I booked ticket from Bangalore to cochin on 21th April 2019 but due to some problem bus was late by 3 hrs and when the bus arrived at 1.00 at midnight which was supposed to come at 10.45 pm, the driver told that my ticket was cancelled which cost was Rs 2758 and the bus driver was very rude and I travelled by some other airlines by spending money again. But now customer care of travelyaari is saying that refund not possible. I waited for 3 hour for bus to start but at 1.00 pm driver told that ticket is cancelled but now they are saying bus went on time and ticket was not cancelled .

    .I booked Intercity railyatri bus service from your weebsite on 7th June 2019 from Delhi to Chandigarh with following details: Travelyaari.com mTicket No:[protected], PNR:[protected], Delhi-Chandigarh, Majnu ka tila - nirmal hriday church, 06:00 pm,[protected], seat:40, IntrCity SmartBus-RailYatri, Name:Gurmeet singh
    However, despite reaching the pickup point at 5 oclock, and even after several inquiries made by me, you guys or say railyatri people inform me at 7.30 that sorry sir your bus has been missed and we will arrange refund for you. What the hell ? I stood their for bloody 2.5 hours and my kid at home wasn't well. I had to reach home at any cost and you guys showed this kind of professionalism. Giving refund despite any alternative ? I even pleaded that I have to reach home urgently so make me an arrangement of a cab as it's because of your fault that I am getting harassed. But no one took care about this. I booked a cab at my own that costed me Rs 2700 so that I should reach home. I myself was down with fever standing g their and struggling with you guys over the phone to board a bus for which I paid 1200 rupees in advance. I am highly disappointed by your services.
    It was your duty to message me bus number and driver's number so that I could contact them well before time. But u didn't do the same. I myself tried calling you guys at 5.30 so that I can get the contact details. You gave me railyatri number which was [protected]. They gave me another number [protected] who in turn gave me another number And also told that my bus number is 9357. Then I called the number that he gave me [protected]. Then this guy told me sorry sir your bus has been changed and it is 0044. Come on. I was frustrated and called travelyari care centre time and again who couldn't do anything for same. At last you just felt sorry and asked me to just take the refund. I had to book taxi then and there which I took for 2700 rupees and boarded.
    This is humiliation I have gone through. I reached home at 1 at night and that too at my own conveyance however I was supposed to reach by 11 as per my booking with you. My kid was in pain and crying. I was myself in pain due to fever. But how does it matter to you.
    On top of that I am receiving this message from your railyatri guys that thank you for travelling with us. This is [censored]. I am sending you screenshots along.
    As per your policy i[censored] cancel at your own you are supposed to refund me the double the amount. However I want the fare that I have paid to my taxi service. Screenshot of their service is also attached. See I haven't included anything with respect to the harrasment caused by you. The time that you wasted. The conditions in which I was standing their in fever. My kids health n all. I m being very lenient on this and asking to refi d my 2700 rupees that I spent on taxi. But despite giving me refund d or resolution you are sending thanks messages for travelling with you.
    If you fail to provide this bare minimum solution to me, u will for sure fight this in court. And if I suppose to spare any amount their, I will so that you guys should learn a lesson. I am central govt employee on the post of inspector. I know my rights and how to use the same. I hope a positive revert from you guys as soon as possible. My contact details are as under

      I was suposed to make a tripon 21st may (Sam tourist) but the ticket was cancelled. I called sam tourist and they said the site that usually does the booking gives the refund money, which is travelyaari.com. I still haven't gotten my refund and would love to get my refund back as soon as possible. I had booked the ticket through google pay.         I have booked 3 tickets from surat to gorakhpur for 21 apr 2019 by bus operator priya travels pnr[protected], ticket no[protected] on mobile no [protected], email id : [protected]@gmail.com amounting rs 12000/-.
        It was intimated by bus operator on 20 apr 2019 that bus from surat to gorakhpur on 21 apr 2019 has been cancelled due to some technical problem. I hav received ticket amount. I have paid rs 48 for insurance and was told that double of ticket amount will be refunded if bus cancel. I have not received insured pay sure amount ie double of ticket amount till date.
        In view of the above, you are requested to refund pay sure claim amount in the acoount of bindravasini dinanath dube account number [protected], karnatka bank limited.

          I had made an online transaction at punbusonline.com (Punjab roadways) on 23rd april, 2019 to book a bus ticket to attend a funeral in chandigarh.

          I made the payment through ‘pay u’ option available at punbus portal. However, the amount (595 inr) was debited/charged at my sbi credit card but the transaction never went through and it timed out after a while with an error message. I went to your website to check for customer service and did see an faq promising amount back in 48 hrs.in such situations.

          It has been 2 weeks now and i am still to receive the refund of my failed transaction. Please help!

Somehow money is deducted from my bank account, but i didn't get any confirmation, i contacted travel agency and he tyold that booking was not done. Clearly travelyaari from where i was is booking is at fault they not only got my money but also didn't do my booking.

                I booked ticket from gurdaspur to chandigarh on 27th April 2019 but due to some problems with bus it didn't went to chandigarh that day and I travelled by some other bus by spending money again. But now customer care of travelyaari is saying that refund not possible. I waited for 1 hour for bus to start but at 2.30pm driver told passengers that bus is not starting so go in some other bus but now they are saying bus went on time.

                    This is second time tht i am raising this complaint.
                    On 13-mar-2019, i tried to book ticket from pune-nanded for khushal travels of amount 711.
                    The transaction is successful from bank side (Hdfc bank) and then it got failed inbetween at travelyaari payment portal side.
                    Also i haven't received any type of notification from travelyaari.
                    I contacted to bank regarding this but they suggested me to contact travelyaari.

                      With a regret i would log this complaint, i booked my shirdi to indore ticket in hand brand new bharat benz departure at 11.41pm and original ticket fare was rs. 1510 per ticket.. Will the bus was cancelled and i was asked to board a bus at 10pm which is of hand ashok leyland and it's fare is rs.1000 per ticket. Also the bus was so horrible the ac nobes we're broken and we're unable to close. It was not even a multiaxel bus. I made a online payment and now the hans travels office is not refunding me the difference of rs. 1020 for two tickets. When asked they are saying the same will be refunded by travelyaari since online payment was made. I request you to kindly refund me the difference amount.

                          I booked this ticket on your website. I asked about the bus about the stops of the bus n they said it will stop at anand for dinner and thereafter only for the passengers who booked the tickets. It stopped for every damn passenger on the road they found chrging 250, 200 bugs. Thoughout till now every 20 to 30 min the bus is stopping. I bought my ticket for 1500 bugs not for this nuisance. It already 3 hrs late till n journey is not yet complete. If the bus is supposed to be local plz mention it on your website. To find the place people open the seat door to check weather its vacant or not. I eant my money backed be charged only for what it deserves. Most pathetic service ever. I[censored] wamt i can send the pics n capture the video.

                              This is to inform you the that yesterday i have book the ticket from your site and the ticket was from goa to belgaum (Pick up point was st, alex church calangute) and i have reached there at 5 pm after 18 minutes i have given call to operator when bus will reach at pick up point they said wait there bus will reach at 5:35 pm, i was waiting there and again i called at 5:45 pm to operator they haven't picked the call continuously i tried to call then they picked up call and told me bus is left from there (They haven't even call me) please come mapsa, i told them i can't come mapsa please cancelled my ticket and also i keep calling travel yaari.com but they have not resolve the issue.

                              I have attached the screenshot of call details and ticket please go through it and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                              I am really upset with your service kindly do the needful.

                                I booked prasanna travels on 23rd from nanded to pune for 8.55pm bus (Rs 781), but unfortunately i was late by 15 minutes and bus has left, one of them says you go to workshop you will get the bus then i used auto for rs 200 to reach to workshop corner, bus was going ahead of me, that time i was called to bus operator to stop the bus but they says bus will not stay now, i requested travel operator to arrange another seat in next bus but they says all are full. They were lieing because online i can see the availability of seats in next buses, i tried to contact to travelyaari toll free number but that also not reachable, anyway, i booked another bus from prasanna travels of 10pm (Rs 675), i was at bus stop but bus was not stopped they said bus is full, immediately i called bus operator, they said your booking is not confirmed before bus starts, they said ask to travelyaari for refund, that was last bus from nanded to pune, i stay in nanded and booked another ticket on 24th by spending (Rs 960), i want refund from travelyaari for both tickets and compansation for inconvenience caused.

                                  Yesterday i was travelling from pune to yavatmal 6pm bus, and one of staff member was forcing me to change my seat inbetween. Passengers r booking online seats as per their convinience and is staff not aware that people are paying extra for seats if it's single seats then how can any staff member could force any passenger to change their seat and shift to double sharing seat that to without providing any valid reason?
                                  His behaviour was wrost. Also in the morning he refused to take stop at darda nagar yavatmal since i had a bag n he wasn't ready to unload it and refuse to stop the bus by providing very fullish reasons. I know the name of that staff member, still i dnt to mention it here. It's not like i m complaining for him which can take off his job also. But it's my humble request to saini to provide some behavioural training to staff members before hiring them. This was wrost experience i had this time and i m not sure whether i will prefer saini in future or not but definitely i will post this message as public on some portal so that staff members would get to know about rights of passengers. Suggestions from my side for better service like chintamani is providing reserved numbers to ladies passagers if they r facing any problems inbetween of the journey, there is number provided to whom ladies can complain. Please start such service in saini as well as its a need to situation.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I was book a ticket from nagpur to dhule on 4th march 2019 by mahendra travels through travelyaari. I was received a call from mahendra travels that bus was cancelled and you will get refund within 3 to 4 days, but till date it is pending. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money. Two time i was call to travelyaari customer care and more than 4 time call to mahendra travels but i can't get any satisfactory answer from them. My ticket details as follows.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I booked a bus ticket for orange travels from hyderabad to pune on 18th jan, 2019 but due to bus accident we were sent back to hyderabad.

                                        As per orange travels, they have refunded the full amount long back and it is now pending with travelyaari. I tried reaching out to your customer care but didnt get any update till now. Can you please update me on this asap?
