I booked a Ticket with Travelyaari.com for my parents to travel from Bangalore to Trivandrum on 12th August 2012.
The journey date was 16th Aug 2012, PNR Number[protected]TS-YAR1945485) I paid Rs 2000 /- to get the tickets from the site.
But due to unforeseen circumstances they had to reschedule the journey and I had to cancel the ticket, On Cancellation it was mentioned that I will be getting a refund of Rs.1200 /- as it was 8 hours before the journey time. I cancelled it and got a conformation through mail, but till now I haven't received the refund. I tried contacting the Customer Care of the Website 10 times and each time they reply back they have sent mail to the Officials and they haven't received any reply from the team. I requested them to raise a complaint and provide a Complaint Number, for which they say there is no such thing put in place to raise a complaint and they refused to give a complaint number.

Please help me get the refund from this fradulant website.
It's been more than a month since my money is stuck with them.

    I hav booked 5 tickets of volvo bus service from travelyaari.com. I hav to board bus from NEW HINA TRAVELS,NAINITAL but when i reached there with my tickets they rejected it and even abused with us. There was no help from local police also. I hav paid 2800 bugs but there is no refund of even a single penny. We faced lots of trouble that night because of the travel agency. Waiting for justice!!!

      sir,
      i am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Travelyaari.com and their associate company-shree rishabh travels.
      i am reporting the matter to travelyaari because i have a privity of contract with travelyaari and under the consumer protection act(CPA),1986, a consumer is supposed to register the complaint with the person with whom he has privity of contract.
      i will now proceed with my complaints in chronological order.
      1)the driver of the bus stopped at a place where we were forced to buy goods above the market price which is an infringement under s.2(c)(4) of the CPA
      2) i was made to change buses and were provided with a bus of srianth travels(something we never contracted for) against my will.
      3)firstly i was told by the srinath employees that my sleeper seats would be changed to seaters after a detailed arguement which lasted for around an hour i finally got my sleeper seat.
      4)conditions inside the bus were horrible as non ticketed passengers were allowed in the bus and the bus was thus overcrowded the condition was bad to such an extent that there was no place to walk in the bus as these people slept on the floor of the bus.(i have photographic evidence of the same)
      5)the bus as i told earlier was stopped to take in passengers.
      at udaipur the bus stood for nearly 1.30 hours so that the srinath employees could fill up the bus to the brim
      6) points (3) & (5) contributed to make the bus a full 4.30 hours late.
      this management and procedure is a prima facie deficiency in service. section 2(c)(iii) and section 2(g) of the CPA,1986
      i am not the only one who has this complaint i have collected witnesses and their phone numbers to prove the worth of my information.eg harishbhai etc
      i demand a full compensation of my dues in addition to the damages which arose due to the deficiency in service of an equal amount. hence i demand a sum of Rs. 2000 for the inconvenience caused or else i would be forced to contact the consumer fora regarding my dispute.

        i had booked two tickets from Bangalore to shirdi and two return tickets from shirdi to bangalore on 31st may,2012 by "Travel-Yaari" but due to some problems i cancelled the tickets 4 days before the scheduled journey dates. they told me that there is 15% deduction as cancellation charge but when i got the refund they had done 25% deduction when i asked about it to costumer care at first she told me that you should get the refund only 15% deducted but when i explained that i got the refund that is 25% deducted from the paid fare then she told there is 25% deduction.when i asked where it is mentioned then she told that it is mentioned in website but in their
        website nothing is mentioned about this. so I want to board a complaint against this company.and dear friends please dont do any bookings from this site. they also mentioned that if we book a round trip then they will provide 5% discount in the total fare but when I booked the ticket then i didnt got that discount

        So dear friends dont do any bookings from this site and I am requesting to government to please shut down these type of fraud companies.

          I have booked buss tickets from Delhi to Katra on 19th May '12.
          The services were not matching as per the commitment on the web site.The scheduled time of departure was 6.30 PM but in-spite of reminders and requests to the travel agent and Travelyaari customer care there was no response at all. The bus arrived at 9.15 PM that too a different bus then the bus shown in web site. There was not seat no in the bus and the operator was allocating seats as per his wish.

          The bus was normal sleeper bus where as the commitment was for individual sleeper volvo bus.

          Most of the times the customer care is not even picking up the phone.

          Very poor service by travelyaari. I am really disappointed.

            I have been searching for a bus from Calicut to Bangalore on 14-05-12 and found a travels called Abhishek Travels Bangalore with seats available on www.travelyaari.com. I've chosen two seats (17, 18) and booked it successfully (PNR no: 30869085-[protected]. The boarding point was Calicut bus stand and time was 7.00 PM. I reached the bus stand by 6.15 and tried to contact the Pick up Contact No: [protected]. Many times there was no response and finally they took the call and told me that "They don't have a bus service from Calicut to Bangalore today". Depressed I've called Travelyaari on their helpline number[protected]. But they told me that there was a mistake happened from the operator and they have entered wrong data on the site. The travel operator says that it was a mistake from Travelyaari.com. I've tried to get another ticket from other travels but it was too late and I had to book a hotel to stay. I need compensation from this website for the mental harassment and money lose I've experienced because of their carelessness. How can I proceed further with this.

                I have booked a ticket in Feb2012 from Bangalore to Hyderabad through www.travelyaari.com. Due to some reason the bus was cancelled and said the amount will be refunded. Till date i.e 25th March 2012 my amount is not refunded. Fed up with them.Almost called them for 20 times and of no use. Looks like my mobile bill will be more than the ticket amount.

                  My ticket no. is[protected] for thane to shirdi travel on 18.02.2012 at 11.00pm from teen hath naka i got call from 23410154 of mr. kalpesh at 11.00am on 18.02.2012 saying that my bus had cancelled so he is arranging us diff. bus but as we had 1 child & old women with us so we require 1st 4 seats which we booked online but he is not ready to give us same when i asked him to refund my money he told me to get in touch with travelyari.com.
                  After this i called travel yaari no. 44820000 & spoke with vishal chawala over there for cancellation of ticket with 100% refund as this was not our mistake then he told me that he will get back to me for this issue with in next 5 mins but he did not turned again after half n hour i called him on same no. that time he is telling me that he will cancell my ticket but i will get refund after 7 days. If travel yari taking immediated debit my a/c when i am booking ticket then same way thaey should give us our refund immediately or else forward us intrest on that amount. Please help me out immediately.

                  chawla travels & internet — refund of cancelled ticket not yet received

                  One tatkal ticket was made in favour of Shri Tapan Karmakar with 4 others by 0952 on 15/06/2008, from Amritsar to Bandra Terminus and boarding DSj, but the same train was cancelled and passengers informed me to cancel the ticket after 2 days and I have tried to cancel could not succeed and later it was shown that post dated journed could not cancel and ultimately I mailed to irctc and reply recd by irctc that it will take 90 days or more to refund the amount . why it will take to refund the amt 90 days while the train was cancelled and refund should by given instatly.
                  so pls suggest me whether I should pay the amt. to passenger full amt. due to train cancelled or give me existing rules.
                  Travelyaari.com the worst online booking site I've seen. They listed a non functioning operator in their site and I booked tickets on that bus. Check my complaint

                  Bus service not found after the payment as per Travelyaari care people

                  Wrong Information has given by travelyaari customer care people. When I book ticket after payment completes no result then I contacted the care people they said "Bus service is cancelled" In originally bus service is running.

                    Had booked bus ticket from Travelyaari.com. in evening & cancelled ticket same night. But they call and say that for cancellation no refund is possible. More than 22 hours is still left for the bus departure. . They give number of some greenline travels and say to talk to them. these people say they will not refund any money. THIS IS TOTAL CHEATING.

                    First Travelyaari.com acts like agents, take money and when it comes to refund escapes responsibility. WTF. They ask us to call some other gusy and get our hard earned money back.

                    Lost 700 Rs for bus ticket.
                    *DONT BOOK TICKETS BY GREENLINE TRAVELS AND TRAVELYAARI.COM. They just take money, but happily dont give any refund.

                      Booked a ticket from goa to mumbai for 5 people travel date 27the December. placed a request for cancellation on 17the December. even on that day i had to call travelyaari customer care at least 20 times to get thee cancellation confirmed as customer care guys kept hanging up on me either without confirming anytheing or after telling me theat theey will call me in 15 minutes to confirm all the details. finally i received an email stating that my ticket has been cancelled and customer care executive will personally verify the refund details withein 2 days and i should get the refund in 5-14 days. i didn't receive any
                      confirmation mail after that.

                      Since yesterday i have been trying to call them to confirm the refund status but every time i tell them it's regarding cancellation confirmation, theey are hanging up on me. This has happend at least 5 time since theis morning. one time a girl said she'd get someone to call me back and took my ticket details and my number but i gave not received any call in past 4 hours.

                      Please advise if i should wait further for their response but their behavior certainly seems at least unprofessional if not suspicious to me.

                        Hi,

                        I had done two transactions on 4th Dec 2011 in the name of Jagdish Dhodi from travelyaari.com ,

                        Following are the order number for the same :-
                        1. 1706881
                        2. 1706935

                        Both of the transactions were successful.

                        The citibank net banking failure happened first time(always happens) so i had booked the ticket twice.
                        Immediately the ticket was cancelled, and i had got a mail saying my whole amount will be refunded.
                        On continue calls to customer care people, i finally got my amount refunded back on 14th Dec 2011.

                        But an extra amount of 531/- rupees has been deducted same day. Why so ?
                        If these are cancellation charges, how it comes to 531 /- ? Since the cancellation charges are 10%.

                        On calling the customer care, they themselves are not able to explain why the money has been debited. Each of them giving the alternate number to call and as the reason.

                        Finally one of them asked me send a snapshot of the same to [protected]@travelyaari.com, now i worry how much time they will take to read and act upon on my mail. For refunding my amount itslef they took 14 days to do so, that too after calling them again and again.

                        I have attached the snapshot of the same. Please have a look at last two transactions.

                        I am fed up booking the ticket with travelyaari.com.There is always a transaction issue from travelyaari.com. This was the second time i faced the issue with money failure.

                          Recently 1 month before i had booked a seat from bangalore to mangalore in online bus booking website
                          http://www.travelyaari.com/, and after few days i got areturn call from that site agents that "Bus has been cancelled and we will refund your amount without any charges as soon as possible"........ but i didnt get the actual amount whatever i paid in online, they deducted some amount from the actual amount without any reason. Actually it was cancelled by them after 4 days and i was struggled to get a seat in other bus for the minimum cost by their poor service. When i asked about the fully refundable amount they asked to wait 1 week, but till now i did not get any amount.i warned them that i will put complaint in online websites about your poor service.but they didnt care.........So my suggestion to the you that please avoid these kind of websites and better to go for Redbus.in and other online booking websites.........

                            I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 04-Aug-2011 in travelyaari.com for saleem travels, after a week travelyaari people called me and said that the bus has been cancelled and I need to pay Rs.100 more for booking another ticket in Sahara Travels from travelyaari.com. He sent me an invoice of Rs.100 and made a payment on 16-Aug. Till 19th Aug they haven't given me a ticket and I wasted nearly Rs.100 on the phone calls to travelyaari. They said that my ticket has already allocated to some other person. Later after many conversations with the management at last they gave me a ticket. On 22nd Aug they messaged me again that the fares has been increased and they have cancelled my ticket. Now for booking they are charging Rs.1500 for the ticket.

                            We had an bitter experience with Saleem Travels. We had booked for package tour. When we reached the destination, nobody was there to take care o[censored]s. After few minutes, I received a phone call, he told me to go to Hotel Durga. As we were very new to the place, we had to ask the local people to reach hotel. We had been accommodated in ordinary room, but we had paid money for delux room!
                            Until we finished package tour, concerned person of package tour did not meet at all. This is how SALEEM TRAVELS ARRANGE PACKAGE TOURS! REALLY A WORST SERVICE FROM SALEEM TRAVELS.

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              I booked 2 bus tickets from satara to bangalore for 15.08.2011. The tickets were booked through internet site www.travelyaari.com and the operator was SN roadline.The bus got cancelled and there was no prior information to me either by the operator or by the site. In the evening 6'o clock when i contacted the operator i came to know about this. Afterwards i contacted the website helpdesk but there was no help to me.
                              I got stuck in Satara . I have to stay in satara in a hotel. I was mentally harrassed by this website's helpdesk
                              Now i want the site to refund my earlier ticket amount and also refund the hotel charges 1600Rs/- which i had to pay because of this website.

                              I agree Sahil Comment, previous some time ago i have book ticket on travelyaari.com site, I Have cancelled the ticket but multiple time calling refund the money but no any response through travelyaari, i have tried plz help refund our money

                                Travelyaari is in the bussiness of bulk bus booking. So I have highered a 3 X 2 56 seater A/C bus @ rs. 35/- Per km from travelyaari for vadodara to patan for 14th & 15th may 2011. I paid a rs. 5000/- As a advance in february-2011. In the month of mar-11 they called me and told that rates will buses are not available @ rs. 35/- So now the revised rates will be a rs.37/- Which I agreed. They promissed me that I will get the bus operator detail by last week of april or 1st week of may-11. But they never called me. When I called them they provided me a contact no of one of operator (mansukhbhai from patel travels) and asked to contact him. When I called mansukhbhai he told me that your bus has been booked from vadodara chirag travels and he will provide a bus no & drivers contact detail. But till 10th may 2011 he has not gave me the detail so I called to chirag travels. At that I was told by chirag travels that your bus is booked but since he has not yet received advance payment so he will not provide any detail till he not get the advance. So I called travelyaari & mansukhabhai for the same. So mansukhabhai & travelyaari told me that you pay the advance to the chirag travels we will adjust the same from final payment. So when I visit the chirag travels office to pay him advance on 11th may 2011 I came to know that the bus which they booked for me is a non a/C bus. So I immediately called to travelyaari (saurav)to inform them about this group off. So travelyaari(saurav) told me that we will refund the full advance which I paid to travelyaari else it will be false commitment from travelyaari. But till today on 20th may 2011 I have not received the refund. Now when I called them then refuse to pay and saying that the cost of bus which they provided me is rs. 25000/-. So they will not refund this amount. Even at the time of negotiation they gave me the rate for non a/C bus was rs. 30/- Per km for average of 300 km each day so it will come rs.18000/-.Where as I paid rs.5000/- To travelyaari & rs. 20000/- To chirag travels. I am ok to leave rs.2000/- But I want refund from travelyaari of rs.5000/- Which I paid to them because same thing they can inform me well in advance also so that at least take the proper decision. But now they are giving me such excuses, which saws that they are not in intention to refund even though a false commitment from their end.

                                Had a bad exp with them..Totally agree with complaint raised against travelyaari...They are providing false commitment to their costumers which caused inconvenience ..After taking money later on they are denying and saying no tickets had been booked...giving stupid excused about technical issues..Highly recommend don't visit their website as its never updated.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Here is my complaint about the bus fare increased 2 days before my journey. I booked 3 tickets at 19-Mar-2011 for 600 Rupies per seat and total was 1800 for 3 seats for Atmaram Travels from Travelyaari.com. journey date was 15-Apr-2011 and I paid the charges at 25-Apr-2011 . As they know about exams are finished and season of vacations started the Atmaram Travels called me and increased bus fare 1300 Rupies per seat and now I have to pay 3900 for that 3 seats only. I called the Travelyaari then they were not supporting me and telling the buses of that root are canceled, the typing mistake was happened in website, seats are not available and all every time when i was calling different anser was coming and bus operator was saying i[censored] want to go then u have to pay the total charges. I got the money refund but 2 days before I was not able to take tickets because of 1month of booking charges
