Hi,

My booking trip id is 2288920

This is regarding my two major concerns based on our experience during our thailand itinerary on which i need immediate action. All this is already communicated to the travel agent and travel triangle team right after our trip on 9th march and now its almost more than 2 weeks but there doesn't seems to be any progress.

1. Flight blunder - my mumbai to bangkok return flight tickets for 2 adults was booked for thai airways by the travel agent & as per the the quotations and the invoicing it cost us 49010/-. We were getting indigo flights at a much lower rate however we wished to travel via much better airlines hence we decided to spend much extra money and opted for thai airways after discussing our requirement with the agent. Now to our utter disappointment and shock, when we reached the airport on the date of journey we were given boarding passes for thai smile (*this flight was of comparatively very low quality, economical and smaller than thai airways). On complete inquiry we came to know that on this route only thai smile operates and not thai airways so why the travel agent booked this flight when we have precisely described our requirement and why were we charged heftly when its available at cheaper rates. I have contacted multiple times to the tripdost travel agent bishti as well as travel triangle team but i have not yet received any resolution till date.

2. Krabi jungle tour cancellation by tour operator - this sightseeing tour was planned on our 3rd day at krabi but they replaced it with the 2nd day tour because the tour contact person in thailand has forgotten our pick up of 2nd day tour. As discussed with the contact person, she said that jungle tour chanrges will be refunded immediately. I don't know then why this refund is still pending, every time i am asking the tripdost travel agent they are saying refund is in process, may i know how long does it take to transfer the money in this age of technology and what type of customer service is this?

My overall experience of booking with travel triangle is really very disappointing, even after including them in every email communication regarding my concerns till date i haven't received any response from them directly, i can say travel triangle has nothing called as customer service after you have paid the complete booking amount, no value of its customers requirements, no customer relationship ethics & no integrity

Kindly provide me the details about the refund amount which will be credited to my account and process the refund at an earliest!

Are you talking about Jungle tour sightseeing refund? This has been under process since last 2 weeks, do you really think it takes so long time during this age of technology?What kind of customer service is this? Why can't this be done within 2-4 business days?

Also why you are not providing any solution to the flight blunder which has been such a disappointing experience in terms of money, emotions and the flight quality.

I have done entire trip payment on Travel Triangle's account so why should I wait for tripdost travel agent to pay me, isn't this travel triangles responsibility to provide the refunds and do the settlements with tripdost internally?

What is the status of my complaint regarding flight blunder? Can you please provide a timeline else I will need to escalate this issue to senior level if escalating here also doesn't have any impact?

Apologies for the delay in response. Please note that the refund has already been provided for the Jungle safari that was missed on your tour. We'd also like to highlight that the flight provided was by Thai Airways, however it was operated by Thai Smile Airways. The same was communicated in the quote shared over the dashboard beforehand. Regret if your expectations regarding the flight weren't met. We do look forward to providing an amazing holiday experience in the future.

Hi Shilpa,

I appreciate for the refund of jungle safari tour.

Don't you think as a customer we do not have enough knowledge about the flights and that's why the customer has relied upon the Travel agent for the Flight booking. We could have done the booking by ourselves if we had enough knowledge rather than paying extra amount to you.Do you really think we would have understood this thai smile and thai airwys ambiguity if we had such a clear requirement which had increased our budget drastically.

This is really a lesson for us and for all the customers reading my complaint. Customers should not book their travels packages through travel companies like you which are not customer centric, unethical and has travel agents with weak knowledge related to their work.its always good for anyone looking for a travel package to have complete know how of their iteneray so that one day they can also genuinely guide other people with similar interest and companies like travel triangle open up their eyes and shuts their venture.

    We have booked our bali trip with travel triangle due on 25/03/2018 from the agent name sidhant khurana. We r extremely disappointed to know that the tickets mailed to us does not match with the tickets displayed in the website. Ticket is missing from bali to singapore. Also details say that no meal will b provided which was promised by agent. We have offered honeymoon freebies but we didn't found vouchers also no breakfast buffet is include and we are trying to connect with mr sidhant since 3 o clk bt he is not picking the call.. Even the coordinator ammol sharma also not responding properly to our queries.
    Kindly look into the matter and i[censored] can't arrange the trip as promised, provide us refund along with the interest

      I'm sharing our event sequentially. Many things in the quotation remained a false promise from your third party agent.

      We reached phuket on 11th feb 18, they promised to give local sim card which we didn't get at the time we arrived in airport. Next day during phi phi tour we purchased sim card of 299 thai bhatt as we didn't get the sim during entry.

      Once after reaching hotel our accommodation got changed. We were supposed to get apk resort and spa which we finalized 2 month's prior, in place of these, we got "the three apk", which was 1.5 km away from actual hotel and was in very corner where there was no connectivity from market, no rickshaw was available near by. They told us that they upgraded our hotel in place of our choiced hotel they provided worst hotel room. I don't understand why this last moment surprise.

      We were 4 (2 families) who booked to enjoy together but we got everything separately hotel stay transfer flights everything. If they would know booking will be separate then why they will choose travel triangle same agent, earlier agent promised to keep everything same later she told last minute change happened. This was again pathetic.
      Attaching the image, where i had chat with asha (Indian agent) she told booking was done together for all o[censored]s, but thailand vendors had changed everything on last minute. We had communication with thailand vendor where she is telling that everything is done by local indian agent.

      13th morning we had told by local agent to get ready by 9 am they will pick us for drop airport for pattaya. Driver came at 8 am early. Left without taking us. As we had flight at 12 we had to rush anyways. Airport was 26 km away. We paid 1100 thai bhatt for transfer. Unprofessional behavior rudely they talk in phone when we are urging them to come for pickup.

      On 13th we got transfer to pattaya and next day we went to coral island for activities. There vendors were so rude. During para sealing they drag me towards boat for finishing the activity fast without instruction. I fall, got injured, still nobody showed humanity. Entire trip of mine became worse because of injury. Unable to complete rest other activities after doing payment. Attaching the image of my injury.

      Other family who were with us they got good flight. While our flight was cheap and worst. They didn't provided food no lounge available for economy booking while in other flight it was all there. Even though taking good amount of equal price with both o[censored]s we got different accommodation flight and transfer.

      It was the worst pathetic journey i had with travel triangle. They give everything to there third party team after that they don't even call you to ask the status.

      Our third party agent name was mangal yatra on which asha rajput (Number : [protected]) was assisting me. I would say she was new or meant only to take money.

      Even after booking a good package paying a good amount i had to pay to local service for same (Like for transfer to airport from hotel as driver left without taking us). Don't know what communication they had with there vendors in thailand. They do false commitment. At last customer suffers a lot.

      I am uploading few picture of my injury i had during activities. Not only me few other people also got same injury because of there vendors unprofessional behavior without instruction they drag me toward boat

      In attachment image it is clearly mentioned that we have to get ready by 9 am. Driver left at 8. Without taking us. Airport was 26 km away from hotel, where we were not even getting proper metered taxi.in turn we paid 1100 thai bhatt. On which he denied to give the receipt, but as we were running late we had no option.

      Solution: i need refund for transfer which we paid 1100 thai bhatt. We had no fault driver came early and left without taking us.
      Sim card - 299 thai bhatt - it was included in our package but we purchased next day there as we didn't get that during entry.

        I have booked taxi service package through traveltriangle.com, mrs shivani discussed the tour package and offered me itenary of travel sahyog, which we have finalised and made payment accordingly, but the service which is provided have several deficiency. On second day tour they do not take us to the alpine sanctuary, on 3rd day their driver lied that water is not appropriate for river rafting and it is closed so i offer you to go to chardham for which 2500 additional payment will be charged, i denied this offer but when i reached darjelling i got to know from other tours company and travel sahyog another driver that teesta river rafting is open and people enjoying, on 4th day travel sahyog sent alto car in the morning 4.40 am for tiger hill, however i booked wagonr or sumo which is mentioned in the itenary, i talk to them he debate on this and i finally complaint to the travel triangle for the same. Then after waiting for 4 hour and so many calls, a private number wagonr which was full of dirt has been provided, to us, we have no other options as we have already paid in advance and half day is over we been for sight seeing, on 5th day travel sahyog driver drop us at nepal border and asked to hire another car for pashupati nagar which was part of the itinary, driver supposed to take us to pashupati market but he did not obtain permit so he asked us to hire another car again we have no option because network was not available to discuss the same with travel triangle we been pashupati market by another car, and at last after pashupati market we visited mirik lake where driver asked and humiliate us in front of parking incharge for paying parking fees however all parking is already included in the itinary,

        I have very bad experience with travel triangle i am looking forward to penalised
        For the amount 98000 inr which i spent on my trip them on account of deficiency in service, mental agony, harassment, ruined trip enjoyment and manipulation.

        Kindly file my complaint and take appropriate action.

          Hi team,

          We are traveling to thailand

          I am facing lots of issue in this trip.
          During our stay we got different hotel then what mentioned in voucher.

          Cab arrived 1 hour early for airport departure and left without taking us. We were waiting at the reception in mentioned time but they left.

          It's been communicated to us that we have to take 2000 bhat per person but due to all this hurdle most of our amount got finished.
          They should tell us clearly to take extra currency in travel.
          We were traveling with our friends in this trip, in voucher trip were planned together but travel triangle have given hotel, operator, transfer etc separately to them not with us.

          This is the second trip we planed with travel triangle but this will be the last trip. Earlier trip was also full of huddle. Same we faced now.

            We had requested booking for 6 people out of which 2 people had backed out. The agent named Jyoti from this agency offered us to move into another hotel at the same cost without any cancellation charges. As the date for our travel came near Jyoti kept insisting to move into multiple other accommodation options since she was unable to keep her promise and give us the 2nd option based on which she convinced us to cancel the original hotel booking....

            Having travelled through travel triangle twice earlier i had high hopes from them.

            But this time they disappointed me when we travelled to malayasia through travel them.

            Had a really bad experience since most of the committed items in the iterinary where not shown to us.

            Escalated to pankaj gupta our spoc and chandhini customer care spoc with iterinary and chat transcripts but no action has been taken yet.

            It's been more than a week still they not able to resolve the issue.

            The following items was excluded from our travel which was promised to us earlier -

            1) kuala lumpur - bird park, meredeka square, mosque, national monument

            2) johor bahor - legoland pickup & drop, legoland water park

            3) langkawi - highlights

            Moreover, we paid 10 rt everyday as a tourist tax which was not part of exclusion list but was assured to be reimbursed.

            Highly dissatisfied with their unprofessionalism.

              Although my trip was booked 3 months before the travel and full payment was made, the agent delayed the Visa till the last moment because of some payment issue between travel triangle and the agent.Screenshot of mail from agent is attached .I got the visas at last moment, even after multiple calls to Travel Triangle Team and Agent.

              We've booked our tour package on 27th nov. 2017 and our travel date was from 31st dec. To 4th jan.

              These are the list of complaints
              1. We did not get what was offered. Initially the resort in havelock island was changed from havelock island beach resort to wild orchid. Upon arriving in port blair we were informed that the resort we will be staying in was megapode resort instead of shompen. At neil island, we were directly taken to pearl park beach resort without giving any information when should be put up at summer sand beach resort.

              2. The sightseeing in havelock island that was mentioned in the itinerary did not happen because after reaching havelock we were informed that jan 1st would be a holiday. Didn't the agent know about it before and so change accordingly?

              3. All the bookings were done in the last minute, when we purchased the package well in advance. All we got were petty reasons and fabricated replies.

              4. We've asked for ticket details and confirmations but nothing was provided. We've been fooled all through.

              5. Nobody from travel triangle are responding or owning up.

              Please come up with a solution and a refund because we did not get what we paid for.

                Hi,

                My name is neha gupta, i booked via travel triangle, agency named north india tours and travels.

                The service provided by the agency was very poor and they charged me exorbitantly high for the service.

                I would like to list my issues that i faced during the trip.

                They first told me that my volvo from delhi to shimla is at 8:30pm. I had to reach there by 8 so to manage time i had to book a flight early morning from surat to delhi (Which was connecting flight) and i had to spend all day out.
                Later they told me that the bus is at 10:30pm. They said me that the volvo of 8:30pm will drop me early morning in shimla, while the volvo manager told me that there is volvo leaving at 8:30pm.

                The pick up for volvo was in a very shabby place "majnu ka tilla" and the owner knew i was traveling alone. The bus was semi sleeper with no leg rest as well, i traveled all night in this bus.
                The bus did not reach on time and i lost half of my day, i could not freshen up and go to my hotel as this would have consumed an hour. So i had to take another hotel on my way to sight seeing to freshenup and have breakfast.

                The restaurant that he provided in shimla "hotel green view" was also at a deserted place, i could not go out in the evening or night for a walk. The food was poor quality and very few options available.

                The agency did not tell me that heater is not included in the package. Only when i complained about it then they said that it is already in the clause. If i am to read the clauses i would better book my trip on my own. I have attached the conversation with the north india owner on how he handled the issue.

                The hotel in manali "hotel silvermoon" that he gave me was also shabby, the bathroom ceiling was leaking (I have attached a video of the leaked ceiling as proof). The food was poor quality and very few options available.

                They have charged me an amount of 17000inr while the total cost of the trip is quite low. With the poor service they provided i need an answer from traveltriangle and a partial refund too.

                  Dear iccf team,

                  I've visited to kerala with the mentioned travel agency. Overthere it was agency's responsibility to arrange a cab for me but bad luck they asked me to book an uber cab and they will reclaim my expense for this cab.

                  I'm back to mumbai and taking several follow up with them for my money, but they are not responding.

                    I am writing to you to share my recent experience for my thailand trip package booked through classic trips from travel triangle website. We had opted for a 5 days 4 nights bangkok and phuket trip. Our experience is as follows:
                    1) we had asked for a personal vehicle for transportation, yet we were provided with sic arrangement.
                    2) we were promised 4 star hotels. Both the hotels weren’t close to any 4 star hotels. The breakfast at both the hotels was horrible. The rooms in bangkok stank. We had to call for room fresheners to be able to stay inside. The breakfast at casa del m was stinking.
                    3) we had asked for a leisure tour and not a timed one. One of the traveler has severe migraine problems. As a result of the timed tours, he had horrible migraine attacks all throughout the trip.
                    4) in our invoice we were charged for transport of a half day phuket tour but in our itinerary we had no such thing which means she was trying to con us. This we realized only after all the other mishaps that she created.
                    5) the seat arrangement on the way to phi phi was of lowest grade (With no view at all). We were not informed about this earlier and we did not even manage to upgrade our seats to a higher level due to miscommunication at the pier.
                    6) as per itinerary, phi phi island tour included maya bay, loh sa ma bay, pi le cave and viking cave. We did not see any of these. It was just a 45 min boat ride with no guidance about the island we saw (I am assuming what we saw from boat was the p. P lay island).
                    7) we did not get anytime to spend on the phi phi don beach. We were given less than an hour to finish our lunch, explore the island and come back to the boat for our return to phuket.
                    8) flight from phuket to bangkok for one couple was changed without prior notice / discussion. We just received a message from kavita informing the change in pick up time. Because of a change in our flight. We had gone as a group, which made no sense to travel as two different groups. We convinced the airline and came on the same flight.
                    9) our pick up from bangkok airport was scheduled for 2 hours after our flight landed. (Which she mentioned to us one day before) we had asked kavita to change the pickup time prior to our departure from phuket. This was not done even after we reached bangkok. Kavita did not make any efforts to make provisions for our transfer and expected us to wait at the airport and waste our time. Which would not have happened had she not given us an sic.
                    10) we arranged for our own transfer to the city costing us 1050 bahts. We had informed kavita before leaving for the airport to cancel the pickup for 4pm if she cannot arrange for an earlier transfer
                    11) there was no voucher provided for the bangkok temple tour. Despite asking for the updated vouchers / kit repeatedly, we weren’t provided with any. No one bothered to even drop our kit at the hotel and the reason she gave was because we missed our pick up. Which again gets us back to point 1 and 9 we didn’t want an sic.
                    12) as we did not have the updated kit, we were unaware of the timing for the city tour pick up we were ready by 7:30. We had called all the numbers mentioned on the other vouchers, but no one reverted. Finally managed to speak to someone on the thailand number only to find out that our pick up was scheduled for 12.30 local time. Later in the day, kavita informed us that the pickup was scheduled for 1.30pm. We were waiting in the hotel lobby from 12.30pm – 2.30pm, but the driver does not turn up. When we called the driver to find out if he was coming to the hotel, he was unaware of any pick up scheduled for us. As per kavita, the driver was at the hotel between 12.50 - 1.30 and he had made several attempts to contact us (Called room, called our mobile, searched the lobby). We have confirmed with the hotel staff that no one had come to the hotel for our pick up. You can confirm the same with the hotel. We had been trying to get in touch with kavita from 12.30pm – 2.30pm, but she did not bother to answer any of our calls. She also blocked us on whats app. We also made the classic trips india offices and were told that we will get a call back in 10 mins. We never got any call back from them. Eventually we had to make our own arrangements to go out in the city.
                    13) safari tour pick up was scheduled for 7:30, the driver did not show up till 8. On reaching safari world we were made to wait for an hour and half just to enter as there was no confirmation about the booking from the travel agent’s side. Marine park tour did not happen.
                    14) our return flight was at midnight and the airport pick up was scheduled for 6pm. We had asked kavita to reschedule the transfer. No attempts were made to accommodate our request. We reached the airport at 7 and because of some airline policy we were not allowed to check in till 9 so we were just waiting outside for two hours with nothing to do.
                    15) lunches provided at phi phi and safari world were hideous. More than 100 people were pouncing on the buffet. It was more of a langar experience than some decent lunch setting.
                    16) kavita has been non responsive and un-helpful throughout the trip. Her standard answer was to contact the thailand numbers for any assistance.

                      I have booked my bali trip starting 13 th dec 2017,
                      Was supposed to receive hotel vouchers within 7 days of payment which was done by 17th nov
                      But have not yet received any hotel voucher (12th dec 12 pm)
                      My flight is scheduled in few hours and still dnt have vouchers from travel triangle

                      On top of that my travel agent is not responding my calls, msgs, mails from last 1 week

                      They followup continuously for payment but become totally unresponsive at the time of service

                      My trip is not yet started and i am already annoyed by their pathetic service.
                      Yes i am facing exact same issue. They called me day and night for booking, not dont respond to calls or emails on vouchers. I have paid 50% amount, i hope i did not end up with bunch of fraudsters. Will be booking myself in future. Made a big mistake with travel triangle.

                        Travel triangle appears to be professional cheaters.

                        I was made to book a honeymoon package for jan '18 for mauritius and made false commitments. Was promised confirmation vouchers to be made available (Flight and hotel both) within 2 days of booking.

                        Atter a rigorous followup of approx 25 days, i am being told that the agreed upon room category could not be made available and for higher room category i need to pay for the price difference.

                        Also, after a long discussion with their seniors i was forcibly required to pay for the second installement and the increased price as well, and that i will be getting the vouchers within 24 hrs.

                        Now these hrs converted into days and then again another statement came into picture that the vouchers shall be shared once entire payment will be made.

                        These guys are frauds, had a very pathetic experience.

                          This is state that i have booked an honeymoon package for 26 nov 2017 to 02 dec 2017

                          And my bookind is 1822939 through tt via travel partner da ocean world (Mr tanmay mallick).

                          I have already paid an amount of rs 10500 on 12 aug 2017 and rs 24400 on 18 aug 2017 that is total of rs 34900/-.

                          My marriage was fixed on 21 nov 2017 but it has been postponed due to demise of my would be father in law. It is a very tragic momment
                          In my life when i m totally shaken.

                          I have already informed mr tanmay mallick (Da ocean world - owner) and your employee saurabh ahuja ([protected])
                          Before one month time that is before 26 - nov-2017 over the telephonic conversation and the
                          On the call i was promised that the things will be managed and they willlet me know soon.

                          But i never received any update and when i tried contacting tt and da ocean world but they were not picking my calls.

                          After not receiving any update from da ocean world owner and tt employee saurabh ahuja i finally droppped a mail on
                          01- nov -2017 to tt and da ocean world and again i kept contacting tt but i always received an reply from tt employee
                          Saurabh that we are mailed it and once we received anything i will let u know but for past 13 days i didnot received any update.
                          And i was regular touch with mr tanmay mallick owner of ocean world and he sometimes says i m outside and some times my office is under
                          Renevation and some times i dont have electricity

                          Now after my constant follow i finally receive a message from da ocean world that out of rs 34900 you will get only rs 4000/-
                          As refund and when i asked that why this is so than i got reply from tt employee that and your travel partner tanmay mallick
                          That you have dropped a mail us on 01 nov 2017 hence as per policy we could not do anything it is treated as cancellations before
                          15 days hence this what you will get and do what you can you cant get more than rs 4000/-.

                          I m in state of shock how a company can book the package over the call but can't cancel it that when the customer was promised over the call
                          And the tt was not bothered about the customer nor the travel partner. The owner has booked the plan over the call i have recording of the same.

                          I asked saurabh ahuja that i mailed you on 01- nov 2017 and you took 13 days to process it and you dont have any tat of mails,
                          I m getting a reply from him that delay has been on the end of travel partner but i asked him than why you are charging conveneince fee if
                          You are not able to help me nor suitably inform me and provide me with options.

                          After that saurabh tt employee has stopped picking the calls and now some mr laxman now picks up the call.

                          I have all the call records that clearly that i have informed tt and da ocean world before one month time and i was
                          Promised to arrange something and the date of 30 days advance was willfully avoided by tt and ocean world to eat my advance.

                          The 30 days advance notice over the call has been verified by mr laxman (Your so called refund department person)
                          He doesnot know how to talk to a customer and he has admiited to the fact that yes the tt and ocean world was informed one month before.
                          When i asked please send me the escalation matrirx he said we dont have that and what's that.
                          (I have all the call records to prove my point).

                          I m very disheartned by the service given to my tt and da ocean world... How a company can dupe the customer money even after informing
                          One month in advance and mr tanmay mallick advised me to book directly the package from him instead of going through tt.
                          But i was referred by one of my close friend i insisted that i will book the package through tt only and see today i m getting the
                          Reward of booking the package.

                          It is a thank less company and has thank less associates,
                          Now i request you to please intervene and process my full refund othwerise i m forced to take legal actions against
                          Tt and da ocean world and i will inform ministry of tourism and will request them to please
                          Take appropraite actions against tt and it employees and the associates with it like da ocean world and they are running a scam of duping the customer money.

                          Tt employees are worst employees of any company they need training and they are here to protect the customer interest not travel partners that too when the travel partners
                          Are tranishing the image of tt.

                          I hope that some help and some resolution will be provided to me.

                            Hello, i had travelled to thailand with travel agents travel triangle nearly 5 or 6 months ago.. My tour was of ' first two days in pattaya and last 2 days in bangkok. I was given a package in which my stay for 4 days, inclusive of breakfast was assured. On the day of my flight i was told that there is some festival in thailand and i have to stay at bangkok.. They told me they have arranged some hotel in bangkok.. I was left with no other option then to agree with them as i was about to board the flight. I landed at bangkok airport and reaching on meeting point no one till 7 came to recieve us. I was told by this travel triangle that my tour program detail, local sim cards will be given by their english speaking representative but just a driver came and dropped us to the hotel where they arranged us as they could not send us to pattaya due to some local festival. On reaching the hotel they hotel manager or someone on reception told there is no booking andi have to pay by myself. I called up travel triangle several times but no one picked up the call.. Finally i had to pay 1200 baht to the hotel and take the room.. Entire day no one either called us or informed us about our where abouts. I was really afraid as i was in foreign land with my wife with no assistance. Even in the morning i paid 500baht for the breakfast, which actually the travel triangle were suppose to pay as inclusive in the package..
                            Next day a driver came and told he will drop us to pattaya so we went to pattaya..in pattaya everything went right and next day we went back to bangkok... On entire tour i called up travel triangle representative more then 100 times but they did not recieve the call..
                            After arriving from thailand i complained about their service on their facebook page as well but their representative spoke in really bad manner. I too spoke bluntly with them and told i want to speak with senior customer care manager but he did not agree.. He offered me rs. 3000 coupon say next time when i book with them i can redeem that rs. 3000. Am i mad to book with them after suffering with them. Thailand tour was a torture for me n my wife.. I had to suffer financallly and mentally as well.. I want to be taken some action and compensate me on appropriate way..
                            Even if travel triangle provides me a full free tour i would decline in a blink of an eye..

                              I was looking for a honeymoon package and bali was suggested to me. Travel triangle guys sold me package knowing there is a risk of volcano eruption. It has been in news from couple of day. But travel triangle didn't even bother to inform me about the risk and kept on making the bookings.

                              By chance i saw volcano news and found there is a risk of life. Being the travel agent it is supposed to be their duty to inform about the risks but they didn't bother since they were making money out of it.

                              There is a clear travel advisory from indian government not to travel bali. But these guys kept ignoring it.

                              Even though i have escalated the matter multiple times but there has been no response from them. I would like my advance money to be refunded.

I Don't really understand if you know the meaning of customer satisfaction.As per me this the worst experience I have had. I need the solution at the earliest or I would take this matter to the court and will make sure you return my advance as well as you pay for the mental torture I have to go through because of you mistake and pathetic service.

                              I had booked 7 days honeymoon package from TravelTriangle from 18 Jan -24 Jan18. I have paid complete payment of Rs 92000/- in advance. But on 18 Jan all flights were cancelled by Air Mauritius due to Cyclone Forecast.

                              So I received call from TravelTriangle mentioning that we cant refund your amount but we can re-schedule your hotel dates.And then Air Mauritius re-scheduled my flights from 18-24 Jan to 23Jan-29 Jan.

                              Now same TravelTraingle team saying we cant provide you hotels also because of non availability of room of same days. When I asked any other alternate of other hotels, then also I didn't get any input and any concern and no surety of refund my amount.

                              This is the worst experience i had with any Travel Company.They are not even concern about 92k money of customer who showed faith on this Travel Company and paid complete amount.

                              Now I am scared of getting back my refund seeing this careless and arrogant behavior.Seeing other customer problem in this forum it seems its there regular attitude with all customers.
                              It was blunder from myside choosing this company TravelTraingle.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is in reference to booking ID number 2499815 booked through Travel triangle for a personal vacation to Singapore-Malaysia.

                              As per planned itinerary, my trip started on 18th April’18 and ended on 27th April’18 with cheerful and unforgettable memories.

                              Thanks for the pleasing planning, co-ordination and supports provided by your team all over the preparation and execution of trip.

                              However, it is to worthwhile bring your kind attention on the following issues during the trip duration, which apart from bringing some concerns caused financial burden on my planned expenses:

                              1) As per itinerary for the Night Safari (Voucher attached) visit on 18th April’18, visit day and time as mentioned was 18th April’18, 07:15 PM. However, cab driver reported at 05:20PM in hotel lobbyand didn’t wait for even 5 mins. Further nowhere in the voucher, any contact details of the cab/SIC’s driver or coordinator was mentioned. Moreover even my contact details were not mentioned/ known to them, such as they can intimate me on time.

                              While all these events, I was constantly in touch with Shri. Saurabh Bisht (Trip coordinator – Travel toggle) who over whatsapp call/msg (screenshot attached) guided me to hire personal cab and reach to Night Safari, such that I can attend the attractions at time. He assured that hiring charges of cab shall be reimbursed upon presenting the charge slip. He further provided the SIC Cab’s driver contacts such that I can catch the cab while returning to hotel as per planned itinerary. : Pls check the Voucher which you had attached, it clearly mentioned that it is Eticket with Entrance time of 07:15 PM. As it was being told that SIC pickup Timings are 1.5 - 2 Hr prior to entrance timings (as this is shared transfer) hence the driver arrived on 17:30 Hrs. You are not present in the lobby, hence the supplier called us at that time & that was subsequently informed to you . We were being told that you are in the washroom, hence you unable to take any action.The driver after waiting for 5 mins had called the NO SHOW . Pls be advised again that the transfers are on sharing basis, hence there is pickup of other passengers as well, so the standard wait time is only 5 Mins across Singapore.Since its the case of NO SHOW, charges cannot be reimbursed. We had suggested to hire a pvt cab in good faith so that you will not miss on the entire tour at least. Even Saurabh had advised to go with the driver who had come for the pick up but since you said you wont be able to, he had suggested to take a cab and do the tour and also had coordinated with the driver & send you the mobile number, so that you can locate him at the Night safari while coming back to the hotel.

                              2) As per Itinerary, on 20th April’18, transfer to Sentosa Island was planned through SIC Cab. However no cab transfer was arranged by Travel Toogle for the same. Shri Saurabh Bisht (Travel Coordinator) informed the same on the previous day and again directed me to hire a personal cab, which shall be reimbursed upon presenting the charge slip. According I hired a local cab for sentosa island transfers.As promised & informed you over the email, this transfer reimbursement ( SGD 11.45) is approved .

                              Upon completion of the above said transfers and as per discussions with Shri Saurabh Bisht I have mailed all copies of receipts to Travel Toogle (conversation attached) on 21st April’18 and again on 27th April.

                              However, even after so much persuasion and discussion over phone no re-imbursement has been made. Infact, as per Shri Saurabh Bisht, re-imbursement for transfer made on 18th April, 18 for Night Safari shall not be made by Travel Google and he directed me to contact Ms. Rashmi Singh for reimbursement of receipt.

                              Upon contacting Ms. Rashmi Singh over whatsapp and phone, no confirmatory reply has been given. Infact, she is not even replying to the calls and whatsapp messages sent to her in reference to above subject matters.Upon Investigation we found out that No Call had been made to Ms Rashmi Singh over her number provided during Office Hours (Mon – Sat) over this subject. Had telephonic conversation had been made, the justification would have give to you right away over all the issues.

                              This is highly unacceptable and shows the discourteous attitude of travel agent after completion of trips and settlement of all payments in advance.

                              It is also worth mentioning here, that I have made all payments well in advance. Infact all excess demand charges incurred in invoice due to changes in Itinerary owing to transfers and hotel changes were made without any hesitation and negotiation. In one such incidence, I have change the room type of IBIS hotel (Kulalaumpur) from normal to city view type for which extra Rs. 1500/- was demanded for two nights (all conversation attached) However, difference in amount for same type of Rooms in one of the online Hotel Booking Site (GOIBIBO) was only Rs. 600/- for two nights, which I have shown (whatsapp) to Shri Saurabh Bisht and requested to kindly negotiate the amount upto 1000 Rs/- for two nights.

                              However, he straight forwardly denied the same and said it’s not possible.

                              Subsequently I paid Rs. 1500/- extra for settlement of issue. Even after full payment of all invoces, some vouchers was delivered to me lately on the 17th April (just before, I was about to leave) and some on 20th April.

                              In view of the above. It is requested to kindly reimburse the excess expenses made my me during trip execution as detailed above.

                              Looking for a fruitful reply and early resolution..

                              This is in reference toBooking ID: 3314589 booked through Travel triangle for a personal vacation to Thailand.

                              I was have a good time time there but aIl of sudden i have been a day before that for phi phi Island I have to take speed boat as big boat have only people who know swimming. Big boat cannot be parked so you have to go through water (swim). For the same I have been charged 1000 bhatt extra. It was never told by agent before that you cannot take big boat if you do not know swimming. Some guy name rippo has collected 1000 bhatt from me from hotel. He showed me images of big boat and asked me to do same immediately as tomorrow is your travel. I paid him the money and immediately informed traveltriangle team and agent. there was no response from them till days. I have even logged complaint but no resolution till date. Even travel triangle is not replying over mail or taking any action.

                              In view of the above. It is requested to kindly reimburse the excess expenses made my me during trip execution as detailed above.

                                Hi, me and my friends took a package from them to srilanka. While we were booking they were all good. Our so called travel consultant was mr sujit (Fraud person). We made the booking, we paid everything. The time we reached there everything changed. They made our trip hell. One of the hotels were so unsafe that we left midnight. There was no front desk and no one in the hotel. There were no guests staying in that hotel. Hotel name is marina in bentota. Only one watch man who was drunk and trying to come in our room. Trying to sell drugs. Dinner was prior booked in that hotel but the restaurant guy who was there in the restaurant made us feel like beggars. He gave us bread butter and stale chicken. When we told him he was rude and insulted us and left. Horrible experience. We have travelled before but never experienced all this. Guys please be aware. They are fraud. Be careful. Never book through them. Mr sujeet lied to us about everything. He din give airport drop to one of our friend which was promised. He never picked our calls. Please guys it's a trap.

                                We would also like to mention that, as a measure to check the watchman's behavior, our agents reached to the hotel for the CCTV footage. However, the same wasn't available. Also, the pick-up & drop services are made inclusive in the package for one time only. Multiple pick-ups or drops are charged extra. We regret that that your friend could not avail the service.

                                  One of the most unprofessional group of people i have seen. searched for best honeymoon destinations on there website and selected HK which later got amended because of bad weather. Selected Thailand and requested for quotes. Like any other person we selected the one with lowest rates and as per the reviews. Hence confirmed the booking through one TA which was Destyasia via one girl names as Pragati. And that was the biggest mistake of our life. That agent was after our life to decide the destination along with the hotels because they hotels which she suggested was awful. within 2 days we final out destination along with money transfer because she even use to watsapp us at 12 in the night to get the lead closed. I understand its all sales based things these days but hello where is customer service. In between when she use to call us i kept on asking her will you help us in upgrades, document details for which we said do not worry i will be in touch with you through your trip. and Once the money was deposited that lady stopped answering our calls.we had no voucher with us. Just one day before our trip i called her company and connected my self with Anuj. Thank fully he shared some vouchers with us. at the end i tried sharing my feedback saying its really unpoffesional of her and stuff like that. he replied do not talk like this she is travelling to goa and i am trying to help you. No manners at all. Zero customer service. One hotel which i chose was novotel in Phuket and der website was saying some part of hotel will be under construction. i requested her not to get me a room in that location . she lied and mentioned that do worry i have check there is no construction going on. where in we stayed der facing counstruction site for 3 days after paying what not money to them. Do not ask me to send you the email on feedback id as it was already done and no action was taken .. I will make sure i will educate the costumers about your website and the TA you guys work with so that no one have to face the exp. which we did.

                                    In travel industry we dont take gurantee of visa,

                                    There terms and condtion also say same thing
                                    Passenger visa got delay by 2-3 days but they are shameless and charged us the penalty

                                    Passenger got their visa, travel triangle got their money but they didnt pay us
                                    Blaming us that we delayed the visa then how did passenger get the visa i ask?

                                    They are not good for travel agent they are fraud they will take money from passenger and not pay travel agency and then they leave there very very rude staff on us like dogs

                                    We got loss of 300000 rupees
                                    Dont deal with them
                                    They take your wholeseller detail and then they throw you out
                                    Not good to fool a small travel agent like me

Secondly, kindly note that grant of visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy. In the particular case mentioned by you, there were clear indications that your office had delayed application submission in time. And post that the concerned personnel from your organization became unresponsive to the traveler.
