Sundirect is the worst customer support, they are giving. They are not ready to Refund amount where i did recharge and 3rd party giving both transaction reference id and operator refernce id also. But sundirect not ready to take responsibiltiy.

Dear sir,
I was made recharge using my indus bank app, 4 transaction in one hour, but the 2 transaction amount was not credited to my sundirect wallet. But my indus bank giving all 4 transacion transacion id and operator reference id but sundirect is not ready to refund it and saying to customer you are done recharge on 3rd party we are not responsible.
My question is who is given recharge rights to 3rd party then without...

I am rahul vitthal divase at post-pimpari tq &dist-osmanabad.in our village there is b. S. N. L tower but there is bad network to bsnl sim so mobile contact is not made properly. So our villagers file a consumer complaint in consumer court. I am dishtv customer.i donot get any signal.when on the TV show error 301 I launched the complan at dishtv customer service they are send a mechanic at 1/11/19 he solved the problem and get 200/ rupees.Next day same problem again I launched complain at customer care at 4/11/19 but still now 6/11/19 they are not send me any mechanic when I asked customer care against complan they told me service center not receive phone...

Still not getting channels like star gold, set max and many more after paying monthly payment, on the other hand sony sab, sony entertainment are working. Complaint many times. Neither they are providing complaint number and saying if they send their engineer it will be chargeable.. Why should i have to pay all problems are from provider side even though weather or connection problem is not...

Without my permission or notice vodafone telecom deducts money. This time 99 rs. Deducted and without any information. This is the way they are cheating customer. Please take action. I have a vodafone mobile number. This mobile company deducted 99 rs. From my balance by activating unnecessary services. After complaining no action taken. It is there way of fooling customer....

Its been more than 6 month and i have been facing network issues with jio infocomm and even after continuous calls my issue has not yet been resolved. Dear sir, my d2h customer is[protected]. I had two connections on the above no. I requested to deactivate one box since i was going out of town so as to leave only one box active. And they did so charging me rs90 as they say for one month. This was on 18th september.
But now when i recharged my pack in october on 20th it was recharge for a amount of rs414 and for one month. But now it shows that pack expiring on 05th november 2019....
