I had booked a trip id 10393086, the travel agent is Travel on Ease.
The driver has contacted yesterday and today morning but didn't reported at time of journey.
I have called on agent on given no. of [protected] but Mr. Sahil not picked up phone, he cut the call and didn't called back.
It's 11:30 am, I am waiting for driver. Please refund my money and cancel the trip.

    Please find referenced booking ID: 10130609. I had to cancel my trip and flights due to an issue with my passport being stuck at US consulate. This not a regular situation since the consulate is supposed to take 5-10 business days to process the visa but it has been almost 18 days now and I didn’t have my passport yet. So I asked The agent to reschedule to December of 2023 instead. The agent came back with couple options station that either I can cancel on 23rd and try getting a refund or reschedule only before March. She left me 20 minutes try o make the decision. I was not in a state to plan a trip in March in 20 minutes. Hence asked for refund. Since then I have been talking and following up with the agent about the refund. It has been several days and I followed up every single day. This wasn't the case when I was booking the trip. The response I have been getting every single time is that the resort cancelled the trip and not responding properly. I called up the resort to try and explain my situation. They mentioned that since the trip was cancelled they have not taken any payment and I am supposed to talk to the agent only to get the refund. Upon talking to the agent they wouldn’t give me a proof of payment and no update from their whatsoever. I want to rebook too but they are not doing it.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I recently had while booking a holiday package through your portal. I was appointed a private travel agent (Next Trip Life), who quoted me a lumpsum amount of 67K for my flight bookings. I transferred the money to the agency firm (Next trip Life) as provided by the agent.

      Later, the agency partner agent informed me that the price he had quoted belonged to some other schedule of the same destination flights, and he had mistakenly quoted the price. I argued that I had agreed to do the booking only on the basis of the price he had quoted, and the extra price (15K around) was beyond my budget. Despite bargaining, I agreed to pay the money (11.5K around) as I had already transferred the previous money to the agent. He kept telling me that the price had again gone up by 1K, and he had to pay the diff money (3.5K around) from his own pocket and kept on asking the money from me.

      Later on, when I complained to Travel Triangle and informed the matter to them they said that they don’t have any info about the booking as the same was not done through their portal. The agent then forwarded an invoice of the booking (where the name and barcode of the booking portal was blurred seeming like a fake invoice), and the total amount shown was near about 79k, which was nearabout the money I had already paid. While trying to retrieve my booking on Air Asia I found the booking to me made by [protected]@gmail.com and not by makemytrip as evident from the Air Asia portal. He was also continuously telling a lie that he had to pay 3.5K around from his own pocket. At that time, I checked on Skyscanner, whereon the price for the same flight came to around 67K on Cleartrip, excluding convenience fees to be levied at payment gateway. I argued for the same, and he said that they don't use that site, thereby incurring a loss of (12K-11K) to me.

      Moreover, I did not receive any info from Travel Triangle that the said money needs to be transferred only to Travel Triangle Bank Account from the Travel Triangle trip guide. That Next Trip went over Travel Triangle to book the flight tickets and earn all the profits. Even after complaining the same on Travel Triangle, I did not receive any resolution. Only I was said over WhatsApp that if I had proceeded further, the amount would have been increased to the amount of what I had already paid only on their assumption. Moreover, the Travel Triangle Trip guide does not respond to calls and didn't call back ever after calling for three times and doesn't solve the issue and provide a suitable response.

      What if the money I had paid to them were forfeited by them!!!

      I hope you can understand the distress I have faced due to this unfortunate incident. I request you to take immediate action and provide a resolution to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

        I booked cab for 3 nights and 4 days in Karnataka through travel triangle, they demanded 15500 INR (amongst this, cash 500 was to be paid to the driver) and another travel triangle CC charge was 600, we agreed and booked the cab.
        But the agent conveyed to cab manager for 2 nights and 3 days and in spite of paying the total amount, we only got cab for 2 nights and 3 days.
        But on 3rd day agent asked for another 4000 INR for the last day, when we were on the way to Mysuru.
        Due to that almost 1 hour wasted and we missed to visit multiple sights.

        Hope to get proper resolution for such harassment made to the tourists by your agents when we were in a different state, that was really a bitter experience for us.

          We booked a trip to Maldives (Booking Id:7917047)
          From 11 may 2021 to 15 may 2021 gor which an amount of Rs 2, 12, 642 was paid to travel traingel on 20th and 23rd of april respectively. Due to my husband’s Covid positive report on 10 May 2021, we had to reschedule the trip but after that flights were banned to Maldives. We tried to communicate via phone, emails, customer care everything but no one is helping. We live in Canada right now and don’t want any trip. Just need our refund. I hope you can help.

            I had to cancel my travel plans due to medical emergency and had informed the team(All India Holiday) regarding the cancellation a day prior to my travel.To which they told that they would be refunding me around 12000 (I have the screenshots of their messages)within 2-3 days but now it has been more than a week and I did not get back my refund.I did not get a single email from them regarding my complaint.Don’t know how long do I need to wait for the refund

                Hello Team,

                I am Sumedha - we have booked a trip to Maldives from Travel Triangle on 1st Nov 2022 with booking ID : 9882812

                The First point of contact was Mr.Mohit (Aga Holidays - Ph: [protected]) who planned the package as per the requirement. The second point of contact from Travel triangle Ms. Simran Sharma.

                As promised in our package - we were offered for water sport activities like kayaking and banana boat ride. Please find the attached invoice for your reference.

                These activities were not provided to us by the resort as the agent has made a false promise.

                Inspite of calling the agent and Simran they are not responding and making false promises that they will get in touch with us and get it arranged

                Even after several follow ups with calls and messages they are not responding.

                Charges for the water sport activities
                Banana Boat rider: 35USD per head
                Kayaking double sharing : 55USD

                Look into this matter at the earliest and initiate the refund for those particular water sport activities

                EXPEDITE THE PROCESS OF REFUND !!!

                Still awaiting for the response, Its been a week and there is no update on what action is being taken. The travel triangle agent Ms. Simran Sharna - just try to abscond and escape & do not pick up calls.

                Just travel triangle loots money and once payment is over they are least bothered about the customers.

                Looking forward to get a speedy action on imitating the refund.

                Hello Consumer Team,

                Kindly look into the issue, these agents from Travel Triangle are worst and they don't know how to treat the customer.

                Especially Ms. Simran Sharma - Just abscond - never attend the calls, no response for messages and even the customer care team also irresponsible.

                Even after sending so many emails and calls they are not updating.

                @consumerforum kindly look into it and process the refund as they Travel Triangle has cheated and looted money from Customers and now they are not processing the refund.

                  I am Bharath. I booked a trip to Maldives through Travel triangle (Simran: Ishita from Travel tree booked it). Here is the booking ID: 10130609. I paid a total of 1.44 Lakhs. I had to cancel my trip on 12/23 (scheduled for 12/27) and flights due to an issue with my passport being stuck at US consulate. This not a regular situation since the consulate is supposed to take 5-10 business days to process the visa but it has been almost 18 days than and I didn’t have my passport yet. So I asked The agent to reschedule to December of 2023 instead. The agent(Ishita) came back with couple options station that either I can cancel on 23rd and try getting a refund or reschedule only before March. She left me 20 minutes to make the decision. They mentioned that since the trip was cancelled they have not taken any payment and I am supposed to talk to the agent only to get the refund. Once I got to know, I asked ishita to give me a proof of payment which is denied to provide. I reached out to Simran from Travel triangle about this and to my surprise they are not even aware that the trip was cancelled. She sounded as if she is going to resolve immediately. Now it has been almost 15 days and Simran has been ghosting all my calls and messages. I need help getting the refund back or atleast a reschedule of the trip.

                    Travel Triangle and Yatrify agent fraud and ruined my family trip

                    I had booked (Id: 10178381 date:29/12/2022) goa trip for 3 adults and 1 kid from travel triangle's website from yatrify from agent named ms khushbu and they frauded me entire trip.
                    1. I had booked for sightseeing cab which i had categorically asked for swift dzire ac and they added extra price for that. But on first day (Jan 12) their cab operator rudely told me they will not provide that as that is not available to which i asked...

                    I had booked my holiday booking to Kerala with travels ie., Oio travel tied-up with travel triangle bearing ID No: 10207227. I have paid the initial payment of Rs. 6060/- on 6.01.2023 as a part payment.
                    I had not received my hotel voucher after part payment. The representative of the travel agency later informed that the hotel mentioned in the quotation is unavailable and the alternative option was provided. The same was not liked my me and my husband. When asked for equivalent other hotel, same was not provided in further coarse of time.
                    Hence I have informed the representative to cancel my booking over phone several times and to the travel triangle representative several times over phone and through e-mail. But it is regretted to inform that my refund is not yet processed.
                    It is very ignorant being tied-up to a reputed company like travel triangle to cheat customer this way.
                    It is requested to refund the total amount of Rs. 6060/- to the source immediately.

                      I had booked for Kerala on 1st January 2023 with travel triangle but I have to cancel my trip due to the cancellation of my flight as per bad weather but there is no money refunding by the travel triangle nor adjusting the amount for postpone plan although they made promise to make adjustments for postpone plan due to any emergency but now they are refusing

                          Hi,

                          We have booked ( Booking ID :[protected] a trip on 10th December, 2022 from Chandigarh to Shmila Manali.

                          The travel agent Divyanshu Pratap from Ambition destination tour and travel connected with us by taking information from travel triangle and shared an itinerary with us.

                          We had a chat with Divyanshu prtap on 10th December. We need the same hotel which is mentioned in the itinerary for which he gave us the below confirmation.

                          Around 11 am on 10th December :

                          "Main yaha tak bool raha hu payment karne k baad 30 minutes mai aap hotels mai call karke puch lena aapk naam se booking hua hai ya nahi"

                          We have screenshot of our conversation which we already have shared with Travel Traingle support team.

                          And once the payment was done around 2 pm, he told us that the hotel is no longer available.

                          Now, when we tried to reach them by calling to know the exact reason, their number started coming offline.

                          Later, we had a connect with the owner of this travel agency Ambition destination tour and travel. He said, you can cancel the trip, we wouldn't charge anything from their.

                          As this looked a clear scam, We initiated the cancellation request on the same day to the travel triangle guide (suhail.[protected]@traveltriangle.com).

                          He asked all the details in email.

                          Now after taking all the details in Email, this person from travel triangle is not responding our emails and not picking our calls also.

                          We have dropped a email to Travel triangle customer care too on the same day, they said, someone will connect with you in 24 hours.

                          But no one reached out to us. And now, we are not getting any response in that email too.

                          So From last 3 days, travel triangle have our money that is Rs 19, 500
                          but they are not initiating our cancel request. Moreover, there is no cancel request in the Application also for the trip.

                          It looks like our money have been illegally hold by travel triangle and they are not responding us purposely.

                          We have called their customer care number more then 10 times, but it always auto disconnect and there is no one picking call on that number.

                          I am not sure, what is their problem in refunding our amount.

                          This non responsive ness, is a clear mental harassment from travel triangle side. We have seen similar reviews in google for this agent also.
                          It looks like a clear fraud case where they took money by showing some itinerary and hotels and later they change it by their own manner.

                            Sir/ Madam,

                            On 23 Sep 2022, we booked a holiday package to Maldives with TravelTriangle (Ref No:9766180). We paid them INR 20, 000 as advance for the booking. The rest of the payment was to be made post we received the confirmation from the resort. That same day we booked our to and fro flight tickets to Male.

                            On 30 Sep 2022, we emailed the resort to check if the booking has been done? We were shocked when the resort informed - "There is NO BOOKING against the reference number or under any of your names. Please check with your local tour operator". We immediately let the TravelTriangle know about this. They assured us that there is some 'bug' in their booking system and that they will resolve it asap.

                            Even after 2 weeks, we have not heard back from TravelTriangle. We have zero update regarding any resort booking.

                            On 8 Oct 2022, after a lot of follow up with the agent, he sent us a new set of resort options. He asked us to select one. He assured us there won't be any problem again and the booking will be done this time for sure. We made a selection again and asked the agent to proceed with the booking and give us a confirmation asap.

                            On 10 Oct 2022, once again the agent gets back to us saying that even this resort is not getting booked for some reason.

                            By this time it has been more than 18 days, and we still have not got a confirmed booking from TravelTriangle. And also since our air tickets were booked already, we requested them to close the case, give us a refund and relieve us so that we are at least able to approach some other tour agency though it is the last minute and package rates would be very high.

                            We explicitly informed the agent that we are seeking a refund as they have been unable to get us any confirmed resort bookings so far- even after 18+ days of waiting.

                            Till date, its been more that 2.5 months, and we have not received a refund from TravelTriangle. They are suggesting that they deduct INR 5, 000/- as cancellation fee. We are seeking a full refund of INR 20, 000/- because we are not at fault here. This is not a case of cancellation (since there was NO BOOKING in the first place, hence the question of 'cancelling' charges does not apply). How can we be responsible or made to pay for their inability to honor their commitment?

                            We are seeking your help in resolving this matter and securing a full refund of INR 20, 000/-. We seek your intervention so that such kinds of agencies and services do not get away with cheating customers and taking money from them through unfair means like this. They take advance from the costumers, do not deliver, then make a 'refund' after pocketing 25% of the amount.

                              I have booked my travel with Travel triangle and they have delegated it to some Vendor of theirs named World Travel Destination.

                              I have booked the tickets and paid for Flight and hotel reservation of total 1, 20, 000 INR but that day payment were not processed, so eventually I made a bank transfer to Travel Triangle bank account.

                              Next morning I was asked for additional 6000 INR as there were price hikes for the amount I had paid day before. The agent went missing the next day and said will not be available moments after confirming the payment receivals.

                              I asked to do the booking in the same amount as we agreed initially. Later I denied to pay the additional amount and asked for refund. AND Since then I am stuck with my money to these frauds and they came with their 20% deduction of Agency charges and some Travel Triangle charges costing me over 28000 INR less than the original amount of 120000.

                              I have cancelled the same time they asked for extra amount, there were no booking that were made and didn't make them wait for any time. I am expecting complete refund of my hard earned amount.

                                Hi,

                                This is Deepak. My booking number with travel triangle is 9756740. I suggested mostly all the hotels to agent for initial part of trip and they were pretty good. Hotel in last part of the trip at Kanyakumari was suggested by Tarun from postcard trip and it is the worst honeymoon hotel ever. Hotel rooms have mosquitoes, room is not having windows and no ventilation. Hotel is not having any pool. It is the worst hotel one can suggest for honeymoon. Cab is dirty, cab driver is worst who doesn’t want to take us to any destination. He always says there is nothing to travel. I want partial refund for this kind of worst experience and trip booked otherwise i would have to go to consumer forum.

                                  I booked my trip for Dec 22 with adventure mania through Travel Triangle. Initial quote requested for 7 days was provided for 2 adults and 1 kid as requested. When we asked them to cutr Shimla off and provide a shorter itinerary, they gave us a quote which we accepted and paid 50%. Now adventure mania says the latter quote was only for 2 adults and we need to pay 40% more. This is a mistake of adventure mania that they are not accepting and Travel Triangle not picking/returning my calls. I need a complete reimbursement as this is not my mistake

                                    We had paid INR 23, 300 to Travel Triangle for our EuroTrip on 6th Sep 2022 (Trip ID: 9633589).
                                    The travel agent assigned by them was extremely unprofessional and inefficient. After wasting 2 months of our time, the travel agent (Hub Holidays) denied to do the trip with us.
                                    The owner of HubHolidays, Mr. Prashant Daroch, mentioned in his mail that HubHolidays will not charge us any cancellation fee as they weren't able to provide the services. Even after this Travel Triangle has kept our money and is denying to refund us the full amount. The money has been stuck with them since 2 months now and it's high time Consumer Court takes action against this fraud company.

                                      I booked my andaman tour through Travel triangle.. one of their tour operators AdventureMania has coordinated my tour package, ,
                                      Right from the day 1, they were not easily contactable for any tour related planning..
                                      Its so horrible that, they booked a cheap hotel instead of the one I asked for ..they took extra money for that too..
                                      On day 5, None of their tour guides picked my call and made me stay in hotel for the whole day..Total waste of Day..
                                      Even travel triangle customer care doesn't work always..only from 9-5 and its always busy..

                                      how was your trip. Did they spolied it or it get resolved? If you can explain in detail it will be helpfl for me also in case of booking from AdventureMania
                                      We are facing the exact same issue with Travel Triangle (TRIP ID: 9633589, EuroTrip).
                                      In our case, their Travel Agent has ever confirmed on email that they won't be charging us any cancellation fee as they are the one who weren't able to provide us services. Still Travel Triangle is blocking our booking amount illegally and is denying to refund the entire amount.
                                      This is extremely unprofessional. We have already wasted 2 months with them and their inefficient travel agent and Consumer Court needs to take corrective action against this Fraud Organization.
