Dear sir, my d2h customer is[protected]. I had two connections on the above no. I requested to deactivate one box since i was going out of town so as to leave only one box active. And they did so charging me rs90 as they say for one month. This was on 18th september.
But now when i recharged my pack in october on 20th it was recharge for a amount of rs414 and for one month. But now it shows that pack expiring on 05th november 2019.
When i asked the d2h customer care they said they activated the 2nd set top box in october when i recharged the pack so balance got deducted. But i did not ask them to activate the 2nd set top box since i am still out of town and had left only one set top box in use for my parents. The lady from the customer care bluntly refused and said that now she cannot do anything but only escalating the situation which will take some day until then my parents back home will be with out the tv until the matter is resolved.
This kind of mental torcher from d2h is not accepted. When i did not ask them to activate the 2nd set top box they still activated it. Now i don't need their connection and claim for my refund and that they take their dish and both set top boxes and pay me for it. I further do not wish to continue with d2h as every month i have to go to this same torcher with the customer care. And don't want to continue it further as it stresses me every month discussing with them.

Below in picture i attached that they activated both the set top boxes, the recharged date and expiry as it shows within 16 days for a 1 month pack i recharged.

    Respected sir,
    I am a new customer of dish tv (Dth). Now i am facing a problem with its policy of 30 days lock-in period. Dish tv do not give liberty its customer to modify its pack every time they want where tata sky gives. They fix a period of 30 days. Besides, dish tv has been fraudulently auto activated a value added service and a hd channel without my permission. Please do something and repeal dish tv's black law of 30 days lock-in period and oblige. I herewith attach a screenshot with exact issue for your kind consideration.

      I am Videocon d2h customer fro last 7+ years. There is often issues in signal from service provider. If I call customer care for issues resolution, there are doing something from there end and asking for engineer visit for resolution. Each time engineer visit cost ₹200/- . If issue found in STB again it's costs @ ₹400-₹500/- for new one. The engineer visit fee is valid for one month only. Again if there is problem in next month again they ask for engineer visit and charge ₹200/-.
      This is how they cheat customers. Please help me to get my investment return so that I can avail other services from market.

        Dear sir,
        I have a dish tv connection viewing no [protected]. My problem is recharge due date, i. E: they reduce my due date every month by 6 to 7 days. After several time trying they connected but they dont solve problem. They are misbehaving. I am not able to understand what to do. After investing so much money in installation. It feels likethey are cheating my money. They are not giving any details against which they are cutting money. I am mentally harassed. Kindly help me out

          From last 10 days my all sports channel are not working after calling your customercare so many times... Please refund my security money so that i will go to other service provider... As your service is worst from last 7-8 months...

            We are not getting proper services from customer care and they are saying keep on 8 working hours. Given complaint two days back but there is no resolution from them on signal

            Second one is money they have deducted money -64 why they have deducted money without proper reason. I have given 800 rs for the installation but amount is deducted from my account. I called to customer they are saying same word 8. Working hours but there is no resolution from them

            Please stop this.
            Star bharat HD is a uselees channel.which is such a irresponsible mannerly playing ads continously.its dmn irritating. Such useless "meri guriya" stories rolling around..###

              Videocon D2H customer care executives repeatedly disconnect my call and don't listen to my query. My customer id is 50871778 Firstly, they do not prompt anyone regarding any repetition of channels if anyone picks duplicate channels they allow them to do so, which is their way of making money. After wrongly picking up the channel they lock it immediately which doesn't allow one to remove it from their channel selection list. There are a few channels that are getting repeated in my package and I wanted to remove these duplicate channels but despite calling multiple times none of the Videocon D2H representatives listened to my complaint. They are forcing me to pay for the same channel twice.

Channel no 322 free h par abhi tak nhi chalaya gya. D2h dwara mann mani ki jaa rahi h.. Jo ki trai ke niyamo ke khilap h. Maine phone dwara d2h helpline me phone kiya par kuch nhi kiya. Aaj bhi channel nhi chal raha h. Aur free chanel band h. Mere free channel play hone chahiye..

                  My name is sivakumar hs and iam from kerala trivandrum and iam subcribing the cabel tv from asianet satalite communication ltd. When i changed to the prepaid section they are charged very high rate pack, they are charged the amt of 200 for the free to air pack also they are not alowing to selcet the free to air packs, and they are forced to there own channel packs kidly plz solve these porblems

                    I have been receiving unsolicited calls almost on daily basis asking if i require loan. These calls come individually from different mobile numbers telling that they are calling from bajaj finance. I am fed of answering them. I have repeatedly told them not to call me. But still they keep calling me and disturbing me. Request you to please take action on bajaj finance. Thanks in advance.

                      We got a offer letter from teninor india as a telecome company. They are sending a letter to me in muncipal office piravom eranakulam, in that words they are asking 6ooo for putting dd with first application and they will provide 22 lakh for lease the period of 20 years and after that 28 thousand per month. We don't know is it a fraud or not. Plz give me tha clarification about teninor as a telecom company in india, and the status of the company

                        This is the subject of complete harassment by jio service provider, i am receiving daily many unwanted messages from the companies on my jio number [protected], but unable to lodge a complaint to stopping same due to no any customer care number available of jio, would request you to please help me regarding this so that i can be relaxed.                           Since long back i registered a complaint to bsnl that i am being debited by 25 paisa 4-5 times daily, since so many days, being data charges. Where as i am using data of my second seem or my wifi & not using data of this no. Called to call center & registered my varries but till time nothing has been done so for. Request to solve my problem & refund the amount debited.
                          When i don"t have bsnl data pack i deactivate the same. At present i am in pune & also deactivated roaming even than charges are being debited.
                          This is happening since august 2019 from the new 4g sim. I have taken so many screen shots of those charges.
                          Please help me.

                            Tata sky is unnecessary charging, technician charges. It is happening second time, when you recharge the tata sky dth after 2-3 days they deactivate the services and for activation the same they demand extra rs 150/- for the technician visit, which wrong.
                            Customer should have option of porting to other dth services at free of cost the way we are doing in mobile.
                            Because tata sky is giving very poor service.

                              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 5 years, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h.

                              I have been compiling videocon for the past 15-16 days but they are constantly answering the vowels and they do not support me properly. My set-top-box is closed for the last 20 days. Instead of a set-top-box replacement, before last 5 days they have deducted rs.450 from my account. I have a lots of problems, please do me cooperation.

                              Their main (Tl) person (Mr. Ajay) gave me 100% guarantee but not solved yet

                              i want only replacement of set top box but they are not responding since 15-16 days
                              fees already deducted before 7 days
                              I had recharged on 21.10.19 asusual pack of mine but it has transfered to bharat combo pack. Now dishtv customer care is not ready to change the plan.

                                Airtel customer care we try to contact and discuss our problems but he gives very waste ideas like set APN settings, Manually network found any other telecom network to set.
                                If network not available so how can do this Bharti Airtel worst service provider in India.

                                      Sir, jio telecom is not not migrating my old plan to new plan they have introduced after oct 10 as they don't have the option for that i have requested them to have this option to migrate to new plan but they are not doing so please kindly help me. Jio has a plan of 555 for 3000 minutes other network calling but my plan was recharged automatically as l have opted for jio autopay recharge now they are refusing to migrate me from old plan to new please help
