Opted travel triangle for singapore + malaysia trip (6 night and 7 days)
I planned for international holiday trip to singapore and malaysia and avail the services of travel triangle so that i could enjoy my holiday trip fully. I don’t want to take headache of booking and visa formalities. Simply took services so that all the bookings and visa process is done by the company and i could enjoy my holiday trip fully without any hassle.
My tripe details:-
Trip booking is done by travel triangle from 5jan2019 to 11jan2019. My booking id is 3687397. The travel executive surabhi ([protected]) did my booking like from delhi to malaysia to singapore, then singapore to malaysia via bus. Later from malaysia to delhi through flight again.

Issue details:-
When i had to travel from singapore to malaysia, then my visa was under process. But it was not received on time. Surabhi told me that they will help me to get the malaysia visa done one day before, but when she fails to do that, then she directly shared priyatosh number ([protected], [protected]) (The master mind of fraud). He was such a shrewd guy, he didn’t helped me in resolving my any query but just keep asking me that you go for on arrival malaysia visa and pay for it and we will pay you back once you are back.
Even when i asked that show me proof that whether you have applied for my visa, then also he show some screen shot but when i check the status online based on that screen shot i got message that no such record exist. That means he never applied for my online malaysia visa request, all fake records he was showing. Even at time priyatosh was giving me suggestion that if no one ask you about visa at immigration then simply go quietly without saying anything. How stupid this answer was. Their staff is so unprofessional that they were advising to do unethical thing in another country.
I was so worried during the entire trip that don’ t know if i won’t get on arrival visa then what will happen. How should i proceed further for my trip? Shall i come back directly from singapore to delhi while my return ticket was from malaysia. So tensed and was in hell like situation. I could not enjoy my holiday at all.
Once i reached at immigration center of malaysia, i simply applied for on arrival visa. It cost me 1275 ringgit (The bill is attached). Priyatosh and surabhi had told me that they will return this amount to me. But once i reached back in delhi, they stop picking up my call. Even customer care executive also didn’t resolve my issue. I have all the email and chat conversation from my holiday trip where i was facing lot of trouble due to this priyatosh and shefali. Even their chat group was also not able to resolve my queries.

Compensation and fine should levy on travel triangle:
Personally, i got stuck in foreign country with my daughter and wife. I totally relied on this travel triangle but neither their support team helped, nor their chat group could help, even now that priyatosh is not picking my call. Customer executive told me that they will help me to get the re-imbursement but now they are also not calling back.
The irony is that many innocent travellers rely on these shrewd companies and book their international trip and later they see that they have got a big loss or sometimes face fraud by such companies. I have seen many other complaints again this company where they had book incorrect flight, their booking id does not exist at all.
Similar proof i also have where they have shared on whatapp that they have applied for my malaysia visa but that does not exist at all (The screen shot is attached).

I simply want that such companies should be banned so that they could not make fool of other people. There are many good companies are there, but as i got victim by this fraud company. They spoiled my entire holiday, the holiday was full of tension, very bad experience. Even big fraud on visa fees as well.
As a reimbursement, i request to help me to get back my entire trip amount as a fine on this company. I choose this company just to enjoy my international trip, but this unethical company spoiled my entire vacation. I had paid 2, 15, 000 rs to this for which invoice is already attached. I want the entire amount back as they have spoiled my entire trip, i could not enjoy holiday, even i could have stuck in that country due to non-availability of malaysia visa whereas my singapore trip was already over.

I have tried all possible help from travel triangle, but no customer executive helping. Even no one from escalation matrix is responding as well. Very poor support staff they have. Looking for justice and good punishment to such big fraud company i. E. The travel triangle including the staff member like priyatosh ([protected], [protected]).

Thanks a lot to consumer complaint team. Once you escalated the issue to Travel triange, they immediately started working on giving the compensation and accepted their mistake. Apologized for the same and given compensation.

    We made our honeymoon package for maldives booked on 20th dec 2018 and were promised the vouchers within 3 days, but on 15th of jan we got a reply that the property is not available because the agent failed to make the booking and even after rigorous follow ups we have not got any other option for our stay from tt yet. We already have our flights booked and have no option of stay. I somehow managed bto reach the higher authorities at tt and tried raising the complaint but nothing is happening. Even the small travel agencies these days if fail to provide the promised property somehow manage and compensate their customers by giving a upgraded property but tt is just not concerned and this last moment ditching is so frustrating, who is gonna bear the loss of the flight bookings. This is a case of fraud, i have chats and emails where the agent and tt team has assured that they already have the vouchers with them basis which we made the other bookings also for the trip.

      Book a travel vacation to dubai through travel triangle. What were commitments made in iternary were not meet. Infact, hotel booking payment is not done so i have to keep the entire amount deposite. I have already paid all the payment still they have not payment to hotel. All tours experience was very bad. Pick are not on time. No help from the number provided. Santosh has switch off his phone.

        Hi the trip is under the name parul to auli fron 16 to 19 jan2019. Alisha agarwal and preeti planned our trip trip is a total disaster and disappointment they didnot clear few things at the start and now they are manipulating us there manger prince is also not supportive yourcompany is a big fraud they don’t reach the expectations nd the things in itenary have not been fulfilled they just have copy paste everything they search from google and accirdingly tell their clients preeti is a big fool she thinks she knows everything because she planned the trip she just googled it your company should be banned on fraud basis i want my refund of 7500

          On the very first day, i had asked for inclusion of fantasea show and on second day phi phi island by speed boat. It was in much advance, one month before the trip and i had paid full money before going on the trip. The holiday paradise agrnt, lucky confirmed on call and in the attached quote that it will be included but i did not get the itinerary even after reaching thailand. When i ask for details, lucky keep promising that i will get all of the things as booked. At very last moment on the first day, lucky said that fantasea is not arranged. I had to book fantasea show at hotel with more money which is 7650 thb and i have receipt of this payment. The same is repeated on second day when at last moment i was told that speed boat is not arranged and i need to go by ferry. Again i had to pay 4500 thb for speed boat.
          Later on, lucky promised that i will get the refund in 2-3 days but yet even after returning from the trip, the money is not refunded. The worst part is that travel triangle agent dhiraj did not help even a bit in all this. I had to face mental disturbance with my wife and a small child. I was on call with agents when i should rest and enjoy. Even now i am asking again and again for refund but get same reply that by today you will get it. I never imagined this with travel triangle.

            I am highly disappointed with your hotel bookings for my Ooty trip.

            My first hotel at Mysore "viceroy comfort" was pathetic as it was not even close to a 3 star hotel, as promised to me by your agent. The room was not hygienic, the blanket was torn, AC remote was not working, no clean glasses and jug and even TV screen was not proper.

            My experience for next hotel "Castle international" was even more pathetic as non-AC rooms were booked for us, which was a fault from your end purely.
            I had already mentioned to your agent in the starting that I wanted AC rooms only
            Still he booked me a non AC room and later when I called him, he clearly told me that he cannot do anything now.Due to this I had to adjust in such humid temperature .

            I trusted you with my trip planning and you have spoiled my whole vacation.You had such a good name in your line but I don't think you are eligible for any praises. This was my first experience with you and its really horrible.

            Concern1: I had made all payments in advance for my trip but no trip advisor or vendor is concerned or interested in discussion with client just want instalment to be paid on time in whole tenure of booking, in between of trip and even after submitting negative concerns.

            Concern2: Hotel quality was not upto the mark and when we called vendor or trip advisor they were just backed off and asked me to adjust or either pay extra for those facility wherever in booking it was completely requested for same but in voucher provided or communication done was never been mentioned that there are changes

            Concern3: One day complete itinerary missing for my conoor trip

            Concern4: when i reported my complete incidence to travel triangle customer care and other team nobody called me or took any action regarding same. as well whenever i call they say their action team will call before EOD but no one does.

            Its been 15 days now since from reported all issue but no one is taking this matter seriously.

            P.S. SS from mail in which i am continuously mailing Travel triangle advisor but no response

              I discussed with the the executive since day 1 of my interaction with sharing travels regarding my trip itinerary that i wanted to have a lunch arranged in macau tower and secondly the entrance ticket for madame tussaud’s museum. There was not a single penny discount in my trip quotation and the executive denied the lunch at macau tower straight away saying that lunch is not possible with my trip quotation but they can arrange the entrance to macau tower, which i accepted without any further debate. There was no change regarding madame tussaud’s entrance tickets and the tour operator agreed to provide me the tickets.

              As my trip date was approaching, i followed up with akshay from sharing travels as well as bijay from travel triangle a week before my trip start date and didn’t get any clear picture regarding my trip vouchers. I was kept on waiting for the vouchers without any clear reason and everyday i was informed that - “you’ll receive your vouchers today.” somehow i received 2 documents regarding my trip which i received on the day before my trip start date and there was no clear picture regarding my trip, i only received entry tickets for disneyland. When i reached out to akshay regarding macau tower entrance and madame tussaud’s entrance he said that those tickets cannot be booked online so you have to take that after reaching out there. If i had to reach and get the tickets then why the hell i was discussing with you since last 6 months regarding this and made the payment in my trip quotation. When i reached macau and madame tussaud’s i was shocked to see that there were tourists who had booked the these entrance tickets included in their trip itinerary from the same tour agency - travel bullz (Hongkong) where sharing travels booked my trip. I was categorised as the “people without having booking” in macau tower and madame tussaud’s. I paid 330 hkd for macau tower entrance and 560 hkd for madame tussaud’s.

              I clearly understand this cheating act that if they provide the travel vouchers on the day before my trip date, i would not get enough time to discuss with them regarding this inconsistency.

                Hi team,

                This is srinivasan here and i have booked for a thailand trip with travel triangle (For 20th january to 26th january). My booking id is 3786923.

                My poc is arundhathi (Arundhati. [protected]@traveltriangle.com) and i have booked my travel with holidays paradise tour and travel.
                I would like to raise a complaint that, i dont get any update from my poc nor from my travel agent.
                I have paid the entire amount but am yet to get any information or calls about my bookings and its vouchers.

                Am really worried about how my trip is going to be as even before the trip has started i can see how non-dedicated travel triangle or the agent is. And i am also worried if i would be provided with all that is mentioned in the itinerary or will i be given some reasons/excuses and my trip is going to be completely ruined.

                My poc never responds (Leave alone calling or informing proactively) even after i call or send emails.

                I would like travel triangle to address this for me and give assurances that my trip would be as planned and delivered well and also would like to have a more dedicated poc for me instead of the current person.

                Expected a lot from travel triangle, but i have already lowered my goodwill for travel triangle even before the trip has started and now worried about my trip and the experience i would get.

                Can you address my concerns here please!!

                Thanks for the response. I got a call from your POC Arundati today and asking me about my complaint.
                Should i as a customer ask her to voice my concerns? I dont know how this information is even getting communicated to her. I was expecting some customer service/Grievance team to give a call and handle this.

                She is just arguing and giving justification as to why she cant respond, rather than help customers feel secure with Travel Triangle. I could have given her right back for the way she is responding but thats not my objective.
                My current concern is to have a good trip which i currently dont feel secure. I rather have a slightly better rapport with the agent than the Travel Triangle POC who should actually be my one stop destination for my queries and act as our support but here behaves as if we are being given free service.
                She says she is loaded with other customers to handle. I understand her workload and would request you to kindly relieve her off, from handling me as an additional customer.
                Can i get my POC changed and get someone with whom i can have that trust that, i shall be able contact them when i need them and be able to talk with them better.

                Business is all about trust and currently Travel Triangle has let that part down and i hope it will do something to earn that back

                No response from Travel Triangle. Thanks for the bad experience. Makes the job easier for us to not choose Travel Triangle next time :)

                no its not resolved, i still have same POC
                Hi Sridhar,

                This is their strategy, they will keep you waiting until your trip start date, they would provide the vouchers on the day or day before your travel date so that you don’t have enough time to discuss with them in case of any discrepancies.
                I already faced this issue in Hong Kong where I missed few vouchers from their end and had to pay from my pocket during the trip, so better you plan for a backup for this kind of surprises.

                Actually my agent was also pretty decent, he missed few things, but he was far better in handling and responding, but my POC from travel triangle was very bad, she was rude and non-responsive to our queries and actually supports the agent for their mistakes than supporting us when we were already in frustration because of misses from their end. I requested Travel Triangle to specifically change the POC even before the trip, but they didn't and no response on that. THis non-responsiveness is what made me decide that i will not choose Travel Triangle at all

                  , i had paid the amount considering the travel dates as 13 jan 2019 & 17 jan 2019 and trusting on you that you'll book according to the quote given to you by me of mmt (Attaching the same to your reference)

                  I had clearly mentioned to you regarding my requirements and required travel dates in the morning.
                  Whereas you have booked the tickets for 13 feb 2019 and 17 feb 2019

                  The same travel date (13 jan 2019 - 17 jan 2019) is mentioned in the invoice given by travel triangle also. Which i checked twice before making the payment.
                  No where in our countless conversations, i/you mentioned anything about feb
                  Ive been following up with your team members nishant & surabhi countless times but till now im not getting any positive response from your side.

                  Your team is now asking 40k for changing the flight dates which were booked by you wrongly.
                  Why shall i bear any extra cost for which there is no my fault.

                  I have already provided an alternate date for your convenience as 23 jan instead of 13 jan and still you guys are not helping.

                  Surabhi is not even giving her senior's number to contact.

                  Its 2pm now and still i have not got a single call today from their side
                  Kindly arrange for a call from a senior person asap,

                    For the mentioned booking id, i have made a payment of 50000 and for the pending payment there a confusion of inr 1000 for which i have been contacting travel agent sweta ([protected]) since 30 december 2018 and she is not providing the solution. Since 03-01-19 sweta has not been picking up the call and on 07-01-19 after talking to the customer care team i requested for a callback and that also did not come.
                    I need to an urgent revert on my query and this is absolutely unprofessional of your organisation and employee to not contact the customer on repeated attempts.

                      First of all i am really very disappointed with the services and the issues that i encountered durnig this trip to chikmanglur.

                      The schedules were never as per the iternary and really embarassed us during this trip.
                      Really would say a pathetic service and surely will not recommend travel triangle or payned travels in due future.

                      1:- initially in the iternary it was mentioned that the cab would be innova / similiar and on day before the departure i did receive the driver details, when contacted the driver he said its going to be swift dzire

                      My question here is when it was promised or mentioned in the iternary why the vehicle was changed when contacted with aadil (Payned travels) initially he said that the fare of innova is higher but when i insisted him and said that innova / similiar was mentioned in the iternary he eventually arranged for that upon several arguement / discussions.

                      2:- i had also enquired with the payned travels for the rooms that were booked with guru comforts (Oyo) it was 22 kms from chikmanglur, again here the travel agent (Payned) told me that this is the hotel which we could get within the budget and this is peak season.

                      When i had enquired with travel triangle i had given my travel dates 1 month prior to the estimated date of travel, offcourse this was a peak season i know but then why the hell did you even quote for the enquiry when this was the peak season.

                      The hotel was really a sluggish piece of place wherein there was a beer bar restaurant in the ground floor and the surrounding locality was really worse.

                      The hotel pics online are really not the way they are rooms are too congested. No restaurants nearby wherein we were left with the only option to have food from the hotel itself that too also some specific (4 - 5) menu items available.
                      The breakfast they gave was with only 2 options idli and wada on day 1 and 3 that too their kitchen was closed on 2nd day ie on 26th dec.

                      3:- now when we reached the hotel the driver called me up and told me that we have not received the advance for this trip and asked me to talk to the owner of the vehicle wherein he told me that i have received any amount and the driver would leave for bangalore now the very moment

                      I told him that i had booked through travel triangle and payned travels and my full payment has been done but he was in no mood to listen, eventually the cab driver left i almost was in deep trouble and tension since

                      We did had a pregnant lady with us.

                      For almost 3 -4 hours i spent contacting and co - ordinating with aakash kundu (Travel traingle agent), divya singh (Payned travels), chandru (Cab services) and 2 -3 drivers which eventually is not my job neither my work but still i was in extreme mental preassure due to this situation wherein the driver left us, eventually another cab was arranged and the new cab arrived in the morning.

                      It was overall an very disgusting trip in our entire life. Thanks travel triangle and payned travels for ruining the trip.

                      First of all why this was closed as resolved when i did not get any satisfactory answer from the agent. The agent from Payned travels is still fooling around and till date has not provided any resolution and is just pushing it week by week If this is the scenario I will be moving forward with another step

                      Firstly how can this case / issue be closed.

                      I did spoke to some one from travel triangle who eventually took divya from payned travels on the conference who offered some complimentary dinner which still is pending .

                      I have been following up with divya since last couple of weeks for this and she did shared her number but getting no response from her end.

                      I have still not received any revert nor any reply from the travel's agent hence request you to kindly keep this open until its resolved to my satisfaction.

                      I have also attached chat conversation where the casual approach of the agent divya is pretty clear.
                      I am following almost daily with her now i dont get her response as well as my calls are too not answered by her

                        Dear sir,

                        This is in reference tobooking id: 3314589 booked through travel triangle for a personal vacation to thailand.

                        I was have a good time time there but ail of sudden i have been a day before that for phi phi island i have to take speed boat as big boat have only people who know swimming. Big boat cannot be parked so you have to go through water (Swim). For the same i have been charged 1000 bhatt extra. It was never told by agent before that you cannot take big boat if you do not know swimming. Some guy name rippo has collected 1000 bhatt from me from hotel. He showed me images of big boat and asked me to do same immediately as tomorrow is your travel. I paid him the money and immediately informed traveltriangle team and agent. There was no response from them till days. I have even logged complaint but no resolution till date. Even travel triangle is not replying over mail or taking any action.

                        In view of the above. It is requested to kindly reimburse the excess expenses made my me during trip execution as detailed above.

                        It was never a suggestion and as per the telephonic conversation with agent the agent has confirmed that he told me to not go on big boat if you do not know swimming .

                        Now is this s suggestion?????
                        Should i considering it as suggestion to take risk of life and go in big boat without knowing swimming??

                        I am a reguar customer of travel triangle and book all my trips through same but this response is not expected from company like travel triangle.

                        Also why was same sugesstion not given when i was going on long tail boat??
                        Also why was same not informed at time of itenerary planning and booking ???

                        This is clear case of cheating and making extra money putting traveller under such positions where he has no option.

                        Can i know why the agent not replied when i have raised my concern over travel triangle portal and over customer support of traveltriangle ????

                        Without any answers you are informing me that it was a sugestion, We do our booking not directlty through agent but with travel triangle for a trust which build up in years.

                          This was my worst experience with travel triangle. The trip was not planned properly due to which all my 4 days and money went in vein.

                          When i registered the complain on whatsapp group which was created their. Everyone talking non-cence since yesterday.

                          1. Since start it was worst.in 3 degree temperature i had waiting on bus stop in delhi. No one informed me about the delay.
                          2. Hotel was changed without prior knowledge.
                          3. There was no power back up.
                          4. There was nothing to heaten-up the room or body.
                          5. There was nothing to get warm drinking water in night.
                          6. The hotel owner said the 31st party is free till 3 pack and then chargeable. They lied to us and asked us to pay 3000 for party while checking out.
                          7. No room service provide.

                          8. We could not have done day 1 local sight seeing due to delay departure of bus. We reached manali at 5 pm. Driver said he will take us to the sightseeing which we missed tomorrow after we return from solang valley. But they have not planned it properly next day as well. The driver came at 11:30 after i called him. We reached solang valley at 4:30 pm. We could not do any activity for which we paid 3000 to the third party. It all happened due to traffic and road construction going on in manali. This could have been avoided if the proper planning was done by the agent.

                          9. They have not planned even day 3 as well.

                          10. The hotel owner has theft our cigarette packet when i left for 5 minute. When i informed this to agent he told me ' bahiya itni kyu pi lete ho ki pata nhi ki kaun samaan kaha rakha.".

                          Since yesterday they are frustrating me. No one is resolving this issue. I want all my money back which i expend in my whole journey. Earlier i was asking for 50 % apart from volvo bus and hotel charges. But, the way they had treated me after filing the complain. I am completed exhausted and harassed. Now i want all my expenses back. Which is 17000 + 3000 spend at third party = 20000.

                          Improving service means you must take action if because of your and your agents fault if someone trip become panic you must refund the amount. You can not simply say that you will improve your service for other traveler or trips in future.

                          The whole point here is i want my money back, as i was not provided with the service mentioned in my voucher for what i paid to you.

                            Since the money has gone and you guys have already spoiled the happiness.in return you cannot do anything now. After ruining the complete trip some shekhar had offered me dinner or lunch that could be the most hillarious deal i could get after so much. Thus, i would like to say you may keep the money as i would not be you using travel triangle any more, also guide others too to not to plan any trip with you. Everytime new agent calls and asks about what went wrong, you people don't have any designated person to resolve issues but when it comes to take money one person will be dedicated to that job. Its pointless talking to you, i would suggest you should work hard on how to deal genuinely rather than focusing on how to make money in fraudulent way.

                              I have booked a full package of andaman trip from traveltriangle website with "bookitforgetit" agent sechedule for 14th to 18th dec 2018. I have given a amount of 36k for my entire trip package but during my trip in Andaman they charged me with extra hotel charges, I paid the amount there because I had no other option there but now company refuses to refund my money. Also for my trip they didn't go with itenary they mentioned or shared with me.

                                Booked a bali trip thru this a month back. Trip id is 3618150, all payment was made well with in the time. today morning reached Chennai airport at 5:00 am to catch flight which was at 7:50 am.                                   We have booked a trip for bali which is scheduled on 17 dec 18. While booking the trip, travel agent did not told us about the condition that passport validity of more than 6 months are required. After obtaining full payment.. Now this condition is expressed.. For rescheduling they are demanding extra money of rs 29000/-
                                  This is cheating on customer. When they have obtained our passports and full details why they haven't informed us about this condition earlier.

                                    I have booked corbet/nainital trip from amazing uttarakhand for 2 nights in which i got a quote of around 15800 approx.                                       Our flight of 6e -76 3.45 pm got changed to 6e -78 2am. Hence by the time the agency provided the pickup from the hotel we already missed our flight for the same. We were not informed on the flight change and had to stay at airport for more than 18hrs without any accommodation assistance from the agency. Also they refused to take responsibility of information conveying on this. We had to go through lot of harassment because of this. Would request you to look into the matter very seriously as we expect a kind of support from the agency and hence pay accordingly to. The agency was breakbag.
                                      Even during our stay in bangkok we were provided with a poor hotel and a double bed with sliding beds whereas we booked as a honeymoon package for the tour.
                                      It was really very disappointing to have this kind of services inspire of paying 1.24 lakh for the trip.

                                      It looks that you are not satisfined with the level of the sevices.
                                      You complaint is not clear for the consideration for legl professioanal:-
                                      - no dates / time
                                      - no place
                                      - no ticket
                                      - no rebooking

                                      If you need the financial compensation, you must collect all the douments related to travel and you
                                      can hire a lawyer or a legal professional in the civil aviation, whcih will cost you about[protected]+ rupees, if you chose the Indian court.

                                        While the booking/itinerary process was great from the agent you tied up with us. We have paid installments totaling to 400000/- out of 698500/-. Yesterday (20th nov'18) mr dinesh and mr shrey (View holiday trip) called me to communicate their inability to go ahead with our booking in hotel committed by them earlier. Just to reiterate, they gave us confirmation of hotel booking with vouchers of said dates (27 dec'18 - 1 jan'19) from radisson blu hotel, dubai media city. Much to our surprise, they told me that hotel has cancelled the booking now. What? How on earth can a hotel cancel a confirmed booking after two months? We are scheduled to travel next month.

                                        Agent, mr dinesh also proposed us to go for other hotels and asked for additional money. He asked if we can stay in two hotels dividing our itinerary. He also challenged us to write to customer care and that he will defend himself as its not his fault why will a person compromise for the sheer mistake of agent. I also work for a service company and well understand that a customer cant be penalized for our own mistake. We had a view that all agents on your website go through due diligence before being registered but sheer lack of professionalism from view holiday trip is evident here.

                                        Hotel details as per our booking:

                                        Radisson blu hotel, dubai media city, breakfast, c.in:27/12/18 c. Out:01/12/18, 04 rooms for 8 adults and 01 child

                                        I request you to direct the agent to go ahead with the same itinerary and hotel. Or else throw away such agent from your portal. And refund our money
