They provided a package of 3-4 star hotel and the place they provided was equivalent to a lodge and the hotel owner misbehaved, the itinerary includes breakfast, dinner, welcome drinks, candle light dinner. none of which was provided to us. we talked to travel agent but he was of no help to us.
the whole package includes 3-4 star stay in shiml, manali and dalhousie of which dalhousie was somewhat ok.

    Hi travel triangle team,

    This is with regards to the trip id 170314, coorg honey moon trip. Your agent and your vendor vfm holidays screwed the trip. I specifically charge this complaint against bhargavi (Vfm holidays) and akash (Travel triangle)

    I initially accept that i updated the trip tentative date as 18th july. When i received the quotes from different vendor, i checked with my relatives the confirmed dates july 1 and july 2. I updated it in all the vendors chat box in travel triangle as the travel triangle site did not allow me to change the date. This was on 11th or 12th july. The chat in which i updated the dates i missing in the chat box messages. Then bhargavi contacted me and i clearly told her the dates of the plan and also the reason for the plan to be on those dates

    I really swear that she did not mention about the non availability of the property quoted. But still i got the mail and the itenary for the dates i requested from travel triangle. I paid the initial amount 2065rs. After the payment the dates on the travel triangle automatically showed 1st july, after which bhargavi called and told me about the non availability of the property

    I reported this to akash, but that * accused me that i updated the dates wrongly and i paid the amount before the dates were updated. He did not give time for me to explain what happened or did not heed to my words. That was a very rude behavior from akash and i strongly advise travel traingle team not to have such a person a guide for the customers. The guide should atleast have the patience to hear what happened but this person does not have any

    Bhargavi now calling me and giving me a property at extra cost of 2000rs which is not acceptable and i could see the price of the property in clear trip.com which is the same as the palmera cottages that was given earlier, i currently see there is a price drop

    Finally you guys ruined the trip and spoil my confidence on your agency. I dont want the honey couple plan to be spoil because of your worst service. I have cox and kings providing me better property with better packages and atleast a good customer service

    Let me know whether is there anyone to get this trip cancelled and the money to be refunded or i will have my experience shared in all places of the social media and in the blogs as well

      Hello mr manager
      1. Plz refer my trip id 1577717 for mauritius trip agent "travel triangle". The itinerary forward to me by ms shafali bhagat of company on 23 may 17 and repetitive discussions taken place between self and mr harikirat singh (The main agent of travel triangle).
      2. I was on jus 3 days trip to mauritius from 09 jun 17 to 12 jun 17 for 4 d/3n.
      3. Point of contact in mauritius was ms leena of "island walk".
      4. The itinerary discussed and handed over to me were totally different.
      5. As location of hotel intercontinental was in north west of mauritius island, i requested for south tour and ile aux cerf tour to be planned in itinerary.
      6. Handed over itinerary was way different and as follows...09 jun 17 was arrival and leisure day. 10 jun, saturday was north tour, 11 jun (Sunday) was ile aux cerf and 12 jun was departure from hotel.
      6. After repetitive efforts to contact ms leena (Agent in mauritius), on 09 jun night 2030 hrs, i was told that on 10 jun, south trip can not be done as north trip is planned. I never wished to go for north tour. I informed the same to mr harikirat singh. So best available told to me and was to do ile aux cerf island tour. Mr harikirat said that he has written mail and will arrange for south tour on 11 jun. So i went ahead and did ile aux cerf island tour.
      7. For 11 jun, till night 2000 hrs of 10 jun, no information was available either with travel agent, or with hotel, for which lots of mail were exchanged and tie up continued. Mr harikirat singh is well aware of that. When contacted on 11 jun morning, 0700 hrs.. Ms leena said that she is not aware of any mail and no instructions are there from her travel planner. However, mr harikirat said that he has written mail and tie ups done. Well mr harikirat did not respond to either whatts app or any mail till 1100 hrs and ms leena also dint take any responsibility. Envisaging that day 2 (11 jun) going waste, i arranged a private vehicle at 1100 and could do somthing. Well it was well shocking to listen from mr harikirat singh therafter. I quote"hotel is in charge of sight seeing. They were informed yesterday about your preference still they could not provide. Which is not our fault". After receiving complete money and responsible for planning trip, he said "i have written mail and if its not provided than its not our fault". So in this situation when a customer paid full amount and has confidence that all will go fine... Now he is suddenly nowhere then what should a customer do?.
      8. As per schedule my day 2 has gone totally waste.

      9. Whole idea behind coming icm mauritius for 3 day was to gainfully utilize from trip.. Which did not happen. Agent s don't pickup phone and no response... As also felt by mr harikirat singh.. Indicate s poor laision and reputation as well.
      10. Whole time energy and money was spent for these 03 days. Where 02 days have gone completely waste due to poor laision, planning and no response to customer. Inspite of lots of calls, whats app msgs, and mails written, no positive response. U can understand the time effort money and energy gone wasted in this whole process.
      11. Well my complete trip was screwed up. With total morale down, cutting sorry figure in front of my parents and waste of time and energy, i am so disheartened with travel triangle team.
      I aspect due apologies from company, issue warning to agent and incorporate sop on the issue. Further a suitable compensation must be provided where 2/3 days have gone totally waste due to inappropriate laisioning and poor resposnse and ethical behivour of agent.

      I have written mail to customercare @traveltriangle.com and all concerned agents ( Mr Harikirat Singh, Ms Shafali, Mr Vaibhav Gupta and Mr Abhirup saha) on 11 Jun regarding poor laision and tie ups for trip. I am now back in India with a very dissatisfied experience with travel triangle team. on top of everything, the most disheartening thing is not finding any response from travel triangle side, even after 2 days of conveying a pragmatic and realistic horrible experience. kindly acknowledge .

        In addition to following concern, again today following up since morning & still no vechicle come and most importantly no positive response from the imhimalaya package provider and travel triangle tour manager.
        I am too much in metal pressure​ & torcher from travel triangle.
        After calling customer care, i could receive call from aman & after talking to him i am becoming more worried as he does not have sense of trouble i am feeling.
        Last half an hour i was continue searching that how can i suit complaint against travels triangle.
        I am very much sorry to shate that mr aman's response as my tour manager is completely irresponsible.
        I was trying to contact mr aman since last 5 days, but your mobile number sounding not valid at all.
        From siliguri itself the tour was managed badly.
        I am not at all happy with your customer care.
        My last trip to kerala inspired me to take again trip from travel triangle, but this one will be the last one & i fear that with your response it may require to break in between.
        Loss of my valuable time, wasted with mental torcher.
        I waited more than 1 1/2 hr at siliguri railway station & after following up i could able to get vehicle from siliguri, which again left in between and again vechicles changed for hotel. All this wasted time& we could reach hotel at gangtok by 1530hrs.
        Due to already delay & no guidelines from package provider we could not enjoy rope way evening time at gangtok. Also we were made bussy to provide documents & photos to suggested shop.in all way we were not happy on very first day. But next day punched us as we'were ready as per schedule at 0739am but after too much chesing we come to know that no passes for nathula & vechicle also small so we have to travel in two vechicles.in hotel & during travelling we come to know that nathula passes could be arranged easily if our package provider were really interested to get.

        Why i am writing all this to you...
        Still i have hope to improve quality of my family tour to keep future relationship...

        I’m first time traveller to Sikkim. I have booked my Tour with Cab in sikkim.com a travel agent arranges Cabs for Sightseeing to destinations like Baba Mandir and North Sikkim.
        I have booked for Lachen, Gurudongmar Lake, Lachung and Yumthang Valley online. I have choosen Luxury Vehicle such as Innova, Xylo or Scorpio. He has cheated me by sending me Honda Mobilio which is not suitable for the Hilly Terrain like Lachen and Gurudongmar Lake, I have objected while starting from Gangtok but helpless because he already came with Permits. The Driver brought us back from middle of the way without visiting Lake because of the Vehicle Low Ground clearance. When we returned the Travel agent charged me full payment for Luxury Vehicle, he forced me to pay without visiting the Gurudongmar Lake. I have been cheated by this fellow probably he is doing this to everyone.

          We have booked our trip of Leh with Travel Triangle, due to recent weather conditions all flights has cancelled andwe have to cancelled our trip as we have no other option to reach at Leh so we have to cancelled our trip while asking for refund they are denied. We have not taken single rupee benefit from booking and lost money..

          What ever was agreed was not delivered, besides that Shubham Singh from travel traingle is calling and saying that He'll stop responding. They are not willing to help in any case and being biased towards agent who did not deliver what he promised.

            I booked a trip and since last 2 months, i am trying to share my comments and testimonial. There customere care are not responding me neither he wants to post my feedback.

            I contacted everyone and registered an official compalin as well. They said they will not do this because they want to set 100% repo for their traveller from whom they are getting this comission.

            Its my review, i spent 82000 and they ruined my trip. I must have to notify this to other user. I cant see this traveller with 100% rating.

              I had booked a package for Singapore with Travel shop through travel triangle and they asked me to pay 5109/- which I paid but since then they are not picking up my calls and nor they are replying to my messages. When I asked them to cancel my booking they start talking to me badly, I am having documented records of calls and messages and call recordings with me against them. I want strict action against them so that next time they will not do such act with any other customer.

                Travel Traingle assigned a agency called Amazing Uttrakhand. This agency changed my itienary in the last moment after my arrival to Rishikesh. They failed to book my safari in jim corbertt, finally I had to pay 7000 for the safari. The agency had many hidden cost which they did not clarify during the confirmation of my tour which I paid 90000. The hotels I asked for were changed after my intiall token payment. I requested them to refund my 7000 which they denied and adjusted the amount in areas where I was not informed. Tried to contact Travel Traingle many times for assisting me in this matter which they did not respond Rohit and Jyoti of travel Traingle. TRAVEL TRAINGLE should verify the empanelled agency. The Amazing Uttrakhand is just amatuer agency who operates from a residence with an assistant who is unable to confirm on any concern from travellers. Sonali from Amazing Uttrakhand is nice person but very poor in understanding clients concerns. I just request I get my 7000 refund transfered in my account as soon as possible. I have been already over charged fir my trip, however I don't blame them for it, but demand my refund of 7000 which I paid from my pocket, as going to jim corbert without safari is not worth at all.

                  Hello,
                  My name is Sandeep Singh, this mail is in regards to my Kerala trip as is had made a payment of Request ID 1099213: Payment of ₹32, 800on Nov 8, 2016 and Payment of ₹12, 000 Booking ID: 1099213 on Dec 2, 2016.

                  My arrival date for Kerala was on 9th of Dec 2016.But, on 5th of Dec my wife fall sick because of Chicken Pox and same was conveyed by me to Mohd. Khalil and other executives too.

                  Since 05.12.2016 I am calling you regularly to either postpone by package or refund the amount. I had sent several emails to your executives but I had no response from them and when I call them they simple don't respond and make excuses.

                  That you have 100% refund policy and I believing on the same made the booking and the same was also assured by the sales executive that the same booking can be postponed or reversed later.

                  I was asked to attach the medical documents and the next moment i posted all the medical documents too.

                  I paid Rs.500 extra on the payment gateway and it was told to me if any problem occur in terms of service or any other issue then the money will be refunded from Travel Triangle's end.

                  My problem is genuine. Please look ahead as i want a refund of my money because same was told to me and i am posting the medical documents again.If needed i will visit the office with my wife as she is still suffering from viral because of Chicken pox.

                  My question for Travel Triangle is simple, i made a payment for air tickets and i made the payment for hotels too.
                  So when i am not able to use the package for a medical reason then how travel triangle can forfeit my money on the name of policy.
                  Because even though when i am not able to board the flight the seat was not empty for me i am sure the seat was accommodated to other person the rooms were not kept reserved for me in the hotel. So if the airline was earning rs 2000 from now they had earned 12000 from my money and new booking also same goes with the hotel also.

                  My reason is valid and i want my money back, you need any medical details i will give a physical visit and do all the needful.

                    I wanted to share my recent experience with TravelTriangle.com. I had booked a package for Kashmir with TripId:790840 for 6 nights and 7 days from date 21 july, 2016-27 july, 2016. I had made an advance payment of 10000/- Rs on 8th Jun out of total - 53000/- Rs and the rest was to be paid on the beginning of the trip on 21 july, 2016. But due to the curfew being imposed in Kashmir from the beginning of july the Traveltriangle agents advised us not to go for the trip as the situation was bad. So we cancelled our trip to kashmir. Now from the past two months i have been chasing the TravelTriangle agents and still my money amounting to 10000/- Rs has not been refunded back. I get lame excuses everytime i talk to the agents and no one has replied to my last email that when my amount will be refunded back. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment made for reference.

                    I got the refund amount of 9000/- with 1000/- deduction after a period of 6-8 months.
                    For me, it also happens to be the same case.I booked kerela tour package and cancelled midway due to personal reason, I requested traveltraingle to refund my amount, they said its not possible.I cancelled my tour package after 4 days of booking.
