Before few hrs I complained about Mr. Suarajsingh. But now he assuerd me about offer. I would like to wait till time limits he provided. So I request u to please cancel my complaint and I will go wid him. I apologise to company for inconvenience from me.

I received a call from the legal advisor of Tripgateway named Mr. Gaurav Mehta who claims to be a legal advisor for Tripgateway. He told me that the person who sold me the product has changed his name and sold me the package. He further accepted that the real name of the person is Subanshu Jindal. He is the guy who changed the name and sold the package. Moreover, when i asked him about the assured gift, he simply refused in the regard. He then told me that tripgateway is ready to give me a compensation gift for the harassment and breach of trust i had faced and asked me to acknowledge it to resolve the complaint. I did not agree to it as the compensation was not equivalent to the gift assured to me whose reference number has already been quoted in the complaint.
I requested him to cancel the package but he refused saying that since i have lodged a complaint, i would be able to get only 80% of the refund and if i complain again they would deduct 20% more and so on. I am highly shocked and disgusted to witness the practices these travel agencies are following. I request you to kindly help me resolve the matter as this matter has affected me mentally.

This is to bring to your notice that i had received a call from the executive of tripgateway named mr. Tanveer khan on june 8, 2016. He told me that i have been chosen as a lucky customer by tripgateway for using the tech gateway to avail the offer "asia accomodation package @ rs 8900 with assured gift which i would have to choose between a mobile phone (Htc brand) and tablet (Xperia z2). I was not convinced with the authenticity of the offer at the first instance. But he assured me (Using his designation influence) and saying that the company is an iso rated company so they would not step back from the offer (I. E. Tour package and choice between a phone and tablet).
I made the payment after more than one hour conversation with him which he took to prove me the authenticity of the offer.
Thereafter i received a confirmation mail regarding the payment made.In few days i received the booklet through courier. The details are mentioned below:

Mr. Tanveer khan asked me to provide the id which would be on the above mentioned booklet as an address verification for the second package which would be a tablet as chosen by me. I did as asked of me by mr. Tanveer khan.
I was told that i would receive the second courier within 15 days from the receipt of the above package. I kept waiting for more than 50 days now but did not recieve any package. I have been repeatedly calling tripgateway but most of the times the person at the receiving end did not connect me to mr. Tanveer khan and scolded me and hung up. Most of the times they lied to me that he is not available but when i called from some other number they would connect me to him. This raised my suspicion against the offer which mr. Tanveer khan use to convince me to buy the offer.
On 21st or 22nd of july i called mr. Tanveer khan as obvious i had to call him on[protected] for more than 5 times to reach him. Once i got connected to him, i asked him about the status of my courier. He told me that the courier has been dispatched on 19th july 2016 and i would receive the same by 30th of july 2016. He, inorder to prove the authenticity of the package provided me the reference number of the dispatch which i am quoting here (Ref no.: refgl0045672). I waited till 30th july but did not receive any phone call or the courier as promised to me by mr. Tanveer khan. On 1st august 2016, i called him repeatedly but no one picked the call. Icalled from another number and the concerned who received the call told me that i would be able to talk to him on 2nd august 2016. I called him on 2nd august, the person on the receiving end named mr. Rakesh singh told me that he is on leave for few days and the courier which i was about to receive would reach me positively by 15th of august 2016. On telling him my problem he abused me and hung up.
I am highly disgusted to witness the fraudulent sales practices followed by tripgateway. Being an iso 9001:2008 certified company which pertains to quality standards for customer satisfaction, the fraud which the executives have done with me has highly disappointed me. The tripgateway has harassed me for last 2 months. I would be visitng consumer court for the harassment and breach of trust which i faced from an iso certified company.
I request the top level management of tripgateway to look into the matter and provide justice to me at the earliest. I do not want to do any sales from tripgateway in the future. Moreover, kindly cancel the tour package which i have purchased from you and i do not want any dealings with your company in the future.

I took a package of 8999 on which i was promised a assured gift (sony tab) by the sales executive which i was suppose to receive within one to two weeks of the payment, but it is almost 2 months but i haven't received the same.

Whenever i call the person who sold me the package he kept telling me that by next week you will receive it but that next week never came.

He used to call me from[protected], which he claims was a recorded line and so he cannot lie over a recorded line. also the confirmation call that i received from tripgateway was from this number only so i was sure that he is not bluffing.

The number on which i used to call was[protected] and that guy used to transfer the call to ravi (name of the sales executive).
This number was also mentioned on the mail that i received from tripgateway so i thought it will be authentic tripgateway number.

When ravi was not available even the guy whom i used to call on the above number also confirmed me that i will receive the gift by 25th which i haven't received yet.

Today again i called on the same number and he said he will confirm the same in some time but he didn't.

Please take some action against it and refund my money back.

If there is no gift and he lied then it is not my fault because i was promised some thing by the tripgateway executive over recorded line and basis that promise and conditions only i purchased the package.

I would request you to either give me the gift that was promised to me or please cancel the package that i took and refund the amount in full.


Once i raised the concern mr gaurav called me, his number
[protected]and said that it was my fault that i beleived in the sales executive and not the company's fault who sold me the package with wrong information and with wrong commiments.

Mr gaurav confirmed me that he checked the recorded lines and said i was right and he will take necessary steps for the sales executive. on the other hand mr gaurav claims that he is from legal department but according to him its not a fraud.

If this is not fraud then please explain me what is fraud.

I was sold a package from tripgateway.In of rs. 8999/- in the month of may 2016 by mr. Ajay gupta. At the time of explanation of the package he said that we get a assured gifts of a lenovo tab hd + and i will receive it in 15 days of time. I have been keeping a regular follow up with them but they are just telling that you will receive it in 8 days of time. They have cheated us on this major part. I request you to please look into the matter and help me getting my refund of rs. 8999/-.

I received a call from trip gateway tours company. The representative promised me a samsung galaxy s6 edge, but later on they failed to give me the phone. Then another representativ gaurav mehta called me up and promised a brand new home theate but i received intex speakers only. Therefore asked for refund and they are not giving a properly reply. I request you all to help me for refund.

Dear sir, instead of posting 3 complaints on this website tripgateway.In are not giving me the refund and even you are not taking any action against them. Tarun the employee of that company is telling we will give you refund only after resolving the complaint. So you tell me should i resolve the complaint before getting the refund but then you have to take responsibility of refund and you send me the mail regarding the same or tell that fraud company to refund my money by today itself. And i want you to take strict action against that fraud company and fraud employees. I want you to ask them and mail me when they will give me the refund.

I booked offer package of 8, 999/- on 25-june-16 through mr. Ravi customer representative of trip gateway and he confirmed that you will receive voucher and htc mobile in 5 working day but i received only booking voucher. There is no mobile send by company.

They are making fool to customer by adding gift on happy hours.
Now mr. Ravi is not avaible in office and also anyone did not pick up the call.

Each time they are following and not providing the refund. Its high time. I am following from 2 and half months still they didnt provide refund. Please refund my money booked the package through ravi. [protected]@gmail.com. Mr rohit already know my name. Please do it fast and i don't trust your services now...

Each day they will change words and extend the date for refund. Please solve this issue asap.

Tripgateway associate ranjit called me up on 26th of jun 2016 saying it's happy hours in tripgateway and if you make a payment of rs 8999 within 2 hr you will be one of the lucky customers to win a moto x play phone which will be delivered in 7 working days. Its been more than a month. Neither i received the gift nor any welcome kit which they claimed to be delivered to wrong address...

I had purchased the package from tarun and in 3 days i had send the mail for refund for my money as he has given wrong commitment for giving package and free tablet. even when they were not able to give stay package then they told to give refund after reduction of 10%. i had acknowledge as i know full company is fraud but even after 45 days ymthey are not giving the refund as they are telling me to matk the previous complaints of consumercomplaints as resolved even before giving the refund. but as it means i had received my money so i will not mark it resolve until i receive refund or you give gaurantee of refund for that fraud company. i also want you to take strict action against them such as putting all the company members in jail for giving wrong commitment as there are many others who have faced same problems. so i want you ask them and let me know till when i will get refund. and if i will not get the refund in 2 days then i will resolve the complaint on getting full refund ie rs8999/- in my account.

I have raised the request multiple times and resolved the same based on their promises that they will refund my money once i will take complaint back. Mr. Mayank Yadav Sales Executive sold package of Rs.8999 with assured gift of Happy Hours on 2nd May 2016. Till last 19th June 2016 Mr. Mayank other staff on providing registered mobile number use give different date for dispactch of Lenovo Yoga2 HD Tablet worth approximately Rs. 23000 as assured gift.

On 20th I asked to cancel transaction and asked for refund through mail and telephonic conversation with customer care. There was no reply 29th June. Again I forwarded mail on 29th June 2016.

I got Call from Mr Gaurav in the authority of Legal Advisor for Tripgateway. Trip gateway (Mr. Gaurav) denied to provide committed gift. Also accpted that Mr. Mayank sold package with wrong information. He offered me some other assured gift to get it resolve. When I did not accepted mail come with information to wait for 21 working day to higher authorities to contact me.

Today when i called an extremely arrogant guy named rusheel insulted me speaking in a very rude and abusive language. He was intentionally mispronouncing my name as "liar" instead of "iyer" and started to teach me how to calm my mind and not to be angry instead of solving my problem.

Salesman calling from [protected] by saying his name as ajay gupta and abhishek, that my name has been selected by agency for offering assured gift moto x paly mobile if i buy there holiday package worth 8999 and on my suspecpecion of fraud he said as per govt rules all calls are recorded and on belief i had paid amount. Latter on they started deviating from there statement and company senior manager called me again from ([protected]) and saying he will not provide mobile hence i requested for refund by mail. But since iam asking for the refund status on mails but no proper response received for my refund. Payment date 22.06.2016, sending regularly mails since 23.06.16... Asking for the refund, please help me in this issue.

as i was convience by them i had made payment of 8999 asia package.

now after that they had given me docket number of mobile is dispatch by d.t.d.c qurier & u will recive mobile in next 3 dayz.. z88526547 is docket number.. when i started to track this number, i confirmed by d.t.d.c quireier that this number is fake number..

now dayz i got that this peopele is just want to make FRAUD NOTHING ELSE.. SO I CALLED COMPANY TO REFUND ME MY MONEY.. THEY TOLD ME ON 26/5/16 THAT YOUR REQUEST OF REFUND IS DONE & U WILL B GET BACK AMOUNT ON 1/6/16 IN YOUR A.C... BUT STILL I HAD NOT RECIVED ANY AMOUNT FROM THEM..

NOW WHEN I CALLED UP THEM AGAIN THEY TOLD ME SIR THAT WE WILL NOT GIVE U ANY REFUND "DO WHATEVER U WANT TO DO... "

NOW I GOT COMPLEATELLY REDDY TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS KIND OF FRAUD COMPANIES. THEY JUST DONE SO MANY FRAUD TO OTHER SO MANY PEOPELS ALSO WAITING FOR THEIR REFUND..


I WANT TO REQUEST FOR "PLZ HELP ME & OTHER SO MANY PEOPLE DONE FRAUD BY THIS COMPANY & MAKE 1005 REFUND OF OUR TOUR PACKAJE OF 8999 RS...

I have purchased the package from tarun in rs 8999. I have already filed the complaint against them but then also they are not sending me the refund.
I request you to talk with them and give me solution to it also to take strict action against them as they are sending fraud packages to many people and as i see that there are many other persons who have filled complaint against them.They are telling if you want refund then before that you have resolve the complain. But as this means that i have received the refund so i cannot do that.So i request you to message me what should i do and let me know when i will get the refund of amount rs8999/- in my account.

This guys said me "we have offer if you by our product with any terms and conditions we will provide you samsung s6 mobile as joining bonus. Later they denied with this statement and they also terminated the concern person who was coordinating with me on call. Later on they assured me we will do something for you and will provide you the offer product. After following for more then 6months they are saying we doing something for you and they never provide update from their side.

By firing that concern person company has saved himself but what about Customers like us who are already facing this issue.

Note: I had made payment through Credit Card...?

Dear sir, i have purchased the package from tripgateway.In on in which he was suppossed to provide 4 nights accomadation for 4 adults and a free tablet. As he was not providing both the things and even the refund then i filed a complaint on your website (Consumercomplaint.In) on may21. Then they sent me the confirmation of refund but not issuing me the refund. They are telling me that they will issue refund only when i will resolve the complaint before getting refund. And on 18/6/16 they have send me the mail that your refund has been processed but it has not been processed till now. So if you tell to resolve to mail then i will do it but if then also if i will not get the refund then you will have reconsider my complaint.

Hello I had received a call stating they are offering me iPhone 6s Plus for just Rs- 11999 with emi of rs 999 for 12 months .
And that there is 20% cash back offer on credit cards
These guys used the credit twice
And are not ready to refund the money or give me the product.
Kindly do the needful and is there any way for me to get the money Back ?
