Hello travel triangle team,

I request to cancel my booking[protected] to travel triangle customer care support dated on 9th august 2019. I paid advance amount of rs 5000 and convenient fee rs 500 for that trip on 2nd august 2019. Due to some personal medical emergency, i am unable to carry forward the trip as per booking. I have tried out to cancel the booking via travel triangle app but not working. I sent a mail to travel triangle customer care mail support on 9th august 2019. I tried to reached out travel triangle support as well as holiday package booking agent. But no response from either of them. Booking agent asking me to postponed the trip instead of cancelling the trip. I hereby attaching my invoice copy. Whenever i call travel triangle customer care team, they just ignoring me after my payment. Please help me to refund my advance amount. I was advised that i will get a call from travel triangle representative to address this issue, however so far no response from them.

    I had booked trip to thailand and there were inclusions promised in the package. On the day before travel, when i checked the booking done by travel traingle, i found several deficiencies. Inspite of helping out with the situation they didn't bother to call back and later upon escalation, i get a call saying we will reimburse the cost you will incur. I incurred multiple inclusions from my pocket for which i had already paid travel traiangle as well much in advance and to the disgrace they don't bother to respond when asked for reimbursement. This is sheer cheapness and fraud. At the time of booking these guys will call you 100 times but in case of their mistakes instead of rectifying and being sorry about it, they actually don't bother to respond. Pls be careful about the inclusions they provide and charge you for but you end up incurri g at your end as well. Highly disappointed with their approach

      I am being denied for refund from travel triangle and the agent who arranged my trip for munnar-alleppey. I want to cancel the package due to the calamity that took place in kerala. As per travel triangle cancellation policy i am suposed to get 70% if cancelled before 7 days and 50% if cancelled within 3-5 days of depature. I took extra step and cancelled the oyo room of munnar and showed the evidence but still he would not refund. I have paid 18k and it will all be a loss for me. I have been following up for more the 10days and received no positive response. Please help

      Thanks. I got a call stating they are ready to refund 50% but as per the policy, they should be deducting 30% of the cost since I initiated the cancellation 7 days prior to departure. Yesterday I was being told by the TT marketing manager that verbal, whatsapp or sms evidence cannot be considered and there had to be a note/comment in TT chat box stating I want to cancel the package. But when I contacted the TT agent for cancellation, she dis not guide and instruct me how to go about it initially.

        We have booked our trip to kerala from 15th aug to 19th august, 2019.
        As everyone is aware of the flood situations in kerala, we are trying to reach to travel triangle guys via email and call but nobody is responding on emails.

        It’s not like we are asking for additional services or some free services, we have already paid you 70 percent of amount and nobody is even bothered to give us a call.

        Our families are worried about the whole situation in kerala and we don’t have any answer for them and you guys don’t have 5 min for answering our queries.

        When i raised a request, i got call almost 2-3 times a day till the time i confirmed the quote.

        I have called and send emails a couple of time and every time i got the same answer that i will receive a call back. But its been 2 days now and noone has contacted us.

        We would like to be contacted from travel triangle and change the itinerary.

        My Trip starts in 2 days and nobody from Travel Triangle has contacted me yet.

        More reason not to choose Travel Triangle ever again. Really disappointed.

        I dont see the point of commenting that the complaint is resolved after 12 days of the start of my trip.
        Ma'am for your kind information, I didn't get a single call or email from you or Travel Triangle; neither before, during or after my trip.

        I had to chase the travel triangle and as usual no one picked my calls and then I had to chase the agent at-least 20-25 times before I got any response.

        If that was the case, I could have directly contacted the agent for the trip, why was travel triangle the mediator infact your guys was too rude.

        So dont misguide the people in this forum saying that the complaint was resolved..

          I had booked a travel package through one of the agents of travel triangle. Payment was made through travel triangle. Because of highly sensitive situation in kashmir and the travel advisory of not to travel by the government, i decided to cancel my trip.
          However neither have they refunded my amount of rs. 27600/- and neither have they given me any commitment as to it will be refunded.

          I do not understand how can they expect me to travel in this situation. My flight tickets are cancelled and they have provided 100% refund (Spicejet) and these guys are not even responding properly.

          My booking id with travel triangle is 5352416.

            I have booked travel triangle ny paying rs 5000 for my singapore plus cruize trip for devrmeber. The company provided first quote of rs 140, 000.in which their agent said that this price us final and will not change at all. After giving several reminders ny me to book ticket he finally responded on monday. Just after 2 days the quote changed to rs 1, 50, 000.
            I am clearly cheated with the way i was treated i was assured that first quote of rs 70000 pp is not going to changed.
            I was having good quotes which were provided to me by the other agents.
            I initally paid an amount of rs 5000.
            Now the quote has been changed to rs 1.50 lac pp.
            I want my money back ie rs 5000 that i paid. Or the same package in rs 70000 cheated by them. This is happened even after reminding them for the payment.

              Terrible experience with i need trip - travel triangle from day1. There was an agent atiksha who gave us first quote after a week or 2 she quits. Then came harpreet who took over she was a very kind person but that doesn’t help!
              Series of issues:
              1. Passport copies taken from us prior to booking, they didn’t highlight my daughter’s passport expired. Despite it being our oversight expected the agent to highlight. Went through major loss because of this mess as they said nothing is refundable!! I renewed passport in 2 days and went on with the remaining trip and booked fresh flights through them.
              2. Guess what, another mistake, agent doesn’t tell us that return ticket is a must else boarding pass from mumbai to thailand won’t be given. Due to this major slip up from agent, i had to book random return flight ticket else i would have missed flight with my family second time
              3. Payments couldn’t be traced half the time. Due to agent quit and take over from another lost lot of time and hotels became expensive for delay from their end and no fault of ours
              4. We didn’t get all hotel n voucher confirmation till last minute after continuously chasing
              5. The night we were flying we get a call last minute that 7 island tour is cancelled by suppliers in krabi due to eid. My friends came today know the other suppliers had the tour on. The refund is due for 4 adults and 2 children. Adit, aman, harpreet yet to confirm amount and we are chasing for 10 days now.
              6. Since one family missed flights and went through losses and informed in advance to reschedule stay in krabi from 4th 5th to 11th 12th. These guys just didn’t want to make an exception.
              7. Even airport transfer from phuket to hotel we waited for 1 hour waiting for the guy. Aman and harpreet wouldn’t give us drivers number
              8. For my friends on airport transfer from phuket hotel to airport driver reached and left. My friends had to book their own. Refund promised by aman.. Needs to be done immediately.
              One program which is fantasea at phuket, our friends reached the counter and were told the booking shows cancelled! Utter nonsense they had to coordinate again with the agents n fix it
              9.in our return from krabi hotel to airport on 11th they didn’t organise for cab. Tell us there is additional charge for it.
              Over all left us with bad experience. Though harpreet is a nice lady. But we were passed around like a football between aman and harpreet. Adit who happens to be so called escalation level seems to be curt. This trip was jinxed for us thanks to i need trip! Will never recommend.

              Am trying to reach Ankur but as you guys are frauds you don’t answer. It was 2 families that travelled. You cancelled 7 island tour which is per family 6000. Total 12000 plus cab cancelled to airport which we paid 2000
              Our total refund is 14k. We will not take even 1rupee less than that! I will not spare you guys! Cheats!!!
              Aman, Adit, Harpreet! All cheats. Make sure we get refunded. Else you will see serious consequences. I have proof. Screenshots of WhatsApp chat of refund is enclosed!

                  No solution provided against to my earlier complaint ID: 2383526, dated 03.07.2019.

                  My booking details (Booking ID 4465580) were already mentioned in my previous complaint. Still now no response from Travel triangle.
                  Simply asked my booking details against to my first complaint as mentioned above. But after providing details still now no solution provided by them.
                  How we can believe them for future trips and how can we recommend to anyone .

                    Hi,

                    I have booked a trip for andaman through travel triangle and after confirming all the details they asked me to select the hotel. I have selected the hotels and confirmed via whatsapp, they asked me to make the 1st installment and confirmed that i will be getting the hotel voucher. After making the payment i waited for so many days but not received any voucher. When i checked with them they asked me to make another payment then only they will book the hotel. Today i make the remaining payment. After getting the payment they booked all the worst hotels, which we haven't selected either. When i asked them the reason for booking the hotels they confirmed that they didnt know which hotels need to book. So randomly book the hotel. When i checked the same with the agent with whom i was communicating, she confirmed that the hotels are booked we cannot change.
                    I have all screenshot for the communication i had. This is ridiculous. Please help on this.

                      I am planning to travel to andaman on 23rd, and i was informed that once i make the 1st payment they will book the hotel and share the hotel voucher. Later they asked me to make the 2nd payment and i asked for hotel voucher which was committed. They confirm that the hotel will be booked after making the 2nd payment, so i did the payment and now they have send the hotel voucher which we have not selected. I have all the evidence of our hotel preference. Once they receive the complete payment from us, they book the hotel as per their wish, which is not acceptable. The experience is very bitter at the beginning itself, started the journey. I need a quick resolution on this.

                        I need trip speaks differently over call and upon payment responds with extended timelines and requirement of more money.

                        I have to keep following up with i need trip for everything and they do not respond properly. They given incomplete information and upon payment change colours and ask for more money.

                        My visa processing was delayed by 5-7 days even after documents been submitted to them. They promised to share ref. No. For visa processing by on monday june 24, but logged case on jan 28 eod.

                        Post visa, on july 17 for balance payment and flight confirmation they asked me to pay rs. 1 lakh soon and remaining rs. 1 lakh in next few days.
                        I asked for link for payment on july 17 but after 3-4 follow-ups they shared details.

                        As soon as i paid 1 lakh, they told be that now you have to pay extra rs. 7000 for flights.

                        My point is why should i pay more for delay at your end. Visa process was started late + on july 17 they did not communicate anything. On payment they started asking for more money.
                        Rohit from i need trip started ignoring my calls. His manager disconnected my call while i was talking. Did nt receive my calls later on.

                        Jatin from travel triangle, keeps telling me we will see what can be done.

                        My trip start date is aug 2, 2019 and they donot reply to my calls and mails.

                        My money, time is getting wasted and these ppl do not care. My holiday fun has already been spoiled.

                        Request you to resolve my issue today. All communication mails done with rohit from i need trip and anisha from ops and satinder from visa team have been shared with jatin from travel triangle

                        Please assist on urgent basis.

                        Had i known that booking with you guys is going to give me so much stress and waste my money and time, i wouldn't have gone with you.

                          I booked a trip from TT portal
                          i was offered JUly coupons from TT of 1500Rs which was valid for 17 more days but somone removed it from the portal after i made the advance booking

                            Dear team travel triangle,

                            This is to inform you that i have booked an package[protected] through your website for srinagar (Kashmir) package partner was kashmir holiday travels.

                            I was in conversation with mr. Shahid from kashmir holiday travels and after few calls and clarification i was agreed to take the services and paid the advance amount of rs 6800/- including travel triangle charges.

                            But some how i did not get any of the services i was offered. I was supposed to have 2 night stay in srinagar 13th july and 14 july 2019 respectively and sight seeing along with pickup from katra and drop to jammu. For 5 adults out of those 3 were female and one infant.

                            On the day when my packaged supposed to be start, i was promised a pickup at 5:30 am on 13th july but there was no cab neither any calls from mr. Shahid from kashmir holiday travels or from his cab driver. Cab came to my hotel at 7:50 am after number of calls from my side to the cab driver and to mr. Shahid. And, everytime they all have a long list of excuses.

                            Even cab arrived there were some issue with the cab as i was promised to get an innova non ac cab and i got tvera and then again i have to do argument/discussion with mr. Shahid from kashmir holiday travels. He finally agreed to provide another cab but that too took a long time to arrive at my hotel ad it came at 9:20 am on 13th july 2019. So, we were already late by around 4 hours from scheduled time of departure.

                            Finally trip starts and 9:20 am, i informed mr. Shahid that we are boarded and coming to srinagar.

                            At udhampur, we got a small issue of passing cab and after 15-20 minutes that have been resolved by mr. Shahid and we headed towards chenani tunnel but after reaching chenani tunnel we have been stopped by police and bsf officials as entry was barred for local festival for outside visitors and police did not allow us to travel to srinagar. And, it should be duty or travel consultant to make travel arrangements and itinerary according to local festivals and availabilities. It was flashing in news since 8 am in morning and we were assured that we would be able to pass through. And if the availabilities were not there, we should have been pre-informed. Please also note that we were made to check out our hotel at 8 am and next cab arrives at 9:20 am. My family was on road for good 70 minutes. And again we waited at chenani tunnel to pass for almost 2 hours, again on road.

                            We stuck up there with no clue whatsoever so i called mr. Ajaj as mr. Shahid called to informed me that he will not be available and his manager mr. Ajaj will help me if i need anything. Also i gave cash rs. 5000/- to the cab driver when mr. Shahid told me for the same though i was supposed to pay at the hotel to mr, shahid.

                            Now after several calls to mr. Ajaj we were at the road for almost 2 hours and he was also not sure what to do. Now, see my situation i was with 3 ladies and 1 infant stuck up in middle of a road, we were walking all night of 12th july and reach hotel in the morning of 13th july 2019 as we went for the darshan of shri mata vaishno devi. Understand the pain and situation of all o[censored]s. Many a times mr. Ajaj declined my calls and on number of occasions he was clue less what to do.

                            Then, he offered me to stay 1 night in patnitop and 1 in srinagar, we were terribly tired and had no other option so i said yes to this and later me and mr. Ajaj agreed to have only 1 night stay at patnitop and package would have been over after that and whatever changes in the price will be paid accordingly.

                            We started to reach patnitop and after reaching there i called mr ajaj and still he was clueless what to do and he has not been able to book any hotel remember that i have booked my initial package with 3 star property. After several calls and waiting on road he asked my driver to find any place and at last they find one. But guess what we are offered a guest house which doesn't match the standard of living expected for a whopping amount we were to pay. Upon this i got a call from mr. Shahid and he started arguing with me even he was very rude and way of talking was so childish and also threatened me to pay whole amount at the moment only. I told him that did not get any service till that time remember it was 2 pm and i have lost all hopes. Argument went over 15 minutes.

                            Giving up on kashmir holiday travels and travel triangle, we arranged our own accommodation in evening 5 pm and stayed there. This was not ended here.. He (Mr. Shahid) keep on messaging me till 9:30 pm on 13th july 2019 and at last he said that all my services are being terminated here and he also called the cab driver not to pick or drop us any where. Later i arrange another cab with extra payment.

                            This was the package i got from you and them and memories we got from you and your partners. We have suffered a lot in this duration. I would like to highlight some points :

                            Cab was not on time, so we were late on the trip.
                            The first cab driver was very rude and i could not travel with him as his way of talking was very down.
                            Kashmir holiday travels has no clue what was happening in jammu and kashmir and they were not able to get us reach the destination as this was the part of the package.
                            Kashmir holiday travels did not arrange anything on time and me and my family suffered a lot.
                            Me and my family was so tired after the darshan of shri mata vaishno devi temple and we were almost walking for 16-18 hours. Feel our pain.
                            I have 3 ladies 2 of them are over 50 years of age and 1 infant and they did this to us which is not justified. I wish any of their family member stuck in this situation then only they can understand.
                            Later kashmir holiday travels representative were very rude and arguing on almost everything.
                            They even threatened to pay the full amount of the services which we did not receive at all.
                            I paid my hotel, food, cab bills which put extra hole in my pocket.
                            We all have been under so much mental stress and was feeling harassed and mentally tortured by the kashmir holiday travels and their representatives and they did not miss a chance to do so.
                            I had conversation with one of travel triangle representative named "rohan" (#[protected]) i told him all the story and guess what he was willingly taking kashmir holiday travel's side.

                            I did not expect this behavior for us or for anyone who is going off to spend sometime out of monotonous daily routines.
                            However my trip has come to end and i have no more good memories with you, i humbly request you to refund back my amount as no services have been taken and mr. Shahid has terminated the services from his end.

                              Sir as per the iternary our tour we enter spiti valley through shimla and exit via rothtang pass, manali

                              1. Just want to say that u are making foolish to your customers by taking booking for chandratal lake and enter manali via rohatang pass. For your kind information sir the road for chandratal lake and rohatang pass was closed till we reached their(date 20 Jun 19) and not clear by snow was not opened in till date 20th june 19.. not possible to reach their and from local people we confirm that the chandratal lake was not open in the season till we reach their then how he took booking and accommodation in chandratal lake and also he include in our iternary took money from us.I want to say that ur agents are a fake people and fake commitment.and because of we were not visited chandratal lake, kumzom pass, rohatang pass and manali as per day mention in your iternaty we had return back to the same way via shimla.

                              2. The second serious concern about the driver you provide us for tour, sir Driver is behaving pathetic everytime and we ware very much harassed by driver.He always asked for extra money. He never come on time .always come 2-3hrs late for pick up everyday we ware wakeup him after we get ready and he took 2-3 hour to get ready and everyday he waited us for 2-3 hours and refuses to go as per the itinerary at from first day only he has not covered points as per itineary.
                              I got so fed up from driver attitude and company attitude and if we asked him for sight seen of the place then his common dialog was “Muze to kuch pata nahi hai ji, mai to pahlhi bar sun raha hu” sir my humble question to you how u send unexperience and unprofessional driver with us??.

                              3. Again the serious problem about the driver he is very rude always asked us for money and if we refuse to give it he threatening us to drop us in a remote place in spithi valley sir as you know the spiti valley is a remote area even not other network are working there our all mobile phones had no network even very less traffic seen on the road and also he threaten us that if we ould not give him a money then in that case he would not give us our luggage such a pathetic behaviour of your driver we had a kids with us and What the hell was happening . ..When I mentioned to Travel Triangle agent, the agent did not accept anywhere driver fault and agent also told us give him money whatever he asked .

                              4. Sir as per iternary must be cover manali and rohantang pass we asked for travel agent to cover manali and rohatang pass he asked us extra 25000/- sir if it is include in our iternary and we already paid the money for it then hoe he again asked the extra money for it and we refused to give the extra money to driver and agent he refused to cover the manali and rohatang pass sir how your people is unprofessional and how he blackmail the coustmor??its very serious problem from ourside if we paid the money then you must be cover all points as per iternary, and if point is not cover then in that case you have to refund our amount...

                              5. Dinner was horrible. no inhouse restaurent facility, and worst service they have provided to us but somehow we adjusted. even no spoons, no glasses to drink water.

                              6. The hotel you provide in kaza was worst .No hot water no facility...

                              At everypoint agent was not bothered for behaviour of driver and Travel Triangle was helpless to take any action . I have been calling and messaging, but there is not call back from your team. You service is pathetic, I would never recommend it to anybody. I want my refund, I do not want any other option as I would never want to plan a trip with such a disgusting travel agent.

                              Summary.
                              -Never ever book your trip with kailesh holidays.
                              -Travel Triangle emergency contact number was not working througout the trip.
                              - Don't trust blindly on travel triangle. All agents on travel triangle are not honest.

                              -Travel Triangle — fraud company, no standard for trip pricing, worst trip planning

                              I am repeatedly requested to take action against or provide me compensation.

                              Thank God... Today travel triangle respond me on phone and we directly communicate with the travel agent .. through conference call ..he was laying and denay all the allegations... And said Mera to bahot nuksan ho gaya???
                              What a joke we paid him rs.10, 2000/- for tour.. he gave us worst service ... Our points as per iternary not covered... main attraction of spiti valley chandratal lake, Manali, kumzon pass, rohatang pass were skipped ...We were mentally harrased by a driver and agent ...they threatened us for money ...our vacation was spoiled and also we loose money and time and the agent said Mera to nuksan ho gaya...what a joke??? Ak baccha bhi samaz jayega ki nuksan kiska hua hai...I must insist travel traingle must take action against such agent and driver return our money because the points were not covered as per iternary also one suggestion for future all the transactions must through travel triangle..no other person like driver or agent ask money directly to coustmers...

                                Traveltriangle is worst site for holidays, it is only looting the customers and supporting agents.

                                I booked my trip to Uttarakhand from traveltriangle with trip booking ID-4731690 for 19-24 June 2019. And agent was Prasthan Travels and trip manager from traveltriangle was Ms. Preeti. There was series of frauds and lies from both traveltriangle and agent, some of which i am highlighting here-

                                1) It was 31st May (month end) when i was told by Ms. Preeti that if i book this trip today itself she will provide extra discount of Rs. 2500 from traveltriangle over and above the price negotiated with agent. When i booked the trip and next day called for discount then she denied. When i complained in customer care then they also denied and didn't refer to recorded calls.

                                2) Agent downgraded hotels after trip booking. In mussoorie i booked himalayan view room with extra cost but after reaching hotel personnel told me that i have lower booking. Since itinerary was changed after booking by the agent, traveltriangle is now denying anything even i provided call recording with agent.

                                3) I booked rafting of 16KM which costs 1000 per person but agent lied and provided only 9KM rafting which cost 600 per person. For this traveltriangle is providing refund only 200 per person.

                                4) Agent provided a third class driver which does't know how to drive and how to behave. After so many complaints finally he provided different cab without number plate. On last day of airport drop third cab and driver allotted and he came 1 hour late and after that he had to drive fast to drop us airport on time.

                                5) Drivers denied to go to so many places and even Cab was not available for 1 or 1.5 days

                                6) During trip also i complained to traveltriangle over call and email but no response.

                                7) Complaint made after trip is also not yet resolved after 20 days and every time they email that they need two more days.

                                At least[protected] refund is due from traveltriangle.

                                As mentioned in my query above I was not provided proper resolution. There were clear deficiency of services and traveltriangle is providing only Rs.400 refund. Traveltriangle is completely a looting platform which charge for good services and provide inferior service and support agents in looting customers.

                                  I just fininshed my uttarakhand trip on 29.06.2019 (Booking id 4863285)
                                  And have asked for invoice details for my flight & cab travel to submit the same at our office.
                                  But even after several reminders and mails, i have not received any details yet & very disappointed with the trip sailors team commitment. I had faced many issues while travelling as well and the kind of support teh team is giving is very poor, i would definately not recommend anyone to book holiday by this travel site.

                                    I recently did a trip to Bali from travel triangle trip id is : 4174296
                                    I have following concerns and issues that I faced in-spite of paying such a big amount.

                                    Day 2:
                                    Initially Bali Swing was promised to me(Bali Swing is in Ubud you can verify from internet and even I verified from locals), but I was taken Alas Harum, it is very strange that initial thing that I confirmed was later on changed with one word here and there, my time got wasted in clarifying things over call, on my honeymoon I was complaining about all these things what an opening to the Bali trip.
                                    Somehow I convinced myself and went ahead with whatever was offered to avoid spoiling of the day, then later I came to know that I am allowed only 1 swing. It took me another hour of explaining the issues to you guys before you could accept the mistake.
                                    Lunch was part of the package, as lunch I was given pasta, that's it. Whose quantity was so less that you can't even feed a teenager.

                                    Day 3:
                                    It was half day with Uluwatu temple and candle light dinner. I have no issues here until I come to know that it takes 1.5 hours from my hotel to temple and another 1.5 hour from temple to Grand Mirage hotel and another 1 hour from Grand Mirage to hotel where my stay is. So if I am leaving hotel from where I stay and calculate all the travelling time its already 4 hours of only travelling time. So the result is I do not have much time to enjoy at the place where I am suppose to enjoy because the driver is in rush to complete the stuff, as a travelling agency its your responsibility to at least make the customer aware about this before hand. The driver before the dinner instructs me that I give you 1 hour 20 minutes. So if I am just rushing at all the points how am I suppose to enjoy.

                                    Day 4:
                                    Similar to day 3 I had to face rushing to places on this day as well, I told the driver that I need more time for volcano and waterfall, rather than handicraft shops or shopping stuff, but still he took me to shops, Result I got very less time for waterfall and volcano. In the end driver kept pushing that your time is about to get over.

                                    So over all Land part was very poor where as travel agency there was hardly any planning. Because of all these issues my honeymoon was spoiled and I am looking for refund.

                                    After exchanging lot of emails they just did not accept the mistake and said everything was as expected. Although one of their agent with whom I booked the package agreed to provide refund of 40 US dollar. Although that was very less in comparison to the issues i faced. Even that was not provided after so many followups. That is the kind of mental harassment these guys do. I was looking for refund of around 10000 Indian Rupees.
                                    My Package amount was 1 lac 10000 Indian rupees.

                                      First experience a horrible one. Since after completing booking, travel traingle didnt even bothered to ask us whether things are going good or not as their agent Dekho Apna Desh suddenly converted few part of tour from private to sic as we booked full private tour.

                                      Itenarary was so badly planed that we did booked Malaysia for only Petronas tower and the guide on the visit day told us this is not booked for you. We did a argument with agent he agreed but when he asked it came like petornas is closed. This is horrible mistake in itnerary planning one can do. For petronas entry we got refund after a long fight.

                                      Who will give us refund for travelling to petronas which we went by ourselves?? - Need my money back

                                      In Singapore we were given no private cars but we were given Grab local taxi everytime and driver details were not shared, we need to wait for cab everytime.

                                      What about this refund and inconvenience?? - Need my money back

                                      What about the calls we made from Singapore and Malaysia to India every day fighting for things to get it right?? What about the money and emotions spent here?? - Need my money back

                                      Horrible experience. The agent team was very rude. Our half trip got wasted and another half went in fighting with them as once your money is gone to agent u can do nothing. B aware before booking trips as travel traingle do not take follow up with u once they get there money.

                                      Another thing in Singapore Sentosa Island in our package it was mentioned and also token passes for activities are given but they didn't provide us Sentosa entry which ia done by road. I need to pay for that.

                                      I need my money back fir this also.

                                      After that they say me entry is not included . How funny. Means i have access to bedroom but i dont have home keys. This is still with them as i didnt got my money back.
                                      Please b aware of these experiences before booking ur trip.

                                        I have just completed my trip today (5th July 2019) through travel triangle. The service was very poor. There was no co-ordination between travel triangle, travel agent and local team/agent at Thailand. We had to ask every day regarding schedule for next day. The complete itinerary provided while booking was not completed by them. Our tour included Bangkok City tour with Gems World, which we were not provided with. Also it included Elephant and Monkey show at Phuket, which also we were not provided.

                                        I would like to request for refund of the amount along with damages for incomplete trip, failing which a legal action will be taken from my side. I have complete whatsapp chat messages and emails provided while booking, and the actual tour provided to me.
