Dear trai,

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 4-5 years, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 3999 on dated 8-dec-2018, for which i should get services for 365 days but they have disconnected my services on 13-oct-2019 without any reason. Again i have complained to their customer care no-[protected], complaint no[protected], but to which they are not replying. And closed on dated 15-oct-2019, again i raised new complaint no[protected], on 16-oct-2019 but still i am not getting any resolution from videocon d2h
As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

    In 1 year pack only 5 month watched.. Now no one channel is coming..

    Before recharge dish tv customer care service executive called me and said recharge with 2696 in single recharge and u will get 12 months subscription.

    But after recharged 5 months watched channels.. Now no one channel is coming..

    Because of this reason i raised a complaint on 12.10.2019
    To dish tv supervisor.
    He said within 1 hour our technician will solve ur problem. But no use in that whole day no one technician is comed and aslo not called.
    This type second day also i speaked with dish tv supervisor then again he said same solution but next also no called and not comed.. This type 7 days running now.. What can i do now.. And who is responsible for this problem.. Trai sir please solve this.

      I'm from jaggayyapeta andhra pradesh 521175 my cable operator has stopped the channels abn and tv5 due to our cm order please solve this what the cm jagan is thinking that he can loot the state after closing these channels if he is not interested in looting the state then why did he closed those channels please solve my issue by contacting the cable operators and make those channels come live again

        I recharged 299 airtel plan on 12/10/19, as per plan i had to get amazon prime video activation, till now not activated, called to airtel customer care they said will be resolved soon, but i loosing 10 days using validaty days of my pack... From last two days i am calling to airtel but they are saying will be resolve but noting rectified. So kindly take my requset and do the needful

        I was given option to recharge my dish tv connection for Rs. 499 and to get all free channels for three years accordingly I recharged and I was getting these channels till 11 months and now it display a message to recharge again. I am trying to reach them but they don't receive my call and they don't call me also.
        Please help!

          Videocon d2h stared new rule against trai that if you select any channel in your pack then you are forced to watch that channel for one month they say that it's my compnie 's rule and it is not under the rules and regulations of trai. They are extremely providing the worst services. Trai must take serious legal action against them why we can't port dish tv as like mobile number

            Dear trai

            We emailing from moparru which is in amarthalur mandal and guntutr dist in andhra pradesh and our post code is 522312.

            Due to our worst cm in the india ys jagan, the channels has been stopped showing by the cable operators. If they broadcast jagan threting them that he will introduce fiber optics and free tv to ap people. Hence they are not broadcasting the abn channel.

            I have every right to ask trai to take this complaint as serious and provide the abn channel as its free air channel.

            Request from all moparru and amarathaluru mandal village people.

              My Tata Sky subscriber id no is [protected]. I am not receiving box signal from October 15 th 2019 when i recharged for rs 200. When contacted customer care of tatasky they are telling they will arrange for a technician and they told they will charge rs 150.

              I am not willing to pay any money. Kindly send technician at free of cost and set right issue or refund my rs 200 so that I can switch to other operators who are providing better services than you. Awaiting your early reply. If there is no reply I have to give complaint to TRAI.

                "gali gali me shor hai independent tv chor ha."
                It's been more than a month now all channel are stop. They stopped all the channel. As per there pack they supposed to provide hd channel along with all non hd channel. First they stopped hd channel within a 15 days then they stopped star channel and when they activated the star channels they stopped zee channel. I contacted customer care they said they will activate channel till 22 june but still there is no activation as yet. Now customer care not reachable i trying form last week but no one can pick the call and most of time can't connect the call they totally making fool of customer i want to refund all money form them such an bad company..

                We are paying 300rs per month but we are not getting regular channels and our cable operator is so rude to us.we cant control him by his rude behaviour. So, please take an immediate action on him.

                  Hi team,

                  I am writing an email about the services for videocon d2h, i am very disappointed about the services for d2h, i am using this connection from last 8 years and see fist time this horrible services from d2h.

                  I recharged my d2h account on 26th jan 2019 for omni hd pack and as per customer care representatives its plan for 1 year with cost 4999. As per plan it must valid till ~ 20 jan 2019. But now it disconnected my d2h before 3 and half months on 11th oct 2019.

                  I called d2h and they raised first complaint #[protected] on 9th oct and they said i will get resolution on 10th oct till 3:30 pm. There after no resolution provided till yet.

                  I called them again on 11th oct and they said i will get resolution in evening till 5:27 pm, complaint id # #[protected].

                  Then again i called them on 13th oct and they said i will get resolution till 14th oct 10:30 am. Till now they didn't provided any resolution yet.

                  Today morning i called them again and they escalated my ticket #[protected] and said resolution will be provided by 1:30 pm today.

                  I see this is totally negligence from d2h services that they didn't provided resolution in last 6 days and even though they are not telling me the reason why its got disconnected before 3 and half months. This is purely case of cheating with packages.

                  Till now I have no any update from Vidoecon D2h Site.
                  Axis bank tollfree number [protected] was called by me by my Bsnl mobile. But bsnl charge 44 Rs for this call. It is a fraud. I want enquiry in this matter.

                    Have already registered for DND almost a year ago and still getting calls from tele-marketers. Mobile Number - [protected] & [protected]. They have even been abusing and harrassing me every now and then.

                    They have been calling me even after telling not to call but they keep calling me. Specially [protected] is may be a manager / Owner of this firm who has not confirmed the company name but keep calling and saying calling from HDFC bank.

                    Pls share the complaint number also.

                      I have moved away from vodafone subscription in sep 2019 to another service provider, also paid the bill in time once the bill was raised.

                      In spite of paying the bill, attached proof, but i still keep getting this annoying calls, sms and email from the vodafone call center.

                      I have responded to a valid email received from the vodafone, also attached the payment confirmation receipt, in spite of that vodafone has not updated their payment data.

                      This has been resolved, I got an sms on 5th May indicating a refund request is registered and subsequently got the small, which was very small for Vodafone to write a cheque of Rs. 0.18 paise. So I have ignored that request, may be they can add to the kitty of non-claimant.

                              I am reliance independent tv consumer. I have requested for tv connection on 1st march 2018 and it was written in the application that connection will be provided within 45 day. It took 7 months to get the connection. After getting the tv connection from reliance it worked very smooth for few months. Then they have discontinued the hd channels first. From next month regular channels are also reduced. Now from past 4 months not a single channel is coming on tv. And also not able to contect on provided number.

                              I am very fed up with reliance independent tv. Can you please be able to get the money refunded as i do not want to associate myself with this cheating tv operator.

                                It is brought to your mind notice that some tv channels who are having more trp are being telecaster advertisements more and more times between tv serials.
                                In fact the advertisements are being telecaster more and. Ore times by following ways: —
                                First, the advertisements telecast without displaying time and further, same period by showing time on watch
                                Means double time are being telecasted more than prescribed time by trai which may be verified any time

[protected], am lodging complaint against tarak chakraborty, cable operator of my area and the service is being provided by dg cable. Every month i am giving rs.480/- as per their dg mahapack on 1st day as an advance money but i am not getting any money receipt from them. Not also this, every month on 2nd/3rd day even after paying money 12 to 15 channels are deleted by the cable operator and this is happening since the inception of this new system. Their services are also very poor and they don't bother of any complaint/objections.

                                      Dear trai,

                                      I am purchased a new videocon d2h connection through their website on 13.09.19. I paid 1799rupees through online payment. That time i got a message from videocon d2h that is your product will be delivered and installed by our engineers within 48 working hours.

                                      But sir till date i don't get the product. I called several time their customercare number everytime they said after 8 working hours u will get your connection. But i don't get. Nobody is called me.

                                      Then i tried to call their nodel officer number but that number is not exist.

                                      They are cheating me. I already paid the amount of 1799rs. Now 27 days left.
                                      I didnot get my connection. I am cheated.

                                      Please take an action against videocon d2h. I have the documents. I have screenshots and my bank statement. I am recorded customer care calls.

                                      So please take an action against videocon d2h and i want compensation. Kindly do the needful.

                                        Dear sir i received my sept bill for my no’s [protected] and it was 1709 against 295 which is bill for last 10 years. I went to vodafone store on 30th sept 2019 and met mr mahadev. He said there were 2 calls paid on isd for that that charge is there.
