Dear sir,
Company has deduct my account[protected] by rs.200/- twice for services in month of august 2019 in place of single time deduction of rs.200/-, company has deducted rs 400/-. I have lodge complain many times but no one resolve the issue and not refund my balance of rs.200/-. Company call center representative registered my complain many times and close at their end without resolve. Please help me to resolve and refund my extra deducted amount.

    Hi,
    This complain is abouth my Tata Sky DTH Subscriber I'd : [protected]

    I had called Tata sky on 15th August as my DTH was not working after 3 visits they told me my my set top box is faulty .

    They fix the problem finally on 2nd September. They charged me 150 +350 as visiting charges and 350 for set top box,
    they took 5 days to change the box saying box is not available and even after changing the box it did not work. I called on 1st September again
    for the same issue

    On 2nd September a technician visited and fixed the problem and took 500 rs from my father saying there is no Bal and need to recharge.

    I was already told by Tata sky that there are no more charges as I had already paid visiting charges

    I called customer care next day on 3rd September about the same but they had no information about the 500 which the technican took from us.
    Even when i recharged my Tata sky account for 500 rs on 4th September they deducted 200 again
    Since then i have called every alternate day for the refund several times but no help. Every time i call they say they are taking the complain and next time when i call they say the complain is closed . I have spoke to managers also i was told by a floor manager that he will resolve the problem in 2 days but when i called again they had no idea.

    It's been 18 days and still no help from Tata Sky.

    I want the refund for the amount they deducted from Tata Sky account from 16th aug till 2nd September during that period i could not watch as Tata sky disnot fix my problem and i want 500 ra to be credited back which the technician took on2nd September and the 200 ra which they deducted on 4th September with out explaining any thing.

      Tata sky has cheated customers to make out from the new trai rule. Earlier there was 1 charge of the channels packs and extra tv was costed arnd 200 per tv. Out total expenses was arnd 900/- for 3 tvs. Now what they have done is that they are charging the pack per tv. So if pack was of rs. 500 than i have to pay rs. 1500 + 153 for each tv. This is just a cheating they have done and promoting seperate channels for seperate tv. The amount has increased 2 fold and we are just stuck. This is ridiculous.

        Two free telugu tv news channels abn & tv5 disconnected from the package without any intimation to the customer,

        Local operator says it was done due to pressure from state govt., but there is no any official ban from state govt. And public complaint against the channels
        Content. Total ban against a registered news channel without any complaint to trai is against consumer's rights.

        My request to restore for me is not heeded by local operator
        Please instruct act cable tv provider to enable the signals to only those who request individually.

          I requested mnp from. Airtel to idea on 20th sept 2019 my airtel sim had been disabled at 12 o clock night on 17th sept. After successfull teteverification ivr said my idea sim will be actived within 15 min. But my sim is still not activate in idea even after 12 hours. I raised complaint on idea customer care but i did not get any resolution. This is my registered number in various business and accounting furms.
          I am suffering from so many issues due to inavtive mobile number.

            Asianet satellite communications is misguiding / cheating the customers with their false offers, which are sent via sms. I am an active customer of asianet broadband and their digital services. I have received multiple smss on my mobile number / father's mobile number that asianet is introducing combo offers to their customers which include fibre internet connectivity and broadband (Free for unmentioned period). I have contacted the customer care of asianet on august 14, 2019 to know the combo plan and as part of that they have activated my fibre connectivity but, they said to write to asianet to get the offer from asianet digital services. Further to the conversation, i had sent email to asianet communications on the same day (August 14, 2019) to know more details about the combo plan and they said they will let me know about the plan details such as the number of channels asianet will be providing to me, the length of free service as part of the combo plan, etc. For the digital connection.

            I must say that the response from asianet is disappointing until this moment when i write this message. Every time, they have a standard answer saying they have already contacted their concerned department to provide a solution and this has been more than a month after my initial request and they are not bothered to provide a solution. The most disappointing part is that even the nodal officer - mr. Vijayakumar pd and appellatte authority member - mr. Krishnakumar (According to asianet website - https://www.asianetdigital.co.in/contact.aspx) are not bothered to respond to my concerns even after multiple email exchanges and direct conversation with mr. Krishnakumar over phone. Even before writing this message, i tried to reach out to mr. Krishnakumar multiple times and they are just disconnecting my call after few rings. Please see the email trail for the conversations i had with asianet team on this issue for the past one month or more.

            I would like strict actions against service providers like asianet who do not bother about existing customers and they are bothered to on-board only new customers. This is not my first experience with asianet, one of the connections i had with asianet in the past has already been replaced with an other operator and i am happy with the connection now. Seems its better to replace this connection as well.

              Dear sir,

              I am employee of bhushan power and steel ltd. And staying its township, sambalpur, odisha. Company managements have forced its every employee to take vediocon d2h plan. But as per my knowledge every individual has right to choose plan according to ability. Some wrong deal is present between vediocon and company management. Pls. Look into the matter.

              There is a website name indiapanel.in they ripped my 800rs in the name of giving flipkart gift card but they didn't provide me any gift card they are not replying to the support tickets and also not on whatsapp i am adding proofs also..

                My name is girish sharma from raipur-chhattisgarh.
                I am a cable dth user of, grand gentle entertainment ltd, raipur (Cg). I have started a star pack, sony pack and some channels that cost about rs. 100/- and base pack 130/- that includes 100 free channels. And my service provider is not providing my choose channels in 130 pack rather they provide their 100 free channels in which 60 channels is of no use for me. They belong to kannada, orissa, malayalam, tamil, telugu and his cable local channels which are useless. Inspite of this he charges with gst of 18% with total bill which is illegal. As per trai rules i had to pay only rs130 + pack channel price and not a single rupee should be paid further. They are charging gst illegaly and not providing me my 100 choose channels. Pls reply me as soon as possible. I had complained on trai at [protected]@trai.gov.in in month of april 2019 but no response was given to me till now.

                  I’m using vodafone postpaid number [protected]. Using caller tune yearly pack rs.180. It’s experied date 15the sep 19. But i will deactivate at 15th sep morning at same time renewal charge taken it. Now i need refund but vodafone customer care say it doesn’t refund to me. I’m very disappointed and mentally affected on vodafone services. I need refund for valuable.

                    I have two connections of dish tv... One parent and one child connection... On 13th september 2019 i had lodged complaint that there was a spark in set up box of child connection... The next day mechanic called up and said that sd setup box is not available and this will take 3-4 days... I gain talked to a senior lady yesterday she said that today on 16.09.2019 the box will be replaced by 6pm. But again there was a call by mechanic who said another 4 days they are going to take,

                    It seems dish tv is the most useless service provider and has casual employees whether you talk about service team or customer care...

                    My request is if this is the scenario dish should close it services.

                        It's been 3 days after recharge of tv there is error 180 service not tuned. I called my cable operator after recharge and he said "badal ha wait for 6 hours and i waited and after that he said will not fix it as he don't have engineer. So i called siti cable and my complain number is 6115681. It's more than 24 hours and till now no resolution. I called many times to siti cable and every time they told me they fox it asap.

                            My name is gyan chand jain i have done a recharge of 599 on my idea no [protected] on 14 aug 2019 which provide 6gb data for 180 days... After recharge i got a 10 gb benefit.. So total data i have 16 gb data till december... And on 11 sep i got a message that my data is exhausted.. After that message i call customer care to find out they said that i have used my data so i want to know that how the data is exhausted.

                              Dear sir
                              I have use vodafone mobile number since april 2008 in rajasthan circle. Due to my service transfer in 2018 accordingly my vodafone number is transferred from rajasthan circle to punjab circle.

                              But on 3rd september 2019 my vodafone connection has discontinue by my service provider “vodafone” without any proper reason. When we talk to company official, they give reply that your number is discontinue as per guideline of trai and this number is not a valid vodafone number.

                              Sir, vodafone has issued my mobile bills every month and subsequently i have paid my payment every month for supporting i submit my 11 year vodafone bills for your reference.

                              I am very disappointed with vodafone idea ltd because they can’t give proper reply, nor they pick another mobile phone from last 7 days.
                              Due to discontinue i have not able to do my routine work, banking work, important meeting, communication from last 10 days.

                              You are requested to investigate this matter & take necessary action against vodafone ieda ltd.

I contact signet cable call centre, i knew about there is no any charge other charge than gst.

                                  Tata Sky has not completed DTH relocation installation since 28-Jul-2019 after continuous followup with customer care. It has collected Rs. 300 + 300 = 600 in cash towards installation. Also subscription since 28-Jul-2019 has been debited from my Tata Sky account. Installation needs to be corrected or refund of Rs. 600 to be given to me. Also subscription amount needs to be refunded as no TV signal.

                                        My dth consumer number is 61411087 and mobile number [protected]. I was using south india gold pack which expired on 05/09/2019.
                                        I have renewed it but i am getting few channels only. I am not getting many cahannels like etv cinema, zee cinema, gemini life, etv life, bhakti tv, dd saptagiri, dd telangana and 7 to 8 news channels which i used to enjoy till 5th sept.
                                        I called to customer care no [protected] several times from 6th sept onwards. But problem was not solved. Moreover they said that they will send technician at my cost. Is it fair on your part to ask me to pay service charges for no fault of me.
                                        I request you to take up the matter and do the needful.
