We were unable to visit kasmir tour due to bad weather conditions and cancellation of flight ticket. The situation was out of our control. Inspire of continuous follow up, mails, phone calls and submitting the ticket we were unable to get the refund of amount paid. Also no one is answering or helping us with the problem. It was really worst trip of mine with getz and traveltriangle. It would be better, if i could have done my booking myself with different platforms - makemytrip.com with a higher package because i had to pay more than makmytrip packages for this tour and didn't get required enough facilities at manali and shimla tour. I am highly disappointed with your hotel bookings for my Ooty trip.

My first hotel at Mysore "viceroy comfort" was pathetic as it was not even close to a 3 star hotel, as promised to me by your agent. The room was not hygienic, the blanket was torn, AC remote was not working, no clean glasses and jug and even TV screen was not proper.
