Since it was not due to rains too and as it was for a long time, i called customer service on 27th evening and logged a complaint. They asked me to wait for 24 hours. When i keep following up i was told that my complaint was closed as the engineer could not contact me which is a lie as i did not receive any calls. br...

Today i lodged a complaint for the charges levied on me unnecessarily for not using tata sky services. I raised a complaint and i got a call from their pune call center for the same.

Instead o[censored]nderstanding my issue, they just called me up to inform me that they can't credit for 10 days i am not able to use the cable tv.

Initially, i called up and finally the technician visited my place to resolve the issue...

Hi sir i am using act digital tv from long time. I am not receiving 99%tv telugu news channel from long time in act digital network which is a free channel. When asked act digital they are asking to pay 20 rs which is a free channel. Kindly look into the issue. I have received a horrifying email on 22 sep, 2019, 4:04 pm from jio care stating that my jio number has been disconnected permanently and also mentioned that once the number is disconnected it cannot be reactivated (Screenshot attached).
