Hi My Number is [protected], i am using Services of Vi. My Posta paid bill is of 471 per month including of Taxes.
My billing cycle is 10th of every month & i have paid all my bills till 10 Nov'21 which i have paid on 29th Nov'21 as per my due date.
I have received my next bill of 471 on 11 Dec'21 as per schedule which i am supposed to pay by 26th Dec'21. Meanwhile i have again received a bill of 471 on 20 Dec'21 for period of 11th Dec'21 - 20th Dec'21.

Now i am calling to their customer care and they are giving excuses like:
1. Your one cycle was missed by us so we are clearing that
2.Your billing cycle is changed due to that you have to pay this bill.
3. We are now generating bills for 45 days as you are corporate client.
4. You have missed your bill in 2016 & now we are charging that amount.

I have checked all my bill of last 6 months, none of the cycle is missed & all bills are paid so there is no chance of mismatch.

Kindly help against this.

    Hi,

    I am complaining with regard to the TRAI notifications to give port out sms unblocked regardless of recharge plan has been blocked by airtel and is harrassment to recharge high cost plans.

    Hope this will be looked into to help general public

      I had ported my mobile number [protected] from Airtel operator to Jio operator via MNP scheme. As per the directions of Jio I cleared the pending payment of airtel already. But for past 3 weeks Jio is calling and threatening that my service will be stopped. And they have suspended my serviceI have given proof of payment, Airtel website showing no pending payment etc. Still it is not resolved and is giving lot of stress.

        I have been using Airtel phone no. [protected] for a long time. Last friday i.e. 17. 12. 2021, I came to know that Vodafone Idea has issued the same phone number to another person.

        I am facing a lot of hardship due to loss of continuous flow of information at a critical moment in my business. All my business and bank accounts are tied up to this phone number. I am unable to do my day to day operations properly since some calls are diverted to the other subscriber.

        I would like you to take this utmost seriously.

        I have filed complaint with my Service provider Airtel on 17.12.2021 at 15:44Hours with no.[protected]. I have sent an email to Airtel Nodal officer on 18.12.2021, to no avail. I have received an email from Airtel NODAL Officer on 21.12.2021 that they require 24-48 Hours to look into the matter.

        I have also emailed CC copy of my complaint to [protected]@trai.gov.in .

        I am enclosing my Airtel bill copy, Vodafone Idea subscriber details.

        Please restore my services and punish the person responsible for issuing same phone number to two subscribers from different service providers.

          VI is not allowing to register complaints regarding any recharge, balance deduction, network, misinformation by customer care executive complaints and is denying and rejecting PORT messages for MNP even after multiple attempts. The mobile number is working and has sufficient recharge validity and main balance as well.

                    Hi
                    As part of Airtel Black Plan, the company is promising customer to install free DTH connection and asking them to port from existing service providers.
                    Based on this commitment, I had ported 2 numbers from Airtel and post porting completion airtel did not install the DTH connection since there was no network connectivity.

                    Further the DTH installation arrives after 24 hours due to which the customer is not able to cancel the port as per TRAI norms, thus airtel is trying to sell something which it cant offer. Airtel is wrong selling its product

                    On highlighting the issue to the airtel, the Customer service executive are trained to not take any complaint. Also, as customer I was not independently able to raise a complaint since their site does not allow the customer to raise complain.

                    After visiting the store, I had to request executive multiple times to raise one complain (Request[protected] which they closed at the backend without taking a feedback from the customer. This is unethical practise wherein customer is not even allowed to raise a complain

                          My complain is regarding slow network coverage in my locality by Jio. I tried to reach them through there Jio app and try to talk to there executive but they never receive any call or respond to any massage.
                          It's been almost 3months I have been facing the problem and trying to reach them but I think they deliberately not responding.

                              My JIO Connection bearing number [protected] raised request for relocation on 29/10/2021.
                              I have been following with the team ever since and they were not supportive nor helping.
                              It has been appraised to us only new connection request can be accepted for the requested location.
                              After hearing this I told them to cancel and refund for which also they were not fulfilling.
                              JIO is treating customers like slave dogs.
                              I urge TRAI to rescue from these ruthless companies
                              I want your good office to take necessary actions since 29/10/2021 my kids were not able to attend their classes.
                              I need compensation for this

                                Airtel broad band connection LlL no.[protected] by Kala V ( Mob no [protected]). Rental charges paid ₹3533.84 for 6 months from 02/08/2021 to 02/02/2022.. Residence shifted to a different apartment, but Airtel broadband service not available .broad band line disconnected from 20/08/21, but charges paid for future rent not returned. Unable to contact customer care, since LL disconnected. Email to [protected]@in.airtel.com not responded. Refund status of renta charged paid in advance not known.I am helpless and have no clue how to get the refund

                                    Sir I recharged my DISHTV account using my registered mobile number [protected] by amount 211/-on date[protected]. But this amount is received to my VC no. [protected]. But this VC no has been changed by DISHTV technician due to my set top box was defected.
                                    My Current VC no. is [protected] and old VC number ([protected]) is not in use and deposited to DISH TV service team.
                                    So request is my recharge amount transfer from old VC no. [protected] to new VC no. [protected].
                                    I call many time to DISH TV customer support but they saying that they can’t do anything and saying to visit DISH TV website self-support and raise the complaint. But when I raise complaint on website they not accepting my request.

                                      This email is regards to complaint against Jio company in which since last one month where I faced too much issues in mobile network connectivity due to which I am facing low singles and some time no service issues while using in my locality/area.I already raised complaints regarding non functionality of jio mobile network which impacted huge maas of people.

                                      Due To which I feel cheated and harasment becouse I have recharged my mobile for 84 days out of which Jio did not able to provides service for almost last thirty days and I have paid for that time period as well.

                                      So request you pls intervene into this matter and do the needful by providing resolution.
