The connection has been paid for in advance, hasn't been working since a week. Registered a complaint thrice, they say we have taken down the complaint, when followed up on it, we were told the engineer cancelled and the complaint was closed by them. We requested them to let us talk to the higher authorities, shamelessly they disconnect. We would be thankful if you would help us here..

    I changed my vodafone plan from post paid to prepaid in vodafone showroom on friday. Vodafone employee told that, transaction happen only by monday, so it won't impact the weekends.

    But my postpaid signal lost at saturday 3 pm and got the prepaid signal only at 7:45 pm. After all the televerification success, i unable to connect the call and endup with low balance to make a call. But i paid for 3 month subscription in the vodefone showroom.

    When i called customer care from my friend number, they told, number will be activated only by monday since showroom is off in the weekend. How can they cut the existing network in the weekend if they active the sim only by weekdays?

    They should allow atleast income calls and sms because the televerification is done. How can i do any online transaction without otp? How can i travel without incoming calls?

    Why should i paid my postpaid till monday? (Saturday/sunday and monday)

    Vodafone doesn't have any answers... One of the worst customer support if you reach them for any issues.

        Sundirect is the worst customer support, they are giving. They are not ready to Refund amount where i did recharge and 3rd party giving both transaction reference id and operator refernce id also. But sundirect not ready to take responsibiltiy.
        Careless customer cares, please read 2min, this problem may repeat to you also. Share all.. if this problem faced by you then please share..let reach all….

        This is related to DTH customer support reply, I was made recharge on my personal bank account DTH reacharge to SUNDIRECT 4TIMES in same day. All 4 transactions was successful. But sundirect got only 2 AMOUNT.
        When I contacted my bank customer care they was given me a ALL 4 TRANACTION operator reference id and transaction id.
        The same I was submitted to sundirect customer care. But by referring that they are saying now they not received amount. And sundirect easily saying we are not responsible for this since you have done recharge on 3rd party app.
        So my first question :- is it without sundirect permission all other apps are giving recharge option. If other 3RD parties giving recharge option then why sundirect is not ready to take a action on them by stating without sundirect permission they are doing recharge. They can put a case on 3RD parties.
        We are customer to sundirect recharge, when customer is losing money they are not ready to support since it is not there money and they are not ready to discuss with 3rd paties also.
        How many of you lossed amount like this.Please let me know next level action.
        I have proof for all 4 Transactions successful form my bank.
        I send a email to TRAI also, there is not proper support.
        Please share all, let this reach all who ever lossed money like this.
        There is word “Customer is god” but when customer is facing a problem and losing money sundirect customer care easily saying we are not responsible.

        My videocon call center call me very much time... I cut there call but they continu calling me in every half hour... I'm irritating... Pls do somthing

          Dear sir,
          I was made recharge using my indus bank app, 4 transaction in one hour, but the 2 transaction amount was not credited to my sundirect wallet. But my indus bank giving all 4 transacion transacion id and operator reference id but sundirect is not ready to refund it and saying to customer you are done recharge on 3rd party we are not responsible.
          My question is who is given recharge rights to 3rd party then without sundirect permission. Please give me justice on this issue. Customer friendlyness not found in sundirect and they are not ready to discuss with 3rd party also. But i dont know how many customer lossing money by this issues.

            I am rahul vitthal divase at post-pimpari tq &dist-osmanabad.in our village there is b. S. N. L tower but there is bad network to bsnl sim so mobile contact is not made properly. So our villagers file a consumer complaint in consumer court. Their after bsnl company say that after complaint bsnl has improved in network but actually there is no any improvement in mobile network. We are facing same problem.

I tried my best giving complaint to customer care, i tried what ever the solution i got from customer care. But the network issues still occured. Idea customer care rejected me for raising the complaint of my network issue. Mine recharges are in loss, i am not getting propet 4g connection.                       I am writing following a recent service related issue on dish tv connection vide vc no: [protected].
                      I would like to express my disappointment with the service i received. None of them could offer any advice on the set up box which has changed within six months but there is no facility of hdmi, presently i have changed my tv and where hdmi connection is required but the set up box which has provided by dish tv is not enabled with hdmi facility.
                      I need a solution for the following points
                      1. If my setup box is old one than i should agree to change the new hdmi box, but the set up box has provided by dish tv is within six months, why should i go for a charge of new connection set up box, where as dish tv has to provide the set up box as per present facilities of tv.
                      2. The quality of set up boxes are so poor which needs a replacement after 8 to 9 months and that is chargeable, please check my interactions how many time set up box has been changed with applying the charge from me.
                      3. I am have two connections on my home and 4 connections on my office, if this type of charges will be taken from customers like me, than it is very painful and i should choose other operators.
                      4. Engineers who has visited to provide service they do know the basic manners and behavior.
                      5. The instruments which are used for connection with cable and hd box is so poor that needs a replacement on every 2 to 3 months and for that i need to pay a charge of engineer visit which is around rs 300/-
                      I hope you will take these points into consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.

I raised a complaint for this unwanted activity done by mistake. Request created to refund amount ₹150 after cancel this showcase order.                         WORST customer service Videocon D2H.They debited my money for Rs.403 twice.No refund yet.Have send multiple emails to customer care & nodal officer, no response.They cheat customers.

                        I have been using Videocon D2H since 2009 and Im facing an issue in it now. The issue is that Channel Name - "Jinvani" is not being streamed. We urge you to please update your channel list with this Channel and provide us with Jinvani channel.
                        After latest revision of channel price, my d2h provider is not providing 24 news channel of flowers tv . I complained about this a lot of times but they are saying that it will soon come to channel list. It's been more than 6 months they are not providing 24 malayalam news channel which is a free channel ..

                          Hello sir/madam,

                          I live in guntur (Andhra pradesh) and we have been facing some problems regarding the services of siti cable networks in our area. They are not providing us with the packages as mentioned by trai and not giving the option to choose and select the channels which we want. Instead they are providing only one package charging around 400 providing all the unnecessary channels which we donot need at all. And if we want some other channels they charge extra money for each channel apart from that 400. This is completely ridiculous and not feasible for us.

                          These local siti network operators are not providing us with the required information regarding the package options when asked. We expect you to look into the issue and provide us with the choice to select the channels which we are interested in watching. Kindly take action against them for charging their own prices (Extra charges) without following the rules of trai.

                            My airtel number [protected] [protected] was ported from airtel to reliance jio illegally without my concent by the temporary user if the number with an intention to change ownership. And current service provider (Reliance jio) was not take permission for porting of my number, and bharti airtel has share my unique porting code with illegal persons or service providers.
                            I had raised the issue with bharti airtel ltd and telecom regulatery authority of india on 14 sep by email, but they have not taken any action regards my complain.
                            I want the port out request to be rejected and retain the ownership in my name asap

                              [protected] this my number and i have 498 plan in which i get 2 gb data daily. When i have recharge i got an add-on 2gb data pack to redeem by which i'll get 2 gb data daily, that i am going to get 4 gb data daily. There were no terms and conditions published along with that add on pack. That time i was using resmi note 7 pro and now i am using redmi k20 pro. Now when ever i have exaust my 2 gb data my internet speed drop-down and won't able to use internet whereas it shows in jio app that i have 2 gb add-on 4 g data still left.
                              When call customer care they have told me that the add-on pack i can only use on the cell phone which i was using before and use internet i have to recharge my number with data pack by paying them.
                              I told them about this information neither the terms and conditions published nor i have received any message after redeemed that add-on pack.

                              I just feel that at this point i was fooled by jio.

                              Kindly take some action about these kind of misleading inappropriate terms and conditions.

                                      Address: Cable tv office , road not, alkapuri colony, near Sai baba Temple, Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500035

                                      I am resident of snehapuri colony, hyd. We subscribed for local tv operator. They are charging more prices than the actual price of the subscribed plan. They have been very arrogant when asked for the bills & they don't provide the online recharge options

                                        Without my permission or notice vodafone telecom deducts money. This time 99 rs. Deducted and without any information. This is the way they are cheating customer. Please take action. I have a vodafone mobile number. This mobile company deducted 99 rs. From my balance by activating unnecessary services. After complaining no action taken. It is there way of fooling customer.
                                        TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
