I am facing net speed issue, in out area net is very slow 4 to 5 times i call to customer care and said about net slow every time i am getting unsatisfied solutions...so if it will be not correct in 2 to 3 days i just the network to airtel bczz airtel network is good also net speed is high...

Jio was once the best but now we can hardly use in my area pincode 734301
It is the worst now...i have been try to call customer care many times but luckily after 5-6 tries i got connected but the person i talked to as soon as he heard my netwrk was not good and i asked why is it so ? And till when it will last?? he pretended to not hear as long as i know he was hearing me this happened twice...i am highly disappointed with jio and the customer care as we all know we are doing online classes now i can hardly be able to attend the classes..jio please look after it or i might have to switch to other network

No network and internet cover my area

I am Pritam residing at Solapur, Maharashtra. I have a row house here in Sainik society and I have noticed that JioFiber has installed multiple connection units, distribution box and cables on the wall of my terrace and building .

This has been done without my notice and permission. I have raised a complaint with Jio fiber month ago but I have not yet recieved resolution. I have attached photos for reference

Sir maine d2h ke connection ke kiye online booking ki thi or online payment bhi kiya the, mera connection cancle hone pr mera amount ka refund nhi kiya ja rha hai. Customer care wale bol rhe hai ki hum apki koi sahayta nhi kr skte .

मैं वीडियोकॉन d2h ka ग्राहक हूं ग्राहक संख्या [protected] है। मैंने अपना सामान्य सेट टॉप बॉक्स को हाई डेफिनिशन HD में बदलवाने का अनुरोध किया था जिसपर एरिया सर्विस प्रोवाइडर द्वारा 749 रुपए की जगह 1199+200 रुपए का चार्ज लिया जा रहा था जिसकी शिकायत हमने 10 अगस्त 2021 को किया था शिकायत नंबर98441572 था जो 25 अगस्त को बंद कर दिया गया। लेकिन मेरी शिकायत पर क्या कारवाई की गई ये हमें नही बताया गया जबकि कंपनी के नियमानुसार शिकायतकर्ता को उसकी शिकायत पर कंपनी द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई के विषय में बताना था।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की उक्त शिकायत पर की गई कार्रवाई के विषय में जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाने का कष्ट करें। धन्यवाद

Hello, I am a jio customer from Khonsa, Arunachal Pradesh (pin 792130). Being a BTech student ( in Kerala, but due to covid staying in home), network is money for me.

I use to pay Rs 555 every 84 days to jio where they promise 4G speed, but forget about the speed, even the network is not present during day time, and it has become a daily routine from about 3-4 weeks and even if network's there the speed is less than 50 KB/s (kilo BYTES) (according to google speed test) which is in no way standard to 4G. Then why am I paying the amount for? Out of those 84 days I am hardly able to access the 50% of it. This is really serious as my online classes often gets missed, my project/internships are getting hampered. Hence it's my urgent request to look upon and rectify the situation. I highly encourage recieving a confirmation message from your side once you are into the problem. If I don't recieve then I will have to go further up.

This is to inform you that undersigned had taken a Dish TV connection with RMN [protected] (Name Kapil Birdi). On 18.08.2021 at 6.48pm while commuting from Noida to Delhi, Dish Tv removed my all channels even after receiving a big amount for monthly recharges without my consent. Furthermore, they hadn't provided me any resolution till 21.08.2021 and in my account still none of deleted channels which i subscribed too had been added back. I read similar complaints had been forwarded by other customers too against Dish Tv and i believe they had ulterior motive to cheat customers in order to achieve financial gains. Even their Nodal Officers doesn't respond to either calls or emails forwarded. It seems none cares about customers. Hence, it's requested to impose financial implications over Dish Tv and restore the faith of customers in TRAI.

Sir my dish TV set top box worked 15/08/21 onwards at good condition. And that is my switch off date. And that I have recharged my dish TV account 17/08/21 10.30 to 11.30 am

And my dish TV mobile app shows my account Balance 104 rs account active condition .

But my set top box shows 102 error no account balance. And than I call customer service representative. We tell u r account refresh problem solving. But my problem continues. 2nd time I call we tell same and my problem continues same . And than I call 3 time we tell u r set top box problem we arrenge technician that service charge is 450rs

But my set top box shows 102 error no account balance ...
Today my account Balance is 96 rs only I am not visible any any channel in 1mints
But balance only debited what is the rules in dish TV . Today 18/08/21 still now my problem continues. What can i do sir ...

Facing this issue for the last 12 months (Sep 2020 to Aug 2021) from 11th to 14th of every month.
Paying 1179 per month for postpaid plus plan. Jio is not meeting its own terms and conditions of services under this plan.

This is not a slow speed issue at all... it is a data transfer issue.
Issue not resolved by Jio. Why should I pay 1179 per month to Jio for Jio not providing its services?

[protected] airtel, but I can't send sms, customer care telling me I can't make an sms without unlimited pack it's very disgusting rules, and when I ask him to how I can port my mobile number, she told me, I have to recharge with minimum 129 rs. Unlimited pack, it's very disgusting for I make a single sms, I have to pay them Rs. 129

Dear sir,
I have airtel postpaid 4G sim since last 2 month.
I have data plan with 4G network but i dont get the 4 G internet even charging for 4g.
On every night 1.00 a.m. to 7 a.m. receiveing 2g net inplace of 4g data plan. I have also filed complaint in airtel thanks app on 18th July 2021 but its stil unresolved. Even dont received any call from service department.
If you are not able to provide 4g network to your customers than why are you selling 4g. I advised you to Provide 2g network to your customers because you dont know what is the meaning of 4g network and its services.
I have also mailed about this to nodal office of airtel but till date no resolution.

I met JIO Shadnagar JPM Mallesh saying that this sim was missed. But when I requested for a SIM replacement, he spoke vulgarly when the SIM was not given. He said very rudely that you should tell anyone. So please help me and give me the sim.
