Dear team,
First of all thank you for the service providing.

As i already communicated in my feedback regarding trip of my manali, delhi, agra & jaipur with travelloa holidays from 4th of june to 12th of june.
During manali 3 days stay we had very bad experience & trouble with driver due to non availabilty of driver on time. On 4th night we reached to manali around 11.45 pm from chandigarh (Started around 1.00 pm). On 5th of june we supposed to go for local trip at 10.00 am, but driver was not reached to hotel to pickup. When i contacted driver he said he was struck in traffic. Then around 10.30 am he told us to come to main road which is around 1.5 km away from hotel as he told us he was near to main road in traffic. Then we decided to cover the time i with my family went to main road by walk. Then contacted driver over phone again he told us still he was in traffic & ask us to wait. Like that we stayed up to 12.40 pm we were on road in hot climate without any shelter. Finally he we could able to see only one place (Hadambi devi temple). Due to strain & mentally upset my family totally upset & felt sick on that day. We asked him to come around 4.30 pm to cover balance places. He told it will take hardly 3 hours to complete the places, hence suggested to visit next day. Then i informed to him to come next day around 2.00 pm as we planned to visit rohtangpass in the morning on 6th june with our own. After arriving from rohtangpass around 1.00 pm i tried to call to driver but it was switched off. I immediately contacted travelloa holidays agent, mr. Naman. He confirmed that driver is on the way to hotel to pick you by 3.00 pm. Again same story repeated when i called driver he told that he struck in traffic... With so many conversions with travelloa holidays & local agent finally around 6.40 pm another vehicle was arranged for local visiting places. Due to time concern & visiting places closing time driver suggested & shown only vashisht temple.
On 7th june we supposed to go back to chandigarh for night stay as per itinerary. On 7th june started morning around 6.00 am by visiting one place at manali then moved towards chandigarh on the way kullu, there we supposed to visit vaishno devi temple. On that after travel few km he didn`t put ac, he told us ac will not be there. Then we contacted agent & after discussions he put ac. He started irritating us by driving slowly, even alternate road available he was interested go from that way & he told us i will not show vaishno devi temple at kullu, etc... We felt very bad & contacted to agent again, then after discussions with driver by agent his behavior not changed. Then we decided to change the driver or we want get down from vehicle and thought to go by alternative vehicle. I was communicated the same to the agent. Some one has called to driver & suddenly driver behavior was changed. He took us by alternate road to kullu temple & finally reached to chandigarh around 11.00 pm. If could have been same behavior since beginning it could have been wonderful trip. Driver (Om prakash) is driving good at hill station but he was very bad at main cities like at chandigarh & manali. He was not interested to show any visiting places.
After reaching to delhi & up to jaipur driver mr. Pawan was very co operative & enjoyed the trip. Thankful to mr. Pawan for best co operation & guidance.
But in manali trip for entire stay we have too bad experience & rather enjoying the trip with family we were spent time with arguments & totally dis appointment. For this bad manali experience when i discuss with agent, he promised that he will give proper solution by refunding the amount.
I need your support for the same.
I hope you understand my bad experience & hoping for the best.

    Hi, i booked a 2n/3d to mussorie package with travel triangle (Tt) recently and it was not a nice experience.
    Firstly, the tt team took payment from me by commiting great service and then handed me over to a local agent, and i had to call the local agent to close on the final requirements. I had a booking for a taxi from delhi to mussorie and back, along with hotel.
    Issues that i faced -
    1. The driver provided was working to delay our trip, he drove very slow and via a route that was the longest. A 7 hour trip was covered in 12 hrs and we were not able to cover all the itinerary points that were promised for on the first day. We asked him to take a specific route as per google maps, to which he mentioned that the suggested route was not good/safe and to my surprise on our way back he took the same route to save time. He also drove very slow as if being over cautious while we were driving to mussorie, honking and going slow over "every" small or big crossing even though there were no traffic lights or even when there were empty roads.
    2. The local agent did not convey to us the traffic situation in mussorie, knowing that we were coming from outstation and he had the information that the traffic was bad there and there were regular jams round the clock on daily basis and we will lose time, he should have informed us of the same for us to plan our trip better.
    3. When we landed, we found that in the hotel room, there was only 500ml of water provided for each person, which ideally always is a 1000ml at a minimum.
    4. I was surprised to know that my dinner that was part of the package, was a pre-defined menu, with no option to select any other dish and also i was not allowed to order any non-veg dishes. No such details were shared by the tt agents over call or mentioned in the itinerary or invoice.
    During this entire experience there was no support or calls that we received from tt team, they were not even bothered why we had not reached the hotel on the expected time, i had to call them and co-ordinate to get to the hotel myself.
    5. While i managed all this and talked very curtiously with the tt team they were not helpful in resolving my situation and i ended up wasting day 2 as well, where i was only able to visit only 1 of the planned 3 places. To add my inconvenience we had to walk with most of our belongings and a 4yr old kid down hill for 3 kms just to reach back to our hotel to grab some food at 4 pm, all due to the lack of adequate planning of the tt agent to counter the traffic jams, as no information was shared. The driver wasnt helpful as he always mentioned that we wasnt aware of the situation or the route, even though the tt agent mentioned that the driver was a regular person they have used to travel here.
    6. On the day of the check out another surprise that came across was that i was asked to play in cash the remaining 50% of the amount else i will not be able to check out. At this point i had to put my foot down and decline to pay in cash as i was not carrying much cash as most of it was spent traveling or also as i was expecting the payment options in cities now is all done over credit card or online means. I had to make a number of calls between the tt agent and the hotel managed to resolve the issue, rather than the tt agent making it easy for me to manage. The bad thing was that none of this was mentioned before i left of even the day before where i could have withdrawn cash.

    Please do not plan your trips with travel triangle as it is not worth making your vacation into a nightmare, especially if you are traveling with your family and kids. They honestly forget you once you make the payment.

      Hi team,

      I am waiting for a refund of 8200.

      I have booked for 28th june to 30th june and they booked the trip for 27th to 29th and when asked they say then travel on 27th. When asked for refund they say not possible. I want my hard earned money back.

      When ever i call them their question would be when can we expect the money but they were not ready to listen to my requirement.

        I am supposed to receive a claim of rs. 6377/-as described below:
        1. Dinner cruise -460 ringgits (For two person)
        2. Transport from andaman resort and return - 100 ringgits
        3. Total - 560 ringets @ 17.95 rs/ringgits = rs. 10, 052
        Less - santosa complimentary cable car - 70 singapore dollers (For 2 person) @ 52.50 = rs.3, 675
        So,
        Balance receivable from dorginers - rs 6, 377

        This claim was supposed to be maid by your agent dorginser on 10/03/2019. However they convey us that there accounting process takes time and they will refund it maximum in 2 month. (You can refer atish payment terms email).
        So as per them also i am supposed to get this amount by 28/04/2019. However today 27/06/2019 i still doesn't got any communication nor any payment.
        I booked by travel triangle only to avoid such issues, but still i stuck with this issue. Please check this matter on priority basic.
        Claim refund of amount still doesn't got any reply...

          I am not able to avail any facility due to these people provide us wrong information and now threatening us if we did socially we have done prepaid payment . We have sent them so many mails they didn't reply after 7 days we got call when we socially put our story on Twitter .sharing the last mail . This is a fraud company . We have made new bookings on more hiked prices. Now they are not refunding our money

          I have paid Rs.5000/- advance on 31st May, 2019 for a booking for the month of Jan, 2020. I requested for a refund on 3rd June, 2019 & Since then they are just asking me to wait & are not processing the refund.

            I booked 5 days trip from Guruji Travels for Himachal.It was worst experience just like a bad nightmare.
            The staff, company director has such an Unprofessional approach.
            My journey started from Dalhousie, with my family.Firstly the driver was so rude and stubborn.He was not listening properly whatever we were saying, even when i told same to company they have no hold on driver.
            After that from first day only he has not covered points as per itineary. And same thing happened on 2nd and 3rd day also.
            I got so fed up from driver attitude and company attitude. When I mentioned to Travel Triangle and agent, the agent did not accept anywhere driver fault.
            And travel agency work is to give experience, why to mention such points if you cant cover and if that is not worth to go like Satdhara falls in Dalhousie where we found no water.If as agent you know its not worth to go then why to mention such points in itineary.
            Even we had Triund trekking bcz of govt notice it was closed to do camping. So in that case they were putting camping on some local ground in Dharamkot but if i have paid for Triund camping why i will stay at dharamkot. When i escalated this matter to travel triangle and agent all those problems instead of accepting his driver fault ar many places he put all blame on me.Even after i left for all location from hotel on time so driver time should not be wasted on traffic jam. And writing me such a strong message” Cz I know what kind of game you are playing now“ this guruji travel director messaged me.

            At everypoint agent was not bothered for behaviour of driver and Travel Triangle was helpless to take any action

              Today is my last day in Thailand and I could not resist to drop an email to you and your team about the experience I had working with you and the agent you recommended me.

              Hotel 1: The Marina Phuket

              Your agent booked a flight which landed Phuket early in the morning and we reached the hotel at 8AM and were not allowed to check in as the scheduled check in was 2PM. (I was never informed about this)

              Upon calling Harpreet, she asked us to roam in hot sun until 2PM. Eventually, we did that with tiredness and drowsy eyes after the late night flight.

              I don't know how you guys have planned this. Annoying.

              I specifically, told Harpreet to keep the Hotel guys informed about Honeymoon decorations for first day and my wife's birthday. None were done and I had to take care of everything.

              Anyway, the Hotel was really good and service was good too. So, I have given good rating and feedback for them in trip advisor.

              4-5 hours of wait to check-in is not acceptable.

              Hotel 2: Aonang Paradise Krabi

              When Harpreet your agent suggested me this hotel, I immediately told her to change it as reviews and the photos I saw of the hotel was not as per my requirement. She forced me and insisted I take up this hotel and in spite of me asking her again in few weeks time to change the hotel, she still started pushing me to take up. I have all the screenshots of our conversations. I went by trusting Travel Triangle but didn't know I will be fooled.

              Eventually, experience was horrible. Rooms were dirty and towels were stinking. We used our towel for daily use and used 1 of theirs for beach.

              The Hotel is definitely not good for couples.
              Too shady in the night and my wife was scared to walk alone in night.

              Hotel 3: Pratunam Pavilion Bangkok

              Hotel seemed decent but AC is not in proper working condition. TV is not working and currently, I am so pissed that AC is not working in night and I am sitting with a technician fixing the AC. As if this is my job to do at 10:49 PM in the night.

              After all this, tomorrow I am leaving Thailand with a terrible honeymoon experience. Thanks to you and your agent.

              I don't know what you can do to compensate this as I have paid 76k for this and I don't see any worth doing a booking with you guys.

              Might be the choice of Agent Recommendation was bad. What so ever it is, I am just too annoyed.

                I had booked a trip to Nepal including muktinath Yatra via flights. The agent Tripathi travels booked flight tickets which were not confirmed till the last moment and hence we cancelled the muktinath Yatra and had to stay back in pokhra. I have been awaiting refund since a month now. The agent is delaying refund giving various reasons. Kindly help.

You guys take proper follow up for the payment of packages. And whem it is done no one bother to take any responsibility. I spoiled my vacation and in future i will never choose and never suggest to any other.

                  Just want to say that u are making foolish to your customers.And ur agent Discover my travel reply me that his services according to his commitment and only delay in local sightseeing. I jst want to say that why understand i paid money and now i want the proper services. After taking ur package spent lot of money in local sightseeing which is already add in your package. Very very poor services.

                    fraud company, no standard for trip pricing, worst trip planning

                    I have just returned from the trip and can't hold to warn people out there to stop making any bookings with travel triangle.

                    Guys I know this will eat your time but please go through my experience, I don't want anyone to fall in their trap so giving complete details of moments on how they planned to cancel our sightseeing and grabbed money from us.

                    I will mention each and every fraudster who was involved in arranging...

Druver olways asks fr extra money to drop . .he didnt cum on tym .2-3hrs late he us cumin fr pick up and refuses to go as ler the itinerary . Wat the hell is happening . .Driver is behaving pathetic everytym . .dis is worat ever service any vendor cn giv . I want my money back as i invested watever yu asked, i dont want further planning from yur side .                     Its 3rd of my trip . .from last 3 hrs v r waitin for driver . .nobody is following up in travel triangle . .hotel also checked out as per timings, waitin in reception area from last 2 hrs . .kindly bann travel triangle else screw dem, dey give fake promises, charge high priced package. .                         I have requested d for refund from the very next day after me paying an advance amount of Rs.5000/- on 31st may, 2019 for a trip in Jan, 2020. I have been following, sending mail, calling and messaging, but there is not call back from your team. You service is pathetic, I would never recommend it to anybody. I want my refund back to my bank account in any case, I do not want any other option as I would never want to plan a trip with such a disgusting travel agent.

                          Considering my earlier trips that i had booked through travel triangle i again booked for manali. I must say it was a disaster since starting.
                          1.) i had paid 18350 and the same was debited from account but you told me it's not reflecting in your account so you asked me for screenshot that i had sent then you told me it will be reversed as it's a failure transaction.
                          Till now the amount is still not reversed.

                          2.) i have specifically mentioned to your travel agent that i require valley view room but when we reached at hotel they told me that booking is for garden view room. For valley view you have to pay extra 3000 per day for 2 rooms. So we paid. Regarding that i had shared the screen shots of whatsapp to pankaj travel agent tanish himachal. Then he said hotel choice was yours and ignored us like anything.

                          3.) regarding that ac on hills you or agent never mentioned before starting of trip again this issue arise after the starting of trip. Once their was a situation that your driver adnan stopped midway and asked us to leave and he will not go further. But then we said sorry then he continued. Do you expect that your client say sorry to driver. We again paid extra to him rs1500.

                          4.) their was a lot of confusion in payment to driver. Like driver says pay me directly your agent says pay us we will pay him.

                          5.) some unknown person claiming to be a part of agent or driver called me in wee hours around 9.30 pm to pay the money to driver.

                          6.) total package cost-45350
                          5350- paid to travel triangle online
                          18350- paid to travel triangle online
                          13000- paid to travel traingle online
                          12000- paid to hotel online
                          6000- paid cash to driver
                          9000- paid online to tanish himachal
                          1500- paid to cash to driver
                          3000- paid cash to hotel for one valley view room
                          But actual that i paid total is rs 68200.

                          I think i went for relaxation rather than getting harassed by you guys.

                          So i might be forwarding this complaint to consumer court very soon and also will highlight this into social media about the fraud and improper business you did to me.

                            I booked my trip with travel triangle for a 7day trip to hongkong and this was the worst experience ever with a travel company. I was stranded at the hongkong airport for 3 hours without any communication from the team or my transportation that was a part of my iterinary. I was asked by your vendor at hongkong to pay an additional 300hkd which is was promised will be refunded. I have been chasing travel traingle for two months now without any resolution. I need a closure on this asap

                              I book a weekend tour with tt for shimla.
                              I had a word with rishabh my first point of contact. I got a call from local tour and travel partner of travel triangle named north india tour and travels.
                              They booked my package and gave my travel voucher.
                              I got a voucher which has bus detail as in boarding place as rk ashram... Which was intial while booking was isbt kashmiri gate... Since i have paid half of the amount.. I left with no choice.. Than to go to rk ashram.
                              I got a contact detail of bus coordinator
                              Pramod. I reached boarding place which is pillar no.26 rk ashram... When i called me pramod he said... My booking is in different bus from majnu ka tila.. And i have to board the bus from rk ashram and then change from majnu ka tila.
                              On top bus timing has been rescheduled to 9:30pm from 8:50pm
                              We were supposed to stand on road with my family for 45min.
                              Is this a joke...
                              Why i have been took through such pain...
                              I called so called travel triangle expert
                              Mithun... Who was never available.
                              I got a call from shivani from tt..
                              And then from mr. Neeraj who cooked another story... That one bus cancelled and that's y i was facing such issue..
                              Let me tell you.. For god sake..
                              Such local, fake and irresponsible person tries to cool off situation... Make situation more worse.
                              .
                              Thank you travel triangle for such rocking unexpected experience... U guys do
                              Hundred of message from booking to onboarding.. And when needed... U r no where..
                              I will not allow anybody to make our experience ruined.. Feel like being cheated...
                              Forget about planning any international trip with u guys... U can't manage domestic...
                              Managing social media... Doesn't make u manage real-time experience...
                              Need to talk to someone responsible...

                              Also be ready for getting back what u have made my family been through..
                              A daughter 6 year old...in this scrocthing heat.. Standing on road.. What kind of travel experience. Is this???

                                I booked one land package with Travel Triangle wherein i completely regret choosing this platform for my honeymoon booking. These people have clearly spoiled my trip to Malaysia.
                                * Late pickup from Airport and whatever was planned for Day1 didn't happen as it pickup was late.
                                * Hotel not booked which was mentioned in Itenary.
                                * No Hospitality services in the Hotel provided after heated argument.
                                * No Breakfast at hotel which was mentioned in Itenary.

                                  Was planning a package to hongkong and among other travel websites also looked up travel triangle. The agent dealing with us promised us all sorts of things and urged us to quickly book else we may lose out and just incase we do not travel 100% will be refunded and to quickly apply for pre arrival visa (Par)

                                  Unfortunately visas for some of the travellers were not approved and we thought of booking thailand. The package offered was unreasonable and we decided to cancel.

                                  The answer was we will check and get back to you, after constant follow up their response changed to no it cant be refunded as we have some policies.

                                    I could not complete my query but back off but suddenly started receiving emails and calls and the height is travel triangle reached to my whatsapp when i told them not to disturb me they sent me below message. They hire kind of despo people below message came from [protected].. Shame on you

                                    Are you crazy or what? Or you don't have any etiquette? Can't you see that this is the first message we have sent you. And we thank god that we haven't called you otherwise we would have said all this over call, which we would never want to. Who the hell is desperately following you. We just sent you a quote and that too because you queried for the same and left your number there, it's called customer service and nothing else, or may be you don't know the meaning of following everywhere. Anyways without wasting our as well as your time..in one word, if you are so against getting calls kindly do not share your number on any online portal.
