I have recharged my bsnl sim ([protected]) with rs. 319 (Special recharge for 84 days) through bhim pay on 14th sept. 2019 and my validity exdended to 7th dec 2019. After 10 days i have been received massege that "your plan validity will be ended today," after end of every calls. This type of massage i have never seen before. I tried to contact with bsnl costumer service but due to continious inturrupted/ bad service network i could not able to discuss with any costumer care executive and i have recharged another 319 plan on 28th sep 2019 to avoid the loss of balance data, which was a mistake done by me. Now bsnl ostumer care executives telling that the amout might have reverted back if recharge was done at any bsnl recharge outlet. As the recharge was done through bhim pay this not possible.
Despite of many problems in voice and data sector in bsnl i have never think to change the bsnl sim because i was a blind supporter of bsnl. But my patience break yesterday and i request all my brothers and sisters to think twice before purchasing a sim from bsnl. Now without any hesitation i am going to change the service provider to airtel.

I registered request for re installation of D2H as I transferred from Rajasthan to Chennai

Request was registered on 21.09.2019 at 8am but so far no installation is not done

On the other hand Vediocon has debited Rs/- 400 from Account with out work done

    I have subscribed for videocon d2h connection and a mirror connection where i need different add-on channels in each connection. I also recharge it 3 months at a time so that i can avail the extra free days in the offer.

    But i see that they are activating unnecessary packs which i have not authorized and by this way they are reducing my balance. When i called customer care they are not responding properly. Complaint no:[protected] dated 28/08/2019. Which has not been resolved.

    Again i got a message that a new kids pack will cost so much and when i checked it has been activated without our knowledge.
    I had also activated a combo tamil pack with 7 channels, but they have again added the same channel in the combo and billing it separately.
    I am from tamil nadu and we dont know marathi. But i they have activated marathi pack which costs about rs.150/- and say it has been activated by the dealer. I have never went to a dealer till now to recharge or activate any packs as i do it on my personal computer.

    Today i exhausted my balance so that i can remove the unwanted channels and recharge a fresh amount. They say that the ad-don packs done to the main account will also be added to the mirror account which i dont need. I called up customer care several times but they dont give proper solutions and inform that a this is a new rule every time. They also dont refund for the unauthorized activation.

    Kindly take severe action and please see to that this is resolved.
    We are not going to recharge in videocon anymore as i have lost confidence in the company.

    I am having network issue at my home, at my work place, bhopal and everywhere. I am not able to call when i am in my room i have to go outside to talk to someone. Even my phone call drops

      We have using vodafone network. Month on month they charged heavily. We are not using internet but they charged regularly. For our monthly plan they give fake commitment. Really vodafone post paid service is fraud service. Fraud peoples are working in their network. They cheating the peoples. Already i raised complaint in trai still i am not getting any response. Pls check and reverse the unused charges. Alternate number pls contact. [protected]

        All of a sudden the message displayed as signal not available

        Since it was not due to rains too and as it was for a long time, i called customer service on 27th evening and logged a complaint. They asked me to wait for 24 hours. When i keep following up i was told that my complaint was closed as the engineer could not contact me which is a lie as i did not receive any calls.
        Post that they logged another complaint and asked me to wait for another 24 hours

        When asked to speak to supervisor they did a blank transfer

        I must say that videocon d2h provides pathetic service
        The customer service itself is poor and unprofessional

          Today i lodged a complaint for the charges levied on me unnecessarily for not using tata sky services. I raised a complaint and i got a call from their pune call center for the same.

          Instead o[censored]nderstanding my issue, they just called me up to inform me that they can't credit for 10 days i am not able to use the cable tv.

          Initially, i called up and finally the technician visited my place to resolve the issue on 19th. But instead of resolving it, he charged extra which i denied and he closed the complaint.

          Now again i waited for some time and lodged a complaint on 27th sept, 19, which got addressed. Technician visited on 27th and resolved my complaint without asking any extra money.

          My only request is to give me credit for these days as the earlier executive was asking for extra money which i denied and later on another technician came and he resolved my issue. Because o[censored]nethical team of tata sky, why should i suffer and be charged for the service i was not able to use for 9 long day.

          Please help resolving this.

            Hi sir i am using act digital tv from long time. I am not receiving 99%tv telugu news channel from long time in act digital network which is a free channel. When asked act digital they are asking to pay 20 rs which is a free channel. Kindly look into the issue. They are denying to provide the channel as majority of the people asked to restore also act digital management is not ready to provide.

              My name is manoj, and i am using d2h a/c[protected].
              So i want tell you that very bad employees of your customer care. I want to tell every one dont use d2h. All the members and even seniors of customer care have no manners to talk with customers.. They dont help to customers.
              My concern also this that i had recharge my d2h connection 300 rs but there is not valid for 30 days, so i need change my pack in short amount but nobody listened to me..

                I have taken dish connection from e-infrastructure & entertainment (India) private limited (Also known as e-digital) one month back. I have paid rs. 2, 300/- towards set up box and connection charges. Since day one, tv connection is very poor and very bad audio. I have called many times local operator of e-digital and they never responded. Since there is no response, i have informed operator to take back connection and return my money. There is no response till date from operator. I even called e-digital customer care many times, till now there is no response. Please help.

                  My name is pavan jain & i have been using this number under network of vodafone since 2015. (Last 4 & half years).

                  I have applied for number portability due to poor network issue with your network on 15 sep 2019.

                  It is strange to put here that during porting process of my vodafone no ([protected]) into jio it was informed to me that my number has multiple users (09 numbers o[censored]sers). Hence porting was denied by jio.

                  It is requested to provide all others connection with my sim & disconnect immediately all the nos issued on my aadhar id[protected] except number bearing by me i. E.[protected] and [protected].

                  Line of confirmation & action may please be intimated urgently.

                    I am using airtel... I normally take up 499pack valid for 82days... I have taken a pack where i can use 3gb a day... 26.09.19i at 11 45pm i was updating my apps bcoz i had balance data to be used by 11 59i completed all updates and switched off the data... I don't have any apps running at background... I waited for 2mibs and switched on the data.. That was sharp 12:01am (27.09.19)... I just wanted to check my data balance it shows i have consumed 570mb... Totally ridiculous i just on the data... This is not the first time it happens quite often but today i am totally done... Pls take necessary action...

                      I am kalpesh malkar from thane. I am videocon d2h user from last 6 years. But in last few days i faced network issue in my antenna that's why i unable to watch tv. I registered complaints 3-4 times but videocon's engineer didn't have any solution of my problem even he doesn't have any idea to reach my antenna. Every time he says there is no route to reach network antenna. Kindly look into this matter and solve as early as possible. I attached my user id for your reference.

                        We are regular customer and paying monthly payment. But company setup box is not working properly. We had camplain several time. Some timetatasky had sent us technical staff and charge us for camplain. But problem is persisting till date.

                          Sir i had taken mobile no [protected] with vodafone company from last 2-3 years ago at app 300 rs per year plan i am not using this number for more than six months ago i have requested them to close the above no several times on 14.6. Company called me i again requested them to close this, on 31.8.19 i got massage to deposit 336.72 rs & on 10.9.19 i got message to deposit 690 rs i visited their showroom they said they don't have any information and give [protected] their company number i called their on 13.9.19 for more details i talked to mr abhishek he told me company has changed my plain to 299rs monthly i asked him how company can change this without taking my consent i am not using their number since long time i said india is democratic country you can 't force me to opt this after long conversation for above than 30 min he said he will waive 350 rs app and rest of amount i will have to pay i asked him i want full waiver he told me to talk with another senior i request him immediately close connection complaint i'd c003-[protected] i called another senior but he didn't pick my phone again on 16-9-19 i called at their helpline number but all in vein no senior has talked with me on 17-9-19 i have call from [protected] i again requested her to close the above number and refund my security amount with them they are not listing my voice the vodafone company is cheating with me and also with so many other people also

                            I have a dishtv connection and my connection number is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected] and complaint number[protected]. On 28 july 2019, a dishtv representative called me and forced me to subscribe to a channel and said that it is free for 1. Month.. Then, i agreed to subscribe to that channel, but after subscribing to that channel, the amount is deducted from my disturb account. Then i file a complaint, but till date the entire amount has not been refunded, i call them more than 10 times and i follow my complaint regularly, but each time they tell me that complaint is in process

                              Dear authority,
                              I have received a horrifying email on 22 sep, 2019, 4:04 pm from jio care stating that my jio number has been disconnected permanently and also mentioned that once the number is disconnected it cannot be reactivated (Screenshot attached).

                              But the fact of the matter is that and neither i given any request for disconnection nor i am willing to disconnect, whereas i have recharged rs. 251 on same day.in such scenario, how can jio disconnect my number without any prior intimation or having any valid reason? I called several times to jio customer care to all these number (1991,[protected],[protected] and 198) but haven't allowed to speak with customer care executive. Neither my calls getting connected nor they are giving any call back. I have not received yet any clarification/call back regarding why an email sent to me with confirmation that my jio mobile number has been disconnected permanently from jio care?

                              Henceforth, seeking your kind intervention and please reactivate my number asap. Please let me know, what was the reason for disconnecting my number permanently and what was jio’s intention of sending such kind of dishonest email?

                                Sir i am custmer of siti cabel. I did a recharge statr movies channel online and payment did. But siti cabel not provide me star movies service. Its over 4 days to complaint did. But siti cabel is not support and not answering to my mail and complaint issue. Plz take suitable action for this complaint. My vc no is [protected] in siri cable and issue is make thr payment and not activate the channel of star movie.

                                In hyderabad since 2years Abn Andhrajyothy tv channel is not coming.
                                cable tv operators are not responding.Please take action against the cable operators those who are not telecast free channels.

Suriya cable not given any receipt of payment to all customers. I have complaint to the customer care of fastway but thay are not take any action on behalf of suriya cable

                                      At the time of instalation of secondary connection customer care of videcon d2h clearly inform me that the secondary connection is one month totally free of cost, installation date :[protected] but now on 21st september there is a message coming on the tv screen is that your connection will be switched off from date[protected] i. E only 26 days. When i inform regarding these problems to customer care they r deny and not solving my issues and cutoff the call
