    The trip booked to dubai Trip Id -9586725
    Inbox with travel triangle from 14 sep to 19 sep . There were a lot of inconvience and trouble and also there was the Future of museum included in iternary for which money was collected however not covered due to the last min changes in the daywise iternarary promised by holiday paradise via travel triangle .

    I had also reached out and conveyed all the incovinience i had to face to the travel agent Mira(holiday paradise)j and Shikha (Travel triangle).

    I was atleast expecting the refund for the museum of future approx 145 AED for which i have paid but the travel agent failed to cover totally by the tour operator, i havent got any updates from the tour operator despite sharing all the necessary details .

      Really really bad experience. I booked through them 2days back and the agent turned out to be a cheat. Dint give me the room or resort or anything that they promised while taking the booking amount and now asking for horrendous amount of money for ### resorts which are out of our budget. While the money is safe with Travel Triangle, still they won't process the refund and taking unjustified cancellation charges and saying that's their policy. Not only that they are also allowing the travel agent who dint help at all but cheated, to take cancellation charges aswell. What kind of fraud company is this? Got trapped badly and not even getting my refund back now.

          Booked a trip# 7914737 for last year 1st week of June via travel triangle and paid the booking amount of Rs 6600. But trip got cancelled due to Covid, as all tour and travel industry got hit due to this. I never was able to replan the trip and hence looking for refund since Aug-Dec 2021 onwards. But no one from travel triangle team is paying heed to the request and keep on ignoring emails and calls.
          Travel Triangle customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          We are facing the exact same issue with Travel Triangle (TRIP ID: 9633589, EuroTrip).
          In our case, their Travel Agent has ever confirmed on email that they won't be charging us any cancellation fee as they are the one who weren't able to provide us services. Still Travel Triangle is blocking our booking amount illegally and is denying to refund the entire amount.

            Hi Team,

            We had booked a trip to Maldives with universal travels (Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi, booking reference: 81612, dates 26 Jan to 30 Jan 2022). Booking ID: 8498938

            Due to corona 3rd wave, we had to reschedule it and the travel agent said we can book the same or different resort.

            We requested to book Vary by Atmosphere from new dates 17 Mar to 21 Mar 2022. The new booking ID is 9498938.

            The agent had not booked our room in Varu and he informed us this only on 16 Mar 2022. He had been lying & misguiding all this while saying vouchers are with traveltriangle team.

            We had repeatedly called traveltriangle customer care, but no help was offered till this moment.

            We decided to cancel the trip and the agent said he will reimburse both resort money and airtickets money.

            Money transferred to traveltriagne: 2, 13, 000Rs
            Airticket: 42000Rs

            Now, the agent continues to lie. He took our account numbers, google-pay details many times promising money will be refunded.

            No money has been refunded. The agent is not picking the call. Neither Stuti nor Ashish or anyone from customer care has called us to give us the status of the booking.

            The entire experience has turned stressful & hellish for me and my husband.

                They didn't arrange the cab to pick us from the railway station ( 6th Aug 2022) which was promised till the day before the trip . Had us wait at the railway station for 2 and half hours to pick us, and in the end some bad conditioned car with a driver who keep chewing pan came to pick us .

                The hotel was another scam. Very bad infra structure. You see leaking water everywhere and give you the room on the 3rd floor with no elevator running. At least the food was good and manager said its just a 3 star but Yatrify gave us the photos of the hotel which looked stunning but when you go there, its a different story. Pool can be used only between 9 am to 9pm ( so good luck with having a refreshing swim in the morning or to have a peaceful drink near the pool at night) . They just made sure no one go to the pool with this odd timing.

                None of the drivers YATRIFY arranged knew the hotel. We were guiding them using our own phone and wasted an hour finding the hotel. and someone dropped my number in the taxy drivers whatsapp group and i started getting frequent calls asking weather want a goa taxy package or not. imagine your frustration while trying to have a peaceful vacation.

                There was no driver arranged for the site seeing. We 5 people wanted to visit places together in Ertiga 7 seater( which was promised in our itinerary) but finally they arranged 2 different cars ( that too after spending a long time fighting over the call ). after all this, there was no time to visit any places anyways.

                Next day - driver came 1 hour late. and we were about to leave the hotel and manager of the hotel said you cant leave the premises because YARIFY hasn't paid us any money for your stay. Hotel treated us good that time and told these YATRIFY guys are full of scam . Anyways in a polite way - we were on their custody for nearly 2 hours. so total 3 hours are gone in the morning. after spending another session over the call fighting with the guy abdul in YATRIFY they paid money and hotel let us leave the place. my 10 month old kid was crying all the time as it was sunny outside and i badly wanted to go to their office and see these people. but later i got to know THEY DONT HAVE AN OFFICE IN GOA. Perfect ground to run a scam.

                So officially the trip stared after 12 and the last minimum decency YATRIFY could do is to offer a 8 hour cab service for sightseeing . But instead they said they lost money previous day by giving us 2 cabs so today they cant offer cab service after 6.30. we didn't ask for 2 cabs on Saturday. they couldn't give us the promised ERTIGA vehicle so they gave us 2 wagnor car and next day that became customer fault. How on earth these people get business !!! and on Sunday sightseeing started around 12.30 only after when they paid the hotel bill and at 6.30 PM they dropped us at the railway station. means 8 hours trip offered on the itinerary reduced to 6 hours barely .

                On top of all these - TRAVEL TRIANGLE agent Ashwani sharma was not reachable. There was a number provided along with an email ID. I have been trying to contact the agent Ashwani sharma and till date she hasn't called me back or no reply to the emails.

                All the mental torture me and my family and friends had gone through and all o[censored]s suffered travelling on multiple bad condition vehicle on these 2 days vacation - what is the end result ? tomorrow someone else will get treated the same way by these agencies.

                I am requesting for a compensation of 50K for all the trouble caused by these people and to makesure they won't cheat anyone else.

                  I had enquired about the Kedarnath Trip and I got a call from Keshav tours and travels and later I got to know that is Sidhak Holidays. I booked the trip for 7 people and he asked for 1lakh payment and I paid 50000 and asked him to get hotel vouchers but he didn’t and asked for more 50000 and post that he will be able to confirm booking i paid him remaining 50000 on 6th july and I didn’t receive the vouchers till 15th July. We cancelled the plan and asked him for full refund as he said i[censored] cancel a month before, you will get full refund and he didn’t mention in this terms and conditions as to how much time he will take and now he said it till be 90days. He has still not issued the refund and just delaying it. Now he is saying his CA isn’t allowing him to do transfers from his bank account and he will be couriering me a cheque from Jaipur to Pune. I need my refund. I have screenshots of payments and also chat. If this doesn’t get resolved, I will have to file. Compliant against travel triangle and the travel agent.

                    I have booking trip plan and due to pandemic it was cancelled. booking id is 7013143. however they given me EMD voucher to re-book the ticket at anytime validate for 2 years and now i am planning to book the ticket. i have come to know that airline is already refund the amount to travel agent.

                    when i have communicated the same travel triangle they asked me share the invoice details and booking id and now after sharing the information they are not responding and they are not picking my call.

                    Such a shame. Did you get your refund or money back from Travel Triangle? They are such a fraud and deserves legal action to be taken against them.

                      My Booking ID: 8663711

                      I booked the ticket in January, but the trip got postponed due to the lockdown in Karnataka.

                      The travel agent was rude and always running after money, he didn't explain the travel itinerary clearly also, always saying my money will be forfeited if I don't use it.

                      I requested for cancellation. they have given me the credits for future use but I don't want this.

                      Please cancel the trip and refund my money, I'm happy even if you deduct the cancellation charges.

                      I'm completely unhappy with the agent agency and travel triangle.

                      This is too frustrating because of lockdown you guys postponed my trip when I ask for a refund, you gave the credit notes, and now you're not even responding when I'm requesting for cancellation n refunding of my money back after charges.

                        Booked my honeymoon trip through Travel Triangle.
                        Payment made on 18th Dec 2019 = Rs 80000. Trip dates = 16th Mar 2020 to 20th March 2020.
                        Request for cancellation made on 8th Feb 2020 because of Covid outbreak. Denied cancellation by agent Dreams Holidays. They said that if cancelled only 40000 will be paid back.
                        Travel Triangle just got out of the way and asked me to directly communicate with the agent. So, with agreement between me and Agent, we decided to postpone the trip to June.
                        New date of travel - 22nd June to 27th June 2020. Email sent to me on Feb 27th 2020.
                        However, obviously we couldn't go in June also because of international travel restrictions and Bali closed for tourism. I was informed that as soon as restrictions are released, Travel Agent would call me for planning the trip within 2 years from the day of opening of Bali. Since then I have been asking them to change my trip from Bali to somewhere else. And there has been no positive response from them. They haven't called me by themselves ever after taking the money.
                        Bali finally opened in March and I had to call them back to remind them. I asked Rajiv (from Dreams Holidays) to book my trip in April or May or June but he didn't give a ###. He stated that you can't go right now as there are still some restrictions, even though I know that Bali has been opened. I have been following up since March but never gotten positive response.
                        I asked him in March if the trip could be changed to Dubai. To which he said that he would send me itinerary; however, as expected never called back. Called him again two days later and he seemed to have forgotten about this. Said that he'll call me back as he was driving. Never called again. I called again after a day and he didn't answer.
                        It is a harassment for me. I don't want to talk to either the Travel Agent now or to Travel Triangle. All I want now is my money back and compensation for the harassment. It's the third year now that I have been patient for and an undue advantage has been taken of that. My friends had told me in 2020 end only to go to social media and post this all; however, I kept a good faith but that didn't help.

                          We have written to [protected]@traveltriangle.com to look into our issue about a week back. Received a auto response saying customer support will get in touch but so far no calls or response for my mail and reminders.

                          Travel Triangle and their Agent Turn On Vacations cancelled out trip in the middle saying non-payment of amount. This was a 10-day family trip to Himachal. We had paid 50% in advance (rs 59k)and were to pay remaining 50% on first day of our travel. But their services were so bad that we were made to wait for can for more than 3 hours and 2* hotel accommodation in the first halt. It was agreed that we pay Rs 25000 and rest during the course of the trip depending on the quality of services we receive. However they failed to provide proper links to make the payment and when I could not pay through the link they abruptly cancelled without prior information and asked the Hotel to collect Rs 52k. They further cancelled the whole trip(on 5th day f 10day trip) and I had to arrange on my own from my pocket. Just because I complained about their bad services.

                          This complaint is to expect the least, a response from their custoemr care. Hope they send a response first before compensating for our my agony.

                            Missed my flight due to carelessness of driver agent. My flight was in the morning 6:25 and he bring me to the airport at 6:05 am. I wake up in the morning 3:30 and calling him repeatedly to come and he was saying just coming...on the way...5-10 mins like this...and giving wrong information that he will take me from hotel to airport in 30 mins but later I come to know he was lying as distance from hotel to airport was around 40 kms. I had to pay 8000/- extra to rebook the flight and had to face many problem due to his mistake.
                            Who will pay for this...me or the travel agent.

                              This is in regards to the trip I'd mentioned above. The trip wa s booked back in February 2020 but was unable to travel due to back to back covid waves and closure of international travels. Now since the restrictions are over want to reschedule the trip but not getting any reply from Travel Triangle. Have sent multiple emails @ [protected]@travel triangle.com but no luck. Pls address

                                Hello Team,
                                As discussed yesterday, I was waiting for a call from you for resolution but didn't receive any calls. I am also trying to reach customer care but it's always busy and not getting any calls from your side. I am summarizing my issue here and expecting resolution within this week as my scheduled trip is on 10th June.

                                Booking ID: 9041197
                                Trip: From Delhi to Chopta(Uttrakhand)
                                Date: 10th June to 14th June
                                Adult: 6 Child:5
                                PFA: Itinerary and Fake Flight Ticket(Voucher) received by agent, Payment details (Paid 30K but mentioned 28, 200.)

                                I have booked this trip from the TravelTringle app as I have booked in the past as well. This time travel agent is "Adventuremania.com" and the agent guy is "Shivam". After all discussion, we finalize the trip with amount "102, 800 INR" plus convenience Fee 180 INR per adult which is total 1080 INR but still in itenary its 1800 INR even i have asked Shivam to correct it multiple times and he said will correct it by using some Voucher, hence I was ok with that. Regarding the payment after final discussion with "Shivam" I have paid 30, 000 INR at the time of booking and we agreed to pay 20, 000 INR when the trip will be started and remaining 50, 0000 INR when we check out from the hotel on 14th June. Now everything was going fine but after a few days, I got a call from the TravelTringle Agent to confirm our trip details, He asked me if we booked any Flight or moving from Delhi, as we haven't booked any flights, I declined for the Flight which is correct, and now the problem started. Immediately, I got a call from Shivam from his personal number(as per him) and he started asking me why you have denied for Flight, because earlier he asked me to say "yes" "If I receive any call from TravelTringle for Flight" but somehow I forgot. Now he started shouting at me and threatening me for the Trip, he said everything will be as per the policy, each and everything will be as per itinerary and will not do any change on it whatever we had discussed and after a few moments he disconnected the call. I called him again and requested him to not spoil our trip as it's a family trip and we have childrens as well, so please let everything go smoothly.

                                Yesterday, I got ping from Shivam on my whatsapp to "reminder to pay remaining amount" than I called him as we agreed to payment remaining amount 20K when we start the trip and rest when 50k at the time of check out, but he said please check term & payment policy and talk to "TravelTriangle".

                                We do not have any issue to do full payment but as we discussed and agreed we should stick to it. But as per Shivam's behaviour we all are not comfortable for this trip with this agent as he started creating problems before the trip so definitely he can spoil the whole trip to say "check the policy". So I am requesting you to resolve my concern as there are only few days left for our trip.

                                  And he shown me some photos of other hotel and asked me extra money for the same. I was unaware that he was lying so I paid 2000/- extra money in his gpay account. Next installment of 8944/- inr I paid on 1st June 2022. One day later I asked directly the tranquil inn hotel about the covid case in his hotel but they said there is not such case here. So then I understand that the yatrify agent was scamming me.
                                  Later they refunded me the 2000/- inr when I make complaint but the hotel they provided me, I was not satisfied with that.
                                  Please take necessary actions, I will make Google review also.
                                  Why he lied me, even after taking the money on time he didn't booked me hotel he promised me.
                                  And when I asked for refund he starts giving the me the terms and conditions of zero cancellation fees that I will not get any amount on cancelling.
                                  But in this case it is all your fault.

                                    I booked a trip to Bali (Booking id:7344930) through Travel Triangle in 2020. Trip cost was INR 1.1 Lakh and i paid an advance payment for INR 56, 000/- for Airlines and hotel booking.
                                    Due to COVID, trip got postponed and after multiple follow ups i received partial refund of INR 42, 000/- and for the balance amount, neither Travel Triangle nor the vendor is processing the refund, and they are not even responding to mails or calls. Request your assistance in getting the refund.
                                    Travel Triangle customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I had booked a trip for Himachal Pradesh and Vaishnodevi through Travel Triangle agent M/S Bharat Bhraman Tours
                                      However, out of 3 destinations, at 2 destinations, the hotels were of substandard quality against promised and charged for.
                                      Besides, there were other hiccups as the cab was not provided at the arrival. To add to the problems, there was a threatening language used but the taxi agent to not provide taxi for next few days.
                                      Further, Travel triangle designated escalation officers did not respond to phone calls and e mails sent on their customer care besides an acknowledgement.
                                      I need refund of at least Rs. 6000 / towards the substandard hotels which were charged and costlier by @ Rs. 1500/- extra per day
