I got a call from so called as Shubham explaining about the package for 8999/- for 4 nights and 5 days in a 3 star hotel for 4 persons anywhere in India with a Sony Xperia tab as purchase done during happy hours. I got my hotel booking confirmation within a week for a so called hotel The signature in with complementary breakfast for Rs. 45/head. This was not informed to me anytime. The so called hotel is not even 0.1 star. Further there are no simptons for Sony Xperia. Today i had seen many such dissatisfied complaints on this sight. WHY CANTS SUCH A SIGHT IS BLOCKED?????

I got a call from Tripgateway executives Anjali and Aakash in the middle of July stating that if I purchase Rs 8999 tour pack along with that I will be given a free gift of 4G mobile or TAB.
AS per the initial conversation as soon as I made online payment the tour voucher and the gift will be dispatched. But once the payment was received (Transaction id[protected] dated 21st July, 2016) all statements started changing. Then they said once the tour voucher is received there will be a reference number which has to be given and then executive will process my gift request. However since then almost two months has passed and after several phone call assurance I am still at the same position.
The only difference is now they have stopped picking up call from my mobile and landline numbers.

Tripgateway associate ranjit called me up on 26th of jun 2016 saying it's happy hours in tripgateway and if you make a payment of rs 8999 within 2 hr you will be one of the lucky customers to win a moto x play phone which will be delivered in 7 working days. Its been more than a month. Neither i received the gift nor any welcome kit which they claimed to be delivered to wrong address...

very poor response even after follow up for more than a month.

Its been 5 months since i have been asking for a refund of my money
im tired calling tripgateway and it seems they have blocked my number
i guess ive been cheated of my money
neither have i received any free gift which they promise
there is no reply from the company executives
I want my money back.
This is a clear case of cheating the customers to sell package.

I was contacted by mr. Ajay gupta from this company on 27th june from the number +[protected].

They said i was shortlisted on the basis of my activities on various online portals and they offered me a tour package with an assured free gift of “samsung galaxy note edge” mobile phone if i were to do the purchase at that very moment (Happy hour according to them). He walked me through all the specs of the phone and everything.

I am a travelling enthusiast myself and was actually planning a vacation at that time, so i thought of giving it a chance, obviously not for their package but for the gift that was promised.
But i wanted to check the authenticity of the package and the company hence i asked them to mail me the details and in response, i got this mail:

Immediately after reading the above mail i raised doubts about the "no. Of reference" parameter in the mail to mr ajay and he said there is also a referral scheme wherein you get a gift based on the number of people you bring to buy the company’s package. But he kept saying that i was not required to do all that because i was making the purchase in the happy hour.
I did the payment and received the below mail:

They so cautiously trick customers to fall a victim of their fraud as they always ask you to acknowledge their emails in which they deliberately hide the exact information and make it so vague or put few lines which they can use as a fall back later. I realized that thing when they asked me to acknowledge my purchase.

I did acknowledge that but also added the assured free gift thing in my acknowledgement mail. And in about a minute i got a call, this time a lady said and i quote, "please don't write the story of your purchase just write i acknowledge".
This is where my suspicion grew stronger but i acknowledged anyway. Following is how that happened.

Do you see why this conversation happened over a call this time and not via email? That is because they couldn't afford a loose end in any case. Very cleverly they choose when to contact via email and when through phone. Although they always said these calls are recorded can be used later. I urge the authorities to retrieve those calls and check. The case would become very simple for you to act.

After that i pursued them for a month for the gift, making endless calls on all their numbers and every time mr. Ajay used to come up with some or the other excuse or say the gift dispatch is in process.

Once he said there is a shortage of “samsung galaxy note edge” phone at in their stock and asked me if he may send a sony home theatre in its place. He said it is a high-end model of comparable price as samsung note edge phone.

I agreed on that because he said he would dispatch that immediately and i had already waited long for the assured gift.
After another 10 -12 days when i did not receive the gift, i started asking them for refund. After several emails and phones, they acted on that and connected me to their dispatch team.

I tried to enquire about the specs of the home theatre to find it they are dispatching a genuine product. But the guy from dispatch team was so reluctant to answer and only said it’s a good home theatre and that he didn’t know much.

Wait there is a catch! He asked me to acknowledge that as well, through an email. And like always the email which i was asked to acknowledge had no details of the product specs at all and was so vague like always. At least the mail had the word home theatre and i acknowledged that.

What i have received after two months of the purchase and persuasion is a very low end speaker nowhere close to the value of the complimentary gift they had promised.

If my friends at “tripgateway.in” don’t know, there is a huge difference between a low-end speaker and a home theatre, especially when you write home theatre in bold in your email.

We had booked package of 8999 since we have planned for Udaipur Holiday. As confirmed by them we have booked package and on same day submitted booking plan for Udaipur with Hotel, date and Guest information. After giving written confirmation they had called for booking and unfortunately couldn't pick up my phone. Once we reach to hotel it was not booked. Whole UDAIPUR hotel
Was booked. We went with two family and two kids. No help line was working on Holiday and we don't have mobile number of any person. After retiring back they are calling and saying you have sent email on wrong email ID. No one has informed and now getting call from their Legal team to get gift and reference. This worst Service and will not prefer any one. we have 145 employee working in my company and shall not plan for Corporate trip also with such Travlling agent who can not understand their responsibility.

Purchased 2 packages from trip gateway in the month of july. Sales representative promised free assortments like mobile phone and tablets with the packages.
After following up with them with almost 1 month representatives are making a fool out of me and no gifts received.
I want my money back.
This is a clear case of cheating the customers to sell package.

I got a call from trip gateway.in's seller named "VIKASH" that we are delighted to inform you about trip gateway holiday promotional offer running in your area these days. the holiday club of the millions of people who know that trip gateway will help define their entertainment experience and deliver the best holiday therefore we are offering you to buy a package of Rs. 8999/- and if you book this package u will getting a assured gift Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet or Samsung Galaxy J7 and they also assured that u can also book 4 nights and 5 days of accommodation with complementary service in our 3 - 5 star hotels or resorts around the India, Thailand, Malaysia. you will get two deluxe room. 2-3 day ago they assured me your welcome kit with Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet code dispatched through DTDC courier service but they failed to me assignment no. of courier company. after that i send legal notice under consumer protection act on 31/08/2016 that, you failed to provide service and this is deficiency in service and unfair practice on your part. Under all the circumstances, I call upon you to make the payment of Rs. Rs.8999/- or Sony Xperia Z2 tablet with Tour Package welcome kit + Rs.550/- telephone bill Charges along with notice charges Rs. 2000/- within a period of 08 (Eight) days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which I will be bound to take further necessary action under the provisions of Consumer Protection Act against you in the competent court of law at your risk and cost. I got a call from tripgateway.in's seller named "SUJAL SINGH" that we are offering you to buy a package of RS.8999 and i[censored] book it during happy hours u will be getting a assured gift SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 SPECIAL EDITION-mobile or LENOVO YOGA HD+-tablet and they also assured that u can also book in 5 star hotel except 3 hotels. They also offered me the complimentary breakfast and dinner.
2-3 days agothey assured me that my gift will be dispacthed after the delivery of the package. On seeing the reviews of the company and complaints of customer i sent a mail to them to return my money or send the stuffs which they have committed or otherwise i will be going legally against the company to which a call come from delhi from "tripgateway" office and telling me that seller "SUJAL SINGH" has committed wrong company will not be providing any gift and they provided me some complimentary things.They said that "SUJAL SINGH" has been terminated from the company and they are not going to provide me any gift which they have committed and then the person calling me is telling there is no use and benefit of registering complain against the company.Now i m going through legal process against this comapany and i will be getting my money back.

I requst our government and consumer complaints forum to take strict action against this company and give my refund back.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had received a call on 04 aug 2016 ([protected]) from the executive of tripgateway named swati sinha on aug 4, 2016 morning. She told me that i have been chosen as a lucky customer by www.tripgateway.in for using the tripgateway to avail the offer "india, thailand and malaysia, accommodation package @ rs. 8999/- with assured gift which i would have to choose between a samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and tablet (Lenovo yoga 10 hd plus). She assured me saying that the company is an iso rated company so they would not step back from the offer (I. E. Tour package and choice between a phone and tablet).
Further during the call she asked me to book this offer of rs 8999/- immediately as i am within 20 lucky customer for their happy hour.

She made me to make the payment immediately without giving a second thought. After that, she said sir, i am redirecting this call to my boss raghuram. And made me to provide my booking reference number so that they can parcel my tour package documents along with the assured gift to my address.

Then her boss raghuram started asking me to make one more payment of 8999/- to get double combo offer benefit (I. E. One samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and one tablet (Lenovo yoga 10 hd plus). And he again assured me that within 3-5 days he would give me one samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) along with one tablet (Lenovo yoga 10 hd plus) as per assured offer along with the booked policy.
By doubling the offers (Twice) the total payment of 17998/- indian rupees being debited from my hdfc credit card account.

Having made the payment in full and final settlement, after seeing reviews on google on tripgateway frauds cases., tripgateway is a fraud company and have cheated many people.

Realizing the fact from google, i immediately made a call to tripgateway swathi sinha, to cancel the policy and return back my money of rupees 17998/-.

In reply, they refused saying, no cancellation nor any refundable will be made henceforth.
Due to my frustration i got upset and repeatedly i made many calls to the landline number ([protected]). But it was in vein.

May the honorable consumer board take necessary action to hear my grievances and give a fair judgment in refunding my money back with the relief’s sought for.

Further for your kind information as an evidence, i have tracked the conversation made between both the party’s. (Myself and tripgateway team)

And also request to you to please close this kind of fraud offices and blacklist this kind of website, and inform to innocent public.

Mr. Rohan sharma from tripgateway called on 29.06.2016, and informed about getting"samsug galaxy s6 edge mobile phone", as a promotional offer from company. He also said that if the offer is accepted and payment of rs.8, 999/- done during happy hours for trip gateway holiday promotional offer, i will get the handset within a weeks time.

As per his promise and assurance, i accepted the offer and made the payment during the so called "happy hours". During the discussion, i had also raised my doubt about how company can give samsung mobile phone which is costing more than rs30, 000/- by getting rs.8, 999/- from the customer by accepting your promotional offer. At that time mr. Rohan clearly said that "company is not spending on advertisement and therefore can afford to give such expensive gifts for promoting their brand". He had also assured that in one week time, i will get the "samsug galaxy s6 edge mobile phone" delivered at my address, which is still not done after more than 45 days and now mr. Rohan sharma is not answering to my calls. I have been cheated by this company through his executive mr. Rohan sharma.

I have also officially sent mail and complaint in similar line to the company directly. Also i understand that i am not the only one who is cheated but there are many.

Mr/Ms this is RAJESH from Karnataka I received a call from [protected] that I have been selected as winner for promoting TRIP GATEWAY by making reservation through irctc and told that i book Holiday package of 8999 twice I would get Samsung edge plus and Sony tablet z3 .I trusted it and made a payment of 8999+8999 only because call was from TRIP GATEWAY . Now if call them back nobody is responding so I kindly request you people from TRIP GATEWAY to refund my huge amount. Please sir/Madam I am in deep trouble help me. After giving complaints in this website i got a mail from tripgateway saying that we never promise gadget and you have booked for hotel and you will get it. I told them clearly that Mr. Ajay Gupta and team told me that you will get Samsung Tab also. Now you are telling stock is not there. After that i requested them to cancel my order for which tripgateway is not ready. I request consumer complaints website to help me in getting my money back

Hi i am sandeep singh jawa, in april i deposited rs 10000.00 for tripgateway holidays package. More than 4 months have passed and still i have not received my htc 816 mobile phone. Whenever i am telephoning to noida office, either the per son is on leave, or she (Anjali) will call back. Still i have not receive my htc 816 mobile. I will launch a complain in consumer court.

I have received a call from tripgateway.in agent Mr Tanveer Khan, saying that you are offered a Holiday Trip of 8999 INR which will come with a Electronic Gadget (HTC 826DS or Sony Tab Z2). Since I did not accept the offer, their executive convinced me about assurance and authenticity as ISO rated company, after conversation of more than a hour. I falled into their false commitment and paid 8999 INR, and got my first package after few days....

I was sold a package from tripgateway.In of rs. 8999/- in the month of april 2016 by mr. Ajay gupta. At the time of explanation of the package he said that we get a assured gifts of a samsung glaxy tab 3 and i will receive it in 15 days of time. I have been regulary calling this person, wasting money and time they are just telling that you will receive it in 8 days of time. They have cheated us on this major part.
