We booked a trip in travel triangle for three days.. Unfortunately due to bad health conditions, we had to cancel the trip. Now the agents are treating us so badly.. While booking they were so kind.. Now this fraudulent agents are ridiculous.. Need our money back
They don't even respond to our phone calls.. These kind of ppl must be handed over to police

    Dear team,

    This is in reference to my trip booked to bali through als destinations via travel triangle. It has been a horrible experience so to speak. The trip which was supposed to be the most well planned and special trip of our lives turned out to be a nightmare. I've been an avid traveller all my life and have been to almost 40 countries by now and endless offbeat places by myself but never did i know that the travel agents hired to make well planned and organised trips, for which they charge a whopping bomb, are least keen or trained to do their work. Below are the series of horrible experiences we had to go through.

    1. Malindo was claimed to be a 4* airline with good customer reviews and no complaints as such by als agent. Sorry to say but it was worst than a domestic low cost airline in india. The seats were dirty and they stank of vomit. The blankets were wet. There were no headphones provided for us to access the entertainment screens. There was no tea, coffee or drinks served on all our flights. We weren't served our meals coz apparently they were out of vegetarian meals and the meals available were served to only the pre booked meal customers. We had specifically mentioned about the vegetarian food issues and our meal preference well in advance to neena but it was never considered or taken a note of. To top it all, all out flights were delayed by at least 1-3 hours and this further added onto our agony and fatigue.

    2. On arrival at the airport, it was a surprise for us to discover that we won't be able to get a local sim card and a forex card (As promised and mentioned at the time of booking). Instead we were shared on call after landing at bali that we were suppose to opt for it at india itself and that nothing can be done about it anymore. Als office was to be visited for it and now i have no option but to stay phoneless and without a network for the next 7 days!! Brilliant..

    3. While staying at citadines, kuta we were allotted real long and hectic sightseeing tours which were as useless as one can think of. Looked like these visits were meant to fetch the driver his share of commission than be of any good to the travellers. Moreover, the travel distance and the travel time on the road was so long that we were almost on the road starting at 8am till about 10pm. While we stayed at kuta, we were made to travel to ubud (2 hrs drive one side) and while we stayed at ubud, we had sightseeing of kuta allotted. Hedious planning!

    4. The road travels and disappointing places got into our nerves and we eventually took a call to skip our day 3 and day 4 of sightseeing as we were exhausted to the core and barely got time for each other. The stress was such that we couldn't even sleep properly or got the time to visit the beach right opposite to our hotel as by the time the driver dropped us back, it was night. We even had no time to avail a spa at the hotel itself as the timings were 10am to 7pm and not a single day were we available in the hotel at the mentioned timings.

    5. The entry tickets at all places were not included and they itself costed us a bomb. This is over and above our self paid lunches and dinners that itself was a pain. Finding vegetarian meals was a big challenge and paying out of our own pockets was another. Since we didn't have a forex card (As als destinations failed to provide us one), we had to pay in usd and each place charged us more than the local currency amount since we paid in dollars. The cost of meals and entry tickets alone costed us more than the travel package cost already paid to als.

    6. Our driver arta was amazing and he was our only good experience all throughout the trip. He himself agreed that this trip is the worst planned trip ever and by no means meant for a couple on their honeymoon. The sightseeing was bad so were the experiences offered. Most stops were unnecessary and irrelevant to the sole purpose of the trip leave apart the long road travels and the stress it got us.

    7. The so called romantic dinners were very basic and by no means romantic or well planned. The dinner at the boat was the biggest disappointment. It was no way a cruise and instead a small boat with stinky open deck and bad cold tasteless meals. Another couple who sat with us walked away in less than 20 mins as they found the experience pathetic and not at all worth it. It spoiled my birthday eve and the following day as well.

    8. The food and stay at alam puri was also not at par. Our phone at the villa was dead and even after multiple complaints, it didn't work. Each time we had to order food or ask something, we had to personally walk to the restaurant or reception and place our order. The food options were very limited and over charged. Even for the breakfast, we were served just one portion and if we asked for more bread/coffee/fruit, we were asked to buy and pay for it. The quantity and quality both were pathetic and it made our stay further intolerable. We were once served a bailinese curry with rotten vegetables with fungus too which when highlighted to the staff, was removed from our bill. No regrets nothing. The requested birthday surprise of flower decorations on 14th evening never happened and instead they charged a whopping 100000 rp for a small birthday cake my husband asked for me. Once we even had to call mc donalds and request for food delivery at the hotel as they shut the kitchen and didn't even have food as a room service. This happened the same day we returned back hungry from the cruise dinner on my birthday eve on 14th july and had no option but to order our dinner from mcdonalds at 11pm.

    9. The driver from bali high also messed up with our pick up. The decided time to pick us was 5:30-5:45pm for the dinner at the cruise but he turned up at 5 and kept pestering the hotel staff at the reception for our pick up. When we informed him that we aren't ready yet and the decided time was 5:45 pm so he needs to wait, the driver left the hotel and very smartly took a sign off from the reception staff mentioning the arrival time as 6pm and wait time till 6:10pm. (Which wasn't even close to the truth). Neither did the hotel staff pay attention to the wrong timing nor did they make any efforts to make him stay back. We eventually had to hire a cab from the hotel and pay out of our pocket coz neither the cruise driver not the hotel staff was ready to compensate for their mistake or help us.

    10. Even the airport transfer was not planned. Technically we should have been given ubud property on day 1&2 and kuta property on day 3, 4&5 as the airport is in kuta. Instead we had to travel all the way from ubud starting at 6am to board our flight at 11am from kuta, further travelling for another 13 hours via malaysia until we reach out destination delhi at 11pm... All this on my birthday. My entire day got wasted and ruined in delayed and hectic travels and this was by far the worst trip experience ever.

    I would want this to be investigated and my money refunded. I cannot buy my precious time and experience back but at least i can save my money from a pathetic trip and instead plan my own trip by myself without trusting anyone anymore.

      We paid advance of 60, 000/- to travel triangle after our discussion with the travel agent and finalization of itinerary to international destination. After 3 days, the travel agent messaged to demand Rs 33, 000/- extra per person. He gave us a bunch of lies and excuses and said he cannot go through with the deal even though we had already paid advance. The travel triangle agent did not help in any way. This is nothing but cheating. They wasted all our time and money and energy.
      While they refunded the advance, it was not 100% refund. They deducted Rs 1000/- claiming that Rs 500/- is the cancellation charge. I don't understand why WE have to pay the cancellation charge after they broke the deal. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

        Here’s a long and painful list of negatives of the trip:
        The Driver - The Driver was completely unaware of the route and wasn’t accustomed to drive in the hills endangering the lives of all on board (including himself). He didn’t have GPS and kept asking for directions every now and then. Also, he took the wrong route twice thereby delaying the trip
        The Vehicle - The vehicle was sub par and didn’t even have an AC due to which the family had to bear severe heat and dust on the way till Dehradun which is a good 3 hour from Haridwar. We were aware that AC won’t be required in Hills, but there was no mention in the itinerary that the passengers would be taken through hell in plains. The passengers had to literally shout and de-board midway to force the travel agency to provide better Vehicle and Driver
        The Hotels -
        The hotels were all different from what was written in the itinerary uploaded in Travel Triangle. In the final itinerary shared separatley on my email, the final list of hotels was conveniently changed to more than one options along with an option ‘Similar’. Still somehow we made up our mind as Darshan was our first priority not the hotels. But what ensued was nightmare for the travellers.
        All the hotels provided were far from actual location.
        The Hotel owners kept pegging us for money that was due from the Agent. Infact the Hotel owner in UttarKashi was so hostile, he even refused to provide us proper food and facilities saying the money was very less. We had to offer money from our side for a decent meal. He was so ill mannered that the passengers had to wait for good 45 mins in lobby after a long trip despite furnishing the provided vouchers
        The hotels in Barkot & UttarKashi didn’t even have drinking water or jugs available. We had to buy water out of our own pocket.
        We were asked to pay 5000 rupees (which we kept as a security with us till trip completion) to the hotel owner in Sitapur on day 8 before leaving
        Very bad reputation of the agent Among Hotel owners for not paying up money.
        On day 6 in Sitapur, The hotel didn’t even have 4 rooms as promised and provided 1 room in different cottage which was again below average.
        The hotel info\voucher for Sitapur wasn’t shared till the last moment despite several reminder calls. Yes we did ask for a change in the hotel just the previous day, but the voucher was still not shared for pre-booked hotel as late as the last day.
        Day 7 accommodation was different than day 6 and wasn’t even a hotel, it was a lodge and instead of buffet dinner, we were made to eat out in a dhaba.

        Just to ensure that we are fair and just, I am also stating the 4 positives of the trip:
        The 2nd Driver and Vehicle were both very good. The driver was really knowledgable and well versed with the trip, kept guiding us throughout. Even he hadn’t received full payment from the agent for the trip
        On the last day, when we were stuck in jam and couldn’t make it to Srinagar on time, we were made available of an accommodation halfway in Rudraprayag. But that too was only after calling the agent more than twice and finally showing our dissatisfaction.
        The hotel owners in all places (except in UttarKashi) were all polite and humble
        All The 4 Darshans of course were all good and made the trip memorable and less painful. (This of course has nothing to do with the Agent).

        As you can see from the above points that even from an impartial stand-point, the negatives far outweigh the positives, It needs to be communicated to Vaishnavi Holidays in strict terms to maintain high standards of service and commitment towards its customers and there is no free-pass for those who lack the same

        Although, I strongly believe that no material compensation would be sufficient enough to make up for the agony the passengers had to endure throughout the journey, still out of a total package of 1, 64, 000 INR, an amount approximating to minimum 30000 INR is what we estimate to have been cheated upon in terms of promised services.

        In such a helpless and hopeless state of mind, I can only request Travel Triangle to help us out here to restore the sense of justice justice for it’s customers as we feel conned, harassed and most of all, humiliated by the whole sequence of events.

          I booked a package from ambala to dalhousie dharamshala to chandigarh from 10 of june 2018 till date.
          It was the worst experience with travel traingle, they are not at all responsible for service they promise to provide. They had made our journey miserable.
          Their driver are not informed about the places to go each single day we struggled to make him go places according to given itinerary to us, and that too they did not covered some places. Their behaviour was very bad.
          We were guided by a person named prashant from travel traingle, he misbehaved and was very rude and was utter disgusting. It seemed we took holidays from our office to suffer their harresing. Prashant travel agent number [protected].
          Kindly please take the necessary action upon the matter.

          Sir,

          He took 700 extra to take us dalai lama temple although it was in itnirary .we didn't wanted to more destroy our journey therefore we payed him 700 extra no option we had that time.
          We were all time with Google map guiding their driver same time calling like begging the agent Prashant to spare a peaceful day.
          We haven't got our last payment receipt until now.

            Through travel triangle app my honeymoon trip to Thailand was confirmed to an agent named godezire through the event coordinator Priya. Booking Id:2113526.

            Once entire itenary was shared and quotes was given proceeded with the payment.

            Later change in accommodation telling the agent got confused with the name. Later told they wil compensate with complementary dinner for the stay which was not done. They ensured will show 4 Tigers for tiger kingdom paying for three, which dint happen in he last minute. The agent pushed for a hotel named ashlee plaza which was costly but told he will ensure early checkin which also dint happen.

            Put all these query to Priya through mail and tried to contact her, she told she was in her personal leave and reacted a month later. Then no proper response and then told it has been assigned to her senior Mr. Pankaj. He spoke once and later when I call he doesn't even answer. Just ignores my call. The tour agent himself told will return around 2000rs for his lapse. I though to go through the proper channel and finally I end up being ignored.. Pls help.

              We booked a package from them for 8 people to singapore from amritsd
              Sar and 2 days before we got to know that our visa if not done. How shameful it is. And even at the last day before flight on 13june we got to know that nothing will be refunded. And there we had to suffer a loss of 4 lakhs. All the agents are worthless and unknowlegable. And lack handling skills.

                Hi sir,

                Me and my wife booked europe package worth rs 227288 through travel triangle. We were assured of hotel, flights and visa. We kept on paying installments as per shubham sharma of travel triangle and their registered agent flycheapest. We came to know on the day before our flights that our visa was rejected by ourselves as they did not inform us. Now when we seek refund which they refuse as per their policy. I want to being to your notice that they prepared wrong itinerary and hotel vouchers due to which our visa was rejected.
                I request the consumer forum to intervene and ask travel triangle to refund us fully. We also seek compensation of 1 lakh for messing up our honeymoon trip and causing mental harassment. They have been also approached by india consumer forum for refund but they ignore.

                Guys they have cheated me and my wife. Never ever trust these guys.

                Sir / madam we seek your help to punish or cancel their license if they dont refund and compensate us.

                  Tour operators harshit and jyoti were diligent and quick to respond while booking and payment processes but now that we're ready to leave in 2 weeks, they aren't available despite many tries to sort out last minute glitches and answer our queries. All calls go unanswered and messages unreplied. Jyoti committed to call back thrice but never did and despite me calling her she said she was busy and couldn't take the call. Pathetic customer service. Regretting booking through travel triangle. It was on my dad's recommendation but total let down. They'd also send all info on his number rather than mine despite telling them to keep in touch with me directly. Highly inconvenienced customer. Will never recommend anyone to book thru travel triangle (Shoes on loose) ever.

                    I was cheated on trip to singapore (Booking id 2184691) by agent puneet jain (Godzire). The agent changed the itenary for my trip on last day without my information or acceptance. He removed the tickets for sea aquirium without my knowledge. I registered a complaint with travel triangle and the executive accepted the fraud from agent (Shivujyoti paul). He promised me refund on call, but not ready to confirm on mail. I have a complete list of mail trails with travel triangle still no action is being taken. Completely a fraud behavior by travel triangle.
                    Also, i was promised deck 11-13 on my cruise. It's in my intenary, when we boarded the cruise, we found we were giving the lowest deck in cruise, deck -5. When asked from reception, i was told that i was booked for deck 5 only. So this all is being done on intention and cheating. Knowing everything and accepting, travel traingle is still not taking action and i have all mails for this.

                      We got worst experience while traveling

                      They didn't show the places mentioned in itinerary
                      So i'm raising complaint against manasarovar tours and travels sikkim, they cost for ₹94000 but didn't provide valid hotel and transport. We are demanding to return our ₹ 30000

                        Me and my booked europe package worth rs 227288 through travel triangle. We were assured of hotel, flights and visa. We kept on paying installments as per shubham sharma of travel triangle and their registered agent flycheapest. We came to know on the day before our flights that our visa was rejected by ourselves as they did not inform us. Now when we seek refund they refuse as per their policy. I want to being to your notice that they prepared wrong itenerary and hotel vouchers due to which our visa was rejected.
                        I request the consumer forum to intervene and ask travel triangle to refund us fully. We also seek compensation of 1 lakh for messing up our honeymoon trip and causing mental harassment.

                        Sir / madam we seek your help to punish or cancel their license if they dont refund us.

                          I have booked a jim corbet package with trip sailer.com booking id. 2699630 agent via travel triangle. After booking the package now the trip sailer is not ready to give me the hotel vouchers as agreed in the package and forcing me to change the hotel.. However is the same hotel cos of which i booked the package with trip sailer in the first place. Otherwise its no point me booking a deal with them if now i have to change per their comfort. I do not wish to change my hotels. None of your representatives from customs care nor the trip advisor assigned preeti on this request is helping.. She has not even bothered to call back after i raised my request.. And now getting reply as her family member is sick hence she is not available to talk.. This is nonsense.. I am very disappointed with your service this time.. And had to raise my concern with consumer forum.. The docket no for the same is 730543. Hoping to get some positive feedback earliest as this issue is pending from 9th may

                            It is with great anguish that i am registering this complaint. I havespoken to restnzest and traveltriangle several times regarding this but they seem to be taking matters very lightly. Now let me explain the background of what had happened:

                            I had booked a tour package (Wife and myself) in male islands (Maldives) through the traveltriangle app. As your goodselves must be aware of the political crisis that has taken over the island nation, we were quite pained to hear that a fifteen day period emergency was declared in maldives. I would like to draw your attention towards what our ministry of external affairs had to say on this crisis.

                            "the prevailing political developments in maldives and the resultant law and order situation is a matter of concern for the government of india. Indian nationals are, therefore, advised to defer all non-essential travels to male and other atolls until further notice. Indian expatriates in maldives are also alerted to the need for heightened security awareness, and urged to exercise due caution in public and avoid public gatherings."

                            Considering the above statement and the fact that i was going to travel with my wife, i wanted to make sure there were no safety concerns, i immediately decided to cancel my flight tickets and the entire trip to maldives. I rang up traveltriangle helpline and registered my request for a cancellation, however traveltriangle informed me that the normal cancellation charges would apply, which meant i would get a paltry refund. I was filled with anguish and rang up restnzest (Travel agent in traveltriangle app). I spoke to mr ashok jaswal (Who is the proprietor of travel agent restnzest) who vehemently argued that the cancellation charges would apply. I was even ready for a postponement of tour dates, even for which restnzest was not ready. Now isn't this a clear case of contempt against the statement issued by the ministry of external affairs. When there is a ministerial level statement, restnzest has shown the audacity to defy it.

                            I would have been so much happier to travel but for the political and civilian crisis in maldives. Now this clearly shows that restnzest and traveltriangle are only profit hungry corporates who do not follow ethical practices and would put even their customers' safety at stake.
                            Is the agent asking me to sacrifice my safety and travel to the strife sticken archipelago?
                            When the former president and judges of that nation themselves are not safe how can an ordinary tourist's safety be assured by them?

                            I pray to your goodselves to penalise restnzest for the grave mistake and also ask them to fully refund my tour package amount.

                              I have booked travel for manali from travel triangle, they booked hotel and bus for me only. Due to some medical issue, i have to cancel the plan. But they are deducting 100% of the trip amount. However i have informed 12 days prior to trip. Both travel triangle and agents are supporting each other not customer.

                              The hotel they booked for me is sahima mareema cottage, they have 100% refund policy if informed 10 days prior to travel. Also bus have cancellation policy. How come a person pay 23900 for the travel they have not done.

                              If you have any such policy you have to confirm before payment.

                                And mahima said singapore flyer is closed because of renovation you can’t visit there but she lied it was opened n we have visited there n given 70 dollar dere
                                She said for candel light dinner in bali but there was no candel light dinner
                                And for last day it was gardens by the bay in pur package but nobody came to pick us for that place
                                We have given almost 3 lakh to your site but there’s no worth for that very bad site

                                  I had booked a darjeeling tour of 3 nights and 4 days with travel triangle (We care holidays). It was the most disappointing and pathetic experience of my life. After reaching njp railway station, the driver came to pick us up at the station as per our itinerary, he was extremely rude and started rushing to darjeeling mentioning that he has to reach darjeeling asap and take a group of passengers back here at the station. Our train reached late and we had not eaten breakfast, we requested him to stop the car at a food joint so that we can eat something and then proceed. He started giving excuses that there are no food joints here and he will stop somewhere on the way. We were very hungry and then we called up our agent we care to inform the same. After my husband spoke to them, the driver got cautious and out of fear he stopped somewhere where we could hardly find anything to eat as we are vegetarians but we managed somehow. After reaching darjeeling, the driver is not aware which hotel he has to take us to, we told him the hotel name and he is asking us where the hotel is. How will we know where the hotel is as we are a visitor and he is a local? He dropped us somewhere in the between telling us that he has to rush, we called up we care holidays but they were of no help. We were continuously calling the we care but they could not resolve the issue ultimately we had to find our own way out. We were disturbed and tired. The second day we care started calling us for the balance payment, we told them that there is network issue and we will make the payment as soon as we reach back kolkata but they started calling us again and again and tuba talat from travel triangle called, when we shared these with her, she started giving excuses mentioning that these things happen when we travel. She was only concerned about the payment and nothing else. The harassment does not end here, we got another car in darjeeling for sight seeings, the driver again was very rude and opportunistic. We was trying to make extra money telling us that he can show us better places that is not included in the itinerary and will charge rs. 800. Apart from this, when we were out for sightseeing the third day, we receive a call from the hotel that we have to check out today, while our package was of 4 days and we were to check out the nest day, we called up we care and again went through harassment because of the agent's mistake. The hotel people changed our because of this as the date was not given to them properly by the agent. It was the most horrible experience of my life, we had gone on a tour and were left to be harassed with just n num ber of calls one after the other only because of the negligence of we care and travel triangle. Please do not make any bookings through them if you do not want to face such unfortunate and disturbing happenings on your trip.

                                    I have booked a dubai trip with trivel triangle on 23.02.2018 vide trip id2440049 and paid advance amount of rs.20000.00 and then again paid rs.5141.00 through paytm on 28.02.2018. On 1.3.2018 i suffered a heart attack and admitted to action hospital paschim vihar new delhi. Due blockage in arteries i undergone ptca nad the doctor advised to defer the trip. The same was intimated to traveltrianle and view trip on 03.03.2018 with medical documents and requested to refund me the amount. Since then i have consistently followed them to inform me the terms and conditions of cancellation however they failed to do so. Since then i am consistently following them but no suitable reply/refund is paid so far inspite of sharing my bank details with them as demanded by them. Please take up the matter with higher ups to get the issue resolved or guide me how to get back back my hard earned money

                                    Issue not resolved whether I have to request for details of airlines cancellation charges under RTI Act to get the information provided by Airlines to the Travel Triangle to get my issue resolved
                                    Agency have resolved the hotel reservation issue but are unable to refund the airlines fare which is refunded fully in case of medical exigencies as per airlines policies. They have not provided any documentary proof about the cancellation charges.Please be reasonable and refund the actual amount after charging the charges if any charged by the airlines.by providing documentary proof from the airlines will help to resolve the issue at the earliest.It is better if you donot make your profit out of genuine medical exigencies

                                      Bali trip dated 27th nov'17 got cancelled and same day it was assured that flight cancellation refund process has been initiated but till today[protected] refund has not been received.
                                      Additionally commitment for refund got shifted from 15 days to 90 days and so on.

                                      Travel triangle assured for 100% money guarantee but still refund process is in lackluster.

                                        My booking trip id is 2288920

                                        This is regarding my two major concerns based on our experience during our thailand itinerary on which i need immediate action. All this is already communicated to the travel agent and travel triangle team right after our trip on 9th march and now its almost more than 2 weeks but there doesn't seems to be any progress.

                                        1. Flight blunder - my mumbai to bangkok return flight tickets for 2 adults was booked for thai airways by the travel agent & as per the the quotations and the invoicing it cost us 49010/-. We were getting indigo flights at a much lower rate however we wished to travel via much better airlines hence we decided to spend much extra money and opted for thai airways after discussing our requirement with the agent. Now to our utter disappointment and shock, when we reached the airport on the date of journey we were given boarding passes for thai smile (*this flight was of comparatively very low quality, economical and smaller than thai airways). On complete inquiry we came to know that on this route only thai smile operates and not thai airways so why the travel agent booked this flight when we have precisely described our requirement and why were we charged heftly when its available at cheaper rates. I have contacted multiple times to the tripdost travel agent bishti as well as travel triangle team but i have not yet received any resolution till date.

                                        2. Krabi jungle tour cancellation by tour operator - this sightseeing tour was planned on our 3rd day at krabi but they replaced it with the 2nd day tour because the tour contact person in thailand has forgotten our pick up of 2nd day tour. As discussed with the contact person, she said that jungle tour chanrges will be refunded immediately. I don't know then why this refund is still pending, every time i am asking the tripdost travel agent they are saying refund is in process, may i know how long does it take to transfer the money in this age of technology and what type of customer service is this?

                                        My overall experience of booking with travel triangle is really very disappointing, even after including them in every email communication regarding my concerns till date i haven't received any response from them directly, i can say travel triangle has nothing called as customer service after you have paid the complete booking amount, no value of its customers requirements, no customer relationship ethics & no integrity

                                        Kindly provide me the details about the refund amount which will be credited to my account and process the refund at an earliest!

                                        Are you talking about Jungle tour sightseeing refund? This has been under process since last 2 weeks, do you really think it takes so long time during this age of technology?What kind of customer service is this? Why can't this be done within 2-4 business days?

                                        Also why you are not providing any solution to the flight blunder which has been such a disappointing experience in terms of money, emotions and the flight quality.

                                        I have done entire trip payment on Travel Triangle's account so why should I wait for tripdost travel agent to pay me, isn't this travel triangles responsibility to provide the refunds and do the settlements with tripdost internally?

                                        Apologies for the delay in response. Please note that the refund has already been provided for the Jungle safari that was missed on your tour. We'd also like to highlight that the flight provided was by Thai Airways, however it was operated by Thai Smile Airways. The same was communicated in the quote shared over the dashboard beforehand. Regret if your expectations regarding the flight weren't met. We do look forward to providing an amazing holiday experience in the future.

                                        I appreciate for the refund of jungle safari tour.

                                        Don't you think as a customer we do not have enough knowledge about the flights and that's why the customer has relied upon the Travel agent for the Flight booking. We could have done the booking by ourselves if we had enough knowledge rather than paying extra amount to you.Do you really think we would have understood this thai smile and thai airwys ambiguity if we had such a clear requirement which had increased our budget drastically.

                                        This is really a lesson for us and for all the customers reading my complaint. Customers should not book their travels packages through travel companies like you which are not customer centric, unethical and has travel agents with weak knowledge related to their work.its always good for anyone looking for a travel package to have complete know how of their iteneray so that one day they can also genuinely guide other people with similar interest and companies like travel triangle open up their eyes and shuts their venture.
