Hi Travel Triangle Management,

Our trip's Booking ID is 9251866.

Right from day 1 we suffered a lot on this trip.
Day 1: Driver arrived late to pick us up and dropped us in the hotel (The Golden Sand, Calangute) at around 7 am. Receptionist in the hotel said that yatrify agent did not inform us about your checkin and has made no arrangements of your checkin. Yatrify did not ask us or informed us about "Early Checkin" while planning the trip. We were waiting after a 10 hours journey in the lobby of the hotel continuously talking to Abdul from Yatrify to get a room. Yatrify asked us to go out and roam around for 5-6 hrs until some guest leaves the room and it is vacated. We were struggling to get a room hence we went out and had breakfast, yet, after coming back, the room wasn't ready. So we went again and returned by 10:20 am, still talking to agent, at 11 am we got the room.

Sightseeing got delayed as we started 2 hours late. We had to leave forts and continue the rest of the day.

Day 3: We had asked to book a bus which leaves from Goa at 8pm/11:30 pm on 29th, May. Abdul from yatrify booked the bus for 5pm without our consent. When we asked him about rescheduling he asked us to bear cancellation charges of Rs. 1400. We repeatedly told him that we cannot pay for your fault, he said he cant help us any more. While visiting Spice plantation we were continuously talking to Yatrify to get our tickets rescheduled, get some confirmation but Yatrify refused to accept their mistake and provide us the tickets at 8pm.

Our trip advisor from Travel triangle was Ashwini Sharma. She said she will talk to agent and give us some resolution. She didn not call us and stopped attending our calls from Saturday evening. We were repeatedly calling Ashwini but she refused to pick the call and left us all alone with the agent in Goa. We got no cooperation from Ashwini as our advisor.

Ridiculous trip advisor, planning and agent.

We need some compensation in return due to this ridiculous service from Yatrify and Travel Triangle.

    My money of Rs 196700 has been blocked by Travel Triangle and Red letter holidays for more than 2 years. I have mailed and called almost infinite times regarding the refund.
    Whenever I mail, Travel triangle representative refers to Red letter holidays and red letter representative does not reply.
    They have stopped replying to mails and calls.
    Moreover Air lines have confirmed that they have refunded the whole amount then why you people are not refunding me back my money.

      The travel dates fell under covid lockdown period and hence airlines had refunded 100% flight charges.
      Even though Flight has refunded the complete amount to the agent, travel-triangle agent has not refund yet not refunded the amount even after 2 years. I have sent numerous mails asking for same. Even tried to contact the travel triangle founder/ceo/managment on linkedIn and through mails, but no response.

        Hi,

        I had booked a trip via Travel Triangle to Kashmir. The trip was to start from 27th May.

        On the 1st of May, due to some personal issue, I had to cancel the trip. I have been sending requests & reminders to Travel Triangle about this. The trip has even been cancelled by the vendor in Srinagar, Zipgo. However I am yet to receive any sort of confirmation from Travel Triangle. In fact, I am getting reminders to make the payment for the remaining amount.

        I havent received any help from Travel Triangle during my email conversation with Zipgo. They were rude to me. I have marked Travel Triangle in all those emails. Till date not a single person from Travel Triangle has deemed it fit to call me about this.

        I have been a regular customer of Travel Triangle. However this experience has left me very bitter now. I dont want to use Travel Triangle anymore.

          I have booked a couple honeymoon Greece trip with booking id 6372013 by the name of saroo ( only land package excluding flights) which costs of rs 1.37 lakh ( which was paid online fully) through travel triangle in 2019 and my trip was to be completed in April 2020 but due to covid it was not completed and since then neither they are refunding my amount nor they are communicating with us in this regard. I have tried many times to communicate with them but either they don't pick the call or they disconnect instantly. I have communicated on mails also but here they also miscommunicate and miscalculate the refund amount which still under process from last 2 years. Now I want to register my complaint as fraud done by travel traingle. Kindly take some action and help me to refund my amount as soon as possible. Kindly also update me on my mail for further communication.

            I have made booking during sep 20 and due state banned for entry due to pandemic . Due to that I have cancelled my trip and HIM ss travels given me credit note of nRs.8500/- out of 10 k amount. Later, I have asked for another trip during feb 22 and HIMSS travels never responded and nor attend my booking.

            Now I request pl arrange settle my credit amount.

            Otherwise I will file consumer court .

              I m neha i had booked a trip on 26 feb 2020 which is cancelled due to covid . I had paid my amount of trip which you can check through my booking id[protected] . Now I claim for the refund but the customer service didn't work or any response about the complain.

                Dear team,
                Recently i had a trip for kashmir with travel agency named " Violet Travels".

                There were many issues with hotels and cab bookings. I have many times tried to call the agency, but no satisfactory answer from them. I also called Travel triangle partner " chandni". She has not taken my calls. Me and ny family was very much suffered due to hotels and bookings.

                Day 1 : We asked for Tempo traveller, but they provide other vehicles.. as we talked and asked for tempo traveller, the provided on second day after too muc talk. ( our first day was spoiler due to this. )

                Day 3-4: At pahelgam, Hotel manager not provided as per our booked rooms. They provided 2 servent rooms as the allocated our rooms to others. We complained to Violet travels, but they were not ready to help.Me and my family had waited for 2 hours at night time for rooms . Very worst replies from Hotel and travel agency.
                So another two days went bad .

                Day 6 : Shrinagar House boat. We have booked House boat in Dal lake, but they have changed House boat and location without any intimation to us. So we were not having a stay till night 10:30 PM as we dont know where to stay.

                This kind of service we didn't expect from travel triangle.

                Our trip and family was very disturbed due to auch kind of poor services.

                I need full compensation against this..

                Hope to receive a call from travel triangle for resolution.

                  We booked a trip and gave them 3.8 Lacs
                  20, 000 rupees are still pending from them and 77, 000 rupees from one of their verified agents.

                    I booked my trip for Mauritius in Feb 2020 and travel date was 10 May 2020. Due to Covid-19 trip got cancelled and Now No one from Travel Triangle is responding over email/Phone and My Travel agent is saying for 34K deduction and He already deducted 11K for Hotel Booking and Trip Booking fees.

                          We were not given the hotels as promised in our invoice.
                          We have raised our request for refund 3-4 days back and there is no reply from their end.
                          A simple refund issue without any reply to our emails.
                          This is highly disappointing.

                            I have booked a package to Kashmir for me and my wife from Travel triangle. My booking ID is 885 2621. The agent confirmed all the hotel bookings through vouchers but when I contacted the hotel is directly they refused to to hold any bookings in the name of the agent or Travel triangle or in my name. When I when I enquired about this from the travel agent they were surprised and said that if I would not have informed them then they would not have come to know this before I would have arrived in Srinagar.
                            It is very sad that just before five days from my trip I am facing these difficulties even after making an advance payment and making advance booking from Travel triangle.
                            Moreover when I tried contacting my Travel triangle service partner she was not picking my phone and her number is switched off when I call Travel triangle customer care no one is picking the phone and I am not able to talk to the executive and yesterday when I dropped a mail one executive called back and he gave me his number to call whenever there is an issue but now he’s also not picking up my phone. I seriously do not know whom to contact or where should I filed a complaint.
                            I really urge to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and resolve my hotel bookings at the earliest, I have my package is starting from 15th April to 19th April.

                              We have paid half of the amount 24, 900/- to Travel triangle for Kerala trip in May 2020, But due to Covid we are unable to travel. Travel triangle team were not refunding our money and charging 15, 300 extra for rescheduling the plan. Please refund our money. This is not fair.
                              We are not happy with Travel traingle and All India Holiday package team.

                                I have booked a trip to kerala ( 4D/3N ) on 10th of june. but unfortunately due to covid-19 issue our trip got cancelled.
                                Still now i haven't got my refund, i tried contacting the customer care through mail, but no response from them.
                                i have paid rs.3600 as advance.
                                please take necessary action to get my refund.

                                  This is regarding Trip ID: 7211347 which we had planned initially for MAR 2020 but due to COVID lockdown we were provided the option to reschedule it later on till MAR 2022.

                                  Now when we were planning to complete this trip and inquired about same, Travel Triangle replied back with below message:
                                  "This agent has been blacklisted and handovered to the legal team. So we are not able to provide any solution or alternate against the bookings of this agent."

                                  This is clear case of : Denial of Service. We dropped multiple emails to know more when can we get our money back. In reply we were told that Agent is blacklisted, Legal team is looking into the issue, if you want you can take legal action against Agent.

                                  If I've to take action against Agent then what Travel Triangle is doing as a middleware between Agents and Customers?

                                  Below is the breakup of the Sum paid by me to Travel Triangle :

                                  Total Amount Paid - Rs 15, 600/-
                                  Amount with TT - Rs 8, 091/-
                                  Amount with Agent - Rs 7, 509/-

                                  I request officials to kindly look into the issue and help me with refund of money which I paid during the time of booking : Rs 15, 600/-.

                                    They didn't provide the services as per the discussion made before finalizing the trip.
                                    Even in the Middle of the trip they harass the customer by giving threat of holding their tickets or check outs.
                                    They are very rude And their services are worst.

                                    Even the agent who is following up with me she was soo rude And clueless only she wants the money.
                                    Firstly she provided me the wrong quote with wrong dates.
                                    I trusted on her And make 30% advance payment but then she gave me the wrong travelling dates.
                                    After saying about the dates she denied the all conversation And then the trip was also ruined by there services And coordination.

                                      Driver was misguiding. Refused to drive to a location mentioned in the itinerary. And took 500/- rupees from us saying he will return next day. But didn't return.
                                      Duped us.

                                        Hi AGA Holidays/ Travel Triangle,

                                        This is in regard to the trip cancellation. I have asked for the initiation of booking on 21st Febrauary and paid booking amount of 10, 900. On 22nd feb i requested for cancellation as i would not be able to go on trip due to some reasons. May i highlight i have not received holiday voucher till now as well.
                                        As per travel triangle policy[protected]rs to be deducted as a cancellation fee, but you have forfeited entire amount as cancellation. Now company say its mentioned in invoice, should i not be informed of it before invoice is generated? I was not aware of this and no one has even communicated this to me.
                                        Charging an entire booking amount for cancellation that too cancellation made within 24hours is absurd and not acceptable.
