Salesman calling from [protected] by saying his name as mr sandip tripathi that my name has been selected by agency from irctc online computerise ticket and tripgateway is offering assured gift sony tablet z2 if i bye there holiday package of rs.8999/= in happy hours. I had made online payment onbehalf of trkocity holiday consultant pvt.Ltd.Sum of rs.8999/- (Dated: 09-mar-2016). My order no.[protected]Got invoice in pdf file format) I requested for refund by mail. But since that date i have talked more then 10 time within 20days on lanline no.-[protected] but they are giving only verbal assurance regarding your gift will be delivered shortly & docat number will be generated and details will posted via e-mail to you .Hence i am requested to your good office to resolve my complaint either they deliver offer sony tablet z2 or refund my payment rs. 8999/-. Apr 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They agree to send my gift. so this case is resolved, but still not send, update is that they refuse for gift. know they are doing again same for refund, they are only doing harassment to the customer and pressure on him to forget the amount any who.. only it's them goal.. friends please don't believe on them... TripGateWay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

don't take back the complaint..Unless you get the docket id number. They are making fool to others same way..ask them proof first then only take back complaint.Even i say first let the gift received and then resolve it. I am sure they will not send happened with me also. They are just fraud.
For me Ashok sinha and Raj saxena did the same . i am also waiting from two months but theses fraud peoples are not of any commitment and use. They are masters of making excuses.
