I have exam at 10 am in salem. Since bus reaching timings is 8.45 am, i have booked bus for 5.30 am. Due to huge delay i stopped going to salem. I spoke to driver multiple times. Even 6.35am still he is saying there is 30 min more he require to reach electronic city. I thought it is waste of going to salem since it is impossible to attend the exam.

I have booked bus tickets from gurgaon to lucknow and its return journey. I made a transaction with phonepe app of amount rs 1805 but i haven't got any tickets. I've talked to phonepe customer care and they said money is credited in merchant's account that is travelyaari. Transaction id: c1902271021401511738944. I want my money to be refunded.

My tkt no is[protected] and got cancelled without prior information. So o am not contact my hotel and tourist guide person to cancel my tkt. Which make me a huge financial burden.
When i reached at bus stop yesterday night i am not found a single person there and tried on bus agency but they didn't pick my call. After that i called to your office and came to know that bus got cancelled without any prior notice.
So it's my request you to consider my hotel booking cost and tourist agent cost at your end and re-found me the total rs 998 + 4500 = 5498 to my account. Else i ll go through rti and other legal process.

I book online ticket on 15-feb-2019 at 17:55 hours for travel on 16-feb-2019 but at the time of booking showing me 16 and when i got ticket it was of same day 15-feb-2019. Immediately i call to customer care for this issue and request to cancel this ticket but executive denied to cancel this ticket any way. I requested so many times but he told me that you need to contact to bus operator Taniya travels but he also denied to do that because he told me he told me that only Travellyari can cancel this ticket.

I was trying to book a ticket from this site and the transaction failed then i received a message of amount being deducted and from the site that the ticket has been confirmed but when i opened the site to cancel it showed that no bookings have been made. I even contacted the customer care which was of no help at all and were just eager to cut the phone.

Sir/madam, i akhilanand dubey, 52 years booked ticket bearing ticket no.[protected] & pnr no. [protected] online booking thru travelyaari by bus operator delhi heart vikas travels from delhi to jaipur on dated 08/02/2019. Mr babulal sharma driver of bus operator not provided seat no. 03 as per allotted on line booking with saying that record of your booking details is not available with me. He provided seat no. 03 to other customer and collected rs. 250/- in cash from the said customer. I made complain to help line on phoneno.[protected]/[protected]/[protected] but they did not help me. They told me that your booking is cancelled. I contacted to mr. Sonu on phone [protected] then he confirmed the booking but unable to provide the seat.
I got harassment from the driver and conductor of bus operator during the night. I want the fair judgment and compensation because i made additional expenses for jaipur. I made so many request to various travel bus operator at dhaulakua, then i got one seat after paying a sum of rs. 250/-. The bus was very crowded because of gurjar morcha during that night.

I therefor request you look into the matter and take the correcting action against the bus operator and their employees.

Booked 2 bus tickets on 10 feb 2019 from rajapalayam to chennai from tat (Thirumal alaghu travels), due to emergency condition, i need to cancel this ticket and wanted to refund back the amount.

I booked a ticket on 31st january of the bus from gurugram to jaipur. Amount 352 was deducted from my account, but i never got the seat confirmation. I waited for a considerable period of my time and still there was no ticket confirmation and i was informed the payment was never received. But i got a message payment was done to travelyaari. Kindly, give me my refund. And also note, it did create a great inconvenience. Revert as soon as possible.

Your service has been more than pathetic. Since last 1 and a half month, i have been asking for my refund for the bus cancellation trip by the operator. Till date, i have not got my refund. Is this how you deal with your customers?
I have been a regular customer of travel yaari but you guys have disappointed me to the limit.

This is regarding my ticket no[protected] booked from delhi to varanasi dated 17th jan 2019.
I got the ticket on my email but when i tried to call the operator for bus confirmation, there numbers were closed. Later i got a call from bus operator no [protected] and he told me to reach anand vihar for pick up but my actual pick up point was mayur vihar instead. As asked i reached anand vihar on time and then i called on the same number for bus details and i got the answer that your bus is cancelled and you have to take another bus feom there.
Finally when i checked with some bus operator shops i found that there is no such bus operator with the name daily transport service on this route and you are not the only one there are many more which whom ghis type of fraud has happened.
What they actually do is they charge tickets for 3400 whereas actual price is 1100 only and at last movement they call you and asked to take a different bus due to cancellation. This has happened with many others as well.
I am chasing with travelyaari on this from last 5 days but there behavior is soo roude and unprofessional and everytime i am getting a unprofessional answer that do what you van do and not ready to listen atall.

It seems that they never verify the bus operator and there charges for ticked. I need my refund back and a strict action against all of them.

I am attaching the travel ticket which i booked with other operator there only at 900 whereas yravelyaari charged me 3400 for same.

Had booked 3 tickets to rishikesh through classic travels, bus was at 11:59 pm, we reached there by 11:30, when we reached near the bus people were having deinks near the conductor was standing outside the bus, when entered inside staff was also having drinks, we also had a girl with us. We felt so unsafe that we had to book another bus from isbt o[censored]ttarakhand roadways, never expected by travel yari, we would have risked our lives, cant really travel with a girl in that bus, shame on you, we also than had to pay 1600 extra for the other bus and when complained to your customer service they told that we’ll have a word with the travels, it will never happen again, pathetic behaviour & unhumanity

Started my travel from pune to washim in night riders city link.

The driver halted the bus at aurangabad, was sleeping and came to know that he was driving the bus without side glasses from the start.

He didnt wanted to continue.

When asked about this, they made me to offboard the bus at aurangabad.

I had to pay double to amount to reach to washim.

I need my booking amount (Rs.616) back.

Ps: bus was in very bad condition, no curtains, the driver was sleepy, there were no side glasses and no safety measures were taken.

Booked a bus from noida to ballia on 3rd dec 2018 came late and reached till firojabad only.it had broken down on the way.i reached there bu another bus by pay large amount of money.I could not reach there on time it took more the 34 hours which was pathatic journey ever of my life.please refund my monet .i have called to travelyaari.com so many time but no response

I booked ticket no.[protected] pnr [protected] pune to akola bus was scheduled at 11pm on 12/12/2018. Me and my wife with little child arrived location at 10:30 pm. Bus was not arrived on same day. I called travelyaari customer care complaining the same but they didn't pick up a call. Finally i resided that it was too late and it is not safe to stay further for the same place. After reaching home again tried for travelyaari customer care they said no amount will be refunded... This is fraud the company doing with customer no feedback no counseling no any suport, please refund my amount or i will put it in court... It is not issue of money it was question of not giving proper guidelines to customer
