Hi AGA Holidays/ Travel Triangle,

This is in regard to the trip cancellation. I have asked for the initiation of booking on 21st Febrauary and paid booking amount of 10, 900. On 22nd feb i requested for cancellation as i would not be able to go on trip due to some reasons. May i highlight i have not received holiday voucher till now as well.
As per travel triangle policy[protected]rs to be deducted as a cancellation fee, but you have forfeited entire amount as cancellation. Now company say its mentioned in invoice, should i not be informed of it before invoice is generated? I was not aware of this and no one has even communicated this to me.
Charging an entire booking amount for cancellation that too cancellation made within 24hours is absurd and not acceptable.

    We had booked a Euro Trip (Booking ID[protected] with travel triangle for four of our family members paying an advance of 3, 83, 500 from May 15th to 30th 2020. However due to Covid 19 the flights were not operational and the trip did not happen.

    Travel Triangle/Hub holiday are claiming a cancellation charge of nearly 3, 30, 000 and offering a refund of only ~50, 000. This cancellation fee is not valid as the trip itself was cancelled and it was not us who had cancelled the trip. We have proof from airline confirming they have refunded the entire amount to Hub Holidays.

    Kindly look at this at the earliest and have it resolved.

      I have booked a holiday package to the Maldives via travel triangle and its vendor(Kesia holidays) on December 25th of 2019, by paying 10000 for April 11th, 2020 on booking id as 6734394. Later paid two installments, on Jan 5th, 2020 - 62, 075 and march 1st 2020 - 62, 075. Later on due to Covid restrictions my trip got postponed by travel triangle and its vendor to Oct 26th, 2020 with 2000 as rescheduling charge. Due to lockdown all over the country, the flights were not available so that trip got postponed to Feb 17th, 2021 by travel triangle and its vendor.

      But vendor asked to pay more than the quoted money for the Feb 17th, 2021 trip. Due to the high budget, we asked the vendor to cancel the trip and repay the money back with an acceptable 25% as a cancellation charge. later on, even after sending multiple follow-up mail and phone calls they finally assured me that amount paid by me will be refunded back with 3 installments. Even after multiple follow-ups, they paid back the first installment on Oct 12th, 2021. Again for the second installment, I have dropped hundreds of emails requesting the refund but the response was in an impolite manner even when I call them via phone they were saying that second installment will be credited in some days. Post that they stopped responding to emails and phone calls by both travel triangle and its vendor.

      I request the respected concerned department officials to look into this issue and help to get our refund back. I am fighting on this for the past 1.5 years but couldn't get any resolution. please help us to get our money back.

      I have all the details of the payment invoice, a credit note issued by travel triangle, and its vendor in email. they will always say that they are going to call us back but will never do that and keep that phone in a busy state even after seeing our messages and missed calls. I really want to fight against this company for playing with our hard-earned money.

          Hi

          we booked our trip via Travel Triangle for Goa - 4 Rooms for 3 Night, 30 Dec 2021 Check-In and 2 Jan 2022 checkout.

          We paid 100% payment 10 days before. Details attached.

          Still, when we reach Hotel at 12 am, we did not get rooms and we got the message that rooms are not booked.

          After giving threatening to FIR launch, we got rooms at evening 6.00 PM. Our entire day got wasted. With us, 4 females and 4 kids are also present. after travelling from Mumbai to Goa entire night, we need to wait for entire day for Room

          Need to do 50 calls to the agent and Ashwini Sharma (Travel Triangle).

          Worst experience of life. Travel Triangle should pay for this trip after giving such the worst experience.

            Hi,
            I had dropped an email to customer care on 1st Jan regarding hotel issues while I was on trip.

            Rewritting the issue now-

            I had booked a trip via Tripsailer to Rajasthan.
            The very first day we landed, we traveled to Hotel Shree Vilas, Tripsailer provided was third class hotel -
            1. Although Preety Agarwal from Tripsailer knew that our flight will be landed midnight, still she did not inform Hotel and then at midnight hotel refused to check us in.
            We faced rude behavior from Hotel staff at midnight. We were shivering outside Hotel as no one took us in the Hotel.
            After lot of follow ups with Preety for an hour, hotel staff let us in.
            In the morning also, we were searching for staff to get the basic needs, tooth paste, breakfast, etc. After half an hour of search, we found a guy and asked for breakfast as there was no one at reception areas.

            2. Preety changed hotel in the evening, due to which we had to travel to and from from old hotel to New hotel just because she provided third class hotel. We lost 3 hours in travel because the hotel wasn't in city.

            After we spoke to Preety about 1 day charge refund, she and her senior both spoke very rudely to us while on trip.

            Please guide us.

              Dear, sir/madam
              I booked a honeymoon trip to Uttarakhand through travel triangle (Trip id: 8575850). I did the payment on time as discussed. But they are not releasing hotel booking vouchers as promised by them.
              They just send me a pdf of hotel details. There is no booking id, reference id or customer id on so called hotel vouchers.
              I also called hotel regarding my booking but they there is no booking on your name.
              My travel agent is (Travel Teach)
              Before trip book they were very response and kind. But now after so many attempt they pick up my call and replied that “we are busy and have some other work also, if you want then cancel your trip, but you will not get any refund”.
              They got 25%-40% money from me.

              I am also calling my trip advisor (assigned by travel triangle) since 3 days but he is not picking up my call.

              If am facing so much harassment before trip then how can I believe that they will help me out on trip. I will be on trip with my wife. If something happens wrong then what will I do?

              People booked trip through these platforms for tension free trip and smooth travel. But now it is a worst experience am facing before my trip.

              I have all the screenshots of WhatsApp chat on which they promised me everything.
              I also did mail to customers care but did not get any response.

              Kindly resolve the issue.

                We have a trip organised by travel triangel booking ID 8361914 our trip organiser assigned to us was Ambition destination Tour and Travel. Have booked a Chandigarh-Shimla-Kasuali Trip.

                First day in shimla we were booked in a extremely far place right in a middle of a jungle we are 3 girls and has to sit on road till they sort our Hotel issue. Ultimately we have to adjust and check in as we could not sit in Road in such a cold weather.

                Later they did not paid for the car in which they have booked there were two person in the cab asking for money it was so unsafe we were in a middle of nowhere and just 3 girls.

                The tour manager asked us to make the full payment or else he wont book any further cabs for us We had to make the full payment even before our trip end

                Later we were scheduled for kasuali our tour manager said there is an error at there end and they could not make any travel arrangements and that we should spend the whole day in hotel itself. We travelled all the way from Mumbai to Shimla paying 60k to sit in a hotel.

                When we complained to The tour manager gave us bad words misbehaved with us and said he is not going to assist us any further.

                We did not get any help from Travel Triangle too they just keep transferring calls.

                  Hi Team,

                  I was looking for Maldives trip on 10th march 2021 and was reviewing on Travel triangle page for the same. Received a call back from agent (Aman AGA Holidays - 91+[protected]) and I queried for some resort, he was checking and said its available and asked me to make the payment (10, 000)
                  FYI - He was very much particular about payment until I pay he didn't leave me, Even he was messaging me at later night (Around 11:30PM - 12:00 AM)
                  Once payment is confirmed just received an email from Travel triangle stating payment received but haven't received anything from resort side,
                  On Monday he asked me for passport details (which he didn't do at the time of payment) he was very particular about money. When he asked me passport details on Monday I shared with him within 10 mins, after sometime I received a message from him stating resort is not available.
                  So here my question is before receiving payment from customer you should check with resort if room is available or not then you should ask customer to pay for the same which he didn't do.
                  So again he shared me some other resort option which I wasn't satisfied then I decided to cancel my booking. No response from him on cancellation, he is trying to convince me to book another resort but i wasted cancellation so i sent an email to "Yashika Grover ", There was no reply for past three days now I received email stating below

                  Sorry for the late reply.

                  As per I checked with Mr Aman Ji, your confirmation amount has been received on 03rd December 2021, after that Mr Aman Ji has asked for the passport details so that booking can be confirmed but you haven't shared the passport.

                  On monday you have to share the passport. After that we processed for the booking but at that time the room was unavailable.

                  So from this point of view we are not liable to refund the amount because there is not our mistake for this as the room gets unavailable due to late revert.

                  We can only provide you the alternative for the same.

                  So now my question is, this is not my fault at the time of payment why don't you ask my passport details?
                  why are you specific about payment ?
                  After all, you should get fees from me only when resort is available
                  THIS IS TRAVEL TRIANGLE AGENCY FAULT NOT INFORMING ME EARLIER AND COLLECTED FEE FROM ME BEFORE GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM RESORT END

                    Travel agent are non-cooperative, rude, unable to provide solution to any query and misguiding us. They are not making payment to driver on time so driver may refuse any time to continue trip. If we call them after particular amount of time if they are not able to provide solution for query, they say we are busy and do not have time to resolve your query and disconnect the call. I am having worst experience in my current trip and next time I will not prefer travel triangle after current experience.

                        I had planned a trip to Uttarakhand in April 2020 which I had to postpone due to covid pandemic. I tried reaching out to Travel Triangle multiple times for refund but they never responded properly. Event the travel agent from whom I had taken the plan has been banned, so he is not responding either.

                        I am done with Travel Triangle now and need full refund of the amount paid for the booking.

                          Due to the travel agent negligence our visa has not arrived on time and we missed our flight and we faced lot of mental ebony and suffered a loss and still the company wants to deduct money from us. We paid an amount of 5, 12, 000/- and now we don't know the status of our money. Very bad we faced lot of problems at airport with small kids due to this cheating by the company

                            We got out trip planned to maldives in may 2020.But due to corona pandemic it got cancelled. It's been 1.5 years Since refund is not processes. We went to air India office where they stated that refund is done from their end. Even they gave us the copy of refund. But travel traingle is not processing it.

                              I have done the booking from Traveltriangle for Goa trip through the agent HappyTours and Travel. I have received the voucher also for Superior room but once I arrived in the Hotel i have been Given Delux room. The room State is also very bad with all Towels dirtly and with no Bedsheets also on the matrises . I am travelling with my wife and 2 kids but this kind of embarrassment i have not felt it any time.

                              With Traveltriangle this things are not expected. The name goes with the holiday but if this is the standard then in future i will not do any booking with traveltriangle.

                                  We were confirmed by our resort from Maldives that they have refunded our money for 2 night stay because of bad experience, now as we booked the holiday from travel triangle the money is stuck with travel triangle and they are not refunding it back to us and they are not responding to our mails and phone calls. Below are the list of people whom we were calling and mailing
                                  (Yashika Grover, Stuti Gupta, Vikas Tiwari, Asghar Ali, Akshit Dharnia).
                                  Raising this complaint to get my hard earned money back so hoping this compliant will really resolve my issue and keep my trust on the consumer forum complaints.

                                    I had booked a package for Kashmir with TripId:790840 for 10 nights and 9 days from date 15 May 2020 to 24 May 2020. I had made an advance payment of 28, 200/- Rs on 4th Feb out of total - 96000/- Rs and the rest was to be paid in the following dates are 15, 19, 20 May, 2020. But due to the Corona virus, we were asked to postponed trip to next year(2021), Still the siutations are not back to normal. Therefore, we decided to go for Trip Cancellation. Now from the past four months i have been chasing the TravelTriangle agents and still my money amounting to 28, 200/- Rs has not been refunded back. Now its been 2 years still not no response from AirnWings. I mailed both Travel triangle and AirNwings twice but still no response from them. My amount (55k) is stuck for more than 18months. Kindly help me out in getting my money back

                                        I have booked my package for goa with Aeroplane Hospitality. From 4to 5 i stayed at nanu beach resort and on 6 th i was provided bay boutique hotel at calangute which is very low class, very low budget in the package of 31500/ +600 convenience charges. I demanded the same level hotel similar to nanu beach but these guys are cheaters and they convinced me that this hotel is of a same class but actually they are liers.u can check it yourself the categories of both the hotels. When i complained they did not change my room and offered another hotel penninsula beach resort which was even cheaper than this one. I'm not at all comfortable here and writing you email in the midnight at almost 2.08am.this is purely worsening the image of travel triangle.plz do needful and provide me another hotel which is similar to the hotel i demanded for.the room here is so small that i can not change clothes even. You can understand how bad it is to mention this here. But this is really disgusting when you are cheating a customer. Plz do needful and Make My experience better. Still here for 2 more days. Immediate action is required. My booking id is 8331238.

I demanded the same level hotel similar to nanu beach but these guys are cheaters and they convinced me that this hotel is of a same class but actually they are liers.u can check it yourself the categories of both the hotels. When i complained they did not change my room and offered another hotel penninsula beach resort which was even cheaper than this one. I'm not at all comfortable here and writing you email in the midnight at almost 2.08am.this is purely worsening the image of travel triangle.plz do needful and provide me another hotel which is similar to the hotel i demanded for.the room here is so small that i can not change clothes even. You can understand how bad it is to mention this here. But this is really disgusting when you are cheating a customer. Plz do needful and Make My experience better. Still here for 1 more day. Immediate action is required. My booking id is 8331238.
