I have paid in the sundirect.in paid rs.554/- towards basic tamil for three month tenure through my spouse andhra bank debit card account the message i received from the bank debit is here as follows

Dear customer, rs.554.00 txn done on card xx2899 on[protected] at rupaysun direct dth pos/ecom. Txn# s[protected]. Avl bal rs.54720.70. If not done by you, forward this sms from registered mobile number to [protected] to block your card. You may also call [protected]- andhra bank

I have made several complaints regarding this to your customer care department over the but there is no response saying with in 48 hours this will be resolved but the i am getting several messages saying my complaint has been resolved with out getting the credit in my smart card acct.

Kindly lookin to this matter due to the festival time we are in holiday mood we can sit and relax in front of the tv otherwise i have force to see the tata sky or airtel,

Dear TRAI,

Reg : Complaint regarding corrupt and harassing practices in Vodafone. My wrong date of birth has been entered wrong by Vodafone in its system.

1) This is a complaint against Vodafone for investigation into its corrupt practices. Vodafone is issuing sim cards purposely recording in its system incorrect date of birth, of its customers, with some hidden bad motive and intentions.

2) My date of birth has been wrongly entered in Vodafone system. Moreover, Vodafone has failed to produce me any document or evidence for its basis.
Please order Vodafone to produce a documentary evidence, in this regard, to justify its intentions and purpose for the date entered in its system. And if Vodafone fails to produce an appropriate evidence for recording the date of birth, of its customers, in its system, please take strict action and penalties against Vodafone, for this corrupt practice.

3) As was required by Vodafone, I have made several visits to the Vodafone stores. Last time I visited Vodafone store, located at Shop No 42, Gaur Green City, Gaur Gravity Mall, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Phone: 098110 98110, on 18/10/19 for the correction of my date of birth. The manager of the store Mr. Amit Sharma filled up the form and gave me the acknowledgement slip and assured that it will be done. I have attached to this email the copy of this form and the ack slip given to me by the store manager.

The store manager also pasted my photo on the form, physically verified my driving license. And took the copy of my driving license and got attested from me the license copies.

4) The various documents that were given to the Vodafone store by me are listed below and attached to above email:
a) Old / expired driving license copy
b) Renewed driving license copy
c) Application form with my photo and signature
d) Acknowledgement receipt for receiving the application form by the Vodafone store manager

Please investigate urgently into this corruption practice prevailing in Vodafone.

Sir, I have been using my mobile since 10 years. Now I am irritating with unknown calls. I made a complaint on this to Cyber Crime Police Station Visakhapatnam and service provider too. Unfortunately, My problem still going. It has observed that, my mobile number has attached to Flipkart customer care by someone. Kindly solve this at an earliest.

    I faced the issue of Vodafone network and its internet service from last few months .Whenever I calling someone every time call drops happened .moreover I got no service issue in many areas due to this no service network status I was unable to call or message to anyone or neither they contact me .coming to the internet service - I was not even got 4G speed as they suggest .Did not even get emails from the other side as well . I complaint about the same to VODAFONE customer care many times but they unable to resolved the issue and even unable to get feedback from them .

      I used airlink broadband service last 5-6 years. On 9th october broadband speed issue, i complaint every day on airlink official whatsapp number.in this conversation every day reply that "complain already register, solve as soon as possible".         I had booked a new connection on your website on 17th oct, with work order id 6819893. Till date it has not been installed as the registered mobile number is not correct. I have called daily since then on numerous times to change the rtn and also send emails, the customer care executives either hang up or tell me that they have changed the rtn but they actually do not do it. I have call recordings of all the conversations i had with the agents as well supervisors.

        Now the installation is not taking place as the rtn is not correct and they are simply not able to nor willing to change it, but only giving false promises. Neither am i able to cancel the order now.

        Since it has been paid at the time of booking. Now i am frustrated with entire process and have no other option but to resort to file a consumer complaint against this.

          In malayalam channels, many channels are spending long time (Many times even more than 10 minutes at a time) for advertisement. If you check the telecast of top singer programme in flowers channel you can find the time consuming for advertising.

          Please note that all are paying channel fees for viewing the programme.in addition, while one programme is forecasting on one side of the throughout the programme u can see the advertisement.br...

            I am using airtel no [protected] and unable to send port message. Logged complaint 1 month back with airtel and they are unable to resolve the issue and they are not responding to emails even after escalating to ombudsman and nodal officer. Ombudsman and nodal officers of airtel never bothered about escalat and they will never reply to customers. Please look into this case.

            Today we have received one mail for cancelled mobiles outstanding amount . The file is attached in that none of any mobile number belongs to our firm still such numbers were running in our firm name some how someone has used wrongly our firm documents in some wrong practice .
            I have bought a new Vodafone postpaid and its activated on 14th Sep 2019. In my home area no service is coming. Its working if i visit somewhere else. I have raised a complaint they replied at the moment we cant fix the issue. So what is the solution for me. Can i port to another network or i have to suffer for 90 days.
            My No is [protected] and getting continuous OTP SMS related some transaction . Sender is AXFINTPL and ADFINTPL.

            My JIO provider does not have track of those sender.

                I raised complaint on vediocon d2h 11 October, they replace my d2h box and charged almost 450rs(250rs d2h and 200rs engineering visit) they are not giving bill for replacement. After 1week d2h box not working properly. I raised complaint in customer care. She called only warranty for d2h box but you have to pay 200rs engineering visit... But some time customer care(she) told like no need to pay amount. After engineering visit vediocon d2h box replaced but they charged 200rs from my vediocon d2h account...i raised complaint many time but complaint has been registered and will get resolved till some date like 11th Oct then 14th Oct then 17th Oct then 24 hrs etc... Still the issue going on... Another thing if you call customer care it will take 20 min to connect his representative.. Very very worst services and customer care don't ever buy vediocon d2h...

                  I am facing a problem. On all channels of d2h a advertisement cover bottom part of pictures and news. I have called costumer service but they did not help me. It is an technical problem of vodeocon d2h but they asked me to pay for this. It is not a hardware problem. Videocon company had started it itself. I am not able to read news or match score and not able to see bottom part of screen.

                    I wish to bring your kind attention regarding Tatasky's tariff for DTH consumers like us. They are charging Rs.153/- additionally after paying the sufficient amount for the channels we view. I was told that TRAI has enforced the DTH consumers to pay this Network Charges (Rs.153/-) every month in addition to the regular tariff. Please let me know whether this is true. If it is true, please let me know why you are enforcing us to pay this amount to DTH operators. 3 months before I was paying only around Rs.200 to watch my favorite channels and now I am paying around rs.350/- . This really worst from consumer point of you.Requesting you to arrange to remove this Network Charges ASAP because this is no way help the consumers like me.

                      Dth/ cable services of digiana are undergoing at khategaon, dist. Dewas, m. P. I applied for cable connection but the service provider is only giving services of star channels which includes only 5 channels of it, and charging more than rs. 350, which must come around rs. 200.
                      We are unable to avail the services at tehsil place because they are showcasing their monopoly in the region.
                      When we tried to recall him the trai regulations, he told us "hum to aise hi karte hain aur aise hi chalaenge.. Mann hai to service lo nahi to band kar do"
                      Request your intervention in this regard and help with such service providers so that we can avail services as per rules and regulations set by trai.

                          Hi,

                          I am writing this email to bring to your notice the malpractices followed by airtel. I have been billed international roaming pack on my airtel number [protected] for an amount of rs. 3999 + applicable taxes in my october 2019 bill however i have not traveled international in this time period. I have been calling airtel customer care for the last 10 days however my complaint is being noted and closed without the charges being reversed.

                          I am raising this with you to request your help to please sort this issue for me.

                          The airtel customer care has agreed on multiple occasions that the charges are invalid since they don't see any international usage but the charges are not being reversed by the team who looks into the ticket raised by the customer care team.

                          I have traveled international in the month of march and july and at that point the charges were willingly paid by me since i had used the service however this now has become a malpractice by airtel to bill the customer without even they requesting for the service nor using the service.

                          Hoping for a quick resolution on this.

                            Of late we are observing that many channels are being deactivated or useless channels are being activated or all my selected channels are changed witout any request and without our request. When we are contacting they are informing that it has been done by back end team. When are seeking further information they are not providing any information and behaving rudely. On 16.10.2019 star sports 1 channel was deactivated without our request or without informing us. When we are trying to activate our own pack that is also not happening.
                            Regularly we are facing this kind of issues and is not being resolved by the company. Therefore i request you to instruct the company to resolve the issues faced by us.

                              Dear sir, i am a regular customer of airtel dth, i am facing problem in viewing some particular channels without any error code, rest of the channels are working fine. However promlematic channels are in my subscription. When i call to airtel dth customer care they never check at their level and always force for their executive visit, against that they charge fees of rs 150. When problem is from their side, why customer need to pay for small problems. Sir, iwould like to request you to please help me to resolve my problem.

                                In our country there is life time validity in calls for all sim cards. And also they provide 30 paise for minutes. But now there is no offers are available mobile companies are looting the pockets of custers. Mainly airtel telecom company. They need a 65 or other pack offer to done first then after we can use our main account for voice call. If we didnt activate any offer they need 1.50 rupees for 1 minute.
                                This is unfair so please do appropriate actions to stop this illegal practises from these telecom companies. And make faith in customers about trai is high in telecom

                                    As acc siti cable is asking people to reacharge a minimum amount of rs220. But i dont want so much channel till today i recharged less than 200 but today they told that rules have changed they asked me to do minimum recharge of 220. That is the the breaking of trai rules in my concern. So i request you to take nessesative action against it. It is a case from dergaon, golaghat, assam.

                                      1) every month i do get *no signal* issue on my videocon d2h connection. Every time i've to pay rs.200 to engineer to fix the issue. Besides this there are days which are lost due to this issue.

                                      2) when i asked videocon d2h to shut down my account, they simply denied, saying that there's no such procedure to shut down the services. This is completely not acceptable, if we can start something then there should be a way to stop it.
