I went to travel triangles online portal day before yesterday but could not complete the enquiry but i started receiving many calls and emails after being told to their cce they reached to my whatsapp and send me messages then i strictly warned them not to send me messages they sent me below message. Please see the kind of people they hire to treat customers. Big shame on travel triangle..

Are you crazy or what? Or you don't have any etiquette? Can't you see that this is the first message we have sent you. And we thank god that we haven't called you otherwise we would have said all this over call, which we would never want to. Who the hell is desperately following you. We just sent you a quote and that too because you queried for the same and left your number there, it's called customer service and nothing else, or may be you don't know the meaning of following everywhere. Anyways without wasting our as well as your time..in one word, if you are so against getting calls kindly do not share your number on any online portal.

    Travel Triangle is simply a worst trip management comapny in India.

    We have planned trip to south India with Cassia Holidays thru travel triangle, and it was worst experience we have ever faced in our life.
    Trip is like Banglore - Mysore - Ooty - Koorg - Banglore

    - We were 3 couples and booked 3 rooms at each hotels.
    - Agent (vibin bobby) is a worst agent, we have ever met.
    - We have made full payment, but no any proper service from travel triangle after payment.

    Here is our story.

    On Day 1
    We reached late midnight on Banglore airport due to delayed flight. Driver was there to pick and drop us to hotel. It was ok and as per planned.
    When we reached hotel (Pai Confort), Hotel manager said we have only 2 rooms available for now and you have to adjust in them.
    We did fight with them to get as per our bookings (we have booked 3 rooms)

    After an hour, they booked 3 rooms in diffrent hotel (Pai Viceroy). and we shifted to there near about 3 am midnight.
    It was horrible experience, we faced in the starting of our trip.

    On Day 2
    We checked out and going to Mysore. Driver was covering places as per his timings, not following our planned schedule with travel triangle.
    We visited some places and reached hotel (the president) in Mysore. we have booked extra bed for one of our family (mentioned in voucher also)
    but cassia holidays(vibin bobby) didn't booked it. again we have to argue / fight with him.

    On Day 3
    We checked out and going to ooty. again same issue with driver. we have visited some places and checked in to hotel in ooty (sabol holiday resort).
    Resort is far way from ooty city. so we must have to order dinner from there. Dinner was horrible. no inhouse restaurent facility, and worst service they have provided to us
    but somehow we adjusted. even no spoons, no glasses to drink water.
    In room, there was no towels, we asked them, they said, towells will be provided at next morning 7 am, again we fight with them and manager did some arrangements.

    On Day 4
    We visited some places in ooty. and taken dinner inside city (Pankaj restaurant, it's good). as we have already faced issue in dinner in sabol.
    returned back to sabol holiday resort.

    On day 5
    We checked out from sabol resort, during checkout, there is no any staff person available to pick up our luggage,
    Now we are going to coorg. visited enroute places and reached hotel (The cassita).

    The cassita staff has provided us very good service and we really enjoyed their service. We recommend to book this hotel (The cassita),
    if anyone is going to coorg.

    On Day 6
    We visited some places in coorg. and enjoyed time in the cassita.

    On day 7
    We did checkout from the cassita, and returning to banglore. we asked driver for some sight seeings in banglore, but he refused to make sight seeing in banglore.
    (He said, There is heavy traffic in banglore so you can't do sight seeings there). but somehow we convinced him to visit lal baug.
    we have booked pai comfort in banglore, but agent (vibin bobby) changed hotel on the fly. we didn't aware about the new hotel
    and provided another hotel (Edition O Malleshvaram).

    When we reached there, They have asked for payment, we just shocked. again contacted agent (vibin bobby). He told us to pay by cash. we refused.
    (As we already paid for the whole trip in advance). He talked with driver, and he made partial payment.

    On Day 8
    During checkout, they have asked again for remaining payment, again we contacted agent, and again driver paid remaining amount.
    Finally We reached banglore airport, and trip is completed.

    Summary.
    - Never ever book your trip with cassia holidays.
    - Travel Triangle emergency contact number was not working througout the trip.
    - Don't trust blindly on travel triangle. All agents on travel triangle are not honest.

      Booking id: 4477853
      Uttarakhand 6 days and 5 nights for a family (4 nos.)
      Tour starting from kathgodam from 26th may 2019

      It was agreed with the trip advisor mr. Pranav gupta and mr jatin chopta from luvy trip that they will share the hotel confirmation vouchers within 3 days of the payment. Payment is made on 11th may and till today the hotel confirmation and safari confirmation are not received.
      The trip advisor and luvy trip are not responding to my calls / messages. I tried calling the toll free number but no solution was offered. So i am registering my complaint here.
      I am starting my tour from pune on coming thursday and it is not convenient for me to start the tour without confirmation of hotel and safari and vehicle.
      I request please help me in getting the hotel confirmation, safari confirmation and vehicle confirmation at earliest.

        I have come to realize that this company willingly forbids posting negative agent and service reviews on their website. I had submitted the following review for their service after completing trip to Nainital.

        "Testimonial : TripSailer Com is a fraud company and I would not recommend anyone to use it. Firstly, they created an invoice with a set of terms and condition which did not mention anything about cab and trip timings. As soon as I made the payment, they gave a new set of T&C which set the cab timings from 10 to 6 P.M. and extra payment for usage beyond this. I reached out to both TripSailer and travel triangle that it is not fair to do this post payment but they did not help at all. Travel triangle representative's response was even worse and his tone of conversation was rude and unprofessional. Ms. Prabha from Trip Sailer was even worse as she mentioned why did I not ask about timings first and it was not her responsibility to inform me in advance. I tried to reason that even Savaari and Clear car rentals have timings from 6 A.M to 9 P.M and if they have different timings this should be mentioned before, but no point. Anyway, I had to give up and go on the trip as payment was done and they refused to refund. The service worsened once I reached Nainital. The cab driver provided was equally bad and lazy and kept blaming me for getting it done from an agent who did not plan well. On, first day the there were sight seeings planned in Sattal, NaukaChiatal and Hanuman Giri post reaching Bhimtal from Delhi. We reached Bhimtal around 4P.M from Delhi and said we can leave in around 30 minutes post check-in, but driver refused saying agent has incorrectly created trip and there should be no sightseeing on arrival day. That time he agreed to squeeze it in the next day. However, next day he refused going that way and said it would only be Nainital today as others are off route. Anyway we thought we will just move and contact Travel Triangle over the whatsapp chat they created once Nainital sightseeing is done. It got even worse there. We had sightseeing mentioned in the given plan for Nainital Zoo, Tiffin Top, Snow point, Suicide point, Naini temple and naini lake, Caves, etc. The driver just went to the parking around 1 Km before mall road and parked saying everything is nearby. I told him Tiffin top and suicide point is not in mall road, then he said outside cabs can't go there and we had to pay another 1500 to a person he brought to take us to tiffin top, suicide point and had to take cable car for snow view which costed another 600. When we reached those point we saw how other cabs were allowed at these points. Even after coming back, when we wanted to go to sightseeings in mall road he just did not get the car out of parking saying he will be charged parking again and told us to take an auto rickshaw to travel between points. At this point I lost it and reached out to Travel triangle and trip sailer asking what is the point to packaged tour if I have to keep making payment at every point. They kept saying outside cars are not allowed. I told them if that was the case they should have mentioned only hotel to parking in the itinerary and not all these points. Also I sent them pictures of other out of state cabs allowed at these points. At this point Ms. Prabha called me and literally shouted at me for irritating her as she had "handled so many customers and I am the only one complaining". She said to not call her anymore but reach out to travel triangle for any issue. I clearly told that I have made the payment to you and she is needed to respond to queries. She hung up on me saying not to trouble her any further. Other couple of days were equally frustrating. We had to go to Ranikhet the next day but I clearly mentioned I need to cover the points missed on day 1 as I am not compromising any further on the itinerary. So driver gave in a we went to the point. Before starting for Ranikhet I had a print out of the itinerary which I gave to driver to see. He glance and said he knew and kept driving. The itinerary mentioned sightseeing in way to hotel and then check in at the end of the day. The driver however took us to hotel saying its in route and we left some 20 minutes post that when he took us to golf course. I again showed him the itinerary and asked him to plan the route so he can cover all these today. He then started arguing ki 'itna koi nai jata hai, agent ne galat bana dia' (No one goes to so many points, agent has written incorrectly). I told him I do not care and will go all the points mentioned and if he has problems with the plan talk to the agent himself and get me refund. He sulked and after some convincing moved on. The trip itinerary mentioned a few temples and he continuously kept saying 'itna temple kaun dekhta hai' (who sees so many temples). In fact, he just showed on small temple on side of the road and said this is Haida Khan temple. Since my wife had seen the pictures she said this is not that and not to treat us like fools. He then went towards Jhula devi and Bhalu dam and we realized it was on the opposite side and thus we wasted a lot of time and by time we reached Bhalu dam entry it was around 4:30 P.M and there wasn't enough time to do the trek so we decided to go to Haida khan temple which was even further back towards Nainital and we reached only around 5. Thus we had to rush back so he won't work overtime. We still had Majkhali left on the plan and he realized it was one the different side near the golf course and further away from it. Then he started arguing that why didn't we tell him before. I said I handed him the printed plan and it was his responsibility to plan the route and not mine. He promised he will take us there next day and we agreed. I also told him that we have cobett museum, falls and girija temple the next day and he started sulking again that falls is on a bad route and he won't go. I gave him Prabha's number and asked him to talk to her as to why she planned this way and we will talk tomorrow. We went back to hotel and just when we were coming out for dinner I saw the driver sitting in reception and he came to argue that he talked to his boss and he said '1-2 point chalta hai hum to itna trip karte' I told him' agar 1000 Rs kam dun to wo chalta hai hoga' and told him to leave and talk to agent and we will leave at morning tomorrow post he checks with them. I also pasted the same on whatsapp chat which travel triangle had created and they just mentioned standard looking into it. In the morning, we went to Majkhali and then driver started gloating again. I showed him the map which showed a journey of around 2 hours if he goes to falls, museum and girija temple in the same order, but he did not listen and took some strangely long route which made him take 3 hours to reach just the museum while whole way he kept saying he is going to falls. Once I reached museum I again informed Travel triangle of how he is trying to avoid that point but again no response meant driver went to Temple first which was in a different direction. Luckily they called him once he reached temple and he had no options but to go to falls which meant a re-route of around 80 Km front and back wasting all our time and we were able to reach the resort only after 5 which we should have reached around 3P.M if he routed correctly. I realized he took a longer route to avoid toll booths but had no energy left to argue as anyway trip ended next day. It's really sad how they ruined my trip due to their unethical behavior. I would really advise all travellers to not fall for this fraud agency and do not even use Travel triangle. There are better options available and just need some research.

        There are no abuses or any ill spoken language in this review. Travel triangle agent called me next day and I was in no mood to explain further but just wanted this review to be available. But they have not made this review visible a week after posting. So this seems to be a deliberate practice to not allow 1 star reviews which helps in cheating new customers.

          Team you people has closed my querrey without contacting me and asking me wether my issue has been resolved or not.. Moreover, as per me this site is a worst site any body could ever find.. Further more solution which i people has decided by your own as oer that i should receive my refund back with in 4 to 5 days still i am weighing for my refund and there is no update on the same.. Contact m by phone as soon as possible.

            I had booked a 6 day tour to hong kong macau (Hong kong trip id: 3721566). Last day of the tour (I. E 15th may) was in macau but at the last moment they have booked a ferry from hong kong to macau at odd timing of 1315 hrs (Even after specifying the timing as 10-11am before booking the trip). This will reduce my stay in macau leaving us only to rush through the things. Upon asking for changing the ferry time, travel triangle has reverted with sorry for incovenience and nothing beyond it. Pathetic customer service. God knows what all compromises are in the bag before starting the tour on 11th may'19.

              Aditya grand vacation travel triangle one of the worst travel agency: manipulative agents and this agency is a harassment to the travel & tourism industry.
              I am really disgruntled with my trip to mauritius this was suppose to be a time of leisure but it has turned into a disappointing experience.
              As mentioned in the package inclusions, we had one complimentary lunch at the hotel, when enquired about the same on our last day at mauritius, the management denied us. I reached out to the agency since it was mentioned in our package and they denied us too, stating that was a misprint/a typo in their package inclusion and immediately changed the voucher and sent us.
              Now this becomes a breach of trust and negligence if this is true it will be escalated to the higher authorities. Am really unhappy with the current situation i have been put in and to shell out an extra amount because of the negligence caused through the agents is completely unacceptable.
              Moreover they were very rude while communicating the same, i have all the screenshots too can share.
              Also the manager out there mr ram had the audacity to say "go to consumer court, no one can do anything to me".
              We were out in a unknown land for a vacation. This kind of behavior from the agency when we are out is not acceptable. They do not care about their customers.
              They are an agency providing tourism service to a foreign land. If there is a mistake, then why would the customer bear the expenses? My point is - it was confirmed to me repeatedly over phone.. They can check the phone audit.. Now after all this, when the time comes to provide the service, just a simple sorry.. Also very rude behavior while i was talking over phone. It would have been better to own up the mistake and agency or travel triangle bear the cost.. Plz remember, it's not a one time thing.
              So this is for everybody to be cautious and stay away from such cheaters.
              Seriously all travelers please do not use travel triangle for making any bookings... Or at least do not depend on aditya grand vacation to make your trip relaxing because all they can do is to give you incorrect packages, over charge you, treat you like #, be unprofessional, make what's app groups to formally communicate about your trip, and if you complain about things mentioned in your package inclusions they can immediately edit the same and resend you stating that was a misprint

                I had booked a trip from delhi to nainital and back via travel triangle which included various hotels and swift dzire cab on apr 23, 2019. The agent provided me the options and quotations and on acceptance of the same they generated an invoice for same.in the invoice they had attached some terms and conditions which i went through and accepted and made the payment for 1st installment on the same day. However, just the next day along with hotel vouchers they sent me a new set of t&c which mentioned cab will be only provided from 10a. M to 6 p. M and any extra usage is chargeable. Also, they made another condition that dzire will be provided on availability basis. I contacted them and tried to reason out that since payment has been made there should be no such terms added. I was rudely told this is done like this to every customer and since i did not enquire about extra charges it is my fault. I had clearly asked the sales representative that are there any extra charges to which she mentioned there are none.

                I mailed travel triangle's customer service with the exact before and after t&c pdfs but its been 3 days and they have not responded. I talked multiple times to sales reps and none of them provide me a resolution

                I received these as pdf attachments from them.
                Even with the second T&C, the time mentioned here is 7 A.M to 6 P.M but they are providing cab only from 10 A.M to 7 P.M

                  The worst site for booking your package. I have booked one honey moon package for bali. At the time of booking i was asked 95 thousand and after that they give me some discount of 5 thousand and one discount coupon we use and package become some around 87 or 88 thousand. Than after having a discussion i paid 40 thousand rupees, after having that payment agent requested me to 5 thousand extra and he says that now flight amount has been increased. And u have to oay extra amount. Moreover, manager sharat of trip advisor was so rude and he even said this to me that we didn't asked u to pay by credit card their was multiple other option as well (As i was charged extra on paying by credit card) moreover trip was planned for 5 days and 4 night which they start from 18th and flight which they were offering was in the night of 18th and 19th they were reaching bali.. Even they said either pay 5 k extra or we we will cancelling your booking.. As per me it was pre planned fraud. First offer discount and after payment ask for more money.

                    Me and my husband planned kerala as honey moon trip and booked from travels triage
                    They inturn booked our all trip from shoes on loose. 28.12.2018 our trip scheduled to allepey house boat. It was too worst and i paid extra for booking as its a new year and christmas eve. Paid even extra for candle light dinner, flower decoration and cake.
                    The basic arrangements like bath room only not good. The toilet was lwaking and room with dirty smell. Called to that co ordinators, they didnt solved issue. Even food was worst and we ate maggie only and stayed there for one night and day in that boat house. I even sent pics of bathroom and dirty kithen also but not got any reply. All other booking agents like make my trip etc arranged other boat but they not helped me in any way.
                    But still today it has been 4 months i have not received even refund also

                      Travel Triangle is the worst service provider ever I had seen. We took the package of 4 members for JIM CORBETT, at last movement they changed our Hotel without our confirmation & than they haven't given the Jungle Safari and gave us the ### reason that for the permit and all. We have taken a 25, 400 INR package and didn't get anything instead of a hotel. Really and the concerned person(ASHISH, SUMIT, Kukubh) he didn't even bother to pick the calls and at the time of payment, he picked only driver's call and talking to us in an arrogant manner and said I didn't like the way so I didn't pick your calls. This type of customer service they are giving so who will gonna buy from them, I really don't recommend this agency to buy any package for anywhere. They even don't have any customer support no one bother for their customer. Never ever buy any travel package from them.

                        I am writing this with regards to booking made via travel triangle (Nitsa holidays — 7722452) from 13-17th april, the booking was handled by rahul (+91 [protected]). The booking was made for my elderly parents and hence needed consideration and thought, especially in terms of booking flights and baggage.

                        Despite our several calls made back and forth during the time of booking, we were promised and confirmed that 15kg baggage was added on our ‘value’ tickets on our way back from bali to delhi and we need not pay anything in excess. Thus, we planned hand baggage only from delhi to bali and on our way, we wanted to check - in using our free baggage allowance.

                        However, on reaching bali airport we found out that we do not have any free baggage and we had to pay to check – in, despite all vouchers and messages the airline staff could not find our ‘value’ booking baggage allowance in their system and confirmed that it is indeed the mistake of your travel agent (Rahul in this case) who had forgotten to select free baggage option on our return flight.

                        We requested them repeatedly to consider the same, however we ended up paying around 100 usd, wasted almost over an hour and was harassed whilst other passengers cleared the coast, swiftly.

                        There were few other blunders, for example complimentary dinner promised on day 3, was never fulfilled, but we let that one go. However, this long wait, harassment and delay at airport that costed us 100 usd worth money and affected my father’s health and their time is not excusable.

                        I want travel triangle to investigate this matter at the earliest, else we may have to take a legal action on the same, as your customers should be your priority and your agent simply cannot excuse himself by not even answering our calls for after service or feedback.

                        I hope i can get a revert asap on this.

                        such complaints on merits beacuse nobody sees any relevant document:

                        ticket,
                        bag tag,

                        The time limit for the submission of such type of the claim is 7 days following the last flight or 7 days from the last reply.

                          This is regarding my booking for singapore on 1st may 2019, the flights were booked by your agency with jet airways,

                          Now, all international flights with jet airways are cancelled. I asked your customer care to let me know what is being done.

                          All i got to hear from your customer care that - "your flights - your problem!! Book your flights yourself now, pay extra and go."

                          I have paid you to get my travel arrangements done by you. Now at last minute, i can't be spending double the cost, for an arrangement that was supposed to be done by your company.

                          Since i can not bear the extra burden for the flight tickets, i would like my money refunded.

                          Your representative said she will get back and did not do so.

                          I called many time, even requested a callback.

                          The next time i connected my trip advisor said she will get back, but has not done so, till now.

                          Your agency is not responding to any of my queries, i would like a refund of my money.

                          Please arrange for that as, it is hard earned money and i can not afford any spending any more than what was planned.

                          As per the initial agreement, the responsibility of my entire trip arrangements lies with you company, and that is the reason i have paid the full amount. Now, i am not getting any conclusive response.

                          I have already paid full amount, placing my full trust on your company.

                          I am repeatedly trying to reach your customer care and i am not getting any response at all.

                          The third party agent is giving inconclusive replies.

                          I am getting no response from anywhere.

                            We are really disappointed with the service and no support provided by yogesh (Travel triangle trip advisor).

                            We are either unable to reach him all time and also the changes asked to be made in the travel site and the flight details were not updated yet by him to the dorganizers agent

                            Our travel dates are just in 5 days on april 26th 2019 and we have not yet received our
                            1. Visa stamped passports from the agent
                            2. Malaysian hotel vouchers.
                            3. Flight details are updated wrongly for our names and also the
                            4. Bus tickets from singapore to malaysia is not provided yet..
                            5. Travel dates in the tt portal invoice along with the flight details is updated wrongly..

                            We are constantly in touch with the dorganizers agent, but trip advisor yogesh has not been attending calls or replying to any of the travel concerns we have raised in the tt portal chats and emails. Is this the kind of service we must expect from the travel triangle

                            Payments were done from our end on time and we cannot tolerate this kind of negligence.

                            Let me know the responsibility towards our trip.

                              We had booked a 4 days tour to delhi - nainital - jim corbett. We were a family of seven people so we had taken the package so that we can enjoy the trip with comfort and ease.
                              My first experience with travel triangle turned out to be a disaster because of irresponsible people who just believe in money making rather than customer service.

                              On day one driver came late by 1 hour saying that the cab broke out on the way.
                              Travel triangle was so irresponsible that they had alloyed to us a driver who was completely unaware of the roots. We did not know that he we are dependent on a driver who has never been to nainital.... Driver being completely new took a wrong route and we went on some other route hence reached the destination late by almost 2 hours...in the evening also there was lot of chaos as the routes were unknown to the driver..
                              Trival triangle has been so inconsiderate that inspite of repeated requests they did not give us a local driver..
                              If we had to go using gps. We could have gone by out own conveyance rather than booking a tour...
                              On day 3 we were given a local driver after pleading with them. He took us for local sightseeing for 2 hours and dropped us back to the hotel.
                              Also let me tell that the hotels provided by them were located in the most isolated areas and were away from the city.. They were shabby and the food quality was below average.
                              We could not cover most of the sights because of a foolish driver
                              Moreover on raising the issue with travel triangle, their employees ameed, gautam and travel agent by the name of kamal had the audacity to say that they have covered everything as per itinerary.
                              I had taken the package to enjoy hassle free trip as i was taking my parents for the first time
                              I am rather embarrassed and disturbed because of the chaos created bu travel triangle..

                              We got only dirty rooms to stay and average food to eat.. Had we not taken the package out stay would have been much better

                              Not to forget.. Their employee by the name of gautam.. Rather than empathising with me and listening to my grievances told me that ‘’ aap to trip enjoy karne nahi.. Ladne aayi hai... Mr gautam fails to understand how painful it is for a customer to see his hard earned money getting wasted.. The issues to be listed are endless.. I would just like to say that i am not a fake customer who is being paid to write good reviews about the company..                                 Hi im gaayathri from chennai. I recently booked my honeymoon package to havelock through travel triangle & my agent was getz destination from april 11th to april 14th.

                                I had opted for a 4n & 5d package that comprises of 1 night in port blair 2 nights in havelock & 4th night in port blair. The total package cost was rs. 35, 000/- and i had made my complete payment before the travel.
                                I had also received vouchers confirming the stay as mentioned above. (Photos of vouchers attached for reference).

                                Just before 10 days of travel, due to some personal reasons, i had to fly back to chennai on april 14th sunday evening instead of april 15th monday morning.

                                I requested my travel agents if its possible to change the package to 3n & 4d with 1n in port blair & 2 nights in havelock. But they denied and refused stating that the hotel bookings have already been made and the vouchers cannot be changed.

                                Despite being a complete loss to me, i still accepted to pay the full amount for 4n & 5d and chose to fly back on april 14th sunday and stressed to my travel agents not to change the pkg or the iternary & to retain the the original plan as it is.

                                When i arrived at port blair on april 11th, to my despair i found that my total package and iternary has been changed and my stay and hotel bookings had been cut short without my prior knowledge.

                                I immediately contacted my travel co-coordinator anjali & lakshman from travel triangle & tanya from getz destination. They all claimed that the package had been changed to 3n & 4d based on my flight details, when the actual payment has been made for 4n & 5d.

                                It was completely an unethical behavior from the end of travel triangle & the travel agent to leave the clients at total despair when they are at the midst of the tour. No one actually responded to the phone calls and they kept delegating the issue from one person to the other.

                                At one point their behavior and their tone over the phone was complete rude and lethargic. They refused to accept the mistake they had made and only tried convincing us as though we had no option.

                                When questioned as to why there was no official communication about the change of package or why amount was revised not revised based on 3n & 4d, they remained silent and tried cooking up some stories to convince us.

                                I had actually booked for a honey moon package but spent my total time there in a mental trauma, trying to make continuous phone calls to make them understand and change my hotel booking and extend my stay.

                                But they all raised their hands saying that it was impossible to change the bookings at last min and that we had to stick to the plan.

                                Finally i had to book my hotels in havelock for one more day through agoada and had to spend for the sightseeing there from my own pocket despite of paying 35k that included all the above.

                                So it’s been a horrible and a complete loss to me and i have been literally cheated and left stranded in havelock without any kind of support from neither travel triangle not the travel agent.

                                So following is the jist :
                                1. Payments has been made for 4n & 5d including stay and sightseeing for 2n in havelock & 2n port blair.
                                2. But upon our arrival it was intimated that the pkg is only for 3n & 4d with 2n in port blair & 1n in havelock and all major sightseeing such as elephanta beach etc had been cut down.
                                3. I had been undergoing so much of metal stress and trauma during my stay there when i really ought to be spending my time happily in my honeymoon.

                                So it’s a completely a fraudulent and unethical behavior from the end of both travel triangle & getz destination and i demand a complete refund of my amount that i had paid for 4n & 5d.

                                I have all the necessary proofs and chats with the agent if required, to prove my case and i am ready to take legal action against travel triangle & getz destination, if they deny to pay the compensation and refund of my amount.

                                Attached herewith are the following for your reference:
                                1. Initial quote of 4n & 5d that was submitted by the travel agent along with complete iternary
                                2. Acknowledgment & receipt for the payment made for 35 k
                                3.. Vouchers of hotel bookings in port blair on april 11th & 14
                                4. Vouchers of hotel bookings in havelock for april 12th & 13th.

                                Kindly arrange for the "refund of my original amount based on 3n & 4d package and the compensation of amount that i spent for hotel booking & sight seeing in havelock" at the earliest. Else i may have to take suitable legal action against travel triangle & make this issue go public in all social media forums, for no one else must suffer or be cheated with some mere brand names.

Nikhil introduce this agent to me, and as per quatation approved with full details 15500 full payment done (Through travel triangle) now today i just checked in hotel and grv holidays thailand agent calling me and asking me to change the trip dates if not done then they will deduct the included trip part

                                  How they will treat a customer like this way??? They are doing total fraud business as per commitment and approved quatation they are denying to deliver the service

                                    Hi Team,

                                    This is Bharath here and I have booked for a Honeymoon Trip with travel triangle (For 14th to 17th February). My booking id is 3873437.

                                    My point of contact is Akash (akash.[protected]@traveltriangle.com) / Rita Gomes (rita.[protected]@skytoursandtravel.com) and I have booked my travel with Sky Tours and Travel (http://www.skytoursandtravel.com).

                                    I was excited for having this memorable trip (Bangalore, Mysore & Coorg) but Day 1 journey itself became a tragedy with having an unpleasant experience.

                                    I reached Bangalore Airport at 10 am and travelled to Mysore for about 4 hours (Reached around 3 pm). I asked Rita Gomes – Sky Tour agent to provide detailed itinerary with timing but they didn't provide. If I had known this long travel before I would not have booked this trip. There is no point travelling from Chennai to Bangalore via flight and again travelling from Bangalore Airport to Mysore for about 4 hours. If the agent has told me about this long journey we would have booked bus and reached directly to Mysore instead of wasting money on Flight, due to this long journey without getting proper rest we got sick and tired. Before booking the trip I asked Rita to share detailed timings for each day but she didn’t send (attached screenshot). I even raised a complaint to Travel triangle executives (Anisha, Akash, Abhinav, Nitesh and customer care) on day 1 and I did not get any response from them. (attached email for evidence)

                                    Driver Aniketh (Brother in Law of the cab owner) is new, he did not know anything about the places and insisted us to visit the Brindavan Garden which we could not properly sightsee the place and told him to drop in our Hotel. Around 7 pm we asked him to take to Chamundeshwari Temple he told after 5 pm it will be closed. I checked the timings in Google and showed it will open from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. How come the agent can book us a driver who does not know anything about the places? The driver was very rude and I wanted to keep on asking him to Turn on the AC. When I complained about this to the owner (Asha Cab Travels) driver got angry and spoke impolite. Before booking the trip I double checked whether you’re going to provide the cab by your office or by another travel partner/vendor, Rita told entire trip will be our drivers but it was fake.

                                    I expected the climate will be cold in Coorg but it was very hot which she even didn’t tell me about it. Whether it is long travel, Hot weather and Third party vendor (Asha Cab Travels) all she wanted is to book the Trip. I have never seen this kind of travel agent who works just to get profit out of it instead of giving Best travel plan.

                                    In Coorg, the Hotel Pranav international is located in Gonikoppal which is very far for all the sightseeing in Coorg. We need to travel a maximum of 2 hours to travel from our Hotel to the sightseeing. Who will book this kind of Hotel which is very far instead of booking near Madikeri?

                                    On our Day 3, the driver has been changed and the owner was driving. After he started to drive he was very rude and telling me that I kept on complaining and I was the First customer to raise so many complaints.
                                    While leaving after lunch he told his cab is not allowed to go to Abbey falls due to landslide and asked me to take Jeep Safari for Rs.1500, when I called Rita she is also saying the same if you want to go take a Jeep safari or else he will take to next place. I questioned her why it was not informed us earlier about it and she kept on repeating the same. The Travel agent office is in Delhi and she does not know anything about Coorg. The driver took us around 3 pm to Raja seat which is a Sunset point. I asked him I need to see the Sunset so, take me to Dubare Elephant Camp he told it is very far and it will take 1hour. While returning to Dubare Elephant Camp, the driver said it will be closed when we reach so, I take you tomorrow morning and asked to be ready at 8 am.

                                    On our last day, return to Bangalore airport by 4 pm to catch our Chennai flight for 5:15 pm, around 6.30am driver messaged me his cab got some problem and asked us to get ready at 9 am. I called Rita, Anisha, Akash around 9 am (attached the call history for evidence) but they did not pick up even after repeated calls for more than 2 hours. The driver did not come after 9.30am and called him when you will be reaching he said it will take 10 minutes, after several calls he reached 11 am. While on the way going the tyre got punctured twice and I called Rita she didn’t pick up the call, instead she was calling the driver who left his mobile in the car. In the meantime, we didn’t even have our lunch and sacrificed just to catch the flight but the driver stopped for a tea break and he was having a cigarette. She then took at 2.30pm and told you can catch the flight, I clearly told we can’t able to catch the flight so please make some arrangements. (attached screenshot of What’s app message). We reached the airport around 5.30pm and the Air Asia flight has been departed. The cab driver is asking us to get down and when I called Rita several times she has switched off her mobile. (attached screenshot of call history)

                                    I called Anisha TT executive she didn’t pick up and called Akash, finally, he took the call saying he has quit TT three days back and will ask Anisha to call back. (I was calling him from day 1 and no one even informed me about this, my second point of contact is Akash)

                                    Anisha then called me at 6 pm and shared Sky tour and travel manager number Swati Arya (attached screenshot). I asked her to book another flight which is 7 pm and she told the ticket price is Rs.15000 and we can’t book. If the ticket price is high, then asked her to book us Bus for that also she told we can’t book from our side. I then asked for a refund for flight and told that is not possible because it was your mistake you should have booked another cab to catch your flight. How she can say like that? I was calling Rita from the morning she didn’t pick up and how can I book another cab?

                                    The whole trip was a disaster both Travel triangle and travel agent are fake company and I will never suggest or refer them to anyone. I have attached the screenshot of the Sky tour and travels website, it is very outdated and they don’t even have latest data.

                                    Kindly take severe action against Travel triangle for false promises and worst service from Sky tour and travels. As per our Itinerary, we did not visit Srirangapatana in Mysore and Dubare Elephant Camp in Coorg.
                                    I need a refund for the places which they did not cover and return flight tickets.

                                    Information for all travellers: Please don't book the packages from travel triangle. Once you paid all the instalments they won’t even bother you and stop attending to your calls and messages if you face any problem during your travel. Before booking please check the Travel agent website for transparency.

                                      My self Abhijeet Sharma i have booked a trip to Thailand(Booking ID:3752573) and my payment of[protected] in excess) on 21 Feb. for which informed to travel assistant Rajat Mogla, he along with your finance team member Sahil rajput assisted me that excess payment of Rs 500 will be refunded in 5-6 Days now it has been almost two months but i still not able to get my refund.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have following serious concerns which could not be handled by Travel Triangle team (Specially by Mr. Faizan). I request you read till end (Read time 4 mins). This was my second trip through Travel Triangle.

                                        1. I had booking for 4 adults and Two kids. One kid is above six years of age. I communicated all the details of members in advance. But My hotels were not booked considering 6 yrs age of kid. Each hotel allows only up to 5 yrs age and because of that no Extra bedding was provided by hotel. When i called to travel agent he told me please do not tell at hotel that kid is above 5 yrs. Travel agent saved money in that way. I booked 4 stars hotels despite of that i suffered during my entire trip. No resolution being taken till today.

                                        2. In 4 star hotel, I have booked two rooms but in one room there was no Hot water. Outside temperature is 4 Deg C in Manali. I literally had ice bucket challenge. Assure trip given me two emergency no. I called on both but nobody picked. I called for hotel manager but hotel staff told that manager will come at 10:00am only and you cant contact the manager right now as he will be sleeping. I stayed 3 nights in hotel. I expected some help from Mr. Faizan but he also not responded properly. I could not concentrate in my trip because my daughter fall sick seriously due to cold water wash. I was told that hot water supply in only premium rooms but i have booked the premium category rooms only. In last day hotel staff realized and offered me for room change but by that i have already completed my stay.

                                        3. During my trip three times cab driver changed. New driver was knowing nothing about the place. I complaint to Faizan but he mingled with Assure trip and couldn't give any resolution. In fact last driver dropped me and my family on road in the night and left. He even didn't allow to check the vehicle properly even after drop. Mr. Faizan again failed to help us.

                                        After completing the trip, I requested several time to take the action. But Mr. Faizan told that as per terms and conditions services are provided and you are free to take legal action.

                                        I could conclude that travel triangle is ELEPHANT WITHOUT TEETH. They couldn't able to take any action against anybody (Hotel, Cab Provider, Assure Trip etc). If Mr. Faizan would have handle it properly that situation wouldn't arises.

                                        I am repeatedly requested to take action against or provide me compensation. He kept on promising many things but not delivered any of the resolution till today.

                                        Even till today i donot know who is the right person to talk and i ended up writing you. I spoke the Mr Abhishek regarding my grievances he told me to speak Mr Faizan, I repeated all my problems again to Mr Faizan and after coordinating for 10 days, he told to speak Mr. Neeraj Joshi.

                                        It is kindly noted that if i have made all the booking it would cost me 74000/- but i paid 83500/- expecting some service from travel triangle. But I must say Travel Triangle failed miserably. If this review can help other travellers than i got my justice.
