Tour operators harshit and jyoti were diligent and quick to respond while booking and payment processes but now that we're ready to leave in 2 weeks, they aren't available despite many tries to sort out last minute glitches and answer our queries. All calls go unanswered and messages unreplied. Jyoti committed to call back thrice but never did and despite me calling her she said she was busy and couldn't take the call. Additionally commitment for refund got shifted from 15 days to 90 days and so on.

This is regarding my two major concerns based on our experience during our thailand itinerary on which i need immediate action. All this is already communicated to the travel agent and travel triangle team right after our trip on 9th march and now its almost more than 2 weeks but there doesn't seems to be any progress.

I am facing lots of issue in this trip.
During our stay we got different hotel then what mentioned in voucher.

Cab arrived 1 hour early for airport departure and left without taking us. We were waiting at the reception in mentioned time but they left.
