Our flight of 6e -76 3.45 pm got changed to 6e -78 2am. Hence by the time the agency provided the pickup from the hotel we already missed our flight for the same. We were not informed on the flight change and had to stay at airport for more than 18hrs without any accommodation assistance from the agency. Also they refused to take responsibility of information conveying on this. We had to go through lot of harassment because of this. Would request you to look into the matter very seriously as we expect a kind of support from the agency and hence pay accordingly to. The agency was breakbag.
Even during our stay in bangkok we were provided with a poor hotel and a double bed with sliding beds whereas we booked as a honeymoon package for the tour.
It was really very disappointing to have this kind of services inspire of paying 1.24 lakh for the trip.

It looks that you are not satisfined with the level of the sevices.
You complaint is not clear for the consideration for legl professioanal:-
- no dates / time
- no place
- no ticket
- no rebooking

If you need the financial compensation, you must collect all the douments related to travel and you
can hire a lawyer or a legal professional in the civil aviation, whcih will cost you about[protected]+ rupees, if you chose the Indian court.

    This is with reference to our forthcoming travel (6d/5n) to dubai with booking id 3171628. We booked the trip on 08th sep'18

    While the booking/itinerary process was great from the agent you tied up with us. We have paid installments totaling to 400000/- out of 698500/-. Yesterday (20th nov'18) mr dinesh and mr shrey (View holiday trip) called me to communicate their inability to go ahead with our booking in hotel committed by them earlier. Just to reiterate, they gave us confirmation of hotel booking with vouchers of said dates (27 dec'18 - 1 jan'19) from radisson blu hotel, dubai media city. Much to our surprise, they told me that hotel has cancelled the booking now. What? How on earth can a hotel cancel a confirmed booking after two months? We are scheduled to travel next month.

    Agent, mr dinesh also proposed us to go for other hotels and asked for additional money. He asked if we can stay in two hotels dividing our itinerary. He also challenged us to write to customer care and that he will defend himself as its not his fault why will a person compromise for the sheer mistake of agent. I also work for a service company and well understand that a customer cant be penalized for our own mistake. We had a view that all agents on your website go through due diligence before being registered but sheer lack of professionalism from view holiday trip is evident here.

    Hotel details as per our booking:

    Radisson blu hotel, dubai media city, breakfast, c.in:27/12/18 c. Out:01/12/18, 04 rooms for 8 adults and 01 child

    I request you to direct the agent to go ahead with the same itinerary and hotel. Or else throw away such agent from your portal. And refund our money

      I took a trip for thailand, no one from travel triangle is contactable, my source of contact is mr. Pulkit who is not answering calls. The changes i asked to make the agent neeraj from asap travel agency he assured me that it is done but none of the changes has been amended, i am still in thailand and no one from travel triangle is helping me. Please help me getting my money back.

      I took a trip for Thailand, which is total waste I am here in Krabi now and no one from Travel triangle is contactable, my source of contact is Mr. pulkit Chaturvedi who is not contactable i have no other source to contact. Whatever changes I asked to make the agent Neeraj from ASAP travel agency he assured me that it is ammended and taken care however none of the changes has been amended, now Pulkit and Neeraj both are not reaponding to my calls and chats. I am still in thailand and no one from travel triangle is ready to help or have an answer to my questions. Mr. Akshat from ASAP travel agency is contacting and convincing me to be happy with the package what I have. He is not ready to understand that the package which i have got do not include the places which i asked for and the agent neeraj misguided that it is included. Requesting all not to waste your hard earn money like this its a fraud business they are doing.

      Since the money has gone and you guys have already spoiled the happiness. In return you cannot do anything now. After ruining the complete trip some Shekhar had offered me dinner or lunch that could be the most hillarious deal I could get after so much. Thus, i would like to say you may keep the money as I would not be you using Travel triangle any more, also guide others too to not to plan any trip with you. Everytime new agent calls and asks about what went wrong, you people don't have any designated person to resolve issues but when it comes to take money one person will be dedicated to that job. Its pointless talking to you, I would suggest you should work hard on how to deal genuinely rather than focusing on how to make money in fraudulent way.

        Hi. This is in regard with the payment not released by travel triangle people even after reminding them a number of times.
        We have already sent mails and reminders to the concerned persons through mails and phone calls but they are not responding positively. Find below some conversation details:

        Nh:
        Kindly release the payment of the trip ids: 3105237, 2269732, 3407622, 3331784, 2950472, 2996043 & 3472720 asap.

        Travel triangle:
        I can not give you time till dec'18, because it would be to late, i can give you till nov'18 time. And i will revised 900 also. But i will hold the recovery amount, rest amount will be auto transfer in your account.

        Nh:
        Sorry won’t be possible for us by nov 2018 as we have some departures to care of. Also i myself will be travelling in november end. Can only update in december.

        I can upload the whole conversation if you need. Our payment is stuck with travel triangle and we doubt they are in no mood to give us our hard earned money. We are working with travel triangle from 2015 and have never ever defaulted on the payment part. But even after reminding and asking for sufficient time that the recovery of the last financial year amount will be checked by us and returned if found acceptable, travel triangle is not responding positively. They just want us to clear the recovery as soon as possible but that's not possible as we are sure their staff has also taken a lot of time to find the recovery of last year and we also want some time. Till then they can atleast clear our hard earned money so that we can continue working with them. A lot of payment has been stuck with travel triangle and we are not able to work properly as every business needs rotation of money on time to time basis.

        Request you to please look into this matter and release our payment.

          Me and my wife booked europe package worth rs 227288 through travel triangle. We were assured of hotel, flights and visa. We kept on paying installments as per shubham sharma of travel triangle and their registered agent flycheapest. We came to know on the day before our flights that our visa was rejected by ourselves as they did not inform us. Now when we seek refund which they refuse as per their policy. I want to being to your notice that they prepared wrong itinerary and hotel vouchers due to which our visa was rejected.
          I request the consumer forum to intervene and ask travel triangle to refund us fully. We also seek compensation o for messing up our honeymoon trip and causing mental harassment. They have been also approached by india consumer forum for refund but they ignore.

          Kindly help us its been 6 months no resolution given.

          It is unfortunate that you couldn't take the trip with us. As already communicated by the team, VISA process isn't under the control of travel agent but Embassy. In this case, despite our promptness, VISA got rejected one day before the trip. Hence, as per the cancellation policy already shared, we won't be able to provide any refund. We'd also like you to note that the team has already shared all details & proofs in context of the same with you over email. Hope this answers your query.

            If you are going to search about holidays you will find out options from this website. First they will give you options from 3 to 4 travel company, which is showing they are different but they are same. I booked through unique trip Once you will finalize any hotel they will say this is already booked I am giving this second hotel with higher price. Make sure whatever hotel they are offering have margin of 100 % means 1000 Rs. hotel room they are giving at 2000. Don't book from them as you are going to feel once you reached. I was given bogus package of goa for 5 days. We came to know hotel room is too much noisy besides that generator was installed. Second room was having no phone connection and i was informed to call by my mobile if any service required.

              Hi team,

              This is to inform you that i made a booking for kerala on 10th aug 2018 through one of your vendor (Guru ji travels). This booking was for the month of november. At the time of booking i paid them 24000/- for flight bookings. I got my tickets on same day. But after few days, the flood disaster strikes kerala. So, i planned to postponed that program and asked agent to cancel the trip on 27th aug 2018. I got the cancellation confirmation on 1st sep. At that time i was told that i will be getting the complete refund within 7 days. But after few following him again and again, he said that it was non refundable booking.
              As per the guidlines, if we cancel the tickets before 30 days of journey, we will get 100% refund except booking fee of 300/- now they are saying that there is no refund. Now i have given up on this case. Please help me out with the same. I am really fed up of these guys.

                This is abhiraj dhamija (Booking id 3232055), and i booked for bali trip through travel triangle on 9th of september. I was told by your agent (Aatish gill) that i should make the flight bookings asap and then hotels he will book till 16th of september but since i have made my first payment of 149, 000 rs, he stopped calling and when i used to call him he used to delay it by one excuse or the other and 10 days before he told me that has has left the job and he is no more responsible for my bookings.
                Since then i get no calls from travel triangle and every time i call, i am told everyone is on leave and now my dates being near new year all good hotels have become unavailable and expensive but still no one from travel triangle is taking any interest and i am horrified by such experience as i have never experienced any of this thing before with other travel agencies. I have lost all the interest in travel triangle and do not want to risk my trip with as i am travelling with family.
                I am thinking go to consumer court and social media and complain about how a company's attitude changes just after taking the payments, as aatish used to call me daly before i made any payments
                I do not want to do anything with travel triangle, all i expect you to return the extra money roughly 4000 rs as my flights costed 145000 rs and also compensation (If required) which i will have to bear to make last minute bookings through other travel agency.

                  I am really disgruntled with the situation about my booking and trip to maldives, this was suppose to be a time of leisure but it has turned into a disappointing experience.

                  Since the cancellation of my flight (Which i notified to the concerned team - aditya grand vacation despite that not being my job) it has taken approx 10 days to get a easy problem solved, the solution first
                  Which was given to me was another flight that go-air was arranging that day itself and i was asked to wait for 2 days more for a resolution which i felt was absurd cause i had a brief word with the go-air management
                  Team and they were really clear about not having any alternatives for that day. (So in there 2 days were wasted). I again had to followup with the team continuously for 2 days to get a solution out of this.
                  Finally on day 5 i get a call with 2 solutions that i knew of since day 1. I spoke to the concerned person from the aditya grand vacation team and told him to give me alternatives as soon as possible to which he told me
                  That there is another go-air flight the next day which will take approx 3 hours for me to reach mumbai & he told me he will confirm by evening but again as usual i dint receive a revert or a call.

                  Finally today i had the same solution which i had on the 1st day of my flight being cancelled about my complete refund and return back flight from maldives on 24th through spice jet. The complete refund with
                  All the service charges and everything which i confirmed with arjun was rs. 17000. I spoke to go-air customer service and asked him the amount for the refund and he told me it was rs 18, 924. Now this becomes a
                  Breach of trust and negligence if this is true it will be escalated to the higher authorities. Am really unhappy with the current situation i have been put in and to shell out an extra 16, 000 because of the negligence caused through the agents is completely unacceptable.

                  Also the manager out there mr ram had the audacity to put the entire blame on me and told me everything was reverted on time with false claims, they do not care about their customers.

                    I booked a tour package of nanital, lanesdowne and jim corbett including 4 guys. The services provided during trip was really so pathetic and it was like hell for us.
                    We asked to travel triangle agent for safari booking in jim corbett. Agent assured that your safari has booked there. We reached at our booked resort in jim corbett but in resort, manager has no information of safari booking. I called to agent. After so many effort agent picked call and provided the contact no of one person. When i dialed that no that was not reachable.
                    In early morning at 5:56 am i got call from resort reception, and calling guy was asking to reach at resort gate for safari with in 5 min. Even after so late info of timing we reach at gate at 6:05 am. Safari driver asked that you already late even we didnt had any prior info of timing. Still we moved form the resort.
                    In strart of safari, driver asked to come back in november for safari. Today we will not go for safari when you will come back here we will go and driver took away nearby highway.
                    Driver asked that all the gates of safari park is closed we cant do any thing but we checked that 2-3 gates of safari park were open at that day.
                    When we made some against conversation from driver, he took away us very far from the safari park.
                    We requested to driver that please leave us at resort back. When we came back from there we called to agent but she (Agent name : nikita agrawal) didnt provide the proper response.

                    Why this fraud is happening? Why travel triangle is looted to user? I return my money back. This was the worst trip i had from travel triangle.

                      Hi...

                      I had booked a trip with travel triangle on 25th july, 2018 through vfm holidays, karnataka (Booking id: 3018374) to coorg and mysore. The travel date was 20th august. It was a honeymoon tour for my sister and brother in law. But due to the heavy floods in kerala, we were all affected very badly and had to move out of our houses to relief camps for about a week. Due to these unfortunate circumstances, we were forced to cancel the tour. We had already paid the first two installments of the total tour cost which costs around 10, 500rs.

                      I had to keep on trying to reach ms. Anisha palnail and ms. Bhargavi who kept on insisting that we postpone the trip.. That too to "coorg" which was also a destination badly affected by the floods!!!

                      And the most funny part was after all this, travel triangle sent a notification asking to contributing towards kerala floods!!!

                      Finally after almost a month, ms. Bhargavi sent a message stating that the trip has been cancelled and refund will be processed with in 7 working days. This message was sent to me on 10th september. Till today i have not received any refund (Today is 5th october). And now, ms. Bhargavi and ms. Anisha are conveniently avoiding my messages and calls.

                      I have just booked a trip to Maldives : 3268942, i got a quote where i asked to change the last day hotel to a better stay. Aditya Grand vacation told me to go for the booking and they can update a hotel with the same rate, he suggested me a few and i agreed to one and now he says i have to pay extra for that. That day before booking they might have called 10 times, and once the initial payment is done he is neither responding to my msg or call for three days and finally responded today saying need to pay more.

                      This is really frustrating and i really dont want to plan this trip ahead with them. Request you to give a refund for my initial payment

                      I have NEVER come across such a worst service in my life.

                        I wanted to share my recent experience for traveltriangle.com. This company is good if everything goes as per plan. But if you plan to cancel a trip, forget about your money.

                        Also, there is no guarantee on what they commit and what they do.

                        I booked a trip with booking id : 2349727 in feb '18 and as per cancellation terms of agent:

                        Cancellation policy :
                        All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.
                        · if cancelled 45 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee
                        · if cancelled 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee
                        · if cancelled 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee
                        · no shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
                        · for flights/trains/buses, cancellation will be as per cancellation policy of airlines/irctc/transport respectively.

                        However, due to recent flood situation in kerala and other circumstances i have to cancel my trip and informed them over email 52 days before my journey start date. But they still wanted to cancel 15% of the amount which is nowhere mentioned in cancellation terms.

                        On top of it, after chasing them for one month, they will stop answering your call. So you are left out with only email communication. Every email you sent, it will be in vein. Cause they want take any actions. On this.

                        I have paid around 80k for this trip and they are not refunding amount.

                        So please stay away from traveltriangle.com. They are mere cheaters. And never ever trust policies described by them while booking.

                        It was my first experience with traveltriangle.com, but pathetic.

                        As I haven't heard for either TravelTriangle or Agent on 100% booking amount refund I have now filed a official complaint against the company on Consumer Forum. For your reference, Complaint number: 952449 is registered on government website and soon legal proceedings will start.

                          I had booked a trip to bali for our first anniversary on august 2018 and that was the time there was continuous earthquakes resulting in death of so many lives n leaving ppl homeless. Hence we decided not to travel to bali n asked
                          For the change of location. We had already done the payment of 65200 to them. But the travel agency holidays 2 cherish from travel traingle didn't responsd properly and they only wanted us to travel asking to pay the rest 35k to them or we don't get our money at all back. They were not ready to listen to our concerns. For them money is more important than human lives. We asked to do the cancellation and we are now fighting with them to get our money back after cancellation.

                            We have paid advance of rs 5300 to travel triangel for our trip to kerala, after kerala flood we specifically asked them on 17 aug to refund our money back. They said that time that there is no signal or electricity when we will resume our operations we will refund your money. Now they are saying that they won't give our advance back as we have cancelled.

                            Hi team, I am writing this post because after giving you multiple chaser over the call to your travel agents my amount is not yet refunded and I donot even have any other option to contact you people. As you people dont believe in contacting your customer who's package you cancelled due to your preplaa ed fraud . I would request you to kinldy share update on my refund and the reason why you people are not initiating after promising to refund it. I would request to all the customer not to trust this website

                              Hi i am facing terrible issues with travel triangle i booked a 4 star property with travel triangle and as soon as i made the payment in full the travel agent from holiday mart.com gaurav bhalla (Who is a fraudster) called me and said sir unfortunately 4 star hotel is not available there is a crunch and offered me a 3 star property at same price i told him its misleading and i need full money refunded they kept on manipulating me. I tried calling my so called trip advisor harshit singh he kept on disconnecting my phone and never picks up and just to let you all know before i made the payment in full harshit used to call me almost every single day to ask me to book as soon as i booked they stopped calling after sales service ks pathetic later, i got a call from uday who is from the accoubt department he asked me would you like the full refund or what i told him for now i need full money refunded he said ok you will get it but nlw they have charged me 450 rs for convenience and cancellation fees why would i pay even a single money when clearly its there agents fault and not mine. I tried calling uday he kept on disconnecting my calls too it seems so rude and poor i need some serious action to be taken against all of these people and above all my money to be refunded in full since its not my fault i need even mh 450 rs back

                                We have booked a package of 8ppl with travel triangle for our kerala holidays. But now we are cancelling the package due to floods. Hence requested to refund the booking amount. But travel triangle is not ready to refund as per their cancellation policy.
                                Also they are saying that if you are continuing with the package, we will show whatever is available for tourist.

                                I had worst experience ever with travel triangle.

                                Initially, when we were booking the package, they told so and so hotels will be booked but once we made the payment, they changed the hotel to 2 star. That time also, we have to fought with them to give the same hotel

                                Could you please update us with your resolution? Travel Triangle has cancelled our booking without refunding our booking amount. Its very sad that Travel Triangle is not co-operating even after such a big national disaster happened in Kerala.

                                We also tried to contact the hotels booked for us to check the status of kerala. But nobody is receiving the call. Still Travel Triangle Representative (Kajol Jaiswal and Santosh Kumar) want us to visit Kerala.

                                Kindly revert asap.

                                We knew about the cancellation policy. But agency should understand why we are cancelling the trip. If you can check the attached mail in previous comment, even the agency has confirmed that its not safe to travel kerala now. So, ideally in this special scenario, you should have refunded us the whole amount in-spite of your so called cancellation policy.

                                I had booked a Kerala trip from 10 Sep - 18 Sep. Due to floods, I have to cancel the trip. Since it's an "Act of God" I should be given 100% refund but no refund has been granted to me for the hotel payment and less than 50% refund offered for flight. ID: 3049916

                                  This is regarding my trip with travel triangle for kerala.
                                  I have booked the trip for kerala starting from 17 august to 21 august 2018 with your associated vendor unrise travel triangle. However, due to flood in kerala i opted cancellation of my trip as the flight got cancelled. I have booked consumer case with consumer forum with reference 896506.
                                  I would like to highlight my query and expectations with you so that i can proceed further to file the case in consumer court.

                                  Query:
                                  1.
                                  My flight vendor indigo has refund the full amount without cutting any charges. However, travel traingle return me the amount after cutting around 1000 rs.
                                  Please brief me and provide evidence for the same.

                                  2.
                                  My hotel, house boat and cab got cancelled as the situation was not favourable for traveling in kerala.
                                  You people have cutted 7000 as cancellation charges. However, they have not charged single rs as cancellation fee. If they have cutted please provide the proper bill for that.

                                  3.
                                  I want proper cancellation bill for flight, hotel, houseboat and cab.

                                  Expectations:

                                  My expectations with travel triangle is proper guidance and full refund for hotel as well as flight as travel triangle recieved full refund with flight and for hotel they have not charged with any cancellation fee. Please revert back to me asap else will take next steps in this matter.

                                    I had booked a trip to kerala (Booking id: 2985280), which i was to travel on 16th september and had paid 34, 800inr out of which 16500 was for flight and 18000 for land package. The trip had to be cancelled due to the current situation of floods in kerala and the team inspite of asking for cancellation more than one month in advance is telling me land package can’t be fully reimbursed. It is highly surprising that even in situation of calamity the team is quoting policies and is not happy to provide full refund when no hotels were booked.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that we booked trip to Kerala with Booking ID: 2900617 with Travel Triangle ( quotes provided by -UNIRISE TRAVEL RIDER SOLUTIONS LLP. But due to natural calamity our flights were cancelled (Attached Screenshot) and we could not avail the trip. Now, when we are asking for refund [protected]@travelrider.in is saying he can only refund 50% out of 1, 08, 300 ( 4000 INR were charged extra for the person who joined in later). This is extremely unacceptable as we were not at fault. How could we have reached the place when our flights were cancelled?

                                      We were constantly assured that everything was okay in Kerala (both Sandeep and driver). Not once did they say to cancel the trip as it is unsafe. Who would have been responsible had we been stranded there? Does money matter more than human lives? Was our security and well-being not the responsibility of the company? On communicating the same to him he said why should his company bear the loss. On the same lines, why the customers who were misguided and could have been possibly stranded suffer loses. This makes no sense to me. Therefore, reaching out to you to this forum to address the issue ASAP.

                                      We would appreciate your intervention here at priority as this has caused a lot of inconvenience to us. We might not be able to trust Travel triangle in future for any of our travel needs owing to our experience.

                                        Planned a trip to kerala on 13th august. Travel triangle provided multiple quotation. Selected quotation from travel unbounded.
                                        But unfortunately need to cancel the trip. Sent whatsapp message about cancellation process/policy to one of the travel unbounded contact whom i have assigned for this trip on 3rd august. But she did not provided proper input and took two days time and did not provide any info about cancellation charges and how much will i get refund if i do it early.
                                        Then on monday that is 6th august, i when through site and submitted cancellation request, since i paid initial amount after submitting the cancel request it ask me to send mail to concern person. I have sent mail to that person and she immediately forward to some other person for cancellation request.

                                        Then after two day got the replay saying the 100% cancellation applied since i requested 0 to 7 days before the travel. They refused to give the refund back.

                                        They intentionally took lot of time and denied to pay my refund.
