to the videocon d2h customer care, there is no proper response they simply ask us to send mail but no resolution. It is really a depressing me and it is day light loot o[censored]ser's pocket. Please look into it and resolve it.

          Dear sir

          I am writing this letter with regard to we are regular customer of tata sky before last 2 years.
          We have 11 subscriber id of tata sky i. E. Total 44 set top box

          In our tata sky set top in may 2019
          We had got one year recharge by giving 204768 rupees and we got one month subscription free at that time. The pack is validity until june 2020.in the pack that tata sky gave us, we had a pack of rs. 522 on the primary set box and rs. 300 on secondary (One primary + 3 secondary). Total was rs 1422 per month on one id

          But now tata sky has changed our plans, we are going to give rs 2180 on id pack validity change january 2020. Please solve our problem (Each box box rs. 545)

          Also attached the invoice of recharges

          My set top box is not working from last 7 days Im complaining from last 7 days but no engineer is coming to solve the problem I have all the msgs regarding complain no.             My cus. Id.[protected] of videocon d2h, i am regularly contact to the customer care but till date the problem is not solved. I have rechare the amount for the year. I want to refund my amount. All the customer executive says that your problem solve in 24 hr. But no such action taken till date. I have complaint from 1st sep to till date, the senior executive given me the com. No.[protected],[protected] and get the resolved time till 7th sep 12.43pm and 7th sep 03.44pm.

            I am totally unhappy with service provided by videocon. I am also send mail to them but no responce till date.

            Some telecaller calling with private numbers and are not tracebale by trai so even after registering with dnd i am unable to complaint against them. [protected] called me on 12:12 dt 31.08.2019 and after cuting the phone they also use slang language for cutting the phone.

            I have Videocon D2h at my home. But it's not working since 10 days. I called many times in customer care of Videocon D2H. But it's worst service and I'm getting frustrated now. No one given the solution regarding this.

              I took my cable connection from my local service provider and now when i want to change my existing pack he is not willing to do so and is charging me for the channels i don, t watch. This problem is preceding since 4 months and the company has put us with a standard pack which consists of the local language channels mostly and we are not a localite here

              So many time I booked a complain till I didn't slove my problem
              I call so many time [protected] no they telling sir today morning, sir today evening, sir today afternoon solve ur problem
              From last 2 months I'm getting unwanted calls on a regular basis they are not commercial calls for advertisement or anything. They are personal numbers through which I'm getting calls. Even after blocking the numbers, new number is coming. Now i have 4-5 numbers from which i get calls and harass me.
              Please help regarding the matter.

                Hi team,

                Unnecessary dish tv adding channel & services to my account without any confirmation from my end i. E. Lone service and popular channel.
                As i called to dish tv coustmer care 5 times but not received any resolution on it from them.

                I have received comment from toll free coustmer care that due to star bharat is popular channel that's why we have added this channel in your dish tv account and also the lone facility which is not requested by my end and finally i have to paid for unnecessary services which i don't requested
                However amount automatically deducted from my account balance saying that above facility.

                All five calls are disconnected without giving any resolution on it and saying that our senior customer executive are not available at this moment.

                After recharge I am not able to view channel I had recharge for Rs 300 and I am getting a balance of -400 where they say I have change stb box for HD box where I have not change so I request you to check in to the matter and solve my problem

                  We inform you, in my home we used to videocon d2h service and my d2h customer id[protected].
                  In 4 - 5 months, i can not see the jain religious channel is "jinvani" in channel no. 489.

                  In the rule of trai, network capacity fee (Ncf) ₹ 130 for first 75 pay channels + 25 mandatory doordarshan channels

                  Basic services tiers (Fta) is "jinvani" channel is already involved in it, yet the company is not showing us the 489 number of jinvani channel.

                  I m asked d2h representatives this is in already included in fta. They did not proper response and wrong behaviors

                  But you are not showing fta channel this.
                  The point is this free to air basis channel.

                    Iam a user of the airtel dth
                    My registered mobile no with airtel dth is [protected]
                    As per my knowledge trai empowers me to choose and pay only for my selected channels the obviously for the mandatory dd channels
                    Past two days i am trying to select and make my own plan with the airtel company and they are not able to provide me a solution to choose my pack
                    Day 1 i visited channel 998 for selecting my channels followed all the procedures as per airtel dth directions on the channel
                    Created qr code same was messaged on 54325 as directed... No solution
                    Called up customer care they said it might not be working because of some issue and i would be provided with a link for selecting the channels

                    No link was sent

                    I was waiting for hours

                    Gave call again to customer care and informed that link was not recieved

                    New person online advices me that link will be sent

                    Waiting for hours

                    Day 2 called up customer care

                    New person advices to speak to the concern person and transfers the call

                    Again new person briefed him the case he advices to prepare alistair of channels you want in your pack and call me again to prepare a plan

                    Called up with the list

                    New person online starts from the beginning says to go to channel 998 of dth follow instructions

                    Briefed him the story

                    He says it's not possible to add more than five channels from here

                    I can change your pack to basic which charges rs 153 to remove the existing plan then go to each channel you want and give miss call to add the channel

                    I may require around 220 channels he advices me there is no option you have to do

                    Pathetic situation to buy what i want even if i pay the mrp

                    May i kindly request to interfere and advice airtel to introduce a simpler way for the customer to use those channels which they actually want

                    Or do i take it for granted that the company intentionally doesn't want customers to do so

                        The independent tv dth service has made promise of giving service for a year with all hd sd channels at witch it has revoked its promise in january and changed the subscription pack at its. Own without notifying now from march its services has bean stooped till date its all help line, customer care, services are outdated and the dth operator made fraud by steeling our money and now it is also not longing in to its web subscriber corner with my id and password

                          I am a videocon D2H customer with consumer id[protected] from Hyderabad. I have been complaining again and again to customer care as I am not getting signals in my Videocon D2H connection. They are only telling sir please give us 24 hours, our technician will visit your location but no action has been taken yet. It has been 5 months I am unable to use my TV due to Videocon's bad service. They are very unprofessional and not ready to give proper solution to customer. Kindly take necessary action immediately and find a solution for me.

                                I am indrajit ghodke from pimpri chinchwad. I am using cable service from local cable operator poona cables (Pcss) for hd channels.
                                My complaint about this cable operator is as follows —
                                When we do not recharge for our monthly package, automatically this cable operator stops service. It is ok. However when we regularly do monthly recharge of our package, everytime many channels from our package disappear. Also many channels are with many interuption frequently. When i register this complaints, everytime this is purposefully ignored and not resolved by him.

                                Hence i am registering this complaint in trai.
                                Please look into this matter.

                                  I'm from bundi, raj. I was the last distributor of aircel co. My 230 lakh (Approx) amount was in this co. After shut this co. I recd 9500 in may 19, but after this i doesn't receive any information about sattlement of my distributionship of aircel. I already sent whole documents of distributionship to orbitutor to her mail ids.

                                    I have a in cable consumer having cable connection i have facing recharge issue every month at the time of recharge the cable operator was not available on phone. It is very difficult to recharge in time. Kindly solve the problem or direct recharge option. Therefore i will be recharged the cable connection in time with out any delay. Thanking you. R d rathor.

                                      Hello, i am giriraj dargad. My videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. On 26/08/19 a service engineer came to my building to check someone else issue and from then now my d2h is down. I have logged many complaints. Then service engineer called me and assure me to resolve issue and then complaint is closed by d2h without visiting and closed the issue. I have been following up the customer care and their service engineer since 26/08/19. Everyday i log complaint and they reassure to resolve issue but still facing same problem and now we are tired mentally to follow up this with customer care, service engineer, supervisor and senior supervisor. Please need you support in this matter. I'll appreciate you help. Thanks

                                      I just watch tv for sports and cricket. took star sports pack, but now cricket is now only in sony pack, previosly used to get everything, now i pay nearly 300 per month and get nothing i want.
                                      please help me and atleast make the old system . you can increase the baisc price but please do add all channels

                                        Hi,
                                        My cable operator (Red tv) is taking 350 rs. And not giving option to select channel.
                                        If i ask him then he told you can disconnect connection. And also not providing good signal quality when i ask he not i am getting complaint from your end so we will not do anything and not providing giving my deposit of connection.
                                        He is always says there is no plane from my side to select the option.
                                        Hope you will take action for the same.
