I have booked bus tickets from gurgaon to lucknow and its return journey. I made a transaction with phonepe app of amount rs 1805 but i haven't got any tickets. I've talked to phonepe customer care and they said money is credited in merchant's account that is travelyaari. Transaction id: c1902271021401511738944. I want my money to be refunded....

I booked a ticket on 31st january of the bus from gurugram to jaipur. Amount 352 was deducted from my account, but i never got the seat confirmation. I waited for a considerable period of my time and still there was no ticket confirmation and i was informed the payment was never received. But i got a message payment was done to travelyaari. Kindly, give me my refund. And also note, it did create a great inconvenience. Revert as soon as possible....

Your service has been more than pathetic. Since last 1 and a half month, i have been asking for my refund for the bus cancellation trip by the operator. Till date, i have not got my refund. Is this how you deal with your customers?

The driver halted the bus at aurangabad, was sleeping and came to know that he was driving the bus without side glasses from the start.

He didnt wanted to continue.

When asked about this, they made me to offboard the bus at aurangabad.
