This is to inform travel triangle team, that your employee dipank badhwar is not picking up our call.
Our trip is going to start on 6th april, and we have some concern regarding our flight timing changes. We booked our trip (Including flights) through your website. Now since flight details are changed, we are trying to connect with dipank but he is not picking up our call.
We got flight tickets for 6th april 2019 11:05pm 2 months back, but when i checked to craft your stories agent anu, she said that the flight left at 12:15am 6th april.
This should have been intimated to us before, that our flight timings got changed.
Now i need my new flight tickets for tomorrow 7th april, morning. And tell dipank to pick our call.
I you don't give our new flight tickets, i am gonna take strict actions against travel triangle for wasting my time.

    I had booked an international trip with traveltriangle (Agent craft holidays) and due to some unavoidable circumstances, i had to cancel the trip.

    I had requested cancellation on 21st january 2019 and the trip was planned on 26th march 2019.

    The travel agent had booked only flight tickets no booking was done for the hotel.

    As per travel triangle policy cancellation charges are :
    500 per head for travel triangle.
    Airline cancellation charges as per airline rules. Which 10000 + 500 (Gst)
    Agent (Craft holiday) charges 5000 per head.

    But they are charging as :
    Total airline charges are inr 12, 812/- per person x 02 adults = inr 25, 624 with all convenience fees
    Travel triangle charges is inr 1500/- + inr 582/- gateway charges = inr 2082/-
    Craft holiday charges: inr 10, 000/- on total package

    And they are also not sharing cancellation invoice from the airline.

      My t. T. Booking no. Is 4215649 and i have a booking for a bali trip on 3rd june 2019 starting from jaipur. I received my flight ticket voucher and i found in that my name is mentioned twice and my partners name is mentioned as mr. Jennifer paul instead of mrs. Jennifer paul.

      These mistakes have ti rectified immediately.
      I have already reverted the mail of voucher to inform about the mistakes within two hours of the receipt of the voucher, but i have not received any replied yet and any assurance that it will be done.
      I have also complained about it to your customer care to mam yashna and she will get in touch with the voucher department.
      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        I have come across travel triangle for my europe trip. I submitted booking amount of rs 10300 to sagar sharma (Travel triangle holiday expert) on 11th march. On 12th i called him for flight booking but he didn't pick my call. After 3-4 days he called me and told now flight charge has been increased by 10000 and that was not n my budget. Now i am calling him since last week to cancel my trip and refund my amount but he is not picking up my phone. Please have a look into this and help me to get my refund asap.

        Its still not resolved. As per my last discussion with I Need Trip and Shubham from Travel Triangle, I can use my amount Rs 10300 for any hotel, flight booking domestic or international from anywhere wherever its cheaper. Last to Last weekend I have to visit kasauli and I tried to book hotels for their.It was costing Rs 9000 on MakeMy Trip and I Need Trip was booking in around Rs 20000. Its practically looking simple if its cheaper on MakeMyTrip then I will book it from same. But Shashank from I Need Trip told me he will talk to MD and next day first he asked he can and after that said they have no tie up from Make My Trip and can't make this booking and do their own behalf. I told him why you firstly say yes to me then he asked I say yes and now I am saying no (such an unprofessional behavior it was). After that I called to Shubham continuously for 3-4 days but he didn't picked my phone and message me talk to you later. Till now I didn't get any call from Shubham. Finally I have to cancel my trip due to all rooms booked and visit last weekend making booking on my behalf.

        I am continuously disappointed with travel triangle while trip planning. Can you please help me to get refund complete amount as it will not seems possible to use money from I need Trip while booking.

          Dear all,

          Our booking id is - 3190503

          We didn't expect this type of services from both travel triangle and travel masterz as we have booked almost 6 months ago.
          After booking we have paid our first installment timely and after that we asked her - shalini to revised our trip like we want to increase number of days and we also want to explore another destinations too but in replay we didnt get any thing, she told us like wait for 2-3 days i will send you another proposal and by saying this she had taken much time but we dint get any thing till now in our hand. We dont have proper itinerary, proper flight details, proper room details. She - shalini even didnt communicate with us that this is your final thing and make a payment, we are under that impression that she shalini was doing our itinerary preparation.
          So without any confirmation how can we do our payment?
          In short, till now we dont have
          -proper itinerary
          -proper booking details
          -proper flight details
          -still waiting for her confirmation till date
          -we dont have any clearity or any communication from travel masterz

          Kindly look into it deeply, understand the situation and replay.

            We already asking your travel agent miss shalini jamval from gurguon.!
            Now she leave the job and not attending our calls.!
            After that we get one mail like this that you are not giving payment on time so we release booking.!
            Either she is not giving proper itinary.!
            We already pay our first installment to your company
            And after that we not get proper information about everything.!
            So please reply as soon as possible.!

              I had enquired for srilanka trip quotes and discussing with tts srilanka agent about details. Initially 4 nights 5days package was suggested. However after looking at the flight schedule and associated cost, i have decided to change it for 5 nights 6 days. Logic was 1 day hotel stay is much economical than flight ticket. I had detailed discussion with tts lanka agent. On request india associate of tt had sent flight quotes for 59k. After paying 59k to tt, i have been informed that prices have gone up. I checked if i could get back my money, to which i have been advised to wait for some time. Same night india associate of tt contacted me n informed that fares have come down and they need my confirmation on email. As the booking was on hold due to fare issue, i have checked the fare but missed on checking dates of travel. Tickets were booked for wrong return date. When i realised this issue, i had contacted india tt agent, to which she asked me to wait for 1 day. Same day i have checked on airline website, it was showing 3.5k change of date charges per person. I thought tt would have some alternative available and didn't submit the date change request. Next day, that too after following up, lazy tt agent informed me that 6k change of date charges per person. 2.5k more per person. Travel triangle staff tries to maximize their commission by looting it's customers. When i questioned why date change request was submitted yesterday itself when charges were low, i got rude answer "we need to follow our procedure". I was pissed off by tt so asked to cancel the tickets, tt again asked for 1 day to submit cancellation request. Because of # service provided earlier i insisted submitting cancellation on same day. I have been informed on email that they have initiated the cancellation. I went on airlines website and found that tickets were not cancelled. I questioned tt, about false confirmation, agent told me, we have initiated the cancellation process and "as per our procedure" it will take time. When i asked about cancellation charges, agent told me "it's airline charges and tt doesn't charge anything". By this time i have realised how unreliable tt is. I insisted on details of cancellation charges. Tt provided 9k+ per person. I again checked website and found tt charging me 2k more than airline charges. I have questioned them again. Now they have agreed that they do get some cut on these transactions. By now i realised tt and staff is much more fraudulent than i have imagined. I have decided to cancel the complete trip by burning a big hole in my pocket (Of rs. 36k). I am paying this price for relaying on travel triangle. So be careful while dealing with these crooks. Always cross-check their quotes with some reliable sources. Ask tt provide details in writing via email only. Read details provided by them very carefully. Always record all telephonic conversation without fail. They do change the version in no time.

                @traveltriangle is the most unprofessional and worst travel agency i've ever come across. If you want to save yourself from trouble and unnecessary headache, steer clear of this pathetic agency.

                We booked our trip for bali for 3 travellers and the agent assigned to us was very genuine and helped us plan a good trip. However, once the booking was done and forwarded to the post sales team, things started messing up.

                We wanted one more traveller to get added for which we never received a response from the team even after multiple follow ups.in the end, we were told that we'll have to book our tickets ourselves. We did the same and got back to them for rest of the booking.

                They gave us the pricing for the 4th traveller and more than 2 weeks of doing the payment, they came back to us asking for money. They said they had send wrong invoice by mistake and they realized it after more than *15 days*!!!

                After multiple emails, calls and super delayed responses, they threatened us that they will cancel our trip if we dont pay more money. We had no choice but to do as they say. Now there are only 4 days left for the trip and we have no clarity on our bookings and vouchers.

                Now there are only 4 days left for the trip and we have no clarity on our bookings and vouchers. Really worried about our upcoming trip since we have no clue what's gonna happen. Horrible experience with wouldn't recommend anybody to do bookings through them.

                  Bermuda triangle... Travel triangle...website/app- Worst ever Tour operator

                  Once took the package to shimla and manali india, 4 days & 5 Nights package, with an adavance of Rs.10000 for a total package of Rs.29000 per couple ( April-May-18).-booking id :

                  Travel triangle (TT) outsourced this to Himalyan escape journeys venture -elite tours, Manali with some random guy ...all your dreams of scenic pictures in TT website been outsourced to small one room roadside travel company in Manali .

                  Boarding a bus at panipat, haryana toll plaza, booked cheapest travels with lowest rating -Northern travel late by 2 .5 Hrs in mid night ( for a newly wed couple standing at a toll plaza)- driver demanded a luggage charge 20 Rs per bag ( not known ) given after an argument .Bus arrived at shimla where the breakfast at hotel is over .
                  ( so called 3 Star )Hotel vivek palace in shimla : personal booking is far more better than through travel triangle, worst hotel on hill side, without ice that place is ### and hospital management given room a worst welcome by asking who are you ??.and the worst room they got with bad linen and no breakfast.
                  Local sightseeing : a car is assigned .. no guide .. no plan nothing ...dry places nothing of sort .
                  'Night 'mare: Too cold for a south indians despite of several requests no room heater provided and one worst night

                  second day : same local sight seeing ... not much of joy ...

                  could not bear the hospitality ...prone to cold ...decided to leave the place ... end of the tour ( it can happen with anybody )

                  but the Himalyan escape journeys venture -elite tours, Manali not accepted this ...persuading us to stay despite of several request that we are prone to cold and continue to manali ...despite of several requests .

                  As many SOS send to TT app in phone and called trip adviser Ms.Nish mahato in TT ...no response despite of sevral calls and messages ( just imagine you raised an SOS for far worse reason in unknown place and you are not being answered ).

                  later we paid - the total amount ... as the tour operator said e have booked all hotels and tours " which can't be cancelled"... we daily see ads in TV ..any booking can be cancelled without hassle .. but her the picture is different ...to ensure our safety, we paid the balance amount, , , after paying the full amount ... surprisingly i got messages that your hotels are being booked in manali as you have paid the balance amount ( but the tour operator said the hotels are already booked ).

                  thats how we stayed for 2 days and 1 night and paid Rs30, 000.00 if you want to do the same and " bewakoof " banna chathe hai ...pls book your tours through travel traingles a sthey pose lot of scenic places in their adds .

                  And Surprising responses from the tour operator when we have taken up these matters with the tour operator and Travel triangle .they are as below:

                  Bus inconvenience : Sir, what we can we do if a bus comes late at midnight and harasses you for Rs 20 and You can Rs .20 ..you are 'chindhi'.

                  Hotel inconvenience: Sir, Hotel wale yesa kartha hai tho hum kya kare sir . room heater kaun use kartha hain sir summer mein shimla mein . Hotel tho 3 stars hai sir .

                  Tour end due to health grounds : kaise hoga sir ... hotels book karliya in manali ... aap nahi ja sakthe yesa... pure paisa pay karo...

                  " At the end we paid safety money -Phirauthi and booked our own bus and came back safely to panipat "

                    Worst experience i got from you guys,
                    I planned my trip by your site for 4 days and 3 nights. From 10 to 14 march 2019,

                    1st day:first of all you don't have rights to book rooms as per your convinence at least ask the person who is gonna to stay there, you have booked deluxe room which was non air-conditioned, and didn't even confirmed wid us. And what was your explanation, most of the rooms and hotels are non ac here...
                    Your driver left us at room @ 2pm and after that when i called him @5 pm to go at other places his response was i m drinking sir, my duty is over today, when i confirmed with agents i got answes that he will be remain in duty till 1830pm, we are wasting our money to stay in hotel rooms or what.

                    2nd day: as per package driver is guide for at least few things but what i saw he was misguiding us to not to go places as he was always in hurry to come 🔙 at hotel and to drink.

                    3rd day; from munnar to alleppey we did early check out widout proper breakfast and when i were about to reach alleppey i got a call from boathouse manager that your boathouse changed from alleppey to kumarakom, and for the same when i complained with triptrello agents they confirmed us to travel in the same way to alleppey, they have already have a words with boathouse manager. When we reached to alleppey again the same issue created by boat house manager that you go to kumarakom for boat house, after 6 hours of traveling he is asking to us to travel one more hour, why if you are unable to manage then you should say this before that you have changed my boathouse from alleppey to kumarakom, atleast give us prior notice, we were waiting there for two hours in cab do that triptrello agents will do something but they were just trying to misguide us, they did nothing and now they are also asking to travel again, and after frustration we cancelled boathouse trip here. And when we asked him how many children we will get refund, first trip trello agent said only 6k, means we wasted 15k (Total 21k) for munnar only and where we visited only rose garden, eco point and one waterfall, because other things were closed and nobody advised me from triptrello agents for alternate places.
                    After my request they agreed to refund 7k but they didn't realised our loss, we cancelled my booked flight for me and my wife and booked early fight a day before the day of departure that costs 24k,
                    Whole trip ruined by trip trello agents under travel triangle, they have no concern if you have done total payment, because now ball is in their coat.
                    And seriously will never plan my journey with travel triangle and will advise my friends and family to not to do the same, we were planned our trip for mental peace not for the frustration

                      I was looking for a sikkim package was suggested to me by travel triangle. Travel triangle guys sold me package of rs. 47000 with out flight & with flight its trip cost around 62500 (Totally worst & harassment & threatening trip). As per your written words and statement none of any points will covered
                      . First day when we reached airport next 5 km driver stop the car without any information when i ask the same he told me deepak want to meet me?? Is this a right way to stop the car with family?? Well i said ok.. Then he asked money on cash without any prior information is this type of your services how dare to stop the car on road and ask for money on cash in front of driver on highway??? Cthen the same i text to shivani (Your trip person) but no response they stop the car and ask for money??? I said to him when i reached hotel then remaining amount will transfer and also i always pay your amount before date then why his harassment by your company?? Then i give 10000 cash and click the photo then after 30 mins shivani text me to give 10k cash?? Why ts happen is this a right way to ask money on road and stop the car with ladies i front of driver??

                      Well we reached hotel at 11 pm night timing the same timing deny/fake your written words just bcoz of time pass we reached or driver reached at 11pm.
                      Day first driver fix the time at morning 8:30 am after 1 hour wait i called up but no response till 10 pm then i called and discuss the same with lumba (Fake travel) deepak and discussed the driver they switched off the mobile from last 2 hours and no update then deepak call him how??? Then after 2 hours hey reached and shouted with threatening that why you complaint with travel agent?? And take another car and using attitude words.
                      They shouted in front of hotel staff " is this type of your professionalism and services then i call again to deepak to ask the change the driver and car but he deny and said you have to manage this driver i dont have another... After money you your response is this???
                      Then i told him if again he did the same i logged the fir against you (Deepak) and driver, unfortunately have to accept the trip for this # driver, whatever you mention over written statement regarding traveling time of points we never reached as per your written words/time and also whole day they waste my time not a single point they covered, next day when we reached udaan hotel they deny to give hotel room "said they dont have any room with balcony which i already booked and pay you" then i said the hotel staff give me a written statement that you give me this room then i accept the same they agree to give and after 30 mins they transfer my room to another one??? Now after my written they free one room??? This type of your hotel you booked.
                      Have a lots of fake, harassment & threatening and i already i discussed the same with mr khan, shivani and astha but still no fruitful result and response from your side.
                      We were very disappointing with travel triangle.

                      We complained to travel triangle about this incident "shivani end of the day of # exp and trip waste of money trip... But "what can we do". We are are just like helpless. We have paid the money of rs. 47000 to the travel triangle.
                      Your company are just pathetic, you were making only money to book packages. They give us fake words and commitment, harassment & threatening.
                      Even they provided a cab from bagdogra to gangtok is in very bad condition.

                      I trust and select trip from your company but its my mistake to select you its better to select mmt for the same.
                      You are focusing on money, today i got a mail from mr faizal (Telephonic discussion with recording form last 3 days with 1-2 hours late night and discussed the whole story of fake and # trip even deepak-lumba travel using wrong words in front of faizal khan on record) so this type of your travel agent and is this type of your fake company and commitment every single day i waste my money and trip, so today they are saying we have already taken the action against lumba travel. But how do i know whether they have taken the action or not against lumba travel.
                      They and your company spoiled my trip of gangtok and money

                      Information for all traveler: don't book the packages from travel triangle. And soon the share the whole words with recording and pics (Driver purchase a alcohol between trip have all the pics and i already discuss the same with your person but no positive answer) i shared all with recording and pics to all traveler dont book any trip from your company its better to book a trip from another company to avoid such type of exp and waste of money.

                      Deepak from Lumba travels treatened me to end my trip mid way and travel triangle dint not respond for 4 hours with a reason that this was sunday...

                        This is with reference to the booking id: 3183660 (Dubai trip: 5d/4n with travel fireflies)

                        I am highly disappointed with the package my dubai package, the way the plan was executed, not delivering the right itenarry that was promised before booking, and a lot of chaos in the whole experience.

                        To list a few false promises and troubles, please refer below:

                        The agent never responded in time, i had to do multiple followups on phone, whatsapp to get response to my query.
                        Visa was delivered one day before the trip after so many followups. Itenarry not shared - on several requests the itenarry was shared 2 days after the trip had started... And even after that last day the itenarry changed at last moment... And final itenarry was not shared.
                        Tickets/vouchures are being shared just 30mins before every visits - after followups. Bhurj khalifa, dubai aquarium and zoo tickets were shared half an hour before the scheduled time. This caused too much chaos in reaching the destination on time (Specially with senior citizens in tour) - travel triangle mentioned that i would get the tickets and vouchures after the second payment, it was miss in the promise made.
                        Dubai aquarium and zoo - i was promised for the researcher ticket. But the ticket provided at the counter was the very base ticket, it was a miss in the promise made.
                        Miracle garden - i was promised the entry with light snacks option. But nothing was provided for snacks, it was just the entry ticket that was provided, it was again a miss in the promise made.
                        Bhurj khalifa entry ticket had 9pm as the entry time and the cab drop to hotel was scheduled at 10pm. I pointed to the travel agent that it is not possible. He insisted and said that is best he could do. Please note that the bhurj khalifa - entry and exit line itself was 45-50 mins long respectively, plus visit inside bhurj khalifa takes atleast 45-60 mins. How can the travel agent expect to visitors to complete this 3 hours process in one hour? A tourist spends money to visit the place and get the experience, but as soon as i reached up i started getting calls from agent its time for drop back. I could not spend sufficient time at bhurj khalifa and started back with my aged parents. They had to literally run (Despite of being senior citizens) to the parking lot in dubai mall, which itself is very big. And on top of that the driver guided us the wrong way to parking and left us without dropping to hotel saying we are late. This pure case of mismanagement. I had spent so much money to visit dubai and specially bhurj khalifa, and the agent destroyed my experience and gave us a lot of trouble. This was a pure waste to money and i could not even spend time and enjoy my visit to the iconic tower.
                        Sent wrong messages for trip being cancelled and then not responding on call our messages to sort out the issue. This caused too much of chaos the very second day of the trip.

                        If i had to take so much of trouble myself, why will i ever book my travel with any agency. It would be much more organized and less troublesome to do it independently.
                        I never expected such bad experience from travel triangle. Infact, i did not even get what i was promised in my itenarry.

                        I have been in touch with your customer experience consultant akanksha agarwal. She says she agrees that i have suffered a loss in my trip wrt bhurj khalifa, but she cannot cannot help in compensating my loss. Why does travel triangle make false promises to customer when they cannot fulfill? Please refer to you promise in public website: https://traveltriangle.com/guarantee (Please refer to section: what if i am not satisfied with agent's services during the trip? Point#3).
                        Why is travel triangle not compensating me now when they acknowledge the customer faced the problem because of travel agent's mis-management? I have been asking for escalation calls, but she is acting deaf for last several days now. Nor she is responding on phone calls. Pathetic customer care service!

                        Summary of mismanagements in trips: (I have proofs for each of them and can be presented on demand)

                        1. Mismanagement at bhurj khalifa - we could not spend time visiting the iconic tower and also driver left us without giving drop to hotel.
                        2. Miracle garden - no snack s were provided as was promised in the package.
                        3. Dubai aquarium and zoo - the base entry was provided, despite of mentioning about the researcher ticket in the package.
                        4. Itenarry and vouchers not provided - despite of being mentioned in travel triangle payment terms.
                        5. Trouble and chaos i faced in the whole of my trip.

                        Please help me with the compensation and refund.

                        How can I be satisfied with the resolution if the Travel Triangle is not keeping the promise. I had booked the package with Travel Triangle only for one reason: I get to enjoy my trip without having to take trouble in making arrangements and schedule the excursions in such a way so that I can enjoy my trip. Travel Triangle agent neither fulfilled the promised delivery as mentioned in the itenarry, nor they scheduled the excursions in proper way. It so happened that I missed attending Bhurj Khalifa excursion which I already paid for. Now whose responsibility is it to bear this loss?
                        Why is travel Triangle not taking responsibility of this mismanagement and refunding me the money I paid for Bhurj Khalifa excursion? Why is travel triangle claiming it cannot do anything when they made the promise when I booked the package?                         Is it not cheating the customer on his face? Why will anyone comeback to Travel Triangle after this experience? I request you to please refund me for the service which I missed because of Travel Triangle agent's mismanagement.

                          Don't trust travel triangle, booking id: 3886753 and they ruined my trip completely. Beware of this site.

                          No guratntee even if you book the package they can increase the price in middle of the booking.
                          You have to pay inconvenience fee of rs. 350

                          Non-professional agents. I was in touch with agent nikita agarwal tt (Travel triangle holiday expert) [protected]. After confirming the price of rishikesh for rs. 15000, she called and pressurized me to book the package right away, which i did. She didn't even inform me about the so-called convenience fee of rs. 350 until i have checked the payment link. Before booking she was very prompt and helpful however after payment she stopped replying msgs and picking up calls.
                          After 4 days she called and telling me to pay 2000 extra or exclude the rafting in the same price (What a joke). On top of that, she says the amount i have paid is non-refundable. If everyone increases the charges like this what's the point to book a package. After a long chase, so many phone calls they have agreed to pay the booking amount 3000 (Which i still didn't get) but denied refunding the convenience (In my case inconvenience) fee of rs. 350.

                            We were unable to visit kasmir tour due to bad weather conditions and cancellation of flight ticket. The situation was out of our control. Inspire of continuous follow up, mails, phone calls and submitting the ticket we were unable to get the refund of amount paid. Also no one is answering or helping us with the problem. At the time of booking travel triangle people call us on continuous basis and now at the time of any complaint or refund there is no response. This is really pathetic service.                               I must say this was one of the worst trips we had in our life, packed with bad experiences and in many places we didn't get what was promised!

                              To elaborate more on these 'bad experiences' i have mentioned below the instances which were supposed to be fulfilled as per the vouchers and earlier emails:

                              1) issue with hotel on the 1st day: when we reached the hotel on the 1st day, we were told that our hotel booking was cancelled by travel triangle. This caused a lot of stress to us as we had just landed in thailand really tired and first thing we got to know was that hotel was cancelled. The hotel told us that they had received an email from traveltriangle on 17th jan requesting them to cancel the booking! On contacting the travel agent about the same, the agent told us that it was a technical glitch! Seriously! Our 4 hours were wasted in the whole new hotel arrangement issue and this new hotel was 3 kms away from the location we wanted (Travel agent was aware that location was important to us).
                              Around rs. 5000 were spent on our commute from the hotel to the location we wanted. Plus, we had spent our money additionally in commute from earlier promised hotel to the new hotel (Which the travel agent is supposed to pay, this was confirmed by travel triangle on whats app. Screenshot attached).

                              2) luggage issue: there was no mention in the vouchers about overall luggage weight which we could carry for free for each of the transport we took. We had confirmed with the travel agent over email about the luggage limit, to which they had mentioned 20 kgs for all flights and speed boats (Check pt.3 in trailing mail). But of course, again we were cheated!
                              For the flight that we took from krabi to bangkok, we got to know that the limit was 10 kgs so we had to pay extra 8, 400 baht for the 28 kgs extra luggage.

                              3) issue with cabs: we were told that we will be provided ac private cabs for our commute every time. But again we were cheated! In many instances the cab was a shared cab and some times we were given non-ac trucks with wooden seats/ benches instead of what was promised.

                              4) food issue: during one of the boat tours we had opted for, we were told that we will be given both veg and non-veg food and snacks. However, the food available was only non-vegetarian to our disappointment as many o[censored]s were vegetarians.

                              Above all this, the travel agents (Komal, pooja and jitendar) only replied every time saying "sorry for the inconvenience". Seriously! If you guys are so sorry how could you allow so many blunders to happen!! This is customer harassment! Extremely disappointed!! I am never going to book with traveltriangle ever again!!

                                I have booked by package thru travel triangle but somehow booking was done on behalf by trip sailor an third party agent.
                                Tt doesn't know that the agent are cheating on customer and asking for more money which is to be paid by cash.
                                On the day the pending amount to be paid off the agent (Sourabh) have literally tortured and harassed for paying off the hidden amount which isn't visible in the transaction.
                                There have been multiple calls been given to driver by agent for stopping their car in between otherwise will not let go without paying off.
                                Me and wife have booked for honeymoon package and some how we agreed to pay the extra payment asked by the agent as we were scared.
                                I would like to bring this to notice to travel triangle for strict action against agent (Sourabh) from trip sailor and should be blacklisted from every traveller with whom they have tied up.
                                This was my first time booking with tt and would be the last as after all i'm going to inform every traveller not to take any booking who is doing b2b business with third party agent.
                                We're very much disappointed with travel triangle who didn't inform me about the booking taken place by third party.
                                Strict action should take place against trip sailor on harrasing and torturing in car by agent.

                                  No com e transfer. One transfer com total people 16 how can mange third phuket journey hub to airport no come transfer date 02.01.19 this reson mis my flight. This reson total loss 1.85 lac so please bear my loss other wise i will complain customer court

                                    It was really worst trip of mine with getz and traveltriangle. It would be better, if i could have done my booking myself with different platforms - makemytrip.com with a higher package because i had to pay more than makmytrip packages for this tour and didn't get required enough facilities at manali and shimla tour. After done the payment and as well as completing my trip i feel like i was extremely cheated from getz and traveltriangle.com. Before the payment made traveltraingle.com guys were giving me guarantee on decided services but at time of event when service was not provided the traveltraingle guys were end up with long unnecessary explanations only. I had to pay double payments for multiple services and traveltriangle didn't help.

                                    During the trip, i wasn't provided a facilities as decided by getz and traveltriangle. To get those facilities, i had to call traveltriangle senior manager - tarun and he had to convey the same to trip providers - hotel guys, cab drivers and getz travel staff. There was no coordination between their tour staff and service providers. I had to call those guys 10-15 times per day which was really frustrating. Also their cab drivers, getz staff (Komal, pankaj, naveen, abhishek) and hotel guys were very rude and asking for more money for services even though it was already paid in advanced. Komal from getz was calling me multiple times atleast 15 times a day but after the payment and at the time of tour i had to call them atleast 15 times a day. They were really rude and hang up the call while the conversation event do not pickup their call while you are at problem at tour. Cab driver had left us at shimla while heavy snow fall there and went away far from the decided location which forces us to walk in heavy snowfall for 3-4 kilometres. They also don't have the sense about urgency as they booked my shimla to delhi bus without proper time calculation and when i asked them to reschedule again i had to do separate booking for shimla to delhi for catch my flight from delhi to ahmedabad.

                                      While booking so many promises everthing they said yes yes, iternary mentioned different, actual was different. After 10 times follow up they agreed it is a miss from their end but the return is travel triangle points of 500, i don't understand what was the point of agreeing and what i will do this point. Horrible and unsafe journey experience, noone has picked the call during that time.

                                      I am shocked to see they do not post the agent feedback if you give below rating, only good ratings they are showing.

                                      As agreed, the discrepancy was from your end. But only this agreement/apologies and TT points next travel, this is not a mutual resolution.

                                      With this horrible experience it is very unlikely I will think of again unless we can have a good conclusion.
