Hello,
I am madhurima, booked a ticket to hyderabad from bangalore in orange travels in travel yaari and i didn't get any notification regarding the ticket cancellation or refund. I've tried calling the customer service but it is currently unavailable. Driver's number is switched off. Hence i need to know the current status of my ticket.

    Following are the details regarding my bus booking from pune to yavatmal. The bus was cancelled by bus provider itself.

    Even after numbers of mails on travelyari support, i haven't got my tickets refund. And didn't got any responsible reply from them.
    Kindly resolve the issue.

        When i try to book a seat in volvo bus for travel from patiala to delhi in bus departing at 4.20 am and 5.00am, the system is showing one seat available in both the buses but when i try to make payment the system shows a message"the seat has been booked by some one else" and the same message is being repeated since the last two hours despite the fact that one seat is available there in both the buses.

          I have booked a bus ticket (Ticket no.[protected] from bangalore to hyderabad for 6th march 2020 and decided to go for cancellation between 12-24 hours prior to my journey start time.

          However when i tried to cancel the ticket i got an error

          "ops ticket could not be cancelled pls contact operator"

          I immediately wrote a mail to travelyarri with the screenshot of the error & marked srs travels...

          Dear sir, i booked the bus ticket from travelyaari online apps for bijapur to bangalore on 4th march 9.54pm.. And the ticket is for 5th march 6.30pm vrl travels. I paid the money through net banking and the amount is deducted 700 from my account and the payment is incomplete till now.. So please kindly refund the exact amount

            Sir i booked the ticket from travelyaari from bijapur to bangalore for 5th march for vrl travel 6.30pm bus on the day of 4th march 9.54pm and the payment is done from my netbanking account they deducted 700rs and the booking confirmation is not done yet.. So kindly please refund the amount and my ref no. Is[protected]. So please kindly help in this and please do refund the amount

                  I received an sms at 8.03 pm before my departure time 9.50pm on[protected] mentioning that bus would about to start. And i received a trip reminder email at 8.07pm clearly indicating trip confirmed. But at 9.16 pm, i received a call from [protected] informing me that the bus was cancelled. He said further, an alternative seat would be arranged in another bus and took the boarding point as sr nagar for boarding at 9.30pm. I said ok. He said...

                  Since the customer satisfaction is also 28% which means that you guys are really not supportive to the problems of the customers .
                  [protected] Is the booking id and we booked with the wrong dates and after noticing it within 15 mins we called to which there were amendments at all. There was no benefit of doubt and also the cancellation policy wasn’t clear .
                  We called a multiple times to cancel it or to change the booking dates but helpless you’re .
                  Now because of you people and your stupid no flexible policy one person couldn’t go to Ooty . The person whose birthday it was .
                  The amount might not be huge for you but was for him who doesn’t have any support .

                  Also the your complaint forum says we ain’t registered

                    I had booked ac bus ticket from aurangabad to nagpur on 4/11/2019 but the bus operator provided non ac bus. I must get compensation of rs400/ for two tickets.

                    Bus operator :royal chintamani travels. Bus was delayed for more than three hours so i could not attend my office. Bus seats were very dirty and congested. Blankets were given after depositing inr100/ advance.

                    I booked a ticket for 12:40pm for Jan 7 from Delhi to Chandigarh and the bus was not there by 1:00pm and the offices of punbus were closed. I could not go to Chandigarh that day and I would like a refund to my ticket.

                      As today i have booking for bus from delhi t9 chandigarh and i was on way to reach bus stop i called on no given bus ticket issued by your website and told them i m on way will reach in another 5 minutes they didn't helped i missed bus just from 5 minutes how can be someone so unkind i want my money back here is my ticket detail. This is irresponsible behaviour

                        I was booked sleeper bus when i was booking. But at the time of bording they said some problems with bus so they arranging semi sleeper for the same fair.

                        I never expected such a poor service from traveyaari. It was very bad condition at eary morning.. Because of your such poor service.

                        My ticket number is[protected] travel date was 14th aug but due to unknown reasons it was cancelled by punjab roadways on 13th aug and i got intimation as well. And message came that full refund will be processed but till today it is not refunded. I had called several times and they are saying that they will check it as bus was rescheduled later. (No intimation provided to us). I contacted travelyaari on facebook as well they assured me so resolve it but it has been too late now.

                          I have booked a ticket today for indore to khandwa and i have got a call in midnight that your bus is cancelled so cancel the ticket. I am getting 80rs refund. It's happened before also from Neemuch to indore and i did not get refund for that ticket. I want refund for both tickets because if bus is cancelled that it's not my problem .

                            I have today's booking for aurangabad to pune under above pnr no. I'm at boarding point now as mentioned in online ticket booking, but sanjay travels office says they don't have details of the operator name - anand tourist mentioned in booking ticket and bus no. For the scheduled journey.

                            Kindly send me the details of bus & contact nos. Of driver/ helper so that i can catch my bus.

                              I have raised a ticket on travel yaari website for banglore to pune but i want to cancel my bus ticket for that before 1 week even that still i am not getting my refund by travel yaari. I have pay 1575 inr for bus ticket. Even inform before still i have not received my refund.

                              The screen shot of ticket raised is given in attachment.
                              There is no link to cancel the ticket and the toll free number[protected] given on ticket is also not working.
                              Please help to return my hard money since i follow up from 1 week before to cancel my ticket.

                              I have booked tickets on 17 August for Allahabad to Lucknow. On enquiry, they said that all the buses of non ac seater has been cancelled and you will get a cancellation message. After that, refund will be processed. Its been 2 days i haven't got any message regarding this. I want you to look upon this matter.

                                Booked 2 tickets 1 male and 1 female from pune to indore 29 july 2019
                                Bus operator since morning is repeatedly calling to reallocate one of the lower seat to upper seat. On finally asking that we won’t entertain your calls anymore as we don’t want the seat to be changed from what has been booked on the website and will raise a complaint now. Then the operator said i don’t care about any complaints and you will not get the same seat and you have to take whatever i allot.
                                The seat in the discussion here is booked by us for an old and sick lady and even the bus operator is unmoved.
